This article is making the rounds again on FB, saw it on a science page - total Trump-trashing BS. This is what passes for journalism these days? Five minutes of research, man…

Defense Meteorological Satellite Program (DMSP) was the old stuff, was to be succeeded by the National Polar-orbiting Operational Environmental Satellite System (NPOESS) in 2006, but it appears to have gotten caught in Defense Contractor Development Hell between Northrop Grumman, Boeing, Raytheon, and Ball Aerospace… and the specs argued about between DoD and NOAA, and got held up until 2011.

At that point it got split between the JPSS for NOAA and the DWSS for DoD. Air Force apparently cancelled their end in 2012, but NOAA is still going with JPSS.

So along comes Trump. In February 2017, there's rumblings about how DoD's weather satellite program is messed up. By December, Ball Aerospace has the WSF-M program rolling. Ball is #88 in the top 100 defense contractors; NG is #2, Boeing and Raytheon are #4 and #6. Ball was probably hungrier, and offered a better deal doing it solo.

So it's not about "muh polar ice caps" like the brain dead hippies are whining about. It's about cost overruns and cash cows and cutting a better deal. Another win from Trump that's lost on these ingrates. They'd rather ignore that the advanced NOAA JPSS program is ongoing and the new DoD stuff got signed off on by Trump's admin.

That is why I went to that page and listed those companies in the post. Plenty of private companies make these weapons, and the American population has not been able to get their heads wrapped around this for the past 10 years that it has been happening here and there. It almost seems like they are suddenly in some kind of hurry because the reports of unnatural burns are very high this year and last year.

California residents see wildfires all the time. They have been reporting that some of these fires are not natural for a long time now.

They have even done enough research to suspect the UN Agenda 21 is the big force behind it.(Globalists including Rothchilds) They have been documenting these unnatural fires and United Nations documents etc etc but their city councils are ignoring them.

What do we do?

1) Our military is well aware that the battle ground in this war is here in the US on US soil, but, muh posse comatatus right? They cant just go around shooting up civilian "business" jets over American soil until the population understands what the hell is going on and demands defense on American soil.

2) So we are getting intelligence drops from the NSA to give us a heads up.

3) We research our asses off, because "Midterms are safe" ... but "Watch California" I am beginning to read that as "California is not safe"

4) I suspect it would be a good idea to do two things right now.

A) Find as many California anons as we can and gather as much evidence as we can, including the evidence of possible laser companies that might be involved (capable) and while we are at it,

B) Start putting the information about what these companies create, and what those lasers can do, to the normies out there who want to stick their heads in the sand... because that is what people naturally do when the implications are too horrible to contemplate.

I would also suggest we go to these CA professional research sites that are well established now, and have them come here and create a research and evidence board, since the boards here can be secured, and posters who would be whistle blowers can put up their evidence without risking their lives.

We also have to gaurd against "pet theories" syndrome. It is quite possible that these fires are a combination of ALL 4:

1)Human terrorist action

2) Smart Meters

3) Limited DEW created fires

4) Real forest fires naturally generated from the above three.

But, the holes burned clean through the engine blocks on some of the cars is only able to be caused by one of the 4 above, so, One down and keep researching.

Oh, and don't be scared. It may be awful, but, in the end, a weapon like a cold fusion DEW is a God Send when it can create Nuclear Free Cold Fusion electric plants without radiation contamination fears, anywhere in the world. People are dying right now for lack of water, and this weapon may just be the answer to a lot of prayers.
