On Friday, Biden's new CDC Director, Rochelle Walensky, issued a 'sobering warning' over new COVID-19 variants - in particular the B.1.1.7 strain first found int he UK, and which now accounts for an estimated 10% of current US cases. Additionally, variants in California and New York also appear to spread more easily, according to Bloomberg.

"Things are tenuous – now is not the time to relax restrictions," said Walensky, adding "The latest data suggest that these declines may be stalling, potentially leveling off at still a very high number. We at the CDC consider this a very concerning shift in the trajectory."

Walensky's warning was simultaneously parroted by Anthony Fauci - head of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases - saying that people shouldn't become complacent, and that we may be wearing masks into 2022.

"We really have to be careful and take a look at that curve," he said, adding "If we plateau at 70,000, we are at that very precarious position that we were right before the fall surge, where anything that could perturb that could give us another surge."

"We may be done with the virus but clearly the virus is not done with us."

The renewed 'concern' comes as both COVID cases and deaths are falling precipitously.

According to BofA, "The seven-day average of new cases in the US is down up 5% from the prior week to 68,000," which they attribute in part to the impact of last week's winter storms driving down testing - but noting that "the true trend in infections is still likely modestly lower."

And now for the chaser; The CDC just admitted in its own report that asymptomatic and pre-symptomatic transmission within households - a key justification for lockdowns - turns out to be virtually nonexistent. Household transmission is the primary mode of infection for COVID-19.

I noticed a notable yesterday was opining a lack of research into Q related materials. That it was full of the daily news like an aggregator site, I was going to reply to them but the bread was full and nobody was making a new one.

Anyway, what I wanted to say then is I come here daily to collect the notables for leads, but I actually do the exact thing they seem to have wanted. https://decodingsymbols.wordpress.com/ - if anyone cares. Usually one subject researched and decoded daily. Perhaps I should come here and post more of my work like I did in the early days of Q? I just hated to see someone think there's no deep diggers or decoders left here, I suppose people like me suffer from a lack of interest in self promotion. Clowns don't have that hangup and they get the algo support too, but I digress.

One thing I've recently taken to doing is reading/watching things Q suggested. A cruiser that deployed last week with the Dwight D. Eisenhower Carrier Strike Group is returning to its homeport today after suffering a fuel oil leak in an engineering space, U.S. 2nd Fleet told USNI News today.

The leak on USS Vella Gulf (CG-72) was discovered while the ship was operating in heavy seas during its transit across the Atlantic Ocean, 2nd Fleet spokeswoman Lt. Marycate Walsh said.

“After technical evaluation, it was determined repairs would need to be made in port. The ship remains in a safe condition and does not require assistance, personnel or materials at this time as it returns to Norfolk, Va.,” she said.

Vella Gulf is the only surface combatant joining the carrier strike group for a second deployment in a one-year period. USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN-69) and its air wing and carrier strike group leadership were asked to conduct a double-pump deployment, but most of the escorts were swapped out between the January-to-August 2020 deployment and this current one, which began Feb. 19. Eisenhower and Vella Gulf are the only two hulls that were going to operate on this deployment without having had a recent maintenance period.

“It would be premature to speculate on the extent of damage and length of repairs needed until the ship pulls into port and is examined by engineers. This is an ongoing situation and more information will be provided once it becomes available,” Walsh said.

USNI News understands that onboard technical assistance personnel will be going onto the cruiser to help make repairs and will follow strict COVID-19 mitigation measures, since the Vella Gulf crew have already done a pre-deployment quarantine and are considered to be in a COVID-free bubble.

Tech assistants will go through a screening process that includes temperature checks and BinaxNow rapid antigen tests prior to being allowed to board the ship. Once on the ship, they will wear gloves and N95 masks at all times; they will be escorted to the job site by personnel wearing TYVEK suits, gloves and N95 masks; all commonly touched surfaces along the route to the work site will be cleaned; a six-foot distance will be kept as much as possible; and meals will be delivered to the work site instead of tech assistants going to the mess.

Walsh said in her statement to USNI News that there is no impact to the other ships in the strike group or their operations.

“The strike group remains underway in the Atlantic executing its mission and remains capable of continuing its deployment and carrying out Fleet Commander’s tasking,” she said.

Eisenhower deployed with two cruisers, so USS Monterey (CG-61) is still operating nearby to protect the carrier and direct air warfare operations as needed.

The carrier is also accompanied by four destroyers from Destroyer Squadron 22: Norfolk-based USS Laboon (DDG-58), USS Mitscher (DDG-57) and USS Mahan (DDG-72); and USS Thomas Hudner (DDG-116), homeported in Mayport, Fla.

Though not common, other ships have suffered damage in heavy seas in the Atlantic. In October 2018, dock landing ship USS Gunston Hall (LSD-44)’s well deck was damaged while sailing from Iceland to Norway for NATO exercise Trident Juncture 2018. A landing craft inside the well deck was also damaged. Gunston Hall, along with amphibious transport dock USS New York (LPD-21), which was sailing with the LSD, returned to Iceland for assessment.

U.S Attorney John H. Durham, who has built an extraordinary record over more than four decades as a Connecticut prosecutor, is leaving office this weekend, part of President Joe Biden’s plan to quickly replace top federal prosecutors around the country with his own appointees.

Durham has played a leading role in some of the most important criminal cases in Connecticut and elsewhere in the country since the 1970s and, as his departure from office approached, judges, lawyers and law enforcement officers reflected on his contributions to the state’s criminal justice system and his absence going forward.

“I’m biased,” said Robert Devlin, a senior state appellate judge and Durham’s partner 40 years ago on the federal justice department’s super-secret organized crime strike force. “But if you look at it objectively, how can you not say that John Durham is the most consequential federal prosecutor ever to come out of the District of Connecticut, maybe even broader than that. Look at the cases he made and pushed across the finish line. One after the other, huge and difficult and complicated cases.”

As a mob prosecutor, Durham, now 70, convicted the leadership of the Patriarca crime family, then New England’s most powerful criminal outfit, riveting mob watchers across the country by playing for a Hartford jury — for the first time ever in public — a recording of vicious gangsters pricking their trigger fingers and burning images of the crime family’s patron saint during the mafia’s secret initiation ceremony.

He was an architect of the federal law enforcement strategy — still in use — that made Connecticut a national leader in reducing the drug violence that left bodies lying in the streets of cities in Connecticut and elsewhere in the 1990s. He supervised the convictions of a long line of corrupt politicians — among them, two mayors, the state treasurer and a governor — and was assigned by successive U.S. attorneys general of both parties to investigate gangster James “Whitey” Bulger’s hold on law enforcement in Boston, the CIA’s post-911 interrogation tactics and the origins of the Trump-Russia collusion allegations — a matter in which he remains involved.

“He is a hero in the law enforcement community in Connecticut and across the country,” said Christopher Droney, who worked with Durham when Droney was U.S. attorney in the 1990s and who later reviewed Durham’s work, first as a U.S. District Court judge and later as a federal appeals court judge. “He has taken on nearly impossible tasks and has done a terrific job with all of them. I am just very thankful that I had a chance to work with John and learn from him.”

Durham was nominated by President Donald J. Trump to be U.S. attorney, the state’s top federal law enforcement officer, in November 2017 and was confirmed and sworn in in February 2018. He is the first assistant U.S. attorney from Connecticut to become the state’s presidentially-appointed top federal prosecutor.

Within weeks, then-U.S. Attorney General William Barr asked Durham to put together a team and move to the nation’s Capitol to look for possible criminality in decisions by the FBI to eaves drop on Trump 2016 campaign aides and investigate since-discredited allegations of a connection between the campaign and Russian election meddling. In October, with the 2020 election approaching, Barr quietly appointed Durham as a special counsel, something Barr said would allow Durham to complete his work “without regard to the outcome of the election.”

Short answer–I doubt it. But it is a legitimate question to raise because there are still some patriots serving within the ranks of the FBI who are beyond distraught over the gross politicization of their once proud, respected organization. Some of the men and women with 20 years in are simply counting days and hours until they can punch out. There is genuine, deep seated hatred for Christopher Wray and his coterie of lackeys eager to suckle on the teat of the Deep State.

The final straw for many in the bureau is the dishonest response to the January 6 swarm at the U.S. Capitol. For starters, the FBI had intelligence about Antifa’s plans to infiltrate the crowds of Trump supporters and incite violence. But the FBI also was manipulating some of the very groups labeled as “white supremacists”, e.g. the Proud Boys.

Proud Boy President, Enrique “Henry” Tarrio, we now know has been an FBI provocateur/informant since 2013:

Enrique Tarrio, the leader of the Proud Boys extremist group, has a past as an informer for federal and local law enforcement, repeatedly working undercover for investigators after he was arrested in 2012, according to a former prosecutor and a transcript of a 2014 federal court proceeding obtained by Reuters.

In the Miami hearing, a federal prosecutor, a Federal Bureau of Investigation agent and Tarrio’s own lawyer described his undercover work and said he had helped authorities prosecute more than a dozen people in various cases involving drugs, gambling and human smuggling.

Tarrio, in an interview with Reuters on Tuesday, denied working undercover or cooperating in cases against others. “I don’t know any of this,’” he said, when asked about the transcript. “I don’t recall any of this.”

The Gun Control Act of 1968 was passed in response to the assassination of John F. Kennedy. U.S. Attorney John Durham, who was tapped by former Attorney General William Barr to lead a special counsel probe into the origins of the Trump-Russia inquiry, announced his resignation from his position as U.S. attorney of the District of Connecticut.

A spokesperson for the Department of Justice (DOJ) confirmed to the Daily Caller and other news outlets that Durham is still special counsel. Fox News reporter Chad Pegram also reported that Durham will continue his work in probing the origins of the FBI’s Russia investigation and whether there were any irregularities and wrongdoing.

A post on the DOJ’s website states that Durham’s office as special counsel was moved to the Main Justice department.

“My career has been as fulfilling as I could ever have imagined when I graduated from law school way back in 1975,” Durham said in a news release from the Justice Department on Friday. “Much of that fulfillment has come from all the people with whom I’ve been blessed to share this workplace, and in our partner law enforcement agencies. My love and respect for this Office and the vitally important work done here have never diminished. It has been a tremendous honor to serve as U.S. Attorney, and as a career prosecutor before that, and I will sorely miss it.”

The Epoch Times reached out to the DOJ and White House to confirm whether Durham, who has not yet released his long-awaited report, will stay special counsel.

Several weeks ago,President Joe Biden’s administration had asked U.S. attorneys to resign by the end of February.

A justice department spokesman told news outlets in early February that “continuing the practice of new administrations, President Biden and the Department of Justice have begun the transition process for the U.S. Attorneys.”

In his probe, Durham has issued few public statements but in December 2019, he disputed some of the findings of the Justice Department’s inspector general, Michael Horowitz, who had concluded that the FBI was justified in opening its probe as to whether former President Donald Trump’s campaign colluded with the Russian government.

“Based on the evidence collected to date, and while our investigation is ongoing, last month we advised the Inspector General that we do not agree with some of the report’s conclusions as to predication and how the FBI case was opened,” Durham said in a DOJ statement at the time.

Durham only netted a single charge and guilty plea in August after former FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith, who was accused of altering an email about Trump campaign associate Carter Page.

Barr in December told the Wall Street Journal that Durham was making “significant progress” in his investigation, but Trump said weeks before that that Durham did not want to investigate top FBI officials, including former Director James Comey and his deputy, Andrew McCabe.

“We’re still waiting for a report from a man named Durham, who I have never spoken to, and I have never met. They can go after me before the election as much as they want, but unfortunately Mr. Durham didn’t want to go after these people, or have anything to do with going after them before the election. So who knows if he is ever going to even do a report,” said Trump.

The former commander-in-chief has long asserted that the Obama administration weaponized the FBI and DOJ to carry out allegedly unjust investigations into his 2016 campaign, often describing it as the “greatest witch hunt” in U.S. history.

Barr also told the WSJ that the most revealing documents pertaining to the origins of the Trump-Russia probe, known as Crossfire Hurricane, have already been made public—although Barr’s assertion has been disputed by independent researchers.

According to the DOJ’s news release on Friday, First Assistant U.S. Attorney Leonard C Boyle will serve as acting U.S. attorney after Durham leaves by Feb. 28.

“The Office will be in the extraordinarily capable hands of Len and our superb supervisory team who, together, guarantee that the proper administration of justice will continue uninterrupted in our District,” Durham said in the news release.

Bruce Lehrmann, the alleged parliament house rapist, was an official at the Australian National University (ANU) NCMUN annual conference in 2016 which was the year before new sexual assault and sexual harassment policies were introduced in 2017 for the NCMUN conference that seems to be related to what happened at the 2016 conference.

NCMUN is or was Canberra’s premier Model United Nations conference, based at the Australian National University and based on their Facebook page finished in 2018. It was a conference for students over several days with seminars during the day and partying at night.

When the new policies were introduced it was announced on Facebook “We also want to ensure that people feel comfortable with not drinking, or with drinking less, at events – no one should feel pressured to do something they don’t want to.” and “sexual assault and harassment (SASH) of any kind will not be tolerated at NCMUN. This year, there is a section of the code of conduct dedicated to this.”

They said, “This year” which reading between the lines seems to suggest that they had allegations of sexual assault the previous year with women being pressured to get drunk and then they were assaulted.

The pressure to drink at NCMUN and the timing of the new sexual assault policies at the 2017 NCMUN annual conference seems to tie in with the allegations against Bruce Lehrmann.

Bruce Lehrmann is now accused of 3 sexual assaults. One in 2016 during the election campaign, the alleged rape of Brittany Higgins in March 2019 at parliament house and another alleged rape in 2020. All three are similar in that they claim that Bruce Lehrmann forced himself on them when they were drunk.

3 killed in small plane crash.

HALL COUNTY, Ga. – Officials say three people are dead and a home was evacuated after a single-engine plane heading to Florida crashed in north Georgia late Friday night.

The crash happened shortly after 6 p.m. along Memorial Park Drive and Atlanta Highway near Gainesville, ABC-affiliate WSB-TV reports.

Investigators said the plane crashed into a ravine in the area. The three victims have not been identified at this time.

The U.S. Federal Aviation Administration told ABC News that the flight took off from an airport in Gainesville and was en route to Daytona Beach, Florida.

Four adults and a child were evacuated from a nearby home after fuel fell in the area. The American Red Cross is currently working with said family to find temporary housing.

Hello, CPAC! Trump Is Still In Charge Here

Why do so many Americans, probably a majority of the 74 million who voted for him, view Donald Trump and Trumpservatism as their only hope? It’s a long story that the Republican establishment needs to be told again. And CPAC is the place to do it.

President Trump Incorporated is not really even a movement anymore. You can’t even call it a base of voters. Trump is a party now, with pragmatic and ideological planks that come under the designation “America First.” It is going to be very difficult, a decades-long task, to erase that cognitive political mantra from the collective consciousness of his supporters. Most Trumpservatives will pass to the great beyond fighting for Trump-era policies and principles. Thanks to the overreaching Democratic Socialists who’ve wrested power, new awakenings are occurring every day.

The Democrats’ biggest fear is that Trump will be elected again.

Any attempt to factor this out by the Never-Trump, RINO, Lincoln Project wing of the GOP is doomed. Even Mitt Romney admits that. The days of acquiescent Republican sub-parity and placement at the feeding trough are over.

If Republican leaders who bowed to The Donald’s ascendance in 2016 think that Trump-Mania has cooled off, they’ve got another thing coming. Everything that has happened since the businessman and TV star marched forth on his initial head-hunting expedition only confirms to his supporters that he is the only hope. And now there is a stalwart contingent of America First-aligned candidates, all the way down to the proverbial dog-catcher, for whom they will cast their ballots.

When people believe they only have one hope, they tend to become adamant about preserving it.

In the run-up to 2016, the Left persisted, right up until the eleventh hour, in treating Trump’s candidacy as a joke. They tried every gambit, the most pernicious of which was to cast Trump as a con man, to separate with disparagement Trump from his potential voter. There was a resonance for many in this ridicule because the former president had no political record run on. It was all taken by his supporters on gut instinct and faith.

After the election, the leftist Democrats brought out the biggest imaginable guns to take him out, and continue to this very day actions aimed at precluding his ever running for president again. This relentless attack mode only inculcates in the minds of Trump loyalists the idea that he was, is, the only hope. Though the issue of alleged election fraud has been sandbagged by the staggeringly-biased Biden/Harris media, it is imminently arguable now that certain states broke their own laws and defied the Constitution to manufacture an outcome in quest of the ultimate coup de grace. (Unfortunately, unless our election process is reformed, hope may be in vain.)

In 2020, Trump did have a record to run on, and for 74 million it was just what the doctor ordered. Never again can the Democrat machine paint him as an opportunistic, self-aggrandizing showman. He delivered, big league.

With every stroke of his pen, every radical appointment and bizarre, America-last policy dictate, Mr. Joe Biden is hastening the Democrats’ day of reckoning. It is uncanny, really, how clueless and coopted his proposed agenda seems to be. One analysis holds that the cadre of extremists in his administration is prepared to lose in 2022, but only after having instituted crushing socialistic policies that cannot be easily overturned.

Cops and bomb disposal teams have declared a major incident in Exeter after the suspected ordnance was found at a building site yesterday morning.

Royal Navy ordnance disposal squads spent the night working at the site - but police have this morning announced 2,600 homes will need to be emptied.

University students and residents of a nearby care home are among those who have been asked to leave their properties.

Remember when Fox News’ Tucker Carlson ripped into the news media for spreading misinformation, specifically the drivel emanating from the offices of CNN? Well, we have some receipts documenting CNN's long history of disseminating fake news idiocy. Actually, it was done by Brent Bozell, the founder of the Media Research Center, which tracks liberal media bias. Newsbusters* doles out stories about the liberal media’s bad behavior daily. It’s the point of the lance within this organization. Since its inception, the MRC has recorded every major news broadcast since 1987. It’s now digitized, but whatever CNN has said that was pure applesauce, it will be recorded, filed, and found by this crew.

Carlson aptly noted that such misinformation has done more damage than conspiracy theories like Q’Anon ever could. Q’Anon is a favorite target of CNN and others for explaining how conservative America has supposedly lost its minds. You all know it’s liberal America that’s violent; these people burned down half the country last summer. He also cited the latest statistics on police shootings to show how misinformed liberals are on this topic—and the consequences it has brought.

Right now, Democrats want Fox News and a host of conservative outlets to be de-platformed or banned from certain cable carriers because…they don’t share their views on the issues. That’s the real reason. They say it’s because these outlets peddle misinformation. It’s puerile.

"Georgia senators pass bill to require ID for absentee voting."

So how does the Associated Press feel about that? In the old days when AP attempted to maintain a dry neutrality in its reporting, that could have been a tough question to answer. However, in recent years, with their policy of editorializing right in their stories, AP slams its readers in the head with their viewpoint sledgehammer.

Such was the case on Tuesday when AP writers Jeff Amy and Ben Nadler editorialized in the very first sentence of their story:

ATLANTA (AP) — The Georgia Senate on Tuesday pushed through the first batch of what could be a raft of restrictive voting measures Republican lawmakers say will safeguard voting but Democrats decry as based on a lie and aimed at overturning their party’s recent electoral success in Georgia.

"Restrictive voting measures." Of course, AP could have just as easily described the bill as a "ballot integrity" effort. But knowing where AP is coming from, that would not be an option. It has to have the aura off "voter suppression." They have to paint the Republicans as a dying party trying to hang on to relevance by "restricting" the right side of history, and the Democrats as the party that's pro-voter, pro-democracy. Voter fraud? Doesn't exist.

When you read the story, it sounds rather reasonable since it is just applying the same standards to absentee ballot applications as is currently applied to in-person voting:

The most important measure passed was Senate Bill 67, which carried on a largely party-line 35-18 vote. It would require that a voter include their driver’s license number, other state identification number or a photocopy of an approved ID when applying for an absentee ballot. That would replace the current process of signature verification, one of the key elements former President Donald Trump and others attacked following Trump’s November loss in Georgia.

…Supporters said anyone who votes in person in Georgia has to show identification, and that absentee voters should do the same. Walker said submitting an identification would work for 97% of voters and said the other 3% could vote in person, saying he wanted to get county elections “out of the middle” of verifying signatures.

Even the liberal Atlanta-Journal Constitution conceded that such a bill is popular with Georgia voters:

Nearly three-quarters of Georgia voters said they support proposals requiring photo ID or other documentation to cast an absentee ballot, according to a poll conducted in January for The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

Voters also find requiring photo ID reasonable at regular voting, too. But this is one issue where reporters don't care about what the polls say.

Federal prosecutors on Friday said they are dropping an effort to seize three properties belonging to former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort after he was pardoned by former President Trump.

Prosecutors revealed in a court filing that they are discarding a 2019 preliminary forfeiture order they filed against Manafort seeking his mansion in Bridgehampton, Long Island, as well as an apartment in New York City's Chinatown and a townhouse in Brooklyn.

"These three real properties will not be under restraint in connection with the prosecution and conviction," the prosecutors wrote, arguing that Trump's pardon has "relieved the Defendant of any further obligation to make payments to satisfy the $11 million monetary judgment of forfeiture."

The prosecutors will also not move forward with seizing assets in one of Manafort's accounts at Federal Savings Bank.

"The department has determined that due to President Trump's full and unconditional pardon of Paul Manafort, it is necessary to dismiss the criminal forfeiture proceedings involving the four assets which were the subject of the on-going forfeiture ancillary proceedings," a Justice Department spokesperson told The Hill.

Shortly after the prosecutors' filing, U.S. District Court Judge Amy Berman Jackson dismissed the forfeiture litigation.

Friday's filing does not cover properties and other assets that prosecutors had already seized and sold. Manafort has already lost an apartment in Trump Tower in New York City and a life insurance policy

Manafort was ensnared in former special counsel Robert Mueller's investigation into Russian meddling in the 2016 presidential race, during which Manafort briefly served as then-candidate Trump's campaign chairman.

Manafort was convicted in 2018 on bank fraud and tax charges and sentenced to more than seven years in prison. He was released to home confinement in 2020 amid the coronavirus pandemic before winning a December pardon from Trump.

Purcell reportedly didn't know she was pregnant, and, thinking her newborn hadn't survived the birth, threw him out of the hotel's window. She was subsequently arrested, but later admitted to a hospital for psychiatric treatment.

An eccentric local woman was found sexually assaulted and murdered at the hotel in 1964

The murder of "Pigeon Goldie" Osgood rocked the community after she was found strangled, stabbed, and sexually assaulted in her room at the Cecil in 1964.

Osgood was known throughout the neighborhood for feeding the pigeons at Pershing Square nearby, which is how she earned her nickname.

Her case remains unsolved.

Richard Ramirez famously stayed at the hotel during the height of his killing spree

Over the span of several months in 1984 through 1985, Ramirez sexually assaulted and murdered dozens of people - eventually earning the moniker "The Night Stalker" as his late-night crimes terrorized much of Los Angeles.

Before his capture and arrest in August 1985, Ramirez was staying in a room on the top floor of the Cecil for $14 a night.

After killing a victim, he reportedly returned to the hotel, tossed his bloody clothing into the dumpster behind the hotel, and made his way up to his room naked.

Given the Cecil's colorful array of guests and residents, Ramirez's bizarre behavior largely went unnoticed.

Schools’ increasingly open function as indoctrination factories and massive ineptitude at effective and reliable instruction — which long predates COVID — mean it is past time for parents to stop with the wishful thinking and get their kids something better before it’s too late. Community organizations, primarily churches, must come to their aid.

State-sponsored instruction that makes your child a dogmatic, racist relativist is not worth any benefit you feel schools give in return. Not a single one. Being Mowgli raised by wolves and bears would be better for your child than this. Thankfully, unlike the therians or human pups your children could meet under instruction like this, you realize you are not a wolf or bear, so you can do a lot better than raising Mowgli.

Gavin Newsom COVID-19 Nursing Home Scandal

In the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic, the governor of California did just what Andrew Cuomo did in New York. He ordered nursing homes to admit COVID-positive patients. This appears to have allowed the virus to spread to the most vulnerable population, just as it did in New York.

The Recall California Governor Gavin Newsom has over the 1.5 million petition signatures to qualify for a special election. The organizers want more than 2 million signatures to send a message to Sacramento.

Newsom mishandled the COVID-19 pandemic and displayed blatant hypocrisy in the big-money special interest gourmet dinner he attended defying his own draconian orders prohibiting such gatherings. His smirking denials and obfuscations cemented the narrative that Newsom is an out-of-touch elitist while he enjoys the high-life and his kids attend private school.

Add the scandal of $30 billion of unemployment benefits being funneled to convicted felons in prison instead of Californians forced out of work by mandates.

Newsom will soon have to deal with a Cuomo-like nursing home scandal of his own. This could put the final political nail in Newsom's coffin and secure his removal from office. A year into the pandemic, CAL/OSHA still doesn’t know how many nursing home workers have contracted COVID-19 on the job and died. California’s health dept regularly updates COVID-19 infections/deaths at nursing homes. Only half of those listed facilities have reported the death to Cal/OSHA, the agency that enforces worker safety, according to state records.

The failure to report COVID-19 deaths — by as many as 64 nursing homes— exposes a significant flaw in the state’s response to the pandemic.The state is unable to track the spread of the deadly disease in a workplace setting where the virus is ruthlessly stalking employees and patients.

The failure to report COVID deaths from nursing homes is certainly reminiscent of Cuomo's attempt to cover-up the full extent of deaths in the Empire State, but is Newsom also culpable (like Cuomo) for an executive directive forcing COVID-positive patients into those long term care facilities?

May 2020 editorial in the Bay Area's Mercury News tells the tale:

Gov. Gavin Newsom is recklessly pushing to place more coronavirus patients in nursing homes and assisted living facilities while COVID-19 cases and deaths are mounting rapidly in California’s care residences for the elderly. State data shows that at least 41 percent of all known coronavirus deaths in California have occurred among residents and staff of nursing homes and assisted living facilities.Meanwhile, the number of nursing home deaths jumped 51% in eight days from April 23-May 1. And deaths in assisted living facilities nearly doubled between April 20-May 3

The editorial is quite balanced and fair to the governor on some points in his early handling of the pandemic, but it lowers the boom here:

The governor last week issued an offer to pay, in some cases $1,000 per day, to assisted living facilities to house COVID-19 patients. That comes on top of his earlier directive that nursing homes should expect to take coronavirus patients. “Any guidance from the government that opens the door to send more COVID-19 into a nursing home or assisted living facility, to me, is medically unsound,” said Dr. Michael Wasserman, a geriatrician and the president of the California Association of Long Term Medicine.

Like his scandal-plagued counterpart in New York,Newsom ordered long-term care facilities to do just what Cuomo ordered his to do.Here's The LA Times on April 1, 2020:

As fears escalate about the toll the coronavirus will take on the sick and elderly in nursing homes — who are among the most vulnerable to the deadly virus — California regulators have told skilled nursing facility operators that they must accept patients even if they have the disease. The order comes amid a fierce debate between healthcare providers. Hospitals are desperate to clear space for an expected wave of COVID-19 patients, so they are discharging as many patients as possible, including nursing home residents. Many nursing home administrators are equally desperate to keep those residents out until they are proven virus-free, fearing a catastrophic result if the deadly pathogen gains a foothold in their institutions.

And, like Cuomo,Newsom subsequently had his order expunged from his state's health and human services websitewith an update in June 2020. However, that update still included language that appears to have compelled nursing homes to accept COVID-positive patients, with some additional guidance.

As noted in this text message below Carlin has returned to the DOJ and is currently Acting Deputy Attorney General inside Main Justice. Carlin announced his resignation Sept 27, 2016, the day after he filed the Government’s proposed 2016 Section 702 certifications. Carlin departed the NSD October 15, 2016, five days before the Carter Page FISA was approved by the FISC.

It was John Carlin who ultimately facilitated the fraudulent FISA application against Carter Page in order to continue surveillance of the risk represented by Donald Trump. John Carlin’s legal counsel in the NSD was Michael Atkinson.

Hard truth time. We as a people and the country are in an extremely dangerous position. We know who stole the elec-tion. I kept hoping and praying that a response was coming in the days after. But nothing has materialized.

People have noticed discrepancies, air Force one, symbols, ordinary things that normally accompany a president are missing. There is a huge list already. I'll explain it as best I can why we see these things.

When the elec-tion was stolen everyone knew it. There was no guessing there was no maybe to it. So certain things took place. The military is not in control. The military is "monitoring the situation". That was what they said to me. Certain military actions above a certain level

Actions involving large numbers of troops, an act of war, a release of nuclear weapons, are prohibited to the person calling himself president. The dems are trying to regain military control, control over the military, hence the argument over the nuclear codes.

Military has no plans to act or to remove this government in any way. They are acting as gatekeepers, and they intend to "preserve the nation until a real leader is chosen". They see Bi-den as a usurper and strictly a politician. So as long as he only affects"political positions"

They will not interfere. Only in the event of being attacked by a foreign Nation would the military Act. Because of this stance our government is fractured and our nation is vulnerable. We now have a political side, a military side, and the intelligence agencies primarily the CIA

Is acting wholy on its own and an agent of foreign powers. People are already moving on from the 2020 election looking forward to 2022 and then ultimately 2024, allowing the fra-ud to stand, replacing the criminals on those dates without fixing the problem now.

The dems of course are trying to solidify everything and maintain power, stealing the next elections and everyone after that. The milk toast rhinos are going along with it. And the handful of people fighting in the courts are being attacked on every level.

This is an unheard of situation for our country. Designed to have co-equal branches, now those branches are at war with each other in our country wide open to influence and attack.

The DS plans were well known before the election, I and others wrote about them extensively. And everything happened right down the line one after another. Instead of reacting and preventing it, people reacted like we were crazy.

As it became more and more evidence that they were going to steal an election, people recoiled. Instead of acting together instead of grouping together and fighting it they recoiled in disbelief. After the election they were numb with shock and ineffective.

In this situation will resolve nothing. We must think an act as individuals for our own and for the greater good. Our country is shattered and we must come up with new and effective ways to bring it together. We can absolutely survive this.

But it will take Faith, strength, common sense, and hard work. Everything our country was built on. We must now find it within ourselves and carry on the work of our forefathers.

The Dems in their constant quest for power and money, have fractured our country and unleashed a monster, Chy-na, that they have already lost control of. They are desperately scrambling for control and dollars because they know what's coming is out of their control.

Overlaying the flightpaths onto IFR high altitude routes frequently used for flight planning, it does appear that both went on direct to routing at about the same time and not on the published routes they were using beforehand.

A historic winter storm and cold blast caused chaos in Texas last week.

Power outages were initiated by the Electric Reliability Council of Texas early on Monday morning and lasted for days. This meant hundreds of thousands of Texans are without electricity for short periods of time. Temperatures fell into the teens near Dallas and 20s around Houston.

According to reports nearly half of the wind energy is down in West Texas after the turbines froze.

Seven days later the data shows that wind-power was the chief cause of the massive power outage.

Biden Says US Will "Never" Accept Russia's Annexation Of Crimea

President Biden released a statement on Friday marking the seventh anniversary of Russia’s annexation of Crimea where he said the US will "never" accept Russian sovereignty over the peninsula.

"The United States continues to stand with Ukraine and its allies and partners today, as it has from the beginning of this conflict," Biden said. "The United States does not and will never recognize Russia's purported annexation of the peninsula, and we will stand with Ukraine against Russia’s aggressive acts."

Biden's statement also laid sole blame for bloodshed in Kiev during the crisis on Russians: "We will also continue to honor the courage and hope of the Revolution of Dignity, in which the Ukrainian people faced down sniper fire and enforcers in riot gear on the Maidan and demanded a new beginning for their country," the statement added.

Left out of Biden’s statement was the reason for the Russian annexation. In 2014, the US-orchestrated a coup in Ukraine.

The largely ethnic Russian population of Crimea rejected the new nationalist anti-Russian government in Kyiv that even had neo-nazis in its midst. Polls after the annexation show the majority of Crimeans were in favor of joining Russia.

The Biden family benefited greatly from the coup. Shortly after the change in government, President Biden’s son Hunter landed a high-paying job on the board of Burisma, a Ukrainian natural gas company.

President Biden tapped an architect of the Ukraine coup for a high-level position in the State Department. Victoria Nuland, the wife of neoconservative Robert Kagan, is the nominee to be the under secretary of state for political affairs.

A recording of a phone call between Nuland and then-US Ambassador to Ukraine Geoffrey Pyatt was leaked and released on YouTube on February 4th, 2014. In the call, Nuland and Pyatt discussed who should replace the government of former Ukrainian Prime Minister Viktor Yanukovych, who was forced to step down on February 22nd, 2014.

After the European Commission convened to discuss the potential of so called ‘vaccine passports’ Thursday, German Chancellor Angela Merkel told reporters that “We have all agreed that we need vaccine certificates.”

Bloomberg reports that Merkel added “In the future, it will certainly be good to have such a certificate but that will not mean that only those who have such a passport will be able to travel; about that, no political decisions have been made yet.”

The German leader also stated:

“This will make travelling within the EU possible and could pave the way for further travel from third countries into the EU,” suggesting that it will take three months to implement a vaccine passport system.

The report also notes that Commission President Ursula von der Leyen urged member states to make haste in agreeing a Europe wide system before Big Tech gets there first.
