Louisiana Company Charged With Conspiracy To Defraud The Government And Violate The Procurement Integrity Act

United States Attorney Peter G. Strasser and Makan Delrahim, Assistant Attorney General for the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice, announced that CAJAN WELDING & RENTALS, LTD., a company located in Opelousas, Louisiana, was charged on July 2, 2020 in a one-count bill of information with conspiracy to defraud the United States and to violate the Procurement Integrity Act, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371.

According to the bill of information, CAJAN WELDING & RENTALS, LTD. conspired with unnamed co-conspirators to defraud the United States by corrupting and impairing the government procurement process, and by obtaining non-public pricing and cost information in order to obtain subcontract awards and payments from the U.S. Department of Energy in connection with its operation of the nation’s Strategic Petroleum Reserve.

If convicted, CAJAN WELDING & RENTALS, LTD. faces a maximum fine of $500,000.00, a term of probation of up to five years, and a special assessment of $400.00.

An information is merely an accusation. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.

The case is being investigated by the United States Attorney’s Office in the Eastern District of Louisiana, the Department of Justice Antitrust Division’s Washington Criminal II Section, and the Department of Energy’s Office of the Inspector General.

According to the Daily Mail, the Welsh actress is building her Casa Zeta-Jones brand into something bigger and will debut its new goodies sometime this week. Like Gwyneth Paltrow's extremely successful Goop empire, the publication reports Catherine plans to sell makeup, kitchenware, coffee, vegan shoes and more under her lifestyle company.

The publication also pointed out that her line of vegan shoes has been described as being "made from the finest vegan leather," and will be priced in the $60 range. Moreover, her home goods collection will include traditional Welsh love spoons—something the actress reportedly enjoys giving out as a gift.

"Everything I have designed has truly been a passion project," Catherine said of her new collection, according to Daily Mail. "I wanted to take this passion a step further and create a brand that's beautiful and luxurious, while still being attainable."

At this time, the actress has yet to share any details of her lifestyle brand.

This isn't the 50-year-old star's first foray into home décor, fashion and more. Catherine has released pajama sets, towels, blankets, candles and so many other items under the Casa Zeta-Jones name.

Her line has been sold on QVC, and it's unclear if her new collection of items will also be sold on the shopping network.

Back in 2018, Michael Douglas praised his wife over her acting career and lifestyle venture.

"She's branching out in a couple other areas. She's got a whole branding line of Casa Zeta-Jones and she's on QVC and she's an entrepreneur and I totally support her," the actor told E! News' Will Marfuggi at the time. "The acting roles, particularly for ladies at a certain age, become much more difficult. This is something where you can actually control your life so she really enjoys it."

But it was a win for state election officials who feared that empowering rogue electors would cause chaos.

Eight feared killed after two planes collide over Idaho lake

Two people died in a plane crash Sunday over Lake Coeur d’Alene in Idaho, and as many as six other people may be missing, the Kootenai County Sheriff’s Office has confirmed.

Two planes collided with each other and then crashed into Coeur d’Alene Lake around 2:20 p.m. local time (4:20 p.m. E.T.), according to a release from the sheriff’s office.

Both planes have been located and are in 127 feet of water, it added.

Lt. Ryan Higgins with the sheriff’s office confirmed two bodies had been recovered from the planes. The victims have not been identified.

e said initial reports suggest there were a total of eight passengers and crew on the two planes, but that is still being verified.

Investigators do not believe there are any survivors in the crash, and have not established the cause of the collision.

Witness Carissa Lehmkuhl was in a boat with friends as the crash unfolded and debris rained on the lake.

"I looked at two of my girlfriends sitting across from me, they both screamed and had terrified faces, and were pointing at something at the water," Lehmkuhl told NBC News on Monday.

"So I look over, and it was right after the first two planes hit, and I saw the debris raining down, and I didn’t register what happened. It was a mass of debris raining down and an explosion."

Lehmkuhl said her boat raced toward the wreckage and got there in about 20 seconds.

"We immediately drove right over, and our first thought was to help, but you could smell the fuel vividly, and with all the wreckage everywhere, we were concerned for our safety," she said. "I wasn’t sure if it was dangerous, it was just kind of eerie and scary."

John Cowles told the Spokane Spokesman-Review that he was on the lake with his family at the time of the crash. Cowles said he saw what appeared to be an “engine explosion” on a seaplane flying no more than 200 feet overhead. One of the plane’s wings then separated, and the plane fell into the water, he said.

Another witness, Patrick Pearce, told the newspaper that he saw two single-engine planes coming towards each other, 800 to 900 feet above the water. Pearce, a pilot himself, said he recognized by the engine sounds that both planes were traveling at a fairly high rate of speed.

The planes collided before crashing into the lake, Pearce said.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), which will be investigating the incident along with the National Transportation Safety Board, said one of the aircraft involved was a Cessna 206. They don't yet know the make and model of the other aircraft.

Although his children might not have known he was out of money, they all did learn one thing from him. Blackmail. They also learned that if you could play on the inside, you would have knowledge. Knowledge is power. Knowledge is money. Also playing on the inside meant you can control who escapes and who is caught. Playing on the inside means you can make it impossible for someone to be found.

Two of the daughters focused on playing on the inside. What did they accomplish? A backdoor into the computers of various intelligence and border control agencies in countries throughout the world. How did they accomplish this? They designed the system. They built it. They sold it to one country at a time. One of the things the software is used for is border controls. If you have the ability to pretend someone is in a county or show them never entering or leaving a country, you can hide someone really well. It could also make it really easy to hide a family member. It is not a fail safe system for hiding someone, but it takes away one of the biggest tools governments have for finding someone who is trying to disappear.

Fast forward to the present day to the biggest blackmailing operation in the history of the world. A blackmailing operation that involves multiple state actors and one of the biggest accounting frauds since Enron. The accounting fraud was only possible because regulators in several countries were being pressured by other state actors. All of these directions lead to Asia. One of the state actors handled the banking and fraud aspect. They had a trial run last year with their successful hacking of international banks. That country does not have the wherewithal or ability to take on a large scale blackmail operation. You need someone larger for that. A very large country who also happens to be the sponsor/lifeline for the other company.

You have a missing executive of a company that processed thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of transactions for child porn. The executive has all of the information of who produced it, distributed it, and consumed it through these financial transactions. Meanwhile, why not steal some money while they were at it and cover that up too.

Now, what about the sisters I wrote about earlier? The ability to manipulate where someone went and where someone is going. The executive supposedly flew into a Southeast Asian country, at least according to the immigration arrival records in the country's computer system. However, he is not on any video. No one remembers him on the flight. The next day he supposedly leaves for the country behind all of this, but there were no flights to that country at that time that correspond with the immigration records. It sure makes it a lot easier to hide when you have someone on the inside.

Yes on the state level, states that have provisions (most states) that electors (electoral college voters) MUST cast electoral college vote for winner of the that States popular vote, as it has always been, it basically allows States to eliminate the chance of a faithless elector, and abide by the States rules.

In the past faithless electors could vote 'rogue' (for someone other than the states popular vote winner) and the penalty, and remedy by the State varied. It seems in some States once the faithless elector vote was issued, the State was shit out of luck. Now this SC decision would likely halt any faithless elector vote and give States recourse to resubmit a vote in line with its laws. Will prevent a Constitutional crisis of sorts whereby electoral college electors could undermine the State, Soros and DNC could start riots and MSM could support fuggery.

Taking the new SC ruling, the electors have to follow state law. Some States have new laws that if enough states pass NP vote laws their own laws kicks in. so far 196 electoral votes are linked to this and would go for NP winner if states equaling 74 MORE votes pass the law
