I've had a few "psychotic episodes" on it. Especially for people with little tolerance, strains with THC content approaching 30% basically act as a psychedelic. And not every trip is nice.

It can feel like you're dying. It can trigger insane levels of paranoia and dread. And yes, people freak out badly enough that they feel like they need a hospital. And don't even get me started on what you can do to yourself with edibles. Been there more than a few times and it's spooky.

I'm a fan of it myself, but the level of pro-weed rhetoric from the left has made me start questioning that lately. Nothing they've promoted has been good for decades now. Is it just convenient for me to agree with them on this one issue because I smoke pot? I believe in legalization at the federal level and clemency for nonviolent offenders, but why do they PUSH it like this? Basically everything they push like this is evil or corrupting.

I mean, I'm stoned right now, but I dunno. The simple fact that the left are in agreement with me on this one is making me wonder.
