If every woman has like 8 kids, they will be the majority of the population within 2 to 3 generations. And sure most of them won't have that many, and many will leave the religion. There are actually 3 problems here. The first is the prospect of Muslim minority groups one day demographically overwhelming their host nations, which is something that Israel worries about. Israel can't really overcome the problem via breeding furiously though, because Israel is fucking small. They will have to combine breeding with emigration (and with their existing oppression of Palestinians).
The second is greater suffering for a greater number of sub-saharan Africans when, as happens like clockwork and is happening again now in East Africa, their food runs out. Semi-starving people mostly don't cross the Meditarannean and become economic migrants in Europe, they just slowly starve. So this problem is essentially just a humanitarian one.
The third problem is average IQs decreasing. North America looks like a bright spot here… until you look at the figures in more detail. It's not high-IQ couples who are having large families in the main (and it's certainly not Jews, who are childfree-ing and outbreeding themselves to death in North America).
The first problem is related to the first because Islam suppresses thought and closes off certain occupations, so even Muslims that are highly intelligent might not be able to exploit their intelligence fully, especially if they are female. I even suspect that antisemitic Muslims ignore jobs where they might have to work alongside Jews.

One evidence against the idea of Arab/Iranian inferiority is that these people live well in Latin America. That does not sound like subhuman behavior. Arabs, Iranians and Turks aren't very promiscuous either which solidly put them in the group of civilized peoples. Their problem is Islam and its obsolete rules, not racial inferiority in the sense of being worse than the average human. Islam is a civilization no matter how ossified and outdated it is.
We always need to be aware of environmental factors when discussing race. For example people who visited Japan in 1840 may call Japanese subhumans. However they are mistaken. The same applies to Europe in Early Middle Ages.

However when there exist more than two tribes genocide in the sense of killing people is actually a pretty unprofitable policy in general.
