Washington refuses to back Kiev’s nuclear ‘terrorism’ claims

The Ukrainian president recently accused Russia of allegedly plotting a “terrorist attack” at the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant

TheUS cannot confirm the recent claimmade by Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky that Moscow is plotting a “terrorist attack” at the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant, National Security Council spokesman John Kirby has stated.

When asked to comment on Zelensky’s latest remarks during a press briefing in the White House on Friday, Kirby said at first that the US continued to “monitor some radiation sensors that are around the plant.” The official added that “thus far, we’ve detected no elevated levels of radioactivity.”

When pressed further by a reporter, the NSC spokesman clarified that while he had “seen those comments,”he did not “have anything to confirm them or speak to the validity of them.”

Commenting on Zelensky’s claim on Thursday, Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov described it as “yet another lie.”

He stressed that Russia has been in close contact with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and has been cooperating with its representatives at the facility.

Earlier on Thursday, Zelensky posted a message on his Telegram channel saying that Moscow was “considering a scenario of a terrorist attack at the Zaporozhye NPP.” He cited findings of the Ukrainian security forces and its sources in the Russian capital.

While not providing any more details, the Ukrainian head of state added that his administration was “passing all available information to our partners – everyone in the world.”

Ukraine and Russia have repeatedly accused each other of shelling the plant, which has been under Moscow’s control since March 2022. Located in Zaporozhye Region, which officially became part of Russia last September, the facility is the largest nuclear power plant in Europe and is currently operated by Rosatom.

The Real Lesson From the Hunter Biden Saga

One of our most urgent national problems is addiction to drugs and alcohol. It now kills about a quarter-million Americans a year, leaves many others homeless and causes unimaginable heartache in families across the country — including the family living in the White House.

Hunter Biden, who has written about his tangles with crack cocaine and alcohol, reached a plea agreement on tax charges a few days ago that left some Republicans sputtering, but to me, the main takeaway is a lesson the country and the president could absorb to save lives.

While the federal investigation appears to be ongoing, for now I see no clear evidence of wrongdoing by President Biden himself — but the president does offer the country a fine model of the love and support that people with addictions need.

When Biden was vice president and trailed by Secret Service agents, he once tracked down Hunter when he was on a bender and refused to leave until his son committed to entering treatment. Biden then gave his son a tight hug and promised to return to make sure he followed through.

“Dad saved me,” Hunter wrote in his memoir, “Beautiful Things,” adding: “Left on my own, I’m certain I would not have survived.”

On another occasion, the Biden family staged an intervention, and Hunter stormed out of the house. Biden ran down the driveway after his son. “He grabbed me, swung me around and hugged me,” Hunter wrote. “He held me tight in the dark and cried for the longest time.”

Last year Sean Hannity broadcast an audio recording of a voice mail message that President Biden left for Hunter. Hannity thought it reflected badly on the president; my reaction was that if more parents showed this kind of support for children in crisis, our national addiction nightmare might be easier to overcome.

“It’s Dad,” the president says in the message, and he sounds near tears. “I’m calling to tell you I love you. I love you more than the whole world, pal. You gotta get some help. I don’t know what to do. I know you don’t, either. But I’m here, no matter what you need. No matter what you need. I love you.”

I don’t have family members with addictions, but I’ve lost far too many friends to drugs and alcohol. At this moment, I have two friends who have disappeared, abandoning their children, and when last seen were homeless, abusing drugs and supporting themselves by selling fentanyl. I fear every day that they’ll die from an overdose, or that they’ll sell drugs to someone else who overdoses.

The businessman behind the private military company has been accused of “rebellion” against Moscow

Evgeny Prigozhin, the head of the Wagner Group private military company, has been accused by the government of staging an armed insurrection.

The charges were brought late Friday night after Prigozhin accused Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu and General Valery Gerasimov, the chair of the Russian general staff, of serious crimes.

RAILROAD BRIDGE COLLAPSE NEAR COLUMBUS MONTANA, TANKER CARS IN RIVER==

A dispatcher with the Stillwater County Sheriff's office tells us that the 911 call came in at 6:12 Saturday morning. A railroad bridge collapsed between Reed Point and Columbus, Montana with multiple tanker cars in the Yellowstone River. The dispatcher tells us that no injuries were reported.

David Stamey with Stillwater County Disaster and Emergency Services sent out the following information early Saturday morning:

On 24 June 2023 at approximately 0600 there was a train derailment on the rail bridge that crosses the Yellowstone River in Stillwater County Montana. The bridge collapsed and there are multiple rail cars in the Yellowstone River. We have not determined the cause of the derailment.

Currently Stillwater County Emergency Services, Sheriff's Office, Commissioners, Columbus Fire & Rescue are on scene with Montana Rail Link and other State agencies.

Stamey added:

We ask everyone to keep away from the areas around the Yellowstone River Rail Bridge, located around Reed Point.

According to the Stillwater County News, boat ramps and fishing accesses downstream have been closed down by Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks.

A total of 8 rail cars are involved and in a great stroke of luck, none contained oil.

Water treatment facilities downstream have also been notified. The City of Laurel shut down their water plant Saturday morning:

"Why is the US military clearly mobilising fighter jets, transport planes, tanks, and military Hummers all across the nation," asked a Twitter user on June 18, sharing photos of these purported movements. "What the HELL is going on? These aren't a few small videos. It's every state. Countless examples." This wasn't an isolated tweet.

Photos and videos of military trucks and trains, tanks, helicopters, jets, and other armoured vehicles have been floating around on Twitter since the second week of June, all allegedly shot within the US, all allegedly pointing to something sinister.

"There are more and more rumours about the upcoming US military operation in Mexico," claimed one paranoid tweet. "In Mexico, massive troop movements began in response to US preparations to conduct an operation to destroy cartels in the territory of a neighbouring country."

And while social media is full of conspiratorial chatter, the mainstream media in the US had nothing to report. This in itself speaks a lot about the reality of the situation. So, are there legitimately suspicious movements happening across the US right now?

Routine military activities

To quote a Forbes report from June 17, "The hype is completely manufactured nonsense."

Some of the videos being shared had perfectly logical explanations for them. For example, one tweet that's been widely retweeted purported to show a military chopper landing in suburban neighbourhoods in Larkspur, California. "My contact that sent this video is the local military and says it is NOT a drill," claimed the person tweeting the video.

Per the Forbes article, however, several experts pointed out that Marine helicopters like the one in the video are typically used for moving around the President, support staff, journalists, and security detail. This, the piece mentions, makes sense because Larkspur is close to San Francisco, a region President Joe Biden was visiting on June 19.

A local San Francisco news outlet on June 20 reported that a jet fighter intercepting a plane was captured on video. The plane reportedly flew into air space over Marin County that was restricted due to President Joe Biden's Bay Area visit.

Another video that's been making the rounds has been shared with some hysteria by many. "Tanks now seen ONE THE GROUND in Idaho Falls, Idaho adding another state to the list of recent sightings," read one tweet, featuring a video of a military tank driving down a highway.

This too had a simple explanation. According to a local news report, the Idaho Army National Guard's 1st of the 148th Field Artillery Regiment was scheduled to move tracked vehicles along state roads from the Idaho Falls Training Area to its Idaho Falls Armory during the day on June 14.

One video claimed to show several aircraft swarming over the city of San Diego. This, however, is hardly out of the ordinary. The city is home to multiple US military bases including the Miramar Marine Corps Air Station, which warned of "heavy aircraft traffic and noise" throughout June 15, 16, and 17 on Twitter.

And one video which featured a convoy of armoured vehicles was debunked through Community Notes on Twitter. The vehicles, per the note, were Canadian LAV 6 which are not in service with the US Army or Marines and the original TikTok that shared it claimed it was shot in Canada.

US-Mexico border activity

There are other reasons for visible troop movement in the US. Especially near the Mexico border. According to a Reuters report from May, the Biden administration ordered temporarily sending 1,500 additional troops to help secure the US-Mexico border in preparation for a possible rise in illegal immigration. Per the report, it would be a 90-day deployment of active-duty troops.

At the tail end of May, Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin authorised the deployment of 100 members of the Virginia National Guard and 21 support personnel to the border as well. This certainly would explain increased troop movement in these areas.

This is by no means an exhaustive takedown of such tweets. Some of these videos have reasonable explanations. Others are possibly old. And some may not even be from the US. But what is clear is that in several instances, routine activity was shared with a narrative that appears to be baseless.

The insurrection reached the brink of major bloodshed, Prigozhin said, explaining that Wagner’s advancing columns will return to their camps “according to plan.”

“They wanted to disband PMC Wagner. On June 23, we went on a March of Justice in a day. We advanced on Moscow just 200km short, and during this time we did not shed a single drop of the blood of our fighters,” he claimed.

🚨BREAKING: THE COUP IS OVER | WAGNER’S RETREATING

This official statement from Prigozhin, the head of the Wagner group and the leader of this coup, says it all. I don't think anyone expected this:

"They were going to dismantle PMC Wagner. We came out on 23 June to the March of Justice. In a day, we walked to nearly 200km away from Moscow. The President of Belarus, Lukashenko, has been in talks with Prigozhin all day and has taken credit for the peace agreement.

Prigozhin accepted the terms of Lukashenko’s agreement and agreed to halt the movement of his forces and return back to his bases.

The agreement also guarantees security for fighters of PMC Wagner.

It seems that the attempted coup has come to an end, and Prigozhin, along with his men, will return to their bases.

Reports of Wagner forces not only leaving Moscow Oblas, but also leaving Rostov.

Russian media reports that criminal cases have already been dropped from Yevgeny Prigozhin and that Prigozhin and his forces will receive FULL IMMUNITY

Restrictions on the movement of vehicles have been lifted from the Voronezh region which saw clashes earlier during the coup.

- I did not expect this would end peacefully with a deal as it seemed both sides seemed at the point of no return

- I have no idea how Prigozhin and Putin can both operate in Russia with what just transpired, and I also have no idea what will happen with the war in Ukraine but I wouldn’t be surprised if we see a space deal reached.

Footage coming out of China indicates that facial recognition systems are now being installed even at gas stations. The footage strongly suggests that Chinese citizens not in good standing in the social credit system may be ineligible for refueling.

Videos posted on social media show how customers at one gas station somewhere in China are being forced to approach a kiosk and have their faces scanned in order to access gas for their vehicles.

Furthermore, people reportedly on the blacklist of the country's social credit system are barred from driving their own cars. If they are hailed by the facial recognition and ID check required, they will not be able to purchase more gas unless another person – someone not on the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) blacklist – drives the car for them.

"The Orwellian characteristic is a fundamental aspect of China's surveillance state, encompassing the tracking and monitoring of every resident's activity, as well as imposing restrictions and control over their movements," wrote InfoWars. "The implications of China's surveillance state serve as a cautionary tale for America's future."

Facial recognition tech is everywhere in China – but the people seem okay with it

Perhaps the most startling aspect of China's surveillance state and the rapidly expanding use of facial recognition systems everywhere is the fact that many Chinese citizens, at least on the surface, seem to be accepting of it.

Hanna Hua, writing about her recent experience with the atmosphere of normalcy around facial recognition tech for Retail Week, noted how facial recognition technology is now everywhere in China and "has become fully integrated into various daily activities."

She mentioned that in 2019, facial recognition systems were only limited in use as ID verification at police stations, train stops, banks, airports and hotel check-ins. Now, facial recognition tech being used for daily activities has become "a familiar practice for many, despite privacy concerns in other markets."

"It has been widely adopted for payments in all kinds of retail stores, including coffee shops, vending machines and popular fast-food chains such as McDonald's," she wrote. "Additionally, it is used for age verification in games and even for smart home appliances."

"Many people are using this payment method for faster checkouts and it appears to have become the accepted norm, accelerated through the major payment providers."

Hua pointed out that this acceptance of facial recognition tech may have accelerated its deployment, noting how in many Western markets facial recognition technology is being adopted at a much slower pace due to legal roadblocks and concerns related to data protection and privacy.

Aaron Berman, a 17-year veteran of the CIA who already held a senior position in Facebook’s “misinformation” team during the 2020 election, has been promoted to “Head of Elections Policies” at the company now known as Meta.

Berman served at the CIA between March 2002 and July 2019. During that time, he wrote for and edited the President’s Daily Brief, an influential top-secret document prepared by the U.S. intelligence community given to the president each morning.

According to Berman’s Linkedin, he enjoyed positions of considerable influence at the agency, including “supervising teams of dozens of analysts and with multi-million-dollar budgets,” and leading briefings for members of congress and National Security Council members.

In 2019, he left the agency and joined Facebook (now known as Meta), where he became a senior product policy manager for “misinformation.” According to Berman, he “built the misinformation policy team’s US workforce and put policies into practice during critical events.”

While Berman does not say what these “critical events” were, his time in Facebook’s “misinformation” department coincides with the runup to the 2020 election, in which Facebook and other social media platforms censored leading Republican voices and conservative news sites with the guidance of deep state-linked entities.

Last month, it appears Berman was promoted to “Head of Elections Policies” at Facebook On his LinkedIn profile, Berman describes the role as follows:

Leads a team responsible for elections-related content policies worldwide. Oversees policy development, advises senior executives, coordinates with teams on implementation via technical and human workflows, and represents Meta with external stakeholders. Puts policies into practice on key elections.

According to Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg, it was the U.S. intelligence community, specifically the FBI, that warned the company of an imminent “Russian propaganda dump” shortly before the New York Post published the first of its stories on Hunter Biden’s “laptop from hell.” Facebook, along with other leading social media platforms, quickly suppressed the story.

Earliest evidence involved $400,000 in undeclared income from Burisma energy deal in Ukraine, whistleblowers allege to Congress.

If Hunter Biden pleads guilty next month as expected to two misdemeanor tax evasion charges, he’ll be admitting he shorted the U.S. government of about $100,000 in taxes he owed in 2017-18.

But it’s a far cry from the evidence the IRS and FBI developed showing a pattern of tax evasion and avoidance that stretched back to his father’s term as vice president a decade ago, according to newly released documents and testimony.

Supervisory IRS Agent Gary Shapley told Congress in bombshell testimony made public Thursday that federal agents had evidence Hunter Biden had failed to pay about $2.2 million in taxes dating to 2014 and planned to pursue multiple felonies before they were thwarted by political appointees of the Justice Department.

That alleged interference, according to Shapley and a second IRS whistleblower, ranged from refusing to approve search warrants and specific indictments sought in Washington D.C. and Los Angeles to allowing the statute of limitation to expire on some of the more serious offenses.

The meddling was so extensive, Shapley said, “there is no way of knowing if evidence of other criminal activity existed concerning Hunter Biden or President Biden.”

What IRS and FBI agents were certain of – and career tax prosecutors signed off on after receiving a detailed prosecution recommendation memo – was that evidence supported charging the first son with failing to pay large sums of taxes and in some years even to file tax returns, both whistleblowers asserted.

“The report includes itemized elements of each violation for each year. This recommended felony tax evasion charges, that's 7201, is tax evasion, and 7206(1) is a false tax return, also a felony, for the tax years 2014, 2018, and 2019,” Shapley explained in his transcribed interview with the House Ways and Means Committee.

“And for Title 26 7203, which is a failure to file or pay, that is a misdemeanor charge for '15, '16, '17, '18, and '19,” he also said.

Asked to summarize the magnitude of the unpaid taxes, Shapley did not hesitate. “Altogether it was around $2.2 million,” he answered.

Train plummets into Yellowstone River after Montana bridge collapse, officials warn against water usage due to fear of hazardous materials

It had asphalt and "a second substance that officials are working to confirm."

A bridge collapsed Saturday morning into the Yellowstone River in Montana, causing a freight train to derail into the river and spill chemicals into the river. Montana residents were immediately warned to conserve water.

The local sheriff's office said it initially feared that the train had been carrying oil and petroleum but has since determined that it had asphalt and "a second substance that officials are working to confirm."

According to the Associated Press, one of their reporters on site saw a yellow substance coming out from some of the tanks. Stillwater County Chief of emergency services David Stamey said there was no immediate danger for personnel on site, and that they had shut down the drinking water intakes downstream.

Montana Rail Link spokesman Andy Garland said in a statement, “We are committed to addressing any potential impacts to the area as a result of this incident and working to understand the reasons behind the accident.”

Authorities report that all the train crew is safe, with no injuries. The cause of the bridge collapse is still under investigation and officials with the Federal Railroad Administration were on site, and the Montana Disaster Emergency Services was notified.

The derailment is located in a remote part of the Yellowstone River Valley, near the town of Columbus. The water in the river flows away from the national park located 110 miles southwest of the incident.

An update from DES Chief David Stamey: The Montana Department of Transportation has shut down Twin Bridges Road at Reed Point until further notice. The time of the bridge collapse was approximately 6 a.m.. No cause has been determined yet but multiple local, state and federal agencies are on scene.

The rail cars were carrying asphalt and molten sulfur.

Also, from FWP, parts of the Yellowstone and Stillwater rivers have been closed on request of Stillwater County authorities.

The Stillwater River is closed from White Bird Fishing Access to the confluence of the Yellowstone.

The DOJ is Helping the CCP Persecute Their Opposition: Falun Gong, Guo Wengui, Others

The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has demonstrated time and time again that it will bribe and manipulate U.S. officials across multiple agencies. They are committed to destroying all opposition to their autocratic rule, no matter where their critics reside. The CCP relies on deception, propaganda, bribery, and extortion to achieve their aims in the U.S. and around the world.

And some within the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), including the FBI, have been helping them succeed.

We already know that various efforts by the CCP have progressed due to corruption and/or incompetence within this U.S. agency and others.

In a letter to Representative Mike Gallagher, Sen. Markwayne Mullin (R-Oklahoma) wrote,

“One of the most disturbing allegations uncovered by these DOJ investigations is the continued existence of Operation Fox Hunt- a Chinese covert global operation to harass and intimidate Chinese dissidents living abroad to attempt to forcibly remove them to China. According to the recently unsealed indictment, one of the tactics used by the Chinese government was to sue the victim in New York state court, turning our judicial system in to a weapon.

Another target of Chinese operation Fox Hunt, businessmen and dissident Guo Wengui (also known as Miles Guo), was uncovered during a 2017 indictment for violations of the Foreign Agents Registration Act against DOJ Senior Congressional Affairs Specialist, George Higginbotham, former Finance Chairman of the RNC, Elliot Broidy, and American businesswoman Nickie Lum Davis. The three were charged with unregistered lobbying on behalf of the Chinese government in exchange for millions of dollars. One of their goals was to facilitate the illegal removal of Guo. Although many individuals involved in the 2017 scheme were caught and charged, other American proxies continue to work for the CCP.

We urge the House Select Committee on Strategic Competition between the United States and the Chinese Communist Party to investigate the infiltration of the DOJ, SEC, and the U.S. legal system by the CCP. The root cause of this weaponization, across multiple agencies within the Executive Branch, has always been the CCP.

Recent Example: Bribe Offered Against Falun Gong

On May 24, FBI Special Agent Christopher S. Essick filed a Sealed Complaint in the Southern District of New York (SDNY) against John Chen, also known as Chen Jun, and Lin Feng over allegations they supported the PRC as unregistered foreign agents. Chen and Lin attempted in 2023 to bribe an undercover federal agent acting as a U.S. tax official to advance a complaint that would strip a Falun Gong entity of federal tax exemption.

The department described this scheme as part of a broader campaign by China’s government to target U.S.-based critics. The charges were announced a month after federal agents arrested New York residents accused of operating a clandestine Chinese “police station” in Manhattan’s Chinatown district.

Fauci's Flip-Flopping Lab-Leak Denier Subpoenaed After Stonewalling Congress On 'Proximal Origin'

A scientist who originally told Dr. Anthony Fauci that Covid-19 looks "potentially" engineered, only to flip-flop days later and co-author a report prompted by Fauci "disproving" the lab-leak hypothesis, has been subpoenaed by the House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic.

Dr. Kristian Anderson was slapped with the Congressional subpoena last week, according to Subcommittee Chairman Brad Wenstrup (R-OH), who announced on Friday that "Andersen played a pivotal role in potentially suppressing the lab leak hypothesis, and Americans deserve to know why this happened, who was involved, and how we can prevent the intentional suppression of scientific discourse during a future pandemic."

Anderson notably emailed Fauci on Jan. 31, 2020 - where he said that Covid-19 had "unusual features" that "(potentially) look engineered," and that other scientists "all find the genome inconsistent with expectations from evolutionary theory."

The next day, Fauci and his former boss, NIH Director Dr. Francis Collins, and at least eleven other scientists participated in a conference call during which several of them warned that COVID-19 may have leaked from a lab in Wuhan, China - may have been intentionally genetically manipulated.

Three days after the call, four participants from the call (Andersen, University of Sydney virologist Edward Holmes, Tulane School of Medicine virologist Robert Garry, University of Edinburgh virologist Andrew Rambaut and Columbia University virologist Ian Lipkin) seemingly discarded their concerns over a lab-leak, and drafted "The Proximal Origin of SARS-CoV-2," which they sent to Fauci and Collins.

Also heavily involved (yet not credited) was Dr. Jeremy Farrar, the current Chief Scientist at the World Health Organization.

On June 16, Anderson testified before the House subcommittee, where he told them that he and the co-authors had communicated primarily via Slack while drafting the paper. He also admitted that he had not provided all messages relevant to the subcommittee's inquiry because not all participants of the Slack discussions approved of their release.

According to Wenstrup, the subpoena was issued to compel the production of said Slack messages

"We are following the breadcrumbs of a COVID-19 cover-up straight to the source," he said.

I just got off the phone with Transportation Sec. Buttigieg. He informed me that the EPA and FRA are on-site. I told him my top priorities are:

➡️What is in the containers?

➡️When will they be removed from the river?

➡️How does that impact downstream drinking water?

➡️How long will it take to contain and or clean up?

Once we have answers to that, we can begin to address what caused the incident and how long it will take to get the line up and running again.

If we didn’t send in the National Guard you wouldn’t have a Minneapolis anymore, nothing happens to those people and it’s a disgrace. You have police officers, you have firemen, you have teachers, you have electricians, you have great people, and they’ve been made to pay a price that is very unfair — in many cases, not in all cases.

But they have other people, BLM, Antifa, and you don’t hear about them. And why aren’t they there? Because they were involved. Everybody knows they were involved. I saw videos, of one guy, the head of one of them, and he said a lot of bad things, but nothing happens to him, nothing happens to him. It’s a disgrace what’s going on.
