New Judge in Maricopa County Audit Case Was Not Only Appointed by Democrat Janet Napolitano, He Has Ties to the Marc Elias Firm Perkins Coie
We reported earlier today that a new judge was appointed in the Democrats’ case to stop the audit in Maricopa County. Here’s more on the new judge, Judge Daniel (Dan) Martin.
On Sunday there was shocking news out of Arizona that the judge in the Democrats’ case in attempting to end the audit in Maricopa County was recusing himself. We first received information that it was because the Democrats had shopped around to find an attorney that used to work with Maricopa County Superior Court Judge, Christopher Coury. However, we later received evidence that this was not the case, the attorney that caused the conflict was working with the audit firm Cyber Ninjas.
Then today we found out who the new judge is in the case, Judge Daniel (Dan) Martin. Martin, it turns out, was appointed to his current position by former Arizona Democrat Governor Janet Napolitano.
After further research and comments from numerous readers we now also know that Judge Martin also used to work with Brown & Bain (now Perkins Coie). The Judge’s bio explains:
Judge Daniel (Dan) Martin was appointed to the bench in 2007, and is currently assigned to the civil division. Judge Martin received his master’s and law degrees from the University of Arizona, and served as the Managing Editor of the Arizona Law Review. Following his graduation, Judge Martin clerked for Justice James Moeller on the Arizona Supreme Court. In 1992 Judge Martin joined Brown & Bain (now Perkins Coie) as an associate. He left Brown & Bain in 1996 to join the firm of Bonn, Luscher, Padden & Wilkins, where he worked primarily in the area of complex commercial litigation. In 1999, Judge Martin joined the Arizona Office of Administrative Hearings, where he served as an Administrative Law Judge for approximately eight years until his appointment to the Superior Court. Judge Martin has served in the Court’s criminal, family and juvenile court divisions.
The concern here is that Perkins Coie is the firm that has represented Hillary Clinton and the Democrat Party for years. Although this was a long time ago, it still is noteworthy that there is also this connection. Perkins Coie is currently working with other firms in Arizona in their attempts to stop this audit in Maricopa County:

Judge Daniel Martinworked as an associate attorney for Brown & Bain from 1992 to 1996. In 2004, Brown & Bain merged with Perkins Coie, the massive pro-Democrat law firm. Perkins Coie has been active in the audit process on behalf of the Democrat Party cause. Perkins Coie officials signed a letter to the Arizona Senate president Karen Fann threatening legal consequences if they interpret that the Senate audit ends up breaking federal civil rights laws. The Arizona Democrat Party’s lawsuit against the Republican Senate President Karen Fann, Cyber Ninjas and others was filed by lawyers for Coppelsmith Brockelman and Barton Mendez Soto, two firms that are linked to Perkins Coie by virtue of the fact that their firm officials also signed the threatening letter to the Senate president Fann that Perkins Coie officials signed. "Data reporting transparency by the Trump Administration helped to publicly expose the extent to which some fraudulent employers had utilized the program, but for some unexplained reason, that employer data was left out of recent reporting. Search & Seizure at Home of Judge Who Rendered the Sensational Weimar Mask-Judgment
As 2020News has just learned, the judge at the Weimar District Court, Christian Dettmar, had his house searched today. His office, private premises and car were searched. The judge’s cell phone was confiscated by the police. The judge had made a sensational decision on April 8, 2021, which was very inconvenient for the government’s anti Coronavirus measures policy.
At the suggestion of a mother, the judge had ruled in a child welfare proceeding pursuant to Section 1666 of the German Civil Code (BGB), Ref.: 9 F 148/21, that two Weimar schools were prohibited with immediate effect from requiring students to wear mouth-nose coverings of any kind (especially qualified masks such as FFP2 masks), to comply with AHA minimum distances, and/or to participate in SARS-CoV-2 rapid tests. At the same time, it had determined that classroom instruction should be maintained (full text of the ruling in German including three expert opinions – English translation will be available soon).
This was the first time that evidence was presented before a German court regarding the scientific reasonableness and necessity of the prescribed anti-Corona measures. The expert witnesses were the hygienist Prof. Dr. med Ines Kappstein, the psychologist Prof. Dr. Christof Kuhbandner and the biologist Prof. Dr. rer. biol. hum. Ulrike Kämmerer.
After examining the factual and legal situation and evaluating the expert opinions, the judge came to the conclusion that the measures he had forbidden posed a present danger to the mental, physical or psychological well-being of the child to such an extent that significant harm could be foreseen with a high degree of certainty in the event of further development without intervention.
He wrote: “…the children are not only endangered in their mental, physical and spiritual well-being by the obligation to wear face masks during school hours and to keep their distance from each other and from other persons, but, in addition, they are already being harmed. At the same time, this violates numerous rights of the children and their parents under the law, the constitution and international conventions. This applies in particular to the right to free development of the personality and to physical integrity from Article 2 of the Basic Law as well as to the right from Article 6 of the Basic Law to upbringing and care by the parents (also with regard to measures for preventive health care and ‘objects’ to be carried by children)…”
The judge agreed with the experts’ assessment that the masks were not useful for viral protection, that the PCR test could not detect a disease-causing infection with the necessary certainty, and that asymptomatic transmission played no detectable role epidemiologically with respect to SARS-CoV-2. On the contrary, the masks would have a negative impact on children’s health due to handling-related contamination. Testing in school classes would be unnecessary, harmful and also extremely problematic in terms of data protection.
The judge’s ruling confirms the mother’s assessment: “The children are harmed physically, psychologically and pedagogically and their rights are violated, without this being offset by any benefit for the children themselves or third parties.”
In conclusion, the judge stated, “100,000 elementary school students would have to put up with all the side effects of wearing masks for a week in order to prevent just one infection per week. To call this result merely disproportionate would be a wholly inadequate description. Rather, it shows that the state legislature regulating this area has fallen into a factual disconnect that has reached historic proportions.”
The decision, which 2020News analyzed – in English – in more detail here, had caused quite a stir. It had been downloaded about two million times from the 2020News website alone.
In a side note on the sidelines of proceedings with other parties, the decision in question had been described as unlawful by the Weimar Administrative Court without any comprehensible justification.
Shortly thereafter, in a similar case, a judge in Leipzig had imposed court costs of € 18,654.00 on a single mother for an amount in dispute of € 4,120,000.00 – capped at € 500,000.00 – which can only be described as fictitious, while at the same time rejecting her legal request. It seems obvious that the Leipzig judge may have been motivated by extraneous considerations in his determination of costs, which deviated so blatantly from the actual amount in dispute of €4,000.
The house search with judge Dettmar, whose independence article 97 I GG guarantees – judges are independent and only the law subjected – took place obviously for political reasons.

I previously presented some material on the nature of pandemic scares and the possible environmental causes of sickness or disease. My argument is simply this: "germ theory", whether true or false, is the favoured explanation trotted out by the medical establishment to explain why some people get sick and why some don't. We have been trained since early childhood to believe in the "germ theory" because…well, you can surmise that it is money or greed or a desire to rule over us. Have you noticed that the "doctors" never talk about nutrition? Or the importance of outdoor activity and sunshine? Our best defenses against illness are not discussed. The "doctors" prefer the expedience of a prescription or a "shot".
The professional atmosphere is such that principled researchers and scientists are blocked from speaking the truth. Either they submit to the "germ theory" or they must look for another profession. I won't get into the history of how or why or who subordinated the practice of medicine to the whims of the Deep State but "germ theory" is a key part of it. One researcher who has bucked the establishment is a German virologist named Stephan Lanka. You probably never heard of him but you can guess why. I discovered his simple page at least 15 years ago and it stuck in my mind ever since. I rediscovered it a year ago. The second link leads to a wealth of resources on the fallacies of the germ theory (it will take you a while to dig through).

Have been wondering how India came to have such a "covid problem" when i'd heard they were using ivermectin successfully.
Graph shows a definite decrease in cases after ivermectin was introduced in Aug 2020 - and a TWELVE-FOLD increase in cases once they started jabbing their citizens on Jan 2021.
Mystery solved?
