Why inflate the PR death toll?

This is the source document for the mortality claim in PR.
It's an estimate based on some survey data.
It does not have any names or causes of death.
It takes the living before the storm, subtracts the living from after and makes a guess about how the difference got that way.
The report even laments that too few doctors put down weather as a cause of death.
"Excess mortality estimation
We estimate that in mid-September 2017 there
were 3,327,917 inhabitants and in mid-February
2018 there were 3,048,173 inhabitants of Puerto
Rico, representing a population reduction by
approximately 8%. We factored this into the
migration “displacement scenario” and compared
it with a “census scenario,” which assumed no
displacement from migration in the hurricane’s
aftermath. We found that, historically, mortality
slowly decreased until August 2017, and that rates
increased for the period of September 2017 through
February 2018, with the most dramatic increase

With a population reduction of 280,000 in a very short period of time and a chaotic environment, doesn't it seem reasonable that some people would be unaccounted for?
When a .01% error in their estimation could account for all 3000 people, doesn't it seem reasonable that bunch of bankers with literally billions to gain could nudge that number a little?
Are bankers and hedge fund guys above taking advantage of tragedy?
I think not, particularly if there's a chance to funnel a few billion taxpayer dollars into a corrupt regime that, for a cut, will send it directly to them in the form of bond interest.

FBI Probing Judge Kavanaugh for Something That Happened in High School
This is INSANE.
The senior Democrat on the Senate Judiciary Committee referred information involving Judge Brett M. Kavanaugh, President Trump’s nominee to the Supreme Court, to federal investigators on Thursday, but the senator declined to make public what the matter involved.
Two officials familiar with the matter say the incident involved possible sexual misconduct between Judge Kavanaugh and a woman when they were both in high school.
The statement by Senator Dianne Feinstein of California injected an air of uncertainty into the confirmation process a week before the Judiciary Committee is to vote on his nomination. “I have received information from an individual concerning the nomination of Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court,” Ms. Feinstein said in a statement. “That individual strongly requested confidentiality, declined to come forward or press the matter further, and I have honored that decision. I have, however, referred the matter to federal investigative authorities.”
The information came in a letter, which was first sent to the office of Representative Anna Eshoo, Democrat of California, and included the allegation of sexual misconduct toward the letter’s author, a person familiar with the letter confirmed.

Former Secretary of State John Kerry should not try to undermine President Trump’s Iran strategy through his own outreach to the regime, a senior State Department official warned Thursday.
“I don’t have personal knowledge of those meetings, but, if that is happening, again, I would find it very inappropriate,” Manisha Singh, the assistant secretary of state for economic affairs, told the House Foreign Affairs Committee.
Kerry has confirmed in recent days that he has met “three or four times” with Iranian Foreign Minister Javad Zarif since leaving office. The two played lead roles in negotiating the 2015 nuclear agreement that President Trump decided to exit in May, but their subsequent conversations have drawn charges of shadow diplomacy from foreign policy critics.
“What I have done is tried to elicit from him what Iran might be willing to do in order to change the dynamic in the Middle East for the better,” Kerry told conservative talk radio host Hugh Hewitt. “You know, how does one resolve Yemen? What do you do to try to get peace in Syria? I mean, those are the things that really are preoccupying, because those are the impediments to people, to Iran’s ability to convince people that it’s ready to embrace something different.”
The revelation of Kerry’s meetings met with approval from one Democratic lawmaker on the panel, who welcomed the prospect of “shadow diplomacy” under the circumstances.
“Frankly, I’m not sure that it’s such a bad thing that other people are trying to represent our country considering the erratic nature of this administration,” said Rep. Karen Bass, D-Calif.
Hewitt asked if Kerry is “trying to coach [Iran] through” Trump’s exit from the Iran deal, but the former Democratic senator denied it.
“No, that’s not my job, and my coaching him would not, you know, that’s not how it works,” he said. “I’ve been very blunt to Foreign Minister Zarif, and told him look, you guys need to recognize that the world does not appreciate what’s happening with missiles, what’s happening with Hezbollah, what’s happening with Yemen.”
Singh emphasized that Trump’s team does not believe that the 2015 nuclear deal can help curb the regime’s regional aggression, much less their domestic human rights abuses. “We have a long list of things that we’re focused on and its unfortunate if people from a past administration would try to compromise the progress that we are trying to make in this administration,” she told the lawmakers.

(A) HRC and others in cabal had technology to control planes. It is only natural to suppose any mysterious plane incident could be caused by the cabal. Q indicates that 7/10 crashes are hits.
(B) Q posts on the recent plane theft and crash on Kreton Island and suggests HRC downed the plane of a 911 survivor Beverly Eckert. Q posted many times about the compromise of aircraft control by HRC and the cabal. We also know Q is setting the stage, and doing so in a way that behaviorally and logically mirrors certain aspects of cabal behavior. The Kreton Island plane theft/control will be used to explain something more important in the future, maybe several things. Future proves past is in a way the essence of Q-logic. The rest of the more abstract ‘overall logic and method’ sorts of hints rely on this basic idea of causal necessity/impossibility/extreme-probability etc.

I would like to bring attention to new findings that I believe may link to Flight 370. I have linked a video by Youtube user ‘Florida Maquis’ https://youtu.be/kNj-1gSLClc Florida Maquis explains that it appears something was emerging from the snow perhaps as early as 1998 that was excavated in 2013. Looking at the red-stained snow possible gore let me propose an explanation for what can be seen.
CONJECTURE: Antarctica has been used to hide/dump evidence cabal crimes. Several missing airplanes of the past few decades were remotely flown to Antarctica for the disposal of the bodies and belongings of the victims. (Perhaps some refueling stops were made at private islands, etc.) Some planes may have been left in Antarctica and buried/sunk by applied heat, and others were likely emptied and stored elsewhere for other purposes. Perhaps the phrase ‘Who knows where the bodies are buried?’ has a disturbing direct sense beyond ‘who knows details of past crimes?’, as to say the cabal burry their bodies in one key location as a norm. Perhaps the emerging lump in the video is a previous cabal burial ground or airplane hull that emerged and had to be re-disposed of. Was this emerging site related to any previous missing planes, even ones that were claimed to have been found (would be easy to lie about finding and not retrieving an ocean crash)? Perhaps the horrible red mess was due to the harvesting of adrenal glands and the like from the frozen corpses. Apparently there is a high price for these tasty walnuts. Just a thought I thought was worth sharing.
Perhaps passengers recorded cell phone videos during the flight and once they landed. Maybe in such horrible conditions with a perceived low probability of being found, the cabal workers likely did a poor job destroying phones, etc. What if an extreme bounty of recorded video evidence lays with these bodies in Antarctica? Obviously the blood and bodies themselves would also be extreme evidence. According to reports, Feinstein has referred a “mystery matter” involving Kavanaugh to the FBI, which the Senator apparently received in a letter from someone who wishes to remain “anonymous.”

Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., said Thursday she has referred a matter involving Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh to “federal investigative authorities,” but declined to provide further details on the information she received.
“I have received information from an individual concerning the nomination of Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court,” Feinstein, the top Democrat on the Senate Judiciary Committee, said in a statement. “That individual strongly requested confidentiality, declined to come forward or press the matter further, and I have honored that decision. I have, however, referred the matter to federal investigative authorities.”
Feinstein’s statement follows a report published by The Intercept on Wednesday describing a letter the California senator was given by Rep. Anna Eshoo, D-Calif. Eshoo received the letter from a person affiliated with Stanford University, which describes a matter relayed to that person, according to The Intercept.
The letter reportedly details an incident involving Kavanaugh and a woman that dates back to their high school days. Sources told the New York Times the letter includes a sexual misconduct allegation.
A spokesman for the Senate Judiciary Committee said Chairman Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, is aware of Feinstein’s referral.
“At this time, he has not seen the letter in question, and is respecting the request for confidentiality,” George Hartmann, the spokesman, said in an emailed statement. “There’s no plan to change the committee’s consideration of Judge Kavanaugh’s nomination.”
White House spokeswoman Kerri Kupec noted that Kavanaugh participated in 65 meetings with senators, including Feinstein, sat through more than 24 hours of testimony, and answered more than 2,000 questions both in public and private.
“Not until the eve of his confirmation has Sen. Feinstein or anyone raised the specter of new ‘information’ about him ,” Kupec said in a statement.
She also said that over the course of his 25-year career in public service, Kavanaugh has been vetted by the FBI “for some of the most highly sensitive roles.” Kavanaugh worked in the Office of Independent Counsel for Kenneth Starr during the Clinton administration and the White House in the White House Counsel’s Office and as staff secretary for President George W. Bush. He has been a judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit since 2006.
“Senator Schumer promised to ‘oppose Judge Kavanaugh’s nomination with everything I have,’ and it appears he is delivering with this 11 th hour attempt to delay his confirmation,” Kupec said.

The episode would’ve also reportedly featured a voiceover from Spike Lee.
“I know there was some concern about partisanship,” Barris said, “and the way the episode was angled and the balance in terms of some of the stories. On network TV, one of the things I’ve learned is that you have to talk about things from both sides.” Barris told THR that even Disney CEO Bob Iger called him about the episode to discuss the political realities of being a broadcast network in 2018.

Karri DeSelm works in the JW Marriott Building, on the corner of LaSalle and Adams in downtown Chicago. Her building, the last designed by famed architect Daniel Burnham, was completed in 1914, and underwent major renovations two years ago. Karri says that at the time, her boss told her that she had been down deep into the building’s basement, where she had seen the entrance to a secret tunnel that ran underneath the Loop. That got Karri wondering: “I have heard there is a network of layered tunnels under the city. Is this true, and if so, what was the purpose of the tunnels when they were designed and built?”For starters, it’s true — there are many tunnels underneath the Loop. We found no fewer than six different sets of tunnels, including the tunnels connected to Karri’s building. Each of the tunnels we found was at some point, or continues to be, a critical part of Chicago’s infrastructure. The city would be lost without these tunnels. Sometimes they’re hidden, and sometimes they’re just overlooked, taken for granted by the people who walk above them. But trust us — 2.8 million people would notice the tunnels’ absence because they’d have no reliable source of clean tap water, no flood control and no crosstown “L” service in the Loop. And the tunnels that aren’t still in use are more than just odd architectural remnants or historical curiosities. They may be obscured from sight and from memory (or even sealed off), but they’re still an important part of the city’s built environment. As one source put it, we ignore the tunnels at our own peril. When we erect new buildings downtown, we do so in a densely layered maze of infrastructure, both old and new. To help wrap our heads around Karri’s question, we worked with Erik N. Rodriguez of The Illustrated Press. Based on our reporting, he created the graphic above, which shows six different kinds of tunnels, how deep underground they are and how they’re situated relative to one another. Note, though, that the drawing is a composite; it shows what can be found at different depths across the Loop, but not necessarily beneath any single street address.

The Pedway, Short for “pedestrian walkway,” this maze-like system of semi-public hallways connects the basements of more than 50 Loop buildings, including municipal buildings like City Hall and the Thompson Center, shopping centers like Macy’s and Block 37, and a few newer residential buildings, like the hypermodern Aqua tower. The Pedway also snakes through two CTA stations.
2. CTA tunnels File these tunnels under those you probably take for granted. Although the city prides itself on its extensive network of elevated trains, two downtown subway tunnels also move commuters through the Loop. These tunnels are now owned and operated by the CTA, and in 2012, the combined “L” stops inside the two tunnels served an average of 82,343 passengers every weekday.
3. Freight tunnelsOf all the tunnels under the Loop, the 60 miles of freight tunnels 40 feet underground are the most extensive. They also happen to be unique to Chicago.
4. Cable car tunnelsBetween 1882 and 1906 it was the cable car network, not the “L,” that served as Chicago’s main form of public transit. In fact, Chicago’s cable car system was once the largest and most profitable of its kind. But both means of transit ultimately fell out of use. When the “L” became ascendant the cable car tunnels were abandoned and sealed. They’re still there, though, and there’s plenty more to read about their remnants.
5. Water tunnels In 1867 Chicago built an intake crib two miles out in Lake Michigan to collect fresh drinking water for the growing city. Earlier efforts to collect water closer to shore had failed. If this fact inspires a big yawn from you, consider that at this point the city was still dumping sewage into the Chicago River, which fed directly into the lake. But the city is tight-lipped about what other parts of this infrastructure remain in use. We wanted to know where the remaining tunnels are located and how deep underground they are, but the Department of Water Management denied our request.
6. The Deep Tunnel The Deep Tunnel is rarely referred to by its full name, the Tunnel and Reservoir Plan (TARP). But its nickname is apt; at a maximum depth of 350 feet it’s the deepest of the six sets of tunnels we’re treating here. When Chicago’s freight tunnels flooded in 1992, the water was drained into here.

The state fire marshal said they are sending multiple fire investigators to the Lawrence/North Andover area for a report of a high pressure gas main explosion that is impacting multiple houses. They said fires and explosions have been reported.
There is no word yet on whether anyone has been injured.
Massachusetts State Police said they are on scene and additional troopers are responding to Lawrence, Andover and North Andover to assist with scene security and traffic control after "multiple suspected gas explosions and structure fires."
Columbia Gas says they have multiple crews headed to Lawrence and North Andover to assess the situation. They are asking anyone who smells gas to leave the area, and to avoid turning lights on or off, opening or closing doors or using cell or landline phones. Once they leave the area, they can call the Columbia Gas Emergency Line at 800-525-8222.
