A retired intelligence agent turned producer testified at a corruption trial of the sitting Israeli prime minister

Billionaire movie producer Arnon Milchan told a Jerusalem court on Monday that some $200,000 worth of the gifts he sent Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his wife Sara may have been “excessive” but claimed he did not think they were illegal.

Milchan founded the production house Regency and has been credited with producing over 130 motion pictures, from ‘Brazil’ (1985) and ‘Pretty Woman’ (1990) to ‘12 Years a Slave’ (2013) and ‘The Northman (2022). He met Netanyahu while working for Israeli intelligence, starting in the 1960s.

Appearing via video link from Brighton, UK – declining to travel on account of ill health at age 78 – Milchan said he gave the Netanyahus gifts in the spirit of friendship and never received anything in return.

Milchan testified on Sunday that the Netanyahu’s made “routine” requests for gifts and even developed a code for certain items, such as “leaves” for cigars, “roses” for champagne, and “dwarves” for fancy dress shirts. He also said Netanyahu had assured him it was all perfectly legal, and he only realized it might have been “excessive” when Israeli investigators approached him in 2016.

The Delaware federal judge likely to sign off on Hunter Biden’s guilty plea next month was nominated to the bench by former President Donald Trump — but was backed by the First State’s two Democratic senators and has donated to both parties.

US District Judge Maryellen Noreika was randomly assigned to preside over a hearing on the first son’s plea deal, which is set for July 26 in Wilmington federal court.

Between 2005 and 2014, Noreika donated $15,500 to candidates across the political spectrum, per Federal Election Commission records.

Those donations include $5,200 to Sen. Tom Cotton’s (R-Ark.) 2014 Senate campaign, $5,000 to Mitt Romney’s 2012 presidential campaign, $2,300 to John McCain’s presidential run in 2008, and $1,000 to former Sen. Rick Santorum (R-Pa.) in 2006.

On the Democratic side, Noreika donated $1,000 to Hillary Clinton’s 2008 presidential campaign and $1,000 to the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee in 2009, according to the FEC.

At the time of the donations, Noreika was an attorney at the Wilmington firm of Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell.

She was nominated for a federal judgeship by Trump in December 2017.

Sen. Chris Coons (D-Del.), who backed Noreika’s nomination along with Sen. Tom Carper (D-Del.), is a co-chair of President Biden’s re-election campaign.

Coons and Carper gave the Pittsburgh native a “blue slip” indicating their support, paving the way for her to clear the Senate nomination process within a matter of months.

“This is great news for Delaware’s federal courts as we become one step closer to having a filled bench,” Coons after the Senate Judiciary Committee approved Noreika’s nomination in March 2018, describing her as a “talented, capable” jurist.

Carper, who is set to retire after the 2024 election, similarly commended her as a “highly-respected, sought-after” attorney who “displayed a vast knowledge of the law and a thorough understanding of the courts.”

Noreika, who was confirmed in August 2018, will be tasked with deciding whether or not to accept Hunter Biden’s plea deal with Delaware US Attorney David Weiss, which was revealed in court filings last week.

Under the agreement, the first son will plead guilty to two misdemeanor counts of intentionally failing to pay his federal income taxes. Each count carries a potential penalty of up to 12 months behind bars though prosecutors are likely to ask for probation.

Hunter Biden, 53, has also agreed to enter a pretrial diversion agreement for a felony count of illegally possessing a firearm while addicted to illicit drugs.

That carries a potential penalty of up to 10 years in prison, though the count is likely to be expunged if Hunter completes a two-year probationary period.

There must have been several scores of leaks against Trump involving testimony, documents, audio, etc., and they're all obviously coming from the government. Trump's lawyers need to file an immediate motion, with the long list of leaks as an exhibit, asking that the entire case be dismissed because of prosecutorial misconduct and the government's effort to influence the jury pool. LGBTQ+ issues into the iconic American media company brand has led to financial problems.

To be sure, Disney, started in 1923 by brothers Walt and Roy O. Disney, and which brought the world the popular Mickey Mouse character, has recently had financial challenges.

In February, returning Disney CEO Bob Iger announced that the company would be cutting costs by $5.5 billion and terminating about 7,000 jobs.

The LGBTQ+ issue is in large part that under Iger’s predecessor, Bob Chapek, Disney denounced Florida’s Parental Rights in Education Act – which critics called the "Don't Say Gay" bill – that restricts discussion of certain sexual topics in schools from kindergarten through third grade.

As a result, Florida GOP Gov. Ron DeSantis signed a bill into law in February revoking Disney's special control over the district where its amusement park is located.

Disney filed a lawsuit against DeSantis and other state officials in April for allegedly creating a "targeted campaign of government retaliation" over the company's opposition to the parental rights law.

Harvard Professor Who Studies Honesty for a Living Accused of Faking Data

The Chronicle of Higher Education reported on June 16 that a 2012 paper co-written by Francesca Gino, a professor at Harvard Business School, relied on fraudulent data.

The paper purported to show that people who signed an honesty pledge at the beginning of a form were less likely to cheat on the form than those who signed at the end. The study was based on three different experiments conducted by five different researchers, which were then compiled into one paper.

One of the paper’s co-authors, Max Bazerman, told the Chronicle that Harvard University provided him with evidence proving that one of the experiments conducted had relied on fabricated data.

The paper received over 500 citations from other scholars and was even cited in a 2016 Obama administration report on social and behavioral sciences.

In 2015, the researchers wrote another paper reporting that they had been unable to replicate their results. In August 2021, a group of three other researchers posted findings on their blog showing that data for one of the experiments in the 2012 paper had been altered. A month later, the 2012 paper was retracted.

The blog, DataColada, has since posted further evidence that three other papers of which Gino was a co-author relied on falsified data and stated that they contacted Harvard Business School about their concerns in the fall of 2021. Bazerman told the Chronicle that three other papers are of "significant concern" to Harvard but declined to specify if they were the same ones identified by the blog authors.

NOVI, Mich. (WXYZ) — Former President Donald Trump made his first appearance in Michigan today since announcing his third presidential bid last year.

He was the keynote speaker at the Oakland County Republican Party's annual Lincoln Day Dinner.

GOP leaders say they had to get a bigger venue and say it’s all thanks to Trump's appearance tonight.

The crowd erupted in applause when Trump took the stage at the Suburban Collection Showplace.

"I've seen all the presidents up until now in my lifetime so I wanted to see him live. I voted for him twice," said Jerry Wagner, an attendee.

Trump was awarded "Man of Decade" by the Oakland County Republican Party.

Rep. Lisa McCalin took the podium to endorse the 45th president of the United States. Rep. John James also spoke.

Something that is needed, as Trump struggles to garner widespread support from the party.

"Trump is a fighter. He loves our country. We can trust him. He's the only one that can lead us. He's an incredible leader. He's proved to be an incredible president and we need to come out and support him," said Joel Steinberg, an attendee.

Trump touched on a variety of issues affecting Michigan's economy.

He told the crowd the push to promote electric vehicles would mean the "decimation" of the state's auto industry.

"It is bad for Michigan and is it very bad for the unions," Trump said.

Trump's appearance in Michigan and his praise came just 12 days after he pleaded not guilty to 37 federals charges stemming from his alleged mishandling of classified documents.

"Two weeks Joe Biden ordered his top political opponent to be arrested," Trump said, "that's me."

Michigan democrats blasted out this statement ahead of his visit.

“Trump’s MAGA agenda that Michigan Republicans are trying and failing to carry out here is deeply out of touch with the values of Michiganders,” said Michigan Democratic Party Chair Lavora Barnes. “Whether it’s attacking abortion rights, undermining our elections, or advocating for policies that hurt the middle class, Trump and his radical agenda have no place in our great state

Wagner has long been a supporter, but given the pool of Republican candidates this year, he's undecided.

"I think it is time for a new opportunity. I think it is time for a new generation. I'd like to see some new blood in the party and some changes," Wagner said.

However, Trump is hoping to regain a foothold in Michigan, leading to a possible second term.

"With your help, your love, and your vote we will win Michigan and make America great again," Trump said.

Nine mangled cars six that contained hot asphalt, three holding molten sulfur and one with scrap metal were still in the rushing water on Monday evening as cleanup work continued, according to Columbus Fire Chief Rich Cowger.

"Some divers were brought in to see about how we would attach to those cars," Cowger said during a press conference. "While those assessments were being done, it was noticed that there is still some products of asphalt that's leaking out of those cars that are damaged."

The incident occurred early Saturday near the town of Columbus, about 40 miles west of Billings, in a rural area of the Yellowstone River Valley. The train was traveling over a bridge when it collapsed and 16 cars derailed, sending 10 of them into the river below, some 110 miles downstream from Yellowstone National Park. No injuries were reported.

It remains unclear whether the derailment caused the bridge to collapse or if the collapse precipitated the derailment.

"We honestly have no idea what happened first, whether it was the bridge or the derailment," Cowger told reporters on Monday evening. "There was an eastbound train across that bridge an hour before and things were fine with the bridge then. So there's an investigation to figure what that looks like and what exactly happened. That'll take some time as cars are pulled out of the river."

Billionaire and philanthropist James Crown died Sunday in a car crash while on a racetrack in Colorado.

The Colorado Sun reported that Crown, 70, died Sunday after his vehicle hit a barrier on a racetrack at Aspen Motorsports Park in Woody Creek, Colo., Sunday, which was also his birthday. According to the Colorado Sun, the coroner ruled that Crown’s death was an accident and that “multiple blunt force trauma” was evident as the autopsy remains pending.

Crown had also served on JPMorgan’s board since the early 1990s and was also a board director at General Dynamics. Crown, who lived in Chicago, was also the managing partner of Aspen Skiing Co. based in Colorado, according to CNN.

In recent months JP Morgan has been making headlines for all the wrong reasons.

The nature of Western cooperation with Kiev during the conflict has been a failure, the Hungarian leader says

The idea that Western military aid would enable Ukraine to defeat Russia on the battlefield is wrong, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban has said.

“I stand on the grounds of reality.The reality is that the nature of cooperation between Ukraine and the West is a failure,” Orban said in an interview with German tabloid Bild on Tuesday.

Suggesting that the weapons, funding and intelligence being provided to Kiev by the US and its EU allies would allow Ukraine to win “is a misunderstanding of the situation. That’s impossible,” he argued.

“The problem is that the Ukrainians will run out of soldiers earlier than the Russians, and this will be the deciding factor eventually,” the prime minister said.

He rejected the interviewer’s contention that all of Ukraine would have been captured by Russia without NATO aid, describing this as “a hypothesis to which there’s no evidence.”

According to Orban, aceasefire must be reached in the conflictbetween Moscow and Kiev as soon as possible or Ukraine will “lose a huge amount of wealth and many lives, and unimaginable destruction will happen.That’s why peace is the only solution at this moment.”

However, he saidfighting would not stop until Kiev’s main backer, Washington, decides that there should be peace.

“What really matters is what Americans want to do.Ukraine is no longer a sovereign country. They don’t have any money. They have no weapons. They can only fight because we in the West support them,” the Hungarian leader explained.

He criticized EU sanctions imposed on Moscow over the conflict, saying they failed in both “bringing Russia to its knees” and in achieving peace in Ukraine.“Sanctions have not worked. I am surprised thatwe turned out to be incapableof formulating them appropriately, “he said.

Budapest has been one of the few EU capitals to maintain business relations with Moscow because it was “good for the Hungarian people,” Orban said. “I’m fighting for Hungary. I don’t care about [Russia’s President Vladimir] Putin. I don’t care about Russia. I take care of Hungary.”

He also commented on thefailed revolt by the Wagnerprivate military company, which occurred in Russia last week.“I don’t see much significance in this event” because it has no effect on “the most important thing,” which is the prospect of achieving a ceasefire in Ukraine, he stated.

Wagner to hand over heavy weapons – Russian MOD

A planned transfer has been announced by the military in the wake of last week’s insurrection

The Russian Defense Ministry has announced preparations for the handover of heavy weapons from the Wagner private military company to units of the national Armed Forces.

A brief statement posted by the ministry on social media on Tuesday confirmed the plan but offered no further details on the arms transfer. The Wagner Group currently has many of the same weapons as regular troops, including tanks, anti-aircraft systems and attack aircraft. Some of them were used by the contractors during their short-lived mutiny last weekend.

Last Friday, Wagner chief Evgeny Prigozhin accused senior Russian military figures of treason and sent his troops towards major cities in Russia, including the capital, with the stated goal of having the officials removed from service. The mutiny ended the following day, when the businessman accepted a Belarus-mediated deal with Moscow, including immunity from prosecution for him and Wagner personnel.

The insurrection was not bloodless, as Wagner soldiersshot down several Russian military aircraft, while their convoy rolled down the M4 highway.Details on those losses remain murky, but President Vladimir Putin acknowledged the deaths of military pilots during in his address to the nation on Monday. There have beenunconfirmed claims that Prigozhin has offered to pay compensation to families of the slain service members. (Russia has never released pictures of any of the helos that were shot down, are they going to release the names of the dead pilots? Hmm details remain murky? How could that be?)

Putin has offered Wagner troops the choice of joining the Russian military or law enforcement agencies, retiring from active duty, or following Prigozhin to Belarus, which has agreed to host them.

Foreign agents are seeking to destabilize the Balkan nation in the wake of two mass shootings, a top Russian senator claims

Western nations appear to be laying the groundwork for a ‘color revolution’ in Serbia, according to Valentina Matvienko, the speaker of the upper chamber of Russia’s parliament. She claimed that public anger is being whipped up following two mass shootings in the country.

“What we have today is a classic example of network-centric warfare, when net structures underWestern control use some hot-button issue to destabilize the situation, hoping it would serve as a trigger.Then they provoke mass demonstrations and deploy prepared local opposition,” she said in an interview with Sputnik Serbia on Monday.

Matvienko said thesame approachwas used during theArab Spring uprisings, as well as in Iran. In Serbia’s case, she added, theUS and its alliesare seeking tostir public anger over the two mass shootings, which took place in Belgrade and Mladenovac.

On May 3, a school shooting in Belgrade claimed ten lives, after a student used his father’s firearms to attack other children and staff. The following day, a 20-year-old man went on a shooting spree, killing nine across several locations.

The Russian lawmaker described theuse of those tragedies for political machination as “extreme, monstrous cynicism,” which shows “how far the West can go in its desire to quash Serbia and punish it for having an independent policy.” Any normal person should be disgusted by this, Matvienko added.

The Russian senator called for a thorough investigation into the Mladenovac case forpossible manipulation of the “psycho killer”on social media and the dark web.Western special services are “actively using methods of neuro-linguistic programming,” she claimed, referring to a method that purports to subtly influence people’s behavior.

Matvienko asserted that nations can withstand foreign-influenced coups, citing Syria and Belarus as examples of successful defense against Western attempts to topple a government. Serbia will also manage to resist, she stated, arguing that the recent memory of NATO bombings in 1999 gives Serbs resistance to “deception.”

Mel Gibson provided “valuable intelligence” on a pedophile ring preying on children in Ukraine, according to Operation Underground Railroad.

Rumors Gibson was making a “docu-series on the $34 billion global child sex trafficking market involving countries like Ukraine” went viral following an unsourced tweet from Leading Report.

Writer Katherine Brodsky later reported these claims were false, but cited Operation Underground Railroad president Tim Ballard, who revealed Gibson made a vital contribution to the fight against child sex trafficking.

“Mel is a personal hero of mine and called me back in 2022 with valuable intelligence regarding children who were rumored to be vulnerable to human traffickers in Ukraine,” Ballard said.

“Using that intelligence, we went to Ukraine, where Operation Underground Railroad, Aerial Recovery Group, and The Nazarene Fund were successful in beginning the process of dismantling a dangerous international pedophile ring,” he added.

The flurry of interest around the alleged Gibson documentary comes as an enormous pedophile network operating largely unhindered on Mark Zuckerberg’s Instagram has been exposed.

A bet on exotic Ukrainian debt warrants held by Morgan Stanley Investment Management is offering some of the biggest returns across emerging markets in the space of three months. A short-lived mutiny in Russia lifted Ukrainian assets this week on bets that any disarray among Russia’s top brass could benefit President Volodymyr Zelenskiy’s efforts to support the economy and carry out a counteroffensive. That upswing in prices included the GDP warrants — originally born from a 2015 debt restructuring — which Morgan Stanley has been holding, according to a disclosure earlier this year. The $3.2 billion in August 2041 notes, whose payouts are linked to economic growth, jumped to 40 cents on the dollar this week from 27 cents at the end of March. Morgan Stanley bought some of the notes according to quarterly ownership data on Bloomberg dated March 31. Ukraine’s sovereign dollar bonds beat other emerging markets and as a whole have returned more than 30% this quarter, with most of the gains registered in June, according to data compiled by Bloomberg. Even aside from the fallout from the uprising in Russia at the weekend, Ukraine’s economic outlook has started to look slightly less bleak than a few months ago. Conspiracy theorists are convinced that someone intentionally caused a railway bridge to collapse and poison the water supply for white conservatives.

On Saturday, a bridge over the Yellowstone River in Montana collapsed, sending portions of a freight train careening into the water. The seven railcars that went into the river were carrying molten sulfur and hot asphalt. Officials have taken multiple safety precautions, including shutting off drinking water intakes and implementing emergency measures at water treatment facilities due to the “potential hazmat spill," per the Associated Press.

It's not yet known what caused the bridge to collapse. The American Society of Civil Engineers 2021 Infrastructure Report Card found that over 45,000, or 7.5%, of America's bridges are structurally deficient. The report gave Montana, where the Yellowstone River bridge collapsed, a C"" on its infrastructure report card.

For people who see conspiracies everywhere there look, there's only one explanation: It was done on purpose.

"Sabotaged," wrote one.

Another person suggested the collapse means "we're at war." They did not say who the country is supposedly battling.

One theory is that the government is intentionally allowing the nation's infrastructure to degrade.

A more outlandish claim holds that the bridge was blown up.

As usual, many of the railway bridge conspiracy theories claim that the collapse is a distraction. It's not clear what most think it was supposed to distract from, though some have suggested it is all designed to keep people from paying attention to the "Biden crime family."

"Ok so the Sub didn't work, Wagner group didn't work, @PeteButtigieg your turn big guy..." wrote one. They were referring to the Titanic submersible disaster and the leader of a Russian paramilitary group temporarily turning on Vladimir Putin, both of which happened in the last week.

Others shared similar theories.

Few of the theories delved into why anyone would cause the Yellowstone bridge to collapse and dump hazardous materials into the river.

Far-right conspiracy theorist Lauren Witzke was among the handful of people who forayed into this arena. She believes it was done to poison white people.

"Meanwhile in Montana a freight train has crashed into the Yellowstone River and is believed to be leaking hazardous materials," Witzke wrote on Telegram. "Another majority White region in America being poisoned with toxic sludge."

She was referring to the East Palestine, Ohio train derailment from earlier this year. That trainwreck also spilled hazardous materials into a body of water and gave rise to a wide range of conspiracy theories.

However implausible, Witzke's theory proved to have some cache with other similarly-minded people. Her followers blamed Jewish people and the deep state. Multiple Telegram channels, including one run by a chapter of the Proud Boys, uncritically shared her post.

Others seemingly independently came up with the same idea. "We knew it was only a matter of time until they poison[ed] the water. I'm seeing more frequent train derailments in red states. Why is that?" one wondered.

Another simply said, "Demonic Dems."

Two of the nation's largest drinking water crises in recent years occurred in the majority-Black cities of Flint, Michigan and Jackson, Mississippi. Numerous studies have found that racial minorities are exposed to higher amounts of pollution than white people.

Joe Biden’s Department of Justice leaked audio of President Trump to CNN on Monday night. The tapes do not prove Trump was reading from classified documents, as CNN claims. However, the recordings do prove that Trump saved America from another forever war planned by General Milley.

Following America’s invasion of Iraq, a much more radical government (ISIS) took the place of Saduam in large parts of the country. The same thing would likely have happened in Iran, except Iran has much more advanced weaponry meaning the war in Iran would make the Iraq troop surges look like a cakewalk. These facts prove Trump saved the lives of thousands of American troops by denying Milley his forever war.
