You have to rerun the yacht event with different henchwomen to get all of the sex scenes plus you have a time limit so you have to try different variations during the reruns to get all of them. Some of the sex scenes only had dialog and no visuals. Visuals will probably be added in the next update, which means that you'll have to rerun the yacht scene again.

Here's a quick tip for people:

Sometimes, updates don't work with old saves so you end up having to start over. But you can work around that by opening regedit, navigating to the save location (HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Someguy\Something Unlimited), right-clicking "Something Unlimited", selecting export and then deleting the entire "Someguy" category.

After that, you just boot up the game, start a new save in every slot you had, close the game and use the exported .reg file you made.

This should put you back to where you were and update the save to the new version with the additional variables.
