How do you use debug mode in 1.07? I remember in an earlier version there being a list of buttons that very easily set stats for all students/teachers/everybody but those no longer seem to be in debug mode in >>1797

Open the debug menu. At the bottom there is a line for console commands. It gives you a list of avaliable commands as you type them out. The ones I've found start with add, remove, and set.

Its way worse than just pushing buttons like the old method, but this is still in alpha, so maybe they'll add it in later.

It's possible to edit a single XML file to make all your students in the 14-18 range just using notepad++

Go into \schools\normalschool\config to DefaultGameConfig.xml then open that with notepad++. Look for the lines:

<MinimumAge>18</MinimumAge>

and

<AgeRange>

<Min>18</Min>

<Max>20</Max>

Then just edit the numbers to what you prefer. It won't do anything to alter the art, or apply loli tags, but it will put all your students in a proper 14-18 high school age range if you edit those numbers appropriately.

HHS+ uses Kisekae assets for its paperdoll system to differentiate characters as you run into them in the world, dressed or otherwise. As mentioned by other anon, *all* H-scenes use random pics from all over the place, many one-shot for individual scenes, and some from various other H-games/VNs for the character-quests related to getting different PTA members (and a couple students) on your side.

The wiki is a good idea. Also you start off slowly, grinding your way to get better. The moment you learnt to hypnotize (which means training) things keep going on their own mostly. Only then you start quests and learn other skills (lockpicking, chemistry). Start with earning little extra monies by installing webcams asap.

The game's not hard nor does it require luck, the main thing to focus on early on is raising education which you mainly do by triggering events at school's classrooms, since that's what determines the "quality" of your school and how much money you'll receive every month. When you have money you can start working on corrupting the school, which you do by corrupting the PTA members and passing proposals. For this there's 3 main ways, hypnosis (train by hypnotizing random people), drugs (train at the chem lab), and doing their event chains (talk to the detective to investigate them). Use the wiki

Haven't played in a while and cba opening it, but I'll tell you from what I remember.

In the debug menu, select people from the top dropdown menu and you need to look for the name of the person you want to increase the relationship with.

Scroll to near the bottom of their stats and increase their loyalty, corruption or whatever to your liking.

It's easy to figure out.

No anon, nothing about this game is 'hardcoded', everything is simply included in the default scenario. What you need to change is the config file:

Schools/NormalSchool/Config/DefaultGameConfig.xml

Line 6 is the minimum age rule.

Line 230 is the minimum age for students.

Change both of these and either save as is or rename the save to something different. Personally I set the students to be 6-15, similar to Japanese primary through junior high.

There is still an easy way to mass edit, through the command line of the debug window. its very easy to use and autocompletes commands.

The other way to do it is to edit the config files for the scenario, changing the base values and multipliers to something far easier. Try the config I uploaded.

these are set npcs involved in the story lines. (at least the teacher and 2 of the students) so there is now way you can get rid of them expect if you want to code a whole new version of the game.

In the DefaultSettings.xml on line 6, replace 18 with a different age if you like. Than to replace default age range change the numbers on line 20 for adults, and line 242 for students. Once the world was generated for the specific set of rules it cant be changed. If you want students to be of different age, start a new game. Judging by the way all your students became 18 , I would suggest you looking at this: allthefallen.ninja/forum/index.php?threads/hhs-22-01-18-wip-kids-of-smallville.6522/ (no release at this point, but they say there will be a release with just paperdolls within a few days, and a release with events and images after that)

Only one that immediately comes to mind is "Fetishmaster" which is a weird mish-mash of ideas. Rather than strictly play as a character training slaves you take over the minds of your servants and do shit to raise their stats that way. Usually by fucking things or doing events that lead to fucking things. Dude from that ATF mod above here. We got working loli's at this point. Once batch image maker finishes making paperdolls im going to drop them in + loli/shota principal was a wonderfull idea that works perfectly well too. Separating loli events from default ones, was pretty easy too

Pre-alpha (I know how locals hate this word combination, but still…) of the loli-mod is ready. To add to this I've begged people on the forums to document their scenes on the wiki but keep getting the same response "Why waste time on documenting when I could be creating stuff". Hacing combed through countless events and the code itself it is a confusing mess and exactly what you'd expect when you have a ton of different people working on the same thing with no set guidelines, rules, or code review process. Shits a nightmare and to be honest a hard reset button needs to be hit again and someone needs to be appointed to a strict lead position so there can be some sense of quality control and guidance for progress.

So any tips for how to play this for someone on a 42" TV?

Nope. There are some good events but you need a whole lot of grinding to get anywhere in terms of progression and even if you do it's not even worth it since it's unfinished. Sure, the content is pretty good on occasion but the shitty gameplay sucks the fun out of it for me. If you can get past that then you'll probably enjoy it I guess.

Don't do that, if you want to change the amount of male vs female change the parameter in one of the game files before starting a game, you can do it both for parents and students I think. There's still going to be some boys that are unique characters, like Peter Hooter, who are necessary for the quests, you can turn them into futas with a drug and then from futas into girls with another drug. But not having male students or having very few, will cause certain events not to fire. Though if you ask me, it's better to not play the game, it's unfinished, grindy, and the people left developing it keep modifying the engine without adding new content nor finishing the current stories, they do modify the stories that are already finished for no apparent reason. I guess they're the kind of people that get off modifying code and designing poor game mechanics, so that's what they think makes a good porn game.

You need lockpicking in the Hooter event chain, but I didn't think it was a prerequisite. If it does have prerequisites, there will be a point in the hooter chain where she mentions having a weak lock on her house, that's the only likely event I can think of.

Unfortunately I can't upload my fully patched copy of the game. Just read the HHS release thread for the corresponding update, and it'll tell you what to do.

For some of the updates (the ones where it's just a "school" folder), you can just drag it into the HHS directory and merge it with the existing school folder. For the ones where it's an individual file, the forum thread will tell you where it is located in the game files - you just replace the existing file with the updated one. And make sure to do them in the order specified in the thread otherwise things break.

There used to be a nice auto-updated app but it hasn't been maintained and doesn't work with the current version of the game. I wish the devs would publish the game via an anonymous readonly SVN or Git repo and make it easy to just pull any updates that way, but at the end of the day it's their project and it's free so I can't complain too much.

Each class increases a different stat. I don't recall exactly which does which (they're in the game files) but I know for example geography increased education the most, biology/anatomy/sex ed decreased inhibition, economy increased corruption, and so on. So the best strategy is to pick 4 of the best classes (I'd usually pick the ones that boosted education) and do those 4 every day of the week. A lot of classes are junk and add useless stats like happiness or fitness.

Like you said a lot of the mechanics are hidden and obtuse, especially since this autistic faggot "spinner" took charge of the development of the game and is really keen on ruining the game by making existing mechanics as unintuitive as possible, to the point of prohibiting discussing them on the forums. This extends to stats, nobody knows exactly what each stats does, but the important stats seem to be education intelligence and reputation (for a better school = more money) and inhibition and corruption (for porn). The best classes for the former are geography, history and religion, and for the latter economics, biology anatomy and sex ed. This was like a year ago though may not apply now but like I said they're in the files.

Yeah this game is a bit of a grind. I've played for 7 hours and made negligible progress, and I'm abusing the fuck out of hypnotism when i can and savescumming when ever something negative happens.

Don't give up, it's worth it. Focus on the PTA members quests and the photoshop quest, the rest will fall into place on its own. If you're finding hypnotism too slow, dive into drugs, they're way faster once you skill them up.
