I’m posting a portion of the article so you don’t look for the main point

A post-election analysis of bellwether counties – that is, the 19 counties around the country that have consistently picked the winner of presidential races with extremely rare exceptions over the past century – once again clearly picked one candidate over another this year.

And it wasn’t Joe Biden

The analysis comes as President Donald Trump’s campaign continues to challenge election results in some states while demanding recounts in others, including one in Georgia which is currently taking place.

The president and his legal team claim to have found substantial evidence of voting manipulation and outright fraud, much of it via the Dominion Voting System electronic ballot machines used in many states.

As such, they are demanding legitimate audits of all ballots in key states the president was winning by a lot before vote tabulations in a number of them inexplicably stopped in the hours after polls closed Nov. 3.

The Wall Street Journal found only on county anomaly among the bellwether districts:

America has become so polarized that presidential bellwether counties—those that consistently back the national winner, switching between parties in the process—are nearing extinction.

From 1980 through 2016, 19 of the nation’s more than 3,000 counties voted for the eventual president in every election. Only one of them, Washington state’s Clallam County, backed President-elect Joe Biden last week.

Other counties that had been bellwethers all the way back to the 1950s ended their runs by backing President Trump instead of the Democrat.

A controversial Trump Federal Reserve nominee, who has backed a gold standard, is likely to get a vote on the Senate floor next week after Majority Leader Mitch McConnell filed cloture on her nomination Thursday.

President Trump announced his intention to nominate Shelton to the Fed's Board of Governors on July 3, 2019.

Republican Sen. John Cornyn of Texas said Thursday that Shelton could get a Senate floor vote "as early as next week."

Shelton has generated opposition for her pointed criticisms of the Fed and her advocacy for a return to the gold standard as a monetary system

Auditors know what vote totals were reported before they begin the post-election re-count. So much for Coomer’s robust auditing process…

Dr. Coomer’s statement brings to light a very serious issue all voters should understand. Voting systems must be re-certified each time they make changes to the hardware or software. Recertification is an expensive and time consuming process. What Dr. Coomer told the Board is that Dominion Voting does not go back for recertification of software when threats to their code are discovered. Rather, they rely on post-election audits and providing advice to election jurisdictions about security. I have reviewed all of the recertification documents produced by Dominion, and I do not recall any software adjustments for security purposes.

This is the reality of the security of your vote. Software systems that count and record the vote across Illinois and throughout the USA are not updated to address security problems, and even if they were, the software can be completely bypassed by going to the data tables that drive the systems.

I am not an expert on how other states audit the vote after an election. I do know that in Illinois, at least 8% of the vote never see any post-election audit. At least that amount of the vote is vulnerable to be manipulated without much chance for detection.
