If you're an American who wanting to be a good animator who wants to go the college route, you'll have to go to East Asia or central Europe or Eastern Europe. Specifically, South Korea, Japan, possibly China, Belgium, France, Italy, or some former soviet republic. Or you can put in the work and go it without the schools like some did.

The pacing on this is pretty fast to the point where I wonder if some parts got cut out or something. I liked how Jet Jaguar started in this bad ass form before switching to his original look. This was a weird story to read but I think it was worth it. I have more stories of this anthology comic if you guys want to read some more.
