Well Look like I have to pay. CACANi has a unique feature. You can fine tune the inbetweens in your vectors animation, something that every animation software missed. JoJo part 5 use Cacani animation.

It's good if you want something to display library in an image form. ComicRack is more customizable and you can automate some stuff with scripts for it. However, both can get choked up if you have a collection that's approaching terabyte territory.
CDisplayEx is good if you want a simple and relatively lightweight comic book reader.
As far as managing collection goes, FreeFileSync is easy to use for folder synchronization, backing up, and copying large quantities of files. Total Commander is good for folder and file browsing, especially if you are using an operating system where 'sort by date' and other sorting features do not work properly.

And ComicRack is not FOSS, so NO.

Thanks for the recommendation, but still not FOSS

Yeah but what about FileZilla and others? What about Duplicacy, Duplicati, Restic etc.?

I'm thinking about developing my own software, and I even managed to discover a great company https://www.kindgeek.com/ that can help me with that, so I hope I'll understand what exactly I need from software to give clear instructions and be able to come up with a decent product because it's actually harder than it seems.

Some questions you'd better ask those professionals who work directly with such projects. I'm talking about https://www.darly.solutions/industries/fintech because I was just recently interested in this kind of thing and found this company. I've already contacted them and received a free consultation on my project. I think I will happily continue to work with them as they have proven themselves to be excellent professionals capable of handling my specifications.
