To spare anyone wondering what the major bug/cut corner is, Lady Shiva seems to only have the initial Dance scene, meaning trying to get her to Dance any time after the first, whatever costume she's wearing, will cause the game to freeze. So don't bother. You can have her dance once, and then if you want to get her slut outfit you need to make her strip 3-4 times, and that's literally all you can do with her.
