Diet most important. get rid of sugars and most carbs(grains) and then , what they call intermittent fasting.

I eat two meals a day. fat, veggies and protein. I have no cravings. I have a space of time of more than 13 hours before my last meal of one day and the first meal of the next day.

A good shot of alcohol, is a more effective pain relief, for me anyway, than any opioid I have been given and it lasts for many hours. I get by with one drink a day when needed. BUT… I would rather not even have that. The CBD compounds,, I think, will be the answer. I am working on the right dosage now.
