For some of us this is pretty much a non issue as we do this as a part of daily life since long. For others it may be more difficult. Let's help each other out.

They don't have them, because they don't have restrictions on who they sell to. Black arts can be dangerous if you are weak in some way that can be abused. Not that it matters in the greater view of things, but it would be bad for business if people had mental breakdowns or died after buying a summoning. This may just be me but I'm having a little problem addressing them as individuals. Normally I form a relation with one from the race when I start summoning them, with the Damaltris this wasn't possible. I had to make a general pact with them as a group instead. In my view they're "horde-like" and while they do have leaders among themselves, they don't seem to place a lot of importance on individualism.
Maybe you will be better at forming a relation with one. They come in both genders, the one showing interest in guiding you said to call her Clara. I tried searching for a picture of what she looks like to me, this is fairly close.
You can keep this completely formal if you like, they don't seem to make any difference between the sexes so this is purely personal preference.

Only that they're very dark. The ones you get from the shop aren't representative of what they're like.
Most of them may be categorized as black arts in their terminology. If I get one for you, that's what you'll probably get. CH describes them as very sexual, while that is true I'd say that's a narrow understanding, they're "flesh and blood" aligned more than just "lust" aligned. The images I get are that they're the kind who would engage in sacrificial rituals, hacking (human or animal) bodies into little bits on a stone altar while a storm is approaching with dark clouds on the horizon. If you are able to see that as sensual or "hot" you'll do fine with even the darkest of them. But it's not a problem, personal compatibility is important for these summonings to work out, if you don't agree or sympathize with them, they won't be interested in you.

Once upon a time I bought myself one of those practically-free creepyhollows first time deals. I seemed to be making contact with something over the course of a couple of weeks, but then SHTF. CH 'tech support desk' was very little help, and I lost my trust for their practices. I discarded the original artefact, as well as that of the 'guardian' entity I'd panic-bought to try and protect myself from the hell I'd suddenly stepped into; I reached out to several charitable spirit-workers, one of whom was able to (apparently) un-do the "to my person" portion of the CH bindings- but then suddenly broke contact and pretty much told me I was on my own for the rest of this one, after taking a closer look. Things got REALLY hairy before I finally managed to reel myself in; but even now I feel like I'm still 'haunted' by something that I haven't been able to make go away. It sure as hell ain't my 'spirit friend', or at least it doesn't seem to be. "I went to creepyhollows, and all I got was my shit shaken, stirred, and stripped of any skepticism about the existence of spirits."
…. Man. I felt like I had some questions to ask, but I'm not clear on them any more. I guess I just wanted to vent. Can't talk about this shit to the family councilor, that's for sure.
Maybe this: How do you go about developing confidence in your divination/senses? My biggest blunder through the whole thing is that I was basically flying blind; I had no way to verify/test/interrogate what I was experiencing and felt the only course of action I had as a result was 'try to make it all go away.'

I don't know what kind of bindings they do over at CH, but it's certain these don't break easily considering the power level of the entities offered. In some way it may be irresponsible but they're also serving the spirit world so they can keep doing it. Usually trying to shut out a spirit will make it increase its efforts in contacting you, and one way of doing that is by scaring you. Fear is a reaction good as any.
What did you buy? There is definitely something there.
Personally I find it cute and funny when someone turns out being a poltergeist and starts knocking on walls and throwing stuff down from shelves, as long as they don't break anything. I mean they just can't help it, they want attention and it's in their nature to mess with people. So first off you need to invite them openly and be ready to listen to them.

Looking again now I perceived a forest and looking into the forest I saw a white-ish or cream colored kitsune with thick fur. I can't tell what's going in here but there is a peaceful feeling over it. I haven't personally experienced accidentally talking with personal thoughtforms/tulpas so I can't give much advice on this. Sometimes your past lives' selves may manifest as an external being and talk to you, but that's generally very different. One sign to look for is that external entities are not obedient in the same way, and there is a tension. It can be partially hostile but still friendly, and with mischievious entities like foxes they will definitely play pranks on you in unexpected ways. These are friendly but say if you get minor signs of hauntings in your house you know it's them. A tulpa won't do things like that.
Overall there is a stronger emotional feel of being in contact with another person when you interact with real beings, you'll just have to learn to discern. If they are able to tell you verifiable information you have no way of personally knowing such as predictions of small events you can use that as confirmation.

May I have a sweep of my astral proximity, I’ve spent my whole life unsure of anything. And the ideas that have been hitting me the last 6 months or so has changed the course of my life. If you speak in the same way you wrote here, you're not going to make any sense to them. Do a bit of a retreat and collect your thoughts. Maybe a month of meditation or yoga?
As for your surroundings you already have good natured spiritual guides, nothing has to be done. Just practice and raise your awareness and you will be able to communicate with them. You can only know them by interaction so I won't tell you more about them, it's how they want it to motivate you to reach out to them.

Update on the Empusa:
After working with them a bit I can say they are very effective at absorbing your energy. According to myth they would seduce men and suck their life force out until they died. This is probably fully possible.
If you are a regular person or neophyte, it is adviced to stay far away from them. If you know what you are doing and can see your own energy etc, you can (probably) safely work with them. There is one obvious use for Empusa interactions relevant here: They can absorb your sexual energy very quickly. If you are being disturbed by sexual ideas, images online, or just people you meet irl, and this is making you waste your time and attention, you can contract an Empusa to absorb that energy for you. She won't miss one particle of it, effectively taking away your reason for being disturbed. An Empusa is like a black hole, they'll suck it all in, and seem bottomless.
Make sure to create a contract/deal for her interaction with you. Make it simple, she'll easily find loopholes if you complicate it.
Last and maybe most important: make sure that the contract includes her giving you something in return. The natural balance of losing energy and getting the equal amount back doesn't seem to work with them, their "black hole" quality seems to nullify normal principles. This is probably what killed men in the past.
The experience of having one contracted is unlike anything I've seen. The moment a disturbing idea appears, causing a possible waste of energy, she'll instantly manifest, her image appearing for a split second to absorb that energy. She'll then disseapper from your awareness again, until the next instant your mind goes in the wrong direction, she'll be there and cover that area again.

According to my grey contacts they had originally intended to use the jews as their own power base on earth by having them take control and then reincarnating as jews. Forget about "light vs dark" and other dualistic thinking if you want to start understanding this. There aren't really any "sides" here, it's just sympathies or preferences and skirmishes between races.
TL:DR
There are a lot of details but no huge conspiracy or single sinister intelligence behind it. It's mostly chaotic and human models of thinking can't grasp this, always trying to see it as "good vs evil" when it's just circumstantial.
