conceptually

the idea is, they have a version of the meme on a blacklist (presumably they have the original meme -if this is a brand new meme you just cooked up and it isnt in the blacklist yet, the squares might be unecessary??? <- dont know about that, just brainstorming)

you can re-insert the meme past the filter that checks ALL images against the blacklist by replacing 20% of the total pixels

anons have expiriments with different ways of applying this basic logic

a really good one is to skew/stretch/transform the image a few degrees

just enough to re-arrange the pixels, but not so much as to effect the 'legibility' of the subject matter

and if I am reading you right, then yes, I think that would totally work

as long as 20% of the pixel area (or, stated differently, 20% of the total pixels) with a filter that uses a unique pattern to choose which pixels to shift

I dont think you have to shift the pixels a lot

I dont think color shift only will work, as Q was implying the blacklist image is stored as a 'negative' and the points of analysis are "structural"

so, the filter is not really looking to see weather the pixel in position x32 is the apropriate shade and brightness of green, for example

it is checking to see weather the relative relationship between pixel x32 and its surrounding pixels matches the blacklist sample source

for example, merely making the entire image darker DOES change more than 20% of the pixels, but the relationship from pixel-to-pixel was NOT changed, so the filter still flags it instantly

but, like in your example, overlay a filter that shifts "random" pixels very slightly (enough to change the measured relationship to surroudning pixels, but not enoughto corrupt the legibility of the subject matter) and as long as you shift 20% of the total pixels, you should be good to go to bypass the filter

that is, at least, how I understand what Q was laying down

An anon just replied the digital banner for reference.

But basically if one was to alter the image and either overlay a literal cammo pattern, or heck even a tiger fur style pattern, opaque but enough to break the full image, or otherwise, a digital camo using small squares whereby collectively at least 20% of pixels across the meme are 'out of sync' but would still allow good detail in the image, one could simply make 5-10 files of the same meme, slightly shift the camo in non specific directions, and thus it would require the alg to find every version, would cause it headaches. IIRC there was small black squares out of place in some of those banner updates!

If you also look back at another image of Flynn's banner, he stylized a portrait of himself to like a semi comic book style, this too could be a hint.

I have to call out, again, the story about the CDC rejecting Trump's executive order on "critical race theory". As an "anti-vaxxer" (health freedom advocate, in reality) I have believed for a few years now that the CDC vaccine program (I now call it a "pogrom") has been weaponized against the citizens of the US and is now (semi-officially) a eugenics program. If the CDC is not going to recognize that "critical race theory" (hope I got that term correctly) is actually promoting a self-destructive ideology then it legitimizes the concept that disadvantaging Americans by injecting them with brain and immune system toxins is okay.

The title of this piece is a bit perplexing, imo, but the post (written months ago) seems to capture exactly what is happening in America right now. I don't believe Americans are racist. I do think that heterosexual marriage and Judeo-Christian values combined with a strong work ethic led to the greatness of Western society. Those values help people of any race or ethnicity to advance. It is tragic and sad to see that Western Europeans who adopted those values are being attacked for their success. This is what socialism always has to do: Demonize success to lower everyone to "equal" misery.

Yep, my guess is they will have a shade tolerance fairly easily, BUT, if an filter generator could say randomly select 16 pixel groups, that total up to 20% of the image, and then in groups of 4 pixels within the 16 it auto positions them with shifted transparency or whatever, then you have basically implemented a fairly detailed 'encryption' of image signature that would be very hard for them to try locate if each meme had say 5-10 versions created. I think this is the key, not having one version of the file.
