This should have a long answer believe or not in things ok. Then maybe an update for modern reference in things.
If you can’t answer this simple question in a college level answer the you do not belong using a machine with anything more then basic functions on it working for the government.
Some maybe able to pass an aptitude test and or maybe go through a learning school.
