Tens of Thousands of Pennsylvania Ballots Returned Earlier Than Sent Date: Researcher

More than 20,000 absentee ballots in Pennsylvania have impossible return dates and another more than 80,000 have return dates that raise questions, according to a researcher’s analysis of the state’s voter database.

Over 51,000 ballots were marked as returned just a day after they were sent out—an extraordinary speed, given U.S. Postal Service (USPS) delivery times, while nearly 35,000 were returned on the same day they were mailed out. Another more than 23,000 have a return date earlier than the sent date. More than 9,000 have no sent date.

The state’s voter records are being scrutinized as President Donald Trump is challenging the results of the presidential election in Pennsylvania and other states where his opponent, former Vice President Joe Biden, holds a tight lead. The Trump campaign is alleging that invalid ballots have been counted for Democrats and valid ballots for Republicans were thrown away.

The analysis of the publicly available data was conducted by a data researcher who submitted it first to the Chinese-language edition of The Epoch Times. The researcher, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said he consulted about the matter with several USPS field engineers, who said the return dates shown in the database are “impossible.”

Trump Campaign’s Latest Lawsuit in Pennsylvania Will ‘Prevail’: Murtaugh

Trump campaign communications director Tim Murtaugh said Tuesday that he believes the campaign’s latest lawsuit filed in Pennsylvania will “prevail.”

During an appearance on Fox News’ “Outnumbered Overtime,” Murtaugh said that the state, which holds 20 Electoral College votes, had conducted “an unconstitutional election.”

“Depending on where you were in the state and when you voted, you were treated differently,” he said.

The Trump campaign filed a lawsuit (pdf) a day earlier against Pennsylvania Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar and seven county boards of election—Allegheny, Centre, Chester, Delaware, Philadelphia, Montgomery, and Northampton, claiming that “almost every critical aspect” of the state’s election was “effectively shrouded in secrecy.”

It alleges that the Pennsylvania election process violated the Constitution by creating different standards of verification and transparency for mail-in and in-person voters, as well as disparate treatment of Republican and Democrat voters and poll watchers.

Trump campaign legal counsel Matt Morgan told reporters Monday that in Philadelphia and Allegheny, there were over 682,000 ballots that were tabulated outside the view of GOP observers who were entitled by law to review them.

He also said the razor thin margin in Pennsylvania is “very close” to the state’s automatic recount rules, and that the lawsuit could “swing that.”

I thought this might have some anons wondering, what is the low down on Cannabis and "The Plan"?

The truth is probably not as most think or believe.

As many now understand, our world was previously led by Deep State Governments, Organizations and Institutions that were not about Freedom, Our Rights or The Pursuit of Happiness etc et al.

Everything was to be fully "controlled" "monopolized" and nothing "New", or in the case of Cannabis, "Old", was to be allowed to interfere with other "emerging" Industries such as Big Pharma, Big Oil/Chemical. In the last few decades even groups which represent Big Private Prison, Rehab and others have joined the fray. Big Church or Deep Church is another Player in the Cannabis/Drug/Sin/Sobriety game.

They all share one thing in common which is that the suppression of not only Cannabis but also Hemp is good for Business.

As if things could not get worse…Enter Big Cannabis.

Big Cannabis Monopolies have now generally shown themselves to be enemies of Free Enterprise.

Big Cannabis seeks to make it difficult for others to enter the Industry via the quiet acceptance if not promotion of overly burdensome entrance fee's, enormous initial investment capital requirements, unfair legal requirements and never ending regulations which they can manage yet which the average entrepreneur or small business cannot.

So is there Light at the end of this tunnel of lies, fear and greed?

Following are some Facts in order for anons to understand the present location and in what current direction, that this particular issue is heading in.

1: POTUS D.O.J per Matt Whitaker testified before Congress that we are "Working overtime" ratifying all International Treaties concerning Cannabis so not only the U.S. but the World can now or soon be able to proceed to Legalize and not have the move impair their Relations with the U.S., U.N. and all the other nations which signed Treaties with Anti Cannabis/Hemp Language.

2: For decades the U.S., The U.N. and other powerful Nations exported their drug policy to the rest of the world. Non compliance with "accepted international drug policy" guidelines meant sanctions. To begin to understand the full ramifications of this kind of Totalitarian Global Drug Policy simply imagine how this could have played out concerning drugs such as Chloroquine>Covid19.

3: Nations around the globe are now embracing their new found freedom by Legalizing Cannabis which would NOT be occurring if their Treaty with the U.S. as well as the U.N. and many other nations had not already been ratified to exempt Cannabis from currently accepted international drug law. Poorer Nations rarely do anything to harm their Trade Status with the International Community especially the United States and the U.N.

4: There are several Bills sitting in Congress, some which have already passed committee vote, that would Remove Cannabis completely from Drug Scheduling guidelines yet many of the Sponsors are known deep state stooges such as Nadler so I do not expect them to pass. The door is now open for good Bills which would Create Law that would completely remove Cannabis from Scheduling Guidelines.

None of this would have occurred nor even have been possible if the above mentioned Treaties were not already ratified by POTUS DOJ.

On why flash memory is problematic:

The contents of these reserved memory areas can however still be revealed through forensic methods (direct access to the memory chips).

This all means that any software trying to wipe stuff off of flash memory will well reduce the overall lifetime of the flash memory device, but not actually succeed in wiping anything off of it. And the fact that stuff may get remapped into inaccessible areas further complicates the matter.

Some SSDs offer a low level command that supposedly tells the controller to zero out all the flash cells. It's anyone's guess if that even works as described - So, if you want to securely delete files on a flash memory based device, you'll have to physically destroy the device.

According to the article there are two parallel efforts underway to untangle the background of how the false Alfa Bank story was originated. One effort is a set of civil lawsuits by the owners of Alfa bank against those who created the fraudulent story that flowed through Fusion GPS, into Chris Steele’s dossier, into the FBI, and ultimately into the Buzzfeed reporting therein. Part of the New Yorker story is constructed around wondering if the Alfa Bank team is working with the Durham team. That is a false narrative created for political deflection only. However, the article outlines factual evidence of the Durham grand jury; and by knowing what issues are being explored we can see -in advance- where this trail is going.

Good News Pause: John Durham has a grand jury impaneled and is issuing subpoenas.

Instead of me going through the Alfa Bank story, let me just take you though a process of where the Alfa Bank story ends up. That’s where Durham/Aldenberg will ultimately be; and for transparency I have spoken with William Aldenberg about their destination.

Note in the New Yorker piece the subjects of the subpoenas and lawsuits are worried about being forced to identify the anonymous sources known as “Max” and “Tea Leaves”.

Additionally the group describes their worry about identifying how the electronic signals between the servers were originally discovered.

Let me say up front that is where this story connects to the scandal of intelligence community “contractor” access to the NSA database.

The SIGINT or signals intelligence, used to frame the false Alfa Bank story, appears to have come from entities with access to the NSA database who were doing work to assist the overall Trump-Russia narrative construction. Those unlawfully obtained findings were manipulated and unlawfully extracted; then passed along to computer scientists who had the role to provide technical support for the media to use in selling a false story.

William Taylor was/is also the lawyer for Fusion-GPS, as noted in a 2017 Politico article: “Fusion lawyers William Taylor and Josh Levy wrote as they renewed their request for a temporary restraining order from U.S. District Court Judge Tanya Chutkan.”

Now, let me explain what this is all about…. and where this is going.

When President Trump won the November 2016 election all of those participants involved in the use of government offices and agencies for corrupt political intent had a real problem. Immediately, a lot of strategic planning took place by a lot of desperate people.

One of the key needs of the corrupt intelligence apparatus was to find a way to stop the incoming administration from exposing their effort; that’s where the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence (SSCI) comes in.

Senator Dianne Feinstein was vice-chair of the SSCI in 2016. Feinstein’s chief of staff was Dan Jones. The post-election plan to protect the intel community would involve using the SSCI institution to cover for prior Obama-era operations.

Senator Feinstein was not a good fit for that role, so Feinstein abdicated her position in advance of the next congress.

In January 2017 Senator Mark Warner took over as SSCI vice-chair and Dan Jones left the SSCI to continue the operation as a freelance operative. Warner was put into place to carry out the strategic objectives needed to protect the DOJ, NSD, CIA, FBI and ODNI operations against Donald Trump who was now the incoming president-elect.

Keep in mind with control of the SSCI the group inside the legislative branch could control who ran what intelligence agency because they held the power of confirmation; and they could control who would rise to be inspector general within the intelligence community, a position needed if a whistle-blower was to surface.

Additionally, the SSCI would control intelligence information and assist the Weissmann/Mueller special counsel after appointment. The SSCI could work as a sword and a shield as needed. Which is exactly what happened.

That background, the motive of the SSCI, explains every point of conflict and corruption we have seen from the SSCI toward the White House in the past four years.

Meanwhile Dan Jones went freelance and was given $50 million to fund an investigative outfit called the “Penn Quarter Group” and create a new organization called the Democracy Integrity Project.

“Jones told federal investigators that he had raised $50 million from “7 to 10 wealthy donors located primarily in New York and California.” (link)

Jones used both groups to continue selling and pushing the Trump-Russia narrative. Also it was important for those at risk to find an alternate route to keep financing their defense without using Clinton’s legal team within Perkins Coie.

Essentially, in 2017 Dan Jones, through his Penn Quarter Group, took over funding for Fusion-GPS and Glenn Simpson and kept paying Christopher Steele. The payments to these entities and Steele always looked more like a pay-off to keep their mouths shut. Jones was essentially the bag-man for continued Trump-Russia operations outside government.
