Currently a .NET Core Console app using the Twitter API like Tweetdeck. A twitter user would authorize the MemeCannon app via Twitter, that gets a list of images in a local folder and posts randomly to their Twitter with a random/fixed set of hashtags. Everything is well below their spamlimits, 1-2 tweets per minute. No install, just run. I've been using it with MemeFarmers mega meme archives for a couple months. Turn it on and it just runs thru 500+ files until you stop it or it's done. It's running right now.

Builds out a dynamic menu and you choose your campaign/folder and default hashtags.

Everything funnels thru my Twitter Developer acct so if @jack wanted to shut it down it would be easy for them. <5MB and would be open source, except for my app keys.

# Install MemeCannon

To Install:

1) Add your Twitter API Consumer Key and API Consumer Secret to the app.config.

2) Edit the default hashtags, HashTagCount and ImageSourceFolder in CannonConfig.json.

The 'Default Hashtags' are hashtags that you can include with every meme tweet. Each 'campaign' has it's own set of hashtags that it will randomly select. Make sure to include a number equal or greater than the 'HashTagCount' in CannonConfig.json. It will include this number of hashtags from the campaign, plus the default hashtags, if enabled when running.

Set the ImageSourceFolder to a folder that includes many folders of memes ready for the MemeCannon. Assuming your folder structure looks something like this:

D:\\MemeCannon\Ammo\Comey\hashtags

D:\\MemeCannon\Ammo\Clapper\hashtags

Set the ImageSourceFolder value in CannonConfig.json to "D:\\MemeCannon\\Ammo\\"

3) Store Memes in their Campaign folder [Comey]

4) Edit the hashtags for each campaign in 'D:\\MemeCannon\Ammo\Comey\hashtags\hashtags.txt'.

5) Compile and run.

If you have not run the app previously, it will prompt you to Authorize this app to tweet using your Twitter Account. Copy the PIN after authorizing on the Twitter Website and paste it into the MemeCannon prompt. It will save these values into the CannonConfig.json as the AccessToken and the AccessTokenSecret. Currently only supports a single Twitter Account.

Choose your campaign and if you want to include the default hashtags.

Note: [campaign]\hashtags\filenames.json keeps track of the filenames that the MemeCannon has posted previously. Just empty out the array '[]' to start over.

.NET Core, should run cross platform

It's just a small console app that looks in a specific folder for images, and posts them to twitter with hashtags. I organize memes in different folders X:\MemeCannon\Ammo\Biden, X:\MemeCannon\Ammo\Bernie and it builds a menu of the different folders. You select which folder/campaign to run

I've come across a fatal flaw in distributing this as a client app, my Twitter Developer keys cannot be secured in it's current config.

I have a couple potential solutions, but not enough time to work it out. It works now if you have a Twitter Dev account.

Ya unless you have Visual Studio all set up and ready to build. Extract to where you want it. Find and edit the MemeCannon.dll.config so that it contains your Twitter API ConsumerKeyy/secret. In the source it's app.config, but that changes to [Executable].config when you build. Run MemeCannon.exe when you're all configured.

I had to wait a couple weeks, but that included going back and forth on the description of my app with Twitter not meeting their guidelines. YMMV. I don't think it matters what you are describing as your app, because once you are in, you can make more apps (10?) without waiting around. Codefag?

Be aware that once you add your Dev keys and run the MemeCannon it will encrypt the ConsumerKey and ConsumerSecret and update the MemeCannon.dll.config. This would then be a theoretically distributable version that works, using encrypted values from the app.config file.

CannonConfig.json : UserAccessToken and TokenSecret will be put in there by the app once you give it the OK. That's the keys that Twitter uses to auth your Twitter Account to the MemeCannon TwitterDevKeys

How To Start An OP

This document provides simple guidleines on creating an operation (OP). If you have any questions after reading through the guide, ask in general thread.

It is highly recommended that you read all the way through this guide at least once before you start following the steps to create your op.

First things first, check to see if the op you want to start has already been created by someone else or if there's an op with a similar enough topic that you can discuss merging your op with that existing one. After all, there's really no need for 14 different ops all trying to do the same thing, when there could be one thread with all those people working together and getting much more accomplished. If you don't know how to find a list of ops look in warroom section of dough.

Checklist

Before you move forward with the idea, there are few things you should take into consideration:

-What is the purpose of the op? What are you trying to accomplish? What kind of message are you trying to spread? Make sure that the operation has a foundation that has been thoroughly thought out so that the op doesn't have to suffer later because of poor planning.

-Why should people care about the op? The op is nothing if no one cares about it. Clearly, you care about it so you had better be able to tell the rest of us why we should also care. While we encourage ops, it should also be said that not every grievance and/or government wrongdoing is a reason to rally an op.

-What are the relevant/vital pieces of information relating to the op? Assume nobody else but you know anything about the topic of the op. Gather the more important information that will get people up to speed quickly. (memes and intel)

-How will you communicate the op to the public? Whether you are going to use Facebook, Twitter, videos, press releases, etc. have a solid plan on how to execute and spread the op.

Press Release

Once you have gone through the checklist, it may be a good idea to prepare a Thread that consolidates the information/data you have collected. This way, you can link people to a single document about your op that will help them get started.

There are also many other services you can use to host the press release, some of the more popular being pastebin and Riseup pad. Note that if you use an etherpad, such as Riseup pad or Titanpad, anyone who has the link to the pad can edit it, meaning that your press release can easily be edited or even deleted entirely (in other words, beware of trolls). On the other hand, etherpads are a very good tool to use to collaborate on press releases, as several people can contribute at once, whereas most paste services (such as pastebin) do not allow edits to be made.

The general format of an operation press release is as follows:

Title: Hopefully this is pretty self-explanatory, much as your title should be. Aim for a short, easy to understand title. You don't want your readers getting bored before they even get past the title!

Mission statement: This is the "Greetings, citizens of the world" section. There are two methods typically used to write this part of a press release (some brave writers choose to try both):

Pay particular attention to how you are wording your press release. Many ops have failed to attract people simply because of terribly-written press releases. This is not the place to rant about how if X person is elected president, a genocide will occur and volcanoes will explode and night will never end. In other words, present your point of view in a clear, level-headed manner. Hyperbole and sheer ridiculousness will serve only to drive people away from your op - not to draw them in.

15 Types of Evidence

1. Analogical Evidence

While not a kind of evidence you’d use in court, this kind of evidence can be useful for increasing credibility by drawing parallels when there isn’t enough information to prove something in an investigation. Analogical evidence uses a comparison of things that are similar to draw an analogy.

2. Anecdotal Evidence

Anecdotal evidence isn’t used in court, but can sometimes help in an investigation to get a better picture of an issue. The biggest problem with this kind of evidence is that it is often “cherry picked” to present only anecdotes that support a particular conclusion. Consider it with skepticism, and in combination with other, more reliable, kinds of evidence.

Did they suspect Flynn of collaborating with an adversary? (NOthat was a red herring, not the real reason)

–Was it a fishing expedition, hoping to find dirt on Trump so they could obstruct his presidency? (POSSIBLY, but that wasn't the fundamental reason either?)

So the accusations against Trump were 180 degrees opposite of what really happened and this was totally on purpose, contrived, anticipating how the defense against baseless accusations would go in a fake hoaxed-up indictment proceeding.

No doubt they had the indictment in mind when unmasking Flynn. They HAD to create a pretext to surveil Flynn and 2nd-hand and 3rd-hand associations also scooped up in the illicit spying, hopefully scooping up all of Donald Trump's and his family's comms as well.

The criminal case against Flynn was also part of the plan. They had to paint Flynn as a bad guy, a traitor, in order to smear Trump.

The court proceeding also perhaps enabled some of the documentation to remain secret for a longer time than otherwise.

Rosenstein and Mueller's special counsel also managed to drag the thing on longer so that if Trump publicly unearthed proof that the allegations against him were false, and the allegations against [them] were true, [they] could deflect by saying Trump said this solely for political reasons because he was under examination by Mueller's special counsel.

Obama loyalists working in Washington set the wheels in motion to take Flynn down before Obama was even out of office.

The Washington Post may have accidentally spilled the beans on this in a recent article.

“Neither of those assertions is consistent with the fuller account of Flynn’s contacts with Kislyak provided by officials who had access to reports from U.S. intelligence and law enforcement agencies that routinely monitor the communications of Russian diplomats. Nine current and former officials, who were in senior positions at multiple agencies at the time of the calls, spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss intelligence matters.”

“At the time of the calls” means these officials were in office during the Obama Administration.

That means it was nine Obama officials who leaked the calls.

The FBI documents that put Barack Obama in the ‘Obamagate’ narrative

Agents fretted sharing Flynn intel with departing Obama White House would become fodder for ‘partisan axes to grind.’

Just 17 days before President Trump took office in January 2017, then-FBI counterintelligence agent Peter Strzok texted bureau lawyer Lisa Page, his mistress, to express concern about sharing sensitive Russia probe evidence with the departing Obama White House.

Strzok had just engaged in a conversation with his boss, then-FBI Assistant Director William Priestap, about evidence from the investigation of incoming National Security Adviser Michael Flynn, codenamed Crossfire Razor, or “CR” for short.

The evidence in question were so-called "tech cuts" from intercepted conversations between Flynn and Russian ambassador Sergey Kislyak, according to the texts and interviews with officials familiar with the conversations.

Strzok related Priestap’s concerns about the potential the evidence would be politically weaponized if outgoing Director of National Intelligence James Clapper shared the intercept cuts with the White House and President Obama, a well-known Flynn critic.

“He, like us, is concerned with over sharing,” Strzok texted Page on Jan. 3, 2017, relating his conversation with Priestap. “Doesn’t want Clapper giving CR cuts to WH. All political, just shows our hand and potentially makes enemies.”

Page seemed less concerned, knowing that the FBI was set in three days to release its initial assessment of Russian interference in the U.S. election.

“Yeah, but keep in mind we were going to put that in the doc on Friday, with potentially larger distribution than just the DNI,” Page texted back.

Strzok responded, “The question is should we, particularly to the entirety of the lame duck usic [U.S Intelligence Community] with partisan axes to grind.”

That same day Strzok and Page also discussed in text messages a drama involving one of the Presidential Daily Briefings for Obama.

“Did you follow the drama of the PDB last week?” Strzok asked.

"Yup. Don’t know how it ended though,” Page responded.

“They didn’t include any of it, and Bill [Priestap] didn’t want to dissent,” Strzok added.

“Wow, Bill should make sure [Deputy Director] Andy [McCabe] knows about that since he was consulted numerous times about whether to include the reporting,” Page suggested.

Here's a little bit of research establishing that opposition research funded by a political organization was indeed used:

The [anti-Trump rag] Washington Post admitted on Oct 25, 2017 that the DNC and Hillary’s presidential campaign helped pay for the opposition research that resulted in the discredited “dodgy dossier” alleging collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia. According to the Washington Post, the opposition research firm Fusion GPS was retained in April 2016 by Marc Elias (of law firm Perkins Coie), a lawyer representing the Clinton campaign and the DNC. Fusion GPS then hired former British spy Christopher Steele to conduct the research (i.e. to assemble false rumors and innuendo into a "dossier" of allegations that Trump and his campaign actively colluded with the Russian government during the 2016 election). (I hate that word "dossier" because the word itself implies a package of credible evidence on a person.)

The FBI used "dossier" - in conjunction with a Yahoo News report - in their fraudulent application for a FISA warrant. A version of the "dossier" was leaked to Yahoo News, which in turn wrote an article; this article was used in an attempt to create credibility for the "dossier" in a process that we could call "intelligence laundering", i.e. a circuitous route that tries to conceal the actual source of intel.

None of the dossier’s allegations of collusion have been verified. Lawyers for Steele admitted in court filings in April 2017 (http://www.cnn.com/2017/05/02/politics/donald-trump-spy-dossier/index.html) that Steele's work was not verified and was never meant to be made public.

The Federalist reported that OFA, Obama’s 2016 campaign arm, paid nearly $800,000 to Perkins Coie in 2016 alone, according to FEC records. The first 2016 payments to Perkins Coie, classified only as “Legal Services,” were made April 25-26, 2016, and totaled $98,047. A second batch of payments, also classified as “Legal Services,” were disbursed to the law firm on September 29, 2016, and totaled $700,000. ‘I have broken no laws.’ How defiant Northern California church thwarted COVID-19 trackers

Last month, a Butte County church defied Gov. Gavin Newsom’s statewide order and opened its doors for services, despite warnings that people without symptoms could unwittingly spread the disease to others in crowded spaces.

When health officials discovered that one of the parishioners had indeed tested positive for COVID-19, potentially exposing more than 160 people at the church, they dispatched a team to track and contain the disease.

They didn’t get far. The county’s efforts were stymied almost immediately because the church and most of its members refused to share information with health officials, a Sacramento Bee review of county emails and interviews with officials show.

As a result, the six health workers assigned to the “contact tracing” investigation were only able to speak to 25 of the 163 parishioners who attended and the church — just 15 percent who were at the Mother’s Day service.

The county’s health director says her staff has no idea how many of the parishioners and their close contacts got tested. It’s not clear how many quarantined themselves.

The pastor, Michael Jacobsen, declined an interview with The Bee on Friday, but he was unapologetic in an online sermon last month as the contact tracing investigation was underway.

“I don’t feel like the decision we made was irresponsible,” he said during his sermon.

While the county appears to have avoided a major outbreak, the failed investigation of Palermo Bible Family Church case illustrates a particular challenge for county health departments in areas where mistrust of government institutions runs high, and why America’s system of largely voluntary measures to contain the coronavirus will only work if the public chooses to participate.

Why FBI Relied on Crowdstrike Examination of DNC Server after Alleged Russian Hack

“The FBI never requested access to the DNC’s computer servers,” wrote DNC deputy communications director Eric Walker. According to an unnamed intelligence official, no U.S. intelligence agency ever did its own forensic analysis on the hacked servers. FBI and Homeland Security relied on analysis by third-party security firm CrowdStrike, which investigated the breach for the DNC. [1]

Even that narrative is questionable. “[Former] FBI Director James Comey and [former] Homeland Security chief Jeh Johnson both testified to Congress about the DNC’s reluctance to cooperate in a case the Democrats nonetheless relentlessly hyped as tantamount to an act of war.” A week before Comey’s testimony, the DNC even blamed the FBI for having never requested access. Yet an unnamed senior FBI official contradicted the DNC the very next day, telling The Hill that “The FBI repeatedly stressed to DNC officials the necessity of obtaining direct access to servers and data, only to be rebuffed… This left the FBI no choice but to rely upon a third party for information.” [2]

In hindsight, isn’t it obvious that the whole procedure was highly irregular, especially in light of the extreme sensitivity of the “Russian election interference” allegation? Who directed the FBI to disregard procedure and not insist on doing a proper forensic exam of the DNC server—especially if the alleged “Russian hacking” was going to serve as a pretext to derail Donald Trump’s legitimate presidency?

The hacking of the DNC server is what initiated the entire Trump/Russia hoax. How can we trust the DNC or Obama administration officials—contradicting each other’s statements—on such a significant matter? Let's review the events. [4]

In testimony to the House Intelligence Committee, the DNC IT Director, Yared Tamene Wolde-Yohannes, stated that in September 2015, a [name-redacted] FBI agent first alerted him to potential nefarious activity on the DNC network. [6, p.7] However the DNC technology team could not detect the nefarious activity. That FBI agent contacted the DNC numerous times between then and December 2015 to report continued signs of suspicious activity. The agent said his information came from other operatives in the Intelligence Community. [6, p.12]

The FBI eventually asked the DNC for 15 GB of metadata from the DNC servers, which was to be turned over on 4/29/16. [6, p.24] But on 4/28/16, the DNC’s information technology team discovered a cyberattack on their servers.

On 5/1/16 the DNC, through their law firm Perkins-Coie, hired CrowdStrike, a private contractor, to examine the server. From that time onward, CrowdStrike took over all communications with the FBI on behalf of the DNC. [6, p.32]

In response to questioning over Seth Rich, Tamene stated that the DNC found no unusual or unauthorized access by DNC personnel, but admitted that CrowdStrike was involved in the process of analysis [6, p.35] (Under contract to the DNC, did Crowdstrike in effect serve as a paid advocate to exonerate DNC personnel or advance a predetermined outcome?)

Predictably, CrowdStrike concluded that the Russians were responsible.

In mid-June, WikiLeaks announced they were in possession of emails damaging to Clinton. They did not say how they obtained the emails, but denied that Russia provided them.

In a perplexing “coincidence”, Shawn Henry admitted that Crowdstrike had provided some “intelligence services to the FBI as part of a contract” in the past. [5, - p.74]. A search for CrowdStrike’s government contracts reveals a contract with the FBI from 7/8/2015 to 7/7/2016. [7] So while remediating the DNC network and advocating for the DNC in contacts with the FBI, CrowdStrike simultaneously had a contract with the FBI. The period when the FBI agent originally advised Director Tamene of ‘potential nefarious activity’ on the DNC network was concurrent with CrowdStrike providing intelligence to the FBI. Which unnamed Intelligence Community source was notifying the FBI agent of nefarious activity on the DNC servers—could it have been CrowdStrike itself? Shouldn't the [name-redacted] FBI Agent be called to testify?

In a further “coincidence”, IT Director Tamene’s legal counsel for the House Intelligence Committee testimony was Marc Elias of Perkins-Coie—the same law firm that technically hired CrowdStrike to work for the DNC. (Doesn't Perkins-Coie's representation of the DNC and CrowdStrike appear to be a conflict of interest?) But back to the timeline…

The DNC refused to allow the FBI or Homeland Security anywhere near their server. In violation of every investigative norm, the FBI accepted CrowdStrike’s unverified redacted report, and passed it on to Mueller’s special counsel. In fact, the FBI never even saw the full report, but used it as a primary source to blame Russia anyway! [3]

The New York Times wrote an article supporting the DNC version of the story. Then Comey’s FBI leaked information to bolster this narrative, and the Times ran a second story. The DNC version of events got repeated so frequently and passionately that it became accepted as true.

In this way, through the knowing collusion of many individuals, criticism regarding the content of Hillary's emails was deflected, and the seeds were sown for a false narrative that Russians wanted to bolster Trump’s election changes.

There's a pretty good theory that the yucatan impact was so violent that it broke the crust, and caused massive and sudden tectonic displacement. Its a young earth theory, i.e. basically that the continents moved rapidly to their current positions, and the same impact released all the waters of the deep. God's use of natural phenomena / events at precise timing seems perfectly logical to me.
