Mayor Castor implementing mandatory mask ordinance for City of Tampa

TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) – Mayor Jane Castor has plans to implement a mandatory mask ordinance for City of Tampa residents.

Mayor Castor announced the ordinance during Hillsborough County’s Emergency Policy Group meeting on Thursday.

“The community is looking for leadership and that is what they need right now,” she said. “I’m going to put a mandatory mask ordinance for the City of Tampa right now to protect our citizens.”

The ordinance will go into effect Friday at 5 p.m.

The ordinance says employees and anyone walking into a business must cover their mouth and nose with a mask or face-covering. The only exception would be if people are eating and drinking. You are not required to wear a mask outside. However, if you cannot social distance, you should wear a mask.

If someone is found without a mask or face-covering, it will be a civil citation.

“If we don’t want to have a downturn – go backward as Commissioner Overman just alluded to, to phase back instead of going forward – we are going to have to take action and the only action that has been mentioned by Dr. Rivkees, by Dr. Holt, by all of the heads of the hospitals…by all of the medical personnel, the only way to stop this is to wear a mask,” Castor said during the EPG meeting. “That is the only way. And the fact that our own health department doesn’t even have a requirement to wear a mask is just unconscionable to me. The community is looking at us as the leaders and they’re looking for us to give them direction.”

This news comes one day after Mayor Rick Kriseman announced all St. Pete businesses including bars, gyms, retail establishments, retail, barbershops and salons will now be required to have employees wear a face mask or covering in areas open to the public. St. Pete’s mandate will also go into effect Friday at 5 p.m.

The Hillsborough County EPG will vote on a similar mask order for the entire county on Monday. During Thursday’s meeting, Commissioner Kimberly Overman made a motion to have the county attorney draft up an order regarding mandatory mask usage in businesses. Commissioner Sandra Murman seconded the motion. It was passed 5-3, with Hillsborough County Sheriff Chad Chronister, Plant City Mayor Rick Lott and Hillsborough County School Board Chair Melissa Snively voting no.

Dr. Douglas Holt, the director of the Hillsborough County Health Department, made note of the fact in the meeting that Hillsborough County has seen a continued increase in new cases so much so that the upward slope is becoming steeper.

Today I found out clownfish are all born males and the dominant male of a group will turn female when the female of that group dies.

Clownfish, also known as anemonefish, are sequential hermaphrodites that first develop into males. In fact, they live in regimented schools made up of all males and just one female- the lone female being the dominant and generally the largest fish in a given group. The second in command of the school is usually the largest, and most aggressive, male of the group. Due to his dominance of the other males, he’ll tend to ensure they stay small via taking the best food opportunities for himself and the like. Besides the perks of more food, he’s also the only one that gets to breed with the female.

During breeding, the female will lay sometimes thousands of eggs, depending on the species and her size, usually on a pre-cleaned rock or coral close to the anemone they live in. After the eggs are laid, the male will go along and fertilize them.

From here, if a given egg is poor quality, whether damaged (i.e. Nemo) or it becomes infected by a fungus or the like, the male will typically eat the egg. Likewise, if the egg is infertile, or if the clownfish is an inexperienced breeder or stressed, he may also simply eat the eggs.

Otherwise, the male, and rarely the female, will guard the fish for the 6-10 days it takes to hatch, as well as regularly fan them, which increases the chances of the eggs successfully developing. After the eggs hatch, the parent’s job is done and they have nothing to do with the baby fish, who ascend to the surface and feed on plankton until maturation.

If the female dies, the dominate male will get first choice of food and begin to gain weight, ultimately becoming female. She will then choose a breeding partner among the available males, which is usually the largest and most aggressive male available. At the same time, everyone else moves up one in the pecking order. The two will pair off and breed together until something happens to one or the other, at which point the cycle begins again.

It is thought that this peculiar ability to change sex developed because, unlike many other types of fish, clownfish almost never stray very far away from their homes in sea anemones, which they form a symbiotic relationship with. Thus, if not for their ability to adapt to potentially limited mating partners in their local area, they may not get a chance to breed at all.

Occasionally, humans can also change sex naturally, at least in terms of changing external body parts. In the vast majority of these cases where the change occurs naturally, a human born with female genitalia, will turn male after puberty. I do not understand these "orders". How do they carry the force of law? As I understand it, executive orders are not laws, in so much that they never go through any legislative process, making them wholly unconstitutional. I have been looking for some way to get around these "orders" but I can't afford the fines or missing work to fight in court. President Donald Trump explained Thursday why he hired former U.N. Ambassador John Bolton as a National Security adviser, despite disagreeing with him on many foreign policy issues.

The president commented during an interview with the Wall Street Journal:

Democrats are claiming that Trump’s alleged remarks constitute asking for help in an election from a foreign power, versus Trump trying to negotiate the best outcome in trade talks for American farmers.

Schiff called it part of a “pattern and practice” of abusing his power for personal and political gain, and raising old claims from the unsuccessful effort to impeach Trump.

“Notwithstanding John Bolton’s self-serving silence during the impeachment investigation, the allegations he raises are very serious,” Schiff wrote. “They further demonstrate what we proved at trial, not only regarding his Ukraine misconduct, but more consequentially, that he has a pattern and practice of abusing his power for personal and political gain.”

He also blasted Bolton for refusing to testify during the impeachment hearings, and wanting to save it for his book, from which he is expected to financially and personally profit.

“John Bolton may be an author, but he’s no patriot,” Schiff said.

“When Bolton was asked, he refused, and said that he would sue the House if he was subpoenaed. When Senate Republicans blocked Bolton’s testimony during the Senate trial to protect Trump, we asked if Bolton would be willing to provide written testimony before the trial was over. He refused, again, and decided to save it for his book,” he added.

Ignatius Loyola himself was a crypto‑Jewof the Occult Cabala.  

A crypto‑Jew is a Jew who converts to another religion and outwardly embraces the new religion, while secretly maintaining Jewish practices.

As John Torell explains: "In 1491 San Ignacio de Loyola was born in the Basque province of Guipuzcoa, Spain.   His parents were Marrano Jews and at the time of his birth the family was very wealthy. As a young man he became a member of the Jewish Illuminati order in Spain.

As a cover for his crypto Jewish activities,he became very active as a Roman Catholic. On May 20, 1521 Ignatius (as he was now called) was wounded in a battle, and became a semi‑cripple. Unable to succeed in the military and political arena, he started a quest for holiness and eventually ended up in Paris where he studied for the priesthood.

In 1539 he had moved to Rome where he founded the "JESUIT ORDER," which wasto become the most vile, bloody and persecuting order in the Roman Catholic Church.  

In 1540, the current Pope Paul III approved the order. At Loyola's death in 1556 there were more than 1000 members in the Jesuit order, located in a number of nations."

Ignatius of Loyola's secretary, Polanco, was of Jewish descent and was the only person present at Loyola's deathbed.'''

James Lainez, who succeeded Loyola as the second Jesuit General, was also of Jewish descent. Jews were attracted to the Jesuit order and joined in large numbers.  

Lacunza was no exception. He was a Jew, which explains why he introduced the Eschatological teaching of a return to the Jewish animal sacrifices during the Millennium.  

(In a book titled The Coming of the Messiah in Glory and Majesty published in 1812, 11 years after the death of its author, Jesuit Emanuel de Lacunza who, wrote under the fictitious pen name of a purportedly converted Jew, Rabbi Juan Josaphat Ben Ezra, in order to conceal his identity and to make his writings more palatable to the Protestant readers. He promoted the writings of sixteenth century Jesuit priest Francisco Ribera, developing a futuristic perspective which restricted the prophetic fulfillments in the book of Revelation to the end of the world).  

Lacunza also wrote that during a millennium after the tribulation the Jewish animal sacrifices would be reinstated along with the Eucharist (the mass) of the Catholic Church.

Lacunza has followed after Jewish fables and replaced the commandments of God with the commandments of men. That doctrine gives the Jews primacy in God's plan and relegates Christians to a prophetic parenthetical to be supplanted by the Jews during the thousand year earthly reign of Christ.
