/clang/ I'm trying to get into /erp/ and through some prodding and help from them, and thinking about what I want, I decided that I wanted to make a character that's based on an updated Generation ship. Not just the ship, but the AI that controls and operates it, and all of the robots and machines on board, but I'm having a hell of a time finding any of the images I know are out there.
I know it's a bit of a /r/equest thread, but you guys must have things like articulated robot arms [I'm thinking The Sentinels from the matrix], or sleek EVE like robot girls, maybe in the same style as the pic, which I think is just a full-size pop render from paradox's space game. Mostly, I really have no idea what to search for, or where to search, to find non-humanoid robots, or robot parts. Things even coming out of walls, or computer screens displaying images. Bare, full-robot machines with some weak-ish plate covering to simulate a more humanoid shape. Also, as far as a character for FILTHY ROLEPLAYING, what do you guys think of the idea of a Giant, semi-ancient space ship that gets amorous with passengers through robot arms coming out of the walls, or androids walking around, or chipped, and controlled meat-bodies?
