My moonrune skills are pretty basic, but from my understanding the word ケモナー (kemonaa or kemoner) is similar to the western term furry (as in, a person that likes anthro characters and not the characters themselves).
I'm actually able to read the first image from >>6747, it says:
"Are you guys furries*?"
[Kemono (Mesukemo)]
"Muzzles!!"
"Fur!!"
[Kemono (Beastman)]
"Are you also a furry*?"
"No. I just like kemono-mimi."
Human faces and skin are fine
[Kemono-mimi Strike] (?)
"Are you a furry* too?"
"No, just I like monster girls."
[Likes Monster Girls (Assumed)]
"Are you a furry* furry too?"
"No, I like 3D animals." "Sexually."
[Zoophilia]
*Originally Kemonaa but I couldn't think of a better way to translate it
Also I'm not too sure about the "stike" thing, but I couldn't find anything about it in a dictionary.
