In order to discuss the outcome of the content the American people are learning to stop the game of pretending around the purpose of the legislation.

First, here is Joe Biden making the admission yesterday in Wisconsin. Everything from the administration behind him is a ruse, a lie and a self-serving construct. WATCH:

Prior to the 51-50 passage of the massive $700+ billion democrat spending bill, they called it the “inflation reduction act.” However, after Senate passage they are now calling it the climate change bill.

Deep inside the legislative language of the falsely titled “inflation reduction act”, aka The Green New Deal legislative vehicle constructed by lobbyists and passed by congress, people are now starting to realize a carbon-trading system was created.

Ultimately, a carbon trading system has always been the holy grail of the people who run the western financial system and want to create mechanisms to control wealth by using the ‘climate change’ agenda.

A carbon trading system is a very lucrative financial transfer mechanism with a potential scale to dwarf the derivative, Wall Street betting, market. Secondarily, such a market would cement the climate change energy policy making it very difficult to reverse. The new creation as explained by the Wall Street Journal, holds similarities to the EPA ethanol program.

BACKGROUND – The Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS) is a government mandate, passed in 2005 and expanded in 2007, that requires growing volumes of biofuels to be blended into U.S. transportation fuels like gasoline and diesel every year. Approximately 40 percent of corn grown in the U.S. is used for ethanol. Raising the amount of ethanol required in gasoline will result in the need for more biofuel (corn).

The EPA enforces the biofuel standard by requiring refineries to submit purchase credits (known as Renewable Identification Numbers, or RINs) to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) proving the purchases. This enforcement requirement sets up a system where the RIN credits are bought and sold by small refineries who do not have the infrastructure to do the blending process. They purchase second-hand RIN credits from parties that blended or imported biofuels directly. This sets up a secondary income stream, a trading market for the larger oil companies, refineries and importers.

(Via Wall Street Journal) – WASHINGTON—A brand-new market for green tax credits is taking shape as bankers and advisers figure out how to funnel tax breaks from energy companies that generate them to profitable corporations eager for smaller tax bills.

The market is forming because Congress last month expanded renewable-energy tax credits and made them transferable in the law known as the Inflation Reduction Act.

The deals won’t start in earnest until 2023, but lawyers and financiers are already structuring transactions. They are discussing arrangements in which credits would be sold at discounts from face value, and they are determining how to cushion tax-credit buyers against potential risks.

“The conversations are happening. The market making is happening right now,” said Nicholas Knapp, senior managing director at CohnReznick Capital in New York.

Within a year or two, it could be easy for a corporation with no direct renewable-energy investment — a profitable retailer, pharmaceutical maker or high-tech company — to purchase tax credits. Because of the expected discounts, companies could earn an instant profit, paying $90 or $95 for a $100 coupon off their income-tax liability.

These transferable credits, however, expose a potential dilemma for Democrats. The party aimed to raise corporate tax bills and prevent large, profitable companies from paying too little. But the tax-credit transfers open a new avenue for many of those same companies to pay less.

“They can basically purchase the tax credits, advance their ESG goals and get certain economics from the credits without taking any construction or operational risk of the project,” said Hagai Zaifman, a partner at Sidley Austin LLP in New York who helps structure renewable-energy deals. The income tax compliance portion of the bill is very significant on two fronts. First, it literally doubles the size of the IRS, giving them much more power to conduct audits and capture taxes from income earned. I am writing to you concerning potential ethical issues with respect to Acting Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Juan Merchan. On May 21, 2024, I filed a complaint against Justice Merchan concerning his presiding over the pending criminal case of former President Donald J. Trump. The New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct (the Commission) rejected the complaint on July 3, 2024. As of today, President Trump is scheduled for sentencing on September 18, 2024, at which he faces up to 136 years’ imprisonment. New information has come to light that merits a fresh look into Justice Merchan’s conflict. Neither the Appellate Division nor the Advisory Committee on Judicial Ethics could have known about this material when they issued opinions as to Justice Merchan’s continuing to preside over President Trump’s case.

On July 21, 2024, President Joe Biden announced that he would not seek a second term. Within a few days, Vice President Kamala Harris was anointed to become the Democrat Party’s nominee for the presidency. During his campaign, President Biden used one company, Amazon Web Services (AWS), for the campaign’s web hosting services.1 President Biden’s campaign paid AWS throughout 2023 through the suspension of his campaign in July 2024. On August 20, 2024, Vice President Harris’s campaign submitted its first Federal Election Commission (FEC) report that documented expenses and donations through July 31, 2024. In the report, specifically on Form 3P, line 232, a July 30, 2024, disbursement appears in the amount of $468.00 from Vice President Harris’s campaign to Authentic Campaigns Inc. (Authentic) for web hosting services. This indicates that one of the very first things that Harris did upon taking over the Biden campaign infrastructure is to hire this firm, Authentic.

Authentic is a digital consulting and marketing firm that services Democrat candidates. Loren Merchan, Justice Merchan’s daughter, is its president. Vice President Harris changed web hosting companies from AWS to Authentic immediately after becoming the presumptive Democrat presidential nominee. As the FEC report’s filing did not occur until August 20, nearly a month after the Harris campaign and Authentic had begun doing business, no one in the public, including the Commission, could have known of the relationship. This is merely the beginning of a new contract with a new campaign, regardless of the amount reimbursed. Sure, there’s an immediate benefit, but this is a play at a potential larger benefit for Authentic and Merchan down the road.

The Code of Conduct, specifically § 100.3(E)(1)(d)(iii), dictates that a judge must recuse from a case where a relative up to and including the sixth degree has a financial interest in the outcome of the case. Ms. Merchan is related to Justice Merchan in the first degree. Authentic has a newly active financial relationship with Vice President Harris’s campaign. President Trump’s sentencing, an event which will garner worldwide media coverage, is imminent. This event, a month and a half prior to the November 5 election, could have a profound impact on that election; indeed, some states will have commenced mail voting by that date. Given this revelation of a brand-new conflict of interest for Judge Merchan, I respectfully request that the Commission engage in a fresh inquiry concerning Justice Merchan’s conflict and take any appropriate action resulting from it.

The Senate bill includes $369bn for climate action, the second largest investment on Green New Deal spending in US history. In the current bill, high income households will receive up to $7,500 in tax credits to buy an electric car, or $4,000 for a used car. Rich people will get discounts on their $100,000+ automobiles. Billions more will be spent, yet again, on the production of “clean technology” such as solar panels and wind turbines.

Keeping the cultural war as a top priority, the Senate has also included $60 billion for ‘environmental justice‘ given to the leaders of black communities that have “suffered the most from fossil fuel pollution” according to the bill authors.

This mechanism helps Joe Biden pay back the black community, specifically BLM and the AME church network, who were instrumental in executing the ballot harvesting fraud that pushed Biden into office.

“After more than a year of hard work, the Senate is making history,” Schumer said shortly before final passage. “This bill will kickstart the era of affordable clean energy in America, it’s a game changer, it’s a turning point and it’s been a long time coming.” [link]

Recently, a federal judge ruled that a defamation case brought against MSNBC can move forward after it was determined that network hosts, such as Rachel Maddow and Nicole Wallace, touted “verifiably false” statements about Dr. Mahendra Amin on air. As a result, Amin is suing the network for defamation regarding the misinformation that was spread about him by the left-leaning news network.

The controversy stems from reports in 2020 that Dr. Amin, who was an obstetrician-gynecologist working at the Irwin County Detention Center in Georgia, faced damning whistleblower accusations from a nurse in the facility. According to the allegations, Amin was performing unnecessary hysterectomies on migrant females who were detained in the facility.

Reports indicate that NBC correspondents Jacob Soboroff and Julia Ainsley investigated the matter to determine the authenticity of the accusations. Furthermore, the claims faced scrutiny from NBCUniversal’s standards department, but an article was published regardless. Despite the whistleblower claims never being proven true, MSNBC aired reports referring to Amin as the “uterus collector.”

U.S. District Judge Lisa Godbey Wood of the Southern District of Georgia, wrote a lengthy summary of the controversy in June, in which she stated, “NBC investigated the whistleblower letter’s accusations; that investigation did not corroborate the accusations and even undermined some; NBC republished the letter’s accusations anyway.”

Host Nicole Wallace was a substantial target of the lawsuit after it was determined she made “multiple statements” on air about Amin that were allegedly false. “We are following breaking news today. It’s about an alarming new whistleblower complaint that alleges, quote, high numbers of female detainees, detained immigrants, at an ICE detention center in Georgia received questionable hysterectomies while in ICE custody,” Wallace said during a broadcast.

Court documents also specify the allegations brought against Rachel Maddow, who covered the story on “The Rachel Maddow Show.” Reportedly, the host was initially skeptical about the claims against Amin, but decided to report on the topic anyway. Amin unsuccessfully requested that NBC retract statements made during four MSNBC broadcasts. Furthermore, investigation by the U.S. Senate could not uncover any evidence supporting of the accusations against him.
