Maryland Government Officials Worked With Open Borders Activists To Draft Sanctuary Law
Law blocked Montgomery County police from working with ICE to detain illegal immigrants charged with crimes
Maryland government officials sought approval from an open borders activist group while they drafted a controversial 2019 sanctuary law that critics now say was responsible for a spike in violent crimes by illegal immigrants, according to internal emails obtained by the Immigration Reform Law Institute.
CASA de Maryland, a group that advocates for decreased border restrictions and once accepted $1.5 million from the Hugo Chávez regime, in 2019 was in close contact with officials in Montgomery County, Md., to draft the "Promoting Community Trust Executive Order," correspondence shows.
The order, which blocked county police from working with Immigration and Customs Enforcement to detain illegal immigrants who had been charged or convicted of other crimes, drew national scrutiny after at least nine undocumented immigrants in the county were accused of rape or sexual assault in the month after it went into effect. County officials eventually walked back parts of the order, allowing county jail authorities to work with ICE on custody transfers.
Immigration Reform Law Institute executive director Dale L. Wilcox, whose group obtained the emails through a public records request, said the coordination between government officials and far-left advocacy groups on immigration laws was "disturbing."
"Anti-borders politicians are working hand-in-glove with radical anti-borders groups to import endless numbers of illegal aliens with little concern for the safety and well-being of their legal residents," said Wilcox. "People in these communities need to let their elected officials know that such nefarious relationships will not be tolerated."
CASA de Maryland, which describes itself as the "largest grassroots immigrant advocacy organization in the Mid-Atlantic," opposes enforcement of federal immigration laws and has mounted numerous lawsuits to reduce restrictions on illegal immigration. The emails show that Montgomery County officials regularly sought guidance from CASA de Maryland on crafting its immigration policies, including the Promoting Community Trust executive order, and worked closely with the group on crafting the order and strategizing the public relations rollout. Officials also sent a draft to the organization to review before the policy was officially signed.
"We anticipate finalizing the Order next week and would appreciate hearing your feedback beforehand," Montgomery County assistant chief administrative officer Caroline Sturgis wrote to CASA de Maryland employees in a July 5, 2019, email.
The group said it approved of the draft order but raised concerns about the county jail's policy for notifying ICE about inmates convicted or charged with prior crimes.

Israeli raids also pose a direct threat to civilian air traffic in the sky over Syria," he said.
The diplomat noted that it would be possible to talk about normalizing the situation in Syria only after the legitimate Syrian authorities have the opportunity to conduct full-fledged anti-terrorist activities throughout the country's sovereign territory, without interference and obstacles from unfriendly external forces.
The ambassador noted that after the last terrorist strongholds were eliminated in the suburbs of Damascus in the summer of 2018, a lot of things in the city have changed for the better, but it is too early to talk about completely returning to a peaceful life. "I have already explained, the terrorist threat has not disappeared, both for the country in general and specifically for Damascus. It took two decades after the successful occupation of Tibet by the English (in 1904) before there was an earthquake in the Indian province of Bihar in which a number of British soldiers lost their lives. The Tibetans also traced this natural disaster back to magical activities which they had conducted prior to the invasion.

Israel cannot escape its legacy of violence
"Israel has been defined [for] too many years by the Israel-Arab conflict," Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett complained in a recent interview with The Times. However, even Bennett's intentional omission of Palestine, in keeping with the normalised but erroneous use of "Israeli-Arab conflict" preferred by diplomats, screams out the importance of defining Israel through its colonial theft of Palestinian land.
Bennett's strategy is different from that of his predecessor, Benjamin Netanyahu, whose belligerent allegiance with former US President Donald Trump enabled an acceleration of Israel's colonial expansion. This, of course, allows Bennett to dangle the promise of economic incentives for Palestinians and the Palestinian Authority.
Likewise, as the interview notes, Bennett would have been unable to set the contradictory policy of no annexation and no settlement building freeze, had Netanyahu and Trump not paved the way for the current political climate through the Abraham Accords. In truth, Bennett's annexation plans will be realised indirectly through de-facto annexation, which does not compromise the normalisation agreements that took issue with formalised, rather than "natural" colonial expansion.
The more that Palestine and its people are marginalised, the more it is imperative to define Israel as a manifestation of its colonial violence. Its actions do not merit anything else, unless defining Israel is left to the compromised diplomats who laud colonialism through their inaction while pretending to support an independent Palestinian state. The international community has normalised Palestine's disappearance as much as it endorses its symbolic memory, but only as far as it serves the two-state compromise.

Western-Backed White Helmets Are Preparing To Stage Another Provocation In Greater Idlib
The Western-backed White Helmets organization is plotting yet another provocation in the northwestern Syrian region of Greater Idlib, Vadim Kulit, deputy chief of the Russian Reconciliation Center in Syria, revealed on November 3, according to the TASS news agency.
Greater Idlib is the home to many terrorist groups, including al-Qaeda-affiliated Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham. The White Helmets have been working closely with these groups.
“The Russian Center for Reconciliation of the Opposing Parties has received data that members of the pseudo-humanitarian organization White Helmets are plotting a provocation with an aim of accusing government forces of delivering indiscriminate strikes at civilian facilities and civilians,” the Russian officer said.
According to kulit, the White Helmets are recruiting people from the towns of Kafr Kermin and Sarmada in the Idlib to take part in fake a fake video report.
“It is planned to engage English-language reporters, who have arrived in the Idlib de-escalation zone to highlight the provocation,” Kulit added.
Terrorist groups and the White Helmets stage provocations in Greater Idlib on a regular basis in order to accuse Syrian government forces of committing war crimes such as intentionally shelling civilians.
According to reports by Syrian, Russian and Lebanese sources, the terrorists even attempted to stage attacks with chemical weapons on several occasions.
The terrorist groups and the White Helmets hope that their propaganda stunts could provoke a military strikes by the US and its Western allies against Syrian government forces.
Currently, terrorists in Greater Idlib, who continue to violate a ceasefire brokered by Russia and Turkey last year, are preparing for a possible attack by the Syrian Arab Army and its allies.

Table 18 of the report confirms that the majority of Covid-19 cases were among the fully vaccinated population in the week beginning October 23rd 2021, accounting for 11,416 cases. Whilst the not-vaccinated population accounted for less than half the amount, recording 5,655 cases.

4 Years Later, NYT Says Steele Dossier ‘Turned Out to Be Democratic-Funded Opposition Research’
With the arrest of the principal source of the bogus dossier, The New York Times belatedly admits what the dossier was, a fact reported in Consortium News four years ago.
Igor Danchenko, the main source for the phony Clinton campaign, opposition research dressed up as an intelligence report that for a time duped the FBI and Democratic mainstream media for several years, has been arrested in the ongoing investigation into the deceptive origins of Russiagate by Special Counsel John Durahm, The New York Times reported Thursday. The Times lead reads:
“Federal authorities on Thursday arrested an analyst who in 2016 gathered leads about possible links between Donald J. Trump and Russia for what turned out to be Democratic-funded opposition research, according to people familiar with the matter.”
The key phrase is “turned out to be”, as the Times has belatedly come to understand that the Steele Dossier, which became the focal point of manic Democratic-slanted reporting, was nothing more than opposition research, a mix of some fact and mostly fiction, which both parties routinely serve up in campaigns to sling mud at their opponents.
But the Steele Dossier was fervently believed by Democratic partisans, at times fanatically, as if it were solid intelligence, in the face of the facts. Robert Parry, the late founder of this website, was in the forefront of questioning and debunking the bogus story that was widely and profoundly believed, to the point of U.S. sanctions being imposed on Russia, spiking tensions between the nuclear-armed powers.
CN‘s editor, Joe Lauria, at the time a writer for Consortium News, spelled out as early as October 2017 — just 10 months into the Trump regime — that the Democrats were behind both the phony dossier and the private firm CrowdStrike’s examination of Democratic National Committee servers, which the party kept away from the FBI. Lauria wrote this piece on Oct. 29, 2017, entitled “The Democratic Money Behind Russia-gate.” It began:
“The two sources that originated the allegations claiming that Russia meddled in the 2016 election — without providing convincing evidence — were both paid for by the Democratic National Committee, and in one instance also by the Clinton campaign: the Steele dossier and the CrowdStrike analysis of the DNC servers. Think about that for a minute.

Francesco Talarico, who ran for office in 2018, allegedly negotiated with Antonio Gallo, an entrepreneur affiliated with the local ‘Ndrangheta clans, offering "in exchange for a substantial package of votes, to introduce Gallo in national political-institutional environments," his indictment read, Gazzetta Del Sud reported.
Talarico was acquitted of the charge of having mafia ties himself.
“Obviously I respect any decision, because it comes from the authority of the State. However, I remain disoriented, while it is excluded that I am part of a notorious business committee with a Mafia connotation, I am still found guilty of having reached an electoral agreement with an unspecified Mafia subject,” Talarico said after sentencing, according to Gazzetta Del Sud.
Talarico was among 20 others who were tried at the same time following an investigation conducted by Italy’s Antimafia Directorate and led by Chief Prosecutor Nicola Gratteri, who was tasked with leading the maxi-trial against 325 members of the ‘Ndrangheta currently underway.

Spain busts migrant smugglers active along the Balkan route
The suspects would have smuggled at least 400 migrants, earning more than €2 million in illegal profits
Spanish National Police (Policía Nacional), together with law enforcement authorities from Bosnia and Hertzegovina, Croatia, Italy, Romania and Slovenia and supported by Europol and Eurojust, dismantled a criminal network facilitating illegal immigration along the Balkan route. The suspects used vans and trucks to hide the irregular migrants while transporting them in life-threatening conditions. The operation against this criminal group took place under the Operational Task Force Crafter, set-up by Europol. The two action days on 22 April in Madrid and 7 May 2021 in Bucharest led to 15 arrests (12 in Spain and 1 in Romania, 1 in Slovenia, 1 in Croatia).
77 migrants detected in overcrowded truck
The investigation into this criminal network started in August 2020, when Slovenia reported the arrest of a suspect intercepted while transporting 53 irregular migrants in a van. Mainly Pakistani, but also Colombian, Spanish and Romanian suspects, were among the 17 identified members of the criminal network. So far, 15 of them have been arrested: 13 during the two action days in April and May, with a further two arrested in Croatia and Slovenia. The suspect arrested in Romania is the leader of the network considered a High Value Target by Europol.
The suspects recruited mainly Pakistani migrants from locations close to refugee camps in Bosnia and Herzegovina and would transport them via van to Italy, or in some cases Spain. While transporting them through the Balkan route, the criminals used separate cars as scouts to check the route and alert the ringleaders in case of police checks. In total, law enforcement authorities detected eight migrant smuggling attempts, four of which were aborted by the smugglers due to heavy police presence. Law enforcement authorities in Croatia intercepted a truck smuggling 77 migrants in life-threatening conditions, four of whom were minors. They also detected two other vehicles carrying 47 and 21 migrants respectively. The investigators estimate that the suspects have smuggled at least 400 migrants, earning about €2 million in illegal profits.

It has not been Chris Hurst's finest week.
First off, the Democrat from the Virginia House of Delegates lost his District 12 re-election bid to Republican Jason Ballard. In fact, Republicans took control of the House by flipping seven seats after Democrats held a 55-45 majority.
But that ain't the half of it.
What else happened?
You see, on the eve of the election, Hurst and his girlfriend were pulled over by Radford City police after a sheriff's deputy allegedly saw them tampering with campaign signs at a polling place, WSLS-TV reported.
Police photos show campaign signs for Republican candidates such as Governor-elect Glenn Youngkin and Hurst's opponent, Delegate-elect Ballard, flipped over and on the ground, the station said.
A little hijinks'
The following is a transcript from the police bodycam video showing the conversation between Hurst and the officer who pulled him over, WSLS reported:
Officer: "I think what you need to do after I deal with you here is go back and fix those signs. What do you think? You try to resort to doing this? Instead of doing a fair election? Chris, quit playing. Quit playing. Y'all are up there turning over signs at the polling area and you're sitting here acting like you don't know what's going on?"
Hurst: "…Here's what I would say. I would think that something that was a little hijinks and steam blowing off is exactly what everybody over on the other side of the mountain does and people all over this district do."
Officer: "So you're going to resort to that and represent us?"
Hurst: "I need you to just do your job here tonight and I'll do mine. I have nothing more to say to you, officer. I'm sorry for actions that I may have done or my partner may have done, but I think you're getting a little emotional here."
Officer: "I'm not getting emotional at all, you're supposed to be representing us. You're supposed to be out here representing us and not out here acting like a school kid. How am I supposed to vote for you if you're out here doing this?"
Hurst: "Were you planning on voting for me?"
Officer: "Well, that's all up in the air now."
Hurst: "I'm sorry if I lost your support, sir."
At Tuesday night's watch party, Hurst told media members the campaign sign incident was a prank, the station said.

Grosskreutz was shot in the arm after aiming a handgun towards Kyle Rittenhouse
Kenosha detectives did not execute a search warrant for the phone of armed rioter Gaige Grosskreutz despite obtaining one. According to Detective Martin Howard, this has been the only time a search warrant has not been executed during his three-year career as a detective. Howard was cross-examined by Rittenhouse defense attorney Mark Richards on Wednesday.
Detectives seized hours of video footage of the event from witnesses and bystanders with Grosskreutz being the lone exception. Despite having a search warrant in hand while Grosskreutz and his lawyer interviewed with the Kenosha police, it was not executed and his phone was not seized. Grosskreutz was the only person of interest whose phone was not downloaded. Similarly, his interview with police detectives was not recorded.
Gaige Grosskreutz was shot in the arm after faking a surrender then raising a handgun towards Rittenhouse’s head. He has a criminal record for burglary and is allegedly a member of the People’s Revolution Movement of Milwaukee, a radical left-wing group. Grosskreutz later remarked that this his only regret was “not emptying the entire mag into him”, referencing Rittenhouse.

The DOJ, aware that its case management system is in dire need of automation, funds Inslaw and PROMIS. After creating a public-domain version, Inslaw makes significant enhancements to PROMIS and, aware that the US market for legal automation is worth $3 billion, goes private in the early '80s.
Designed as case-management software for federal prosecutors, PROMIS has the ability to combine disparate databases, and to track people by their involvement with the legal system. Hamilton and others now claim that the DOJ has modified PROMIS to monitor intelligence operations, agents and targets, instead of legal cases.
The full-court press continued. In 1985 Allen & Co., a New York investment banking concern with close business ties to Earl Brian, helped finance a second company, SCT, which also attempted to purchase Inslaw. That attempt also failed, but in the process a number of Inslaw's customers were warned by SCT that Inslaw would soon go bankrupt and would not survive reorganization, Hamilton said in court documents.
Broke and with no friends in the government, on June 9, 1986, Inslaw filed a $30 million lawsuit against the DOJ in bankruptcy court. Inslaw's attorney for the case (he was later fired from his firm under extremely suspicious circumstances – see sidebar) was Leigh Ratiner of the Wash- ington firm Dickstein, Shapiro & Morin. Ratiner chose bankruptcy court for the filing based on the premise that Justice, the creditor, had control of PROMIS. He explained recently, "It was forbidden by the BankruptcyAct for the creditor to exercise control over the debtor property. And that theory – that the Justice Department was exercising control – was the basis that the bankruptcy court had jurisdiction.
I believe that PROMIS was the "Prize" that Conor McLeod and Kurgan were fighting for in the Jan 1986 release Highlander. And it is clear that this film was also grooming Donald Trump to be the Cabal's puppet President at some future date. Judge Bruce Schroeder on Wednesday laid into legal analysts on left-wing network CNN, including chief legal analyst Jeffrey Toobin — whom he mentioned by name, over their “obvious” ignorance of the law.
Schroeder, overseeing the trial of Kyle Rittenhouse, commented on the media for a second time since the trial started Monday.
“I’m going to comment about the media — again,” the judge said, noting that a talking head called the case the “most divisive case in the country to date,” Law & Crime reported.
“So, anything that undermines public confidence in what happens here is very important,” Schroeder continued. “It’s important for this town. It’s important for this country to have people have confidence in the result of this trial — whatever it is. And I don’t care what it is.”
The media, he said, are “saying things that are totally bizarre.” CNN’s Toobin and “another attorney” on the network discussed the “uncommunicated threat rule,” an “ancient rule of our law,” the judge outlined, the report said.
“This was on CNN — Jeffrey Toobin and another attorney there … A comment was made that the ruling was incomprehensible,” the Schroeder explained. “AndI think they obviously are not familiar with this rule. That’s our law. That’s the law in the Jackson case; it’s the law in the case of the United States against Craig A. Smith, which is 230 federal second 300, a Seventh Circuit case from 2000. This is admissible evidence.”
According to Law & Crime, the discussion came up in the courtroom as defense challenged prosecution’s ask to show video with narration the defense deemed “hearsay that was inadmissible.” Ultimately, Schroeder only allowed the prosecution to turn on the audio for portions of the footage shown to the jury.
As highlighted by The Daily Wire, a witness who testified, social media influencer Koerri Washington, confirmed Wednesday that he has seen videos of Joseph Rosenbaum, a man fatally shot by Rittenhouse, hurling the N-word and yelling “shoot me” near a Kenosha gas station on the night of August 25, 2020.
Washington also told the jury he made a “mental note” of Rosenbaum due to his “erratic” behavior.
Rittenhouse was 17 years old when he was arrested for fatally shooting Rosenbaum and one other man, as well as injuring a third during unrest in Kenosha, Wisconsin. He is charged with five felony counts and one misdemeanor, including first-degree intentional homicide, first-degree reckless homicide, two counts of first-degree recklessly endangering safety, attempted first-degree intentional homicide, and possession of a dangerous weapon by a person under 18.
The teen pleaded not guilty in January, claiming he acted in self-defense.

What exactly happened in 1972 or 1973, in the Netherlands, where an infant girl was aborted, and her kidneys used to make a cell line that would be used, going forward, in the testing of vaccines?
That cell line is called HEK 293 (HEK stands for human embryonic kidney), and it has been used to test COVID vaccines.
I have already presented evidence for concluding the abortion involved removing the living infant from her mother’s womb, and taking her kidneys, which of course killed her.
This evidence rests on the realization that, in order to extract viable and useful kidney tissue, the baby had to have a functioning blood supply, which meant she was alive.
But the evidence ALSO comes from knowing many other abortions have been carried out, in order to harvest tissue for medical research, by murdering living babies.
I have found a very informative article (2/9/2021) at the Centre for Bio-Ethical Reform UK, by Christian Hacking, titled, “What the HEK?!” by Christian Hacking. Quoting from the article:
“HEK 293 is a human cell line created using a kidney from a dissected unborn baby in the Netherlands between 1972 and 1973. It is the second most common cell line and is used extensively in ‘pharmaceutical and biomedical research’. It is also used in vaccine creation and cancer research.”
“It was used, along with other human cell lines, to develop a genetically engineered spike protein (that the mRNA vaccine codes for) in the original development stage of the vaccine. The ‘new technology’ Pfizer vaccine and the Moderna Vaccine were tested on HEK 293 before they began human trials. This testing is ongoing for all new batches. Finally the ‘old technology’ Oxford AstraZeneca vaccine grew a weakened viral strain in HEK 293 cell culture…”
“The kidney in question was dissected from a healthy Dutch baby girl of unknown origin by the team at Leiden University in the Netherlands in 1972. There are numerous tombs of elite members of that society from the Middle Sican period (900-1100 CE) scattered throughout the region, but most of the tombs fell prey to looters. "Practically all Middle Sican gold artifacts in museums and private collections were looted from archaeological sites in modern times," the authors wrote. "Once within illicit trade networks, these objects are commonly subject to various undocumented interventions to enhance their aesthetic qualities."
"From an archaeological perspective, the use of human blood in the paint would not be surprising," the authors wrote, pointing to a recent study of the remains of human sacrificial victims from Sican, indicating that many appeared to have been deliberately cut on the neck and chest to maximize bleeding. Their finding "lends weight to a hypothesis that application of this red paint on the entire deceased skeleton symbolized intensely red oxygenated blood, 'life force' essential for the desired effect [rebirth] to take place."
