Since the 1940s (except for one blot in history, 9/11), there has been a singular force in NATO and Israeli media, the Nixon formula. This got Nixon in the Vice President spot, despite Nixon having a dog named Checkers (an enemy of the Camorra, a Pole, PRCC, or later a Nicaraguan, for losing George Jung's money), and elected him President.
Nixon created a simple logic, to train spies: Nixon, is the bad guy, the Boss Spy. He's the spy's boss, he has a hedge strategy, separate from the cops (they watch cop shows, and like Cool, but not the KGB, they're spies and cops, like John McCain pointed out about Putin).
Then, you have the guy that wants money from his father, or the girl, the main character (Bond, Ethan Hunt, Batman, etc.). That guy is Hitler. We don't like Hitler, but we have to save people from him, as the Boss Spy (Gordon, he's a cop, but he was in the military somehow).
Finally, there's Cool. Hitler, doesn't like this guy, as our Holocaust instructor informed us in history (they were MI-6). They defend us, from the guy that wants money from his father, the cop/spy, KGB. Putin. McCain knew Putin was KGB, that guy was a pig, he busted McCain in the Hilton Hotel, McCain met that guy.
Now, what's 9/11? That's Rebel Serpico. Someone decided to play with Nixon's formula, and make the Boss Spy, the building, the Lead Character, the Ayatollah Khomeini, and Cool, the theme song.
That's illegal. Even on a cop show, where the cops in the Middle East, think they're spies (KGB).
