I think we need to have an objective, rational discussion on race and IQ.
1.What are the genotypical and phenotypical IQ of Ashkenazi Jews, Nordic people (including Germans), Slavs, Romance-speaking Europeans and Northeast Asians?
2.What is the true genotypical IQ of different groups of blacks (Bantus, Nilotic people, Khoisans, Pygmies, etc)? Note that we must take malnutrition and other factors into account. I'm asking about the genotypical IQ, not the phenotypical one.

The Nazis killed about two-thirds Europe's Jewish population before the war was over. What effect did this have on the average IQ of Ashkenazi Jews? Hitler banned IQ tests and I couldn't find any pre-war IQ data for Jews.
It's cynical but maybe exterminating the poorest/dumbest/least paranoid ends of a group's distribution is a quick way to "raise" both intelligence and neuroticism for the group.

Agreed. However I believe this is what group IQ difference is about. High IQ groups tend to be from harsh natural and social environments that basically strongly select against low-IQ people.
