While the federal government continues to give itself more power, one state has passed a law that bans NSA data collection without due process.

Michigan has become the first state to ban the National Security Agency’s intrusive data collection practices by passing a law that prohibits law enforcement and state agencies from turning over personal data to the federal government without due process.

The Fourth Amendment Rights Protection Act, or HB4430, will go into effect next month after it passed the Michigan state legislature with overwhelming support and only one “no” vote.

The person has given informed consent.

The action is pursuant to a warrant that is based upon probable cause and particularly describes the person, place, or thing to be searched or seized.

The action is in accordance with a legally recognized exception to warrant requirements.

The action will not infringe on any reasonable expectation of privacy the person may have.

There's a campground on Second Mesa, right next to the Hopi Cultural Center. A person can camp there for free. I just set up a tent and lived in that campground for two months straight. By myself most times. I don't know if camping is free anymore, but it was back then. I saw all kinds of orbs and teardropped shaped craft at night. The best sighting was with an old retired Vietnam Vet and his son. I am still in contact with his son, because of this. He was 13 at the time, now he's a college student studying engineering over in Hawaii. He still remembers everything! Big craft, Mayan Pyramid shaped being tailed by two blue orbs. 8 jets chasing it. UFO the size of an aircraft carrier from the experience of the Vietnam Vet. Afterburners on and those jets couln't even touch it! It did 90 degree turns, like it was on a grid! The craft looked to me to be lower to the ground than what it was, because once the Vietnam Vet (ex pilot) told me that he could only see one blinking light on the jets, that that meant the jets were at very high altitude. That means that craft was HUGE, because it looked like it was lower to the ground! It flew over us once with four gold lights underneath, and then it did it's 90 degree maneuver and did a second pass over the campground, this time the four gold lights had turned off and changed to a giant gold cross under the craft. The next day, there were strange people at the Hopi Cultural center all driving government cars. The Vietnam Vet was extremely paranoid and didn't want anything to do with it, and packed his shit up and took his son and left right away in the morning.
