George Soros: Open Society Foundation sues Hungary

The Open Society Foundation - founded and financed by US billionaire and mass immigration advocate George Soros - wants to sue the Hungarian government before the European Court of Human Rights. The reason: the laws passed by Hungary which make it impossible for foreign organisations such as Open Society Oraganisation to do business there.

The Hungarian "StopSoros" legislation violates "their right to freedom of expression, association and assembly guaranteed by Articles 10 and 11 of the European Convention on Human Rights". said the Soros activists. In a statement published on Monday, the OSF calls on the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg "to defend Hungarian democracy".

The "Stop Soros" legislation, which came into force on 1 July, prohibits support for illegal migration. If the law is violated, prison sentences may also be imposed. With the new legislation, a 25 per cent tax for NGO´s, which supports illegal immigration, will also be due, directly affecting the work of the OSF and its refugee rights group, the Hungarian Helsinki Committee.

The reaction of the Hungarian government to this Soros initiative followed on foot: "The government stands by the Stop Soros legislative package …. because the legislation corresponds to the will of the Hungarian people and serves the security of Hungary and Europe," according to a government spokesman Breitbart. Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) came out swinging at porn star attorney Michael Avenatti and his client, Julie Swetnick, over Swetnick’s last minute over-the-top accusations against Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh that he helped get women inebriated at early 1980s high school parties she attended so that the women could get gang raped.

Graham issued a multi-tweet statement:

“From my view, just when you thought it couldn’t get any worse, it just did. The lawyer to porn stars has just taken this debacle to an even lower level. I hope people will be highly suspicious of this allegation presented by Michael Avenatti…I have a difficult time believing any person would continue to go to – according to the affidavit – ten parties over a two-year period where women were routinely gang raped and not report it…Why would any reasonable person continue to hang around people like this? Why would any person continue to put their friends and themselves in danger? Isn’t there some duty to warn others?…I very much believe in allowing people to be heard. Jeff Flake spoke before the Senate to discuss the allegations against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh.

Flake was one of the first Republicans to call for a hearing for Kavanaugh accuser Dr. Christine Blasey Ford to be heard. Kavanaugh and Ford will be testifying before the Senate Judiciary Committee Thursday.

Unlike political parties, the Communist Party acknowledges no constitutional or statutory limitations upon its conduct or upon that of its members. The Communist Party is relatively small numerically, and gives scant indication of capacity ever to attain its ends by lawful political means. The peril inherent in its operation arises not from its numbers, but from its failure to acknowledge any limitation as to the nature of its activities, and its dedication to the proposition that the present constitutional Government of the United States ultimately must be brought to ruin by any available means, including resort to force and violence. Holding that doctrine, its role as the agency of a hostile foreign power renders its existence a clear present and continuing danger to the security of the United States. the Supreme Court of the United States has not ruled on the act's constitutionality. Despite that, no administration has tried to enforce it. The provisions of the act outlawing the party have not been repealed. Nevertheless, the Communist Party USA continues to exist in the 21st century.
