First of all, accept and own whatever it is. You can't be in rejection or opposition to anything you want to get rid of.

Then, allow yourself to feel it. Imagine this baggage wants to say something by way of your feelings, so let it. Don't amplify it, or become identified with it. Simply let yourself feel what it wants to feel and wait. If you find yourself adopting a victim or martyr mentality, that is essentially the same as if you find yourself rejecting or resisting it. Go back to the beginning.

You can accelerate the process by actively seeking the opposite energy and expressing it (for example, if you feel anger, meditate on gratefulness). However, this accelerates the process I mentioned earlier, it doesn't sidestep it. You are going to have to go through it anyway.

In essense, your consciousness can dissolve any energy by passively observing it without engaging it, like the sun shining on a puddle until it's dry. And you can help it along by actively engaging in energies that negate it (law of polarity).

If you have bad stuff weighting you down, life should from time to time throw it at you. Every time you find yourself in conflict, either internal or external, apply that meditative attitude I explained above.

You can do it in the moment, or you can set aside half an hour daily to clear your mind in meditation and recall the bad feelings, bring them to the surface and let them get cleared.

I am confused about something. There are books like Atkinson’s, the Tibetan Book of the Dead, or Between the Gates that describe the dissolution of the bodies upon death, the loss of consciousness, the pull towards rebirth, etc.

Then there are many mediums and channelers of guides, or even mystics like Neville Goddard, who talk about how the afterlife is just like this life, that you just go there to rest in between lives and then plan a new life, including the good and the bad, and come back here deliberately to learn.

I know many in the second category who are legit. They are not lying at least. But I have a bit of difficulty conciliating both perspectives.

The first one would make you want to seek spiritual attainment in order to free yourself of the need to keep coming back to suffer. The second one implies everything is just fine, so just relax and enjoy life.

Had the strangest dream last night. Parts of it seemed chaotic but there was one part that stood out as symbolism to me. I seemed to have been "infected" by some sort of malignant virus or being. Anon, this might seem like a lot to ask, but I'm a passerby, stopping by on a random whim, in search for something a little spicier than I'm used to, mostly in an effort to cure boredom and get better advice.

So, with that being said, could you point me in a valuable direction? I've already begun a path and, while I didn't do an "official" initiation, I do have some old friends which I was immersed with for a while who showed me some ropes before I lost contact.

I cut off my legs, removed my leg bones, and then after closely examining them I switched my knees out with artificial replacements. After which I replaced my legs and walked around on the new knees, in intense pain. I kept thinking that my new knees would explode and I would be crippled.

Ive dreamt after a severe 1st kneecap dislocation that my leg from knee down fell off and someone gave me a numbing healing glue to reattach it. Woke up with significantly more function in my leg.

A year ago I fractured a big toe bone and couldn't walk for months. The other dream I cut my own foot off, spent a few days in dream land, migrated into a dream I had before with a now missing foot and deja vu'd that I had been there before, and for helping out the people there one of them surgically reattached my foot. My toes were rearranged with big toe in the middle, next two toes surrounding, and smallest toes on the outside. Pretending that my foot is set up like that actually helps me regain my gait and undo muscle compensation and trauma holding patterns.

It has also led me into a bit of reading on various cultures understandings of holy men being inflicted serious injuries that last years of even a lifetime as a lesson on the human condition as well as to temper them into a more refined being in this harsh world of ignorance and misunderstanding.

There are two types of energy (at least) and the Chinese had a good understanding of how they worked.

Guys, I’m losing my mind. Since 2021, more and more people don’t seem real to me. On TV, online or in person. People I knew and people I didn’t. They are just not real. They’ve been replaced with empty facsimiles is the best way I can describe it. They don’t realize this and I think I might actually be going insane.

People on old videos, however, are real. I can feel it. It’s a very weird feeling which tells me I’m living in a pretend reality.
