I tested the game with different prefixes:

- when launching the game, "LANG=ja_JP.UTF-8" is needed to properly display the text

- no DirectX libraries, no sound, I guess

- I selected DirectX 9 instead of 11 to get rid of a screen flickering issue. I used Config.exe but you may alternatively open Game.ini and set Old_DirectX_Use=1

We've jumped from 0.04 to 0.1. Does that mean there's some actual content now? Probably not, though at the very least we can hope for fewer placeholder models. Windows only right now.

Like you said a lot of the mechanics are hidden and obtuse, especially since this autistic faggot "spinner" took charge of the development of the game and is really keen on ruining the game by making existing mechanics as unintuitive as possible, to the point of prohibiting discussing them on the forums. This extends to stats, nobody knows exactly what each stats does, but the important stats seem to be education intelligence and reputation (for a better school = more money) and inhibition and corruption (for porn). The best classes for the former are geography, history and religion, and for the latter economics, biology anatomy and sex ed.
