Acting Director of National Intelligence Richard Grenell has declassified the list of former Obama administration officials who were allegedly involved in the “unmasking” of then-incoming national security adviser Michael Flynn.

ABC News first reported the news but initially said in the title that Grenell was in the process of trying to declassify the list of Obama officials.

A source with knowledge of the matter told The Daily Wire that the listhas already been declassified and now it’s on Attorney General William Barr to release the list.

On The Scope:

Caps show a cluster of IR vessels heading SW inside the Gulf, apparently in transit to the Iranian-held island of Abu Musa (not shown in cap due to scale). What is dasting about this is that most of these IR vessels are landing craft. They are currently in transit through the main shipping lanes which they have to sail through in order to get to Abu Musa island.

For those of you who remember the late 1980’s, the IRGC uses Ajr/Hejas class landing craft as minelayers. In 1987, the Iran Ajr was caught laying mines in the Gulf, shot up by US AH-64’s. SEALS then boarded her, captured the survivors and scuttled that scow.

Other cap shows another IR landing craft well south of Iranian waters, very close to Kuwait. Could be commerce, could be something else. Will keep an eye out.

No sign of US vessels in the area. Did a sweep for the USS Lewis B Puller (it’s the MEB assigned to 5th Fleet) and while it doesn’t appear on the scan, vessel data shows it in port. Usually it shows up when it's actually in port.

Morgan Stanley pays $5 million fine to settle SEC charges it misled investing clients

A unit of Morgan Stanley (MS.N) agreed to pay a $5 million fine to settle U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission charges it misled retail investing clients about the costs of a “wrap fee” program, the regulator said on Tuesday.

Wrap fee programs offer accounts in which clients pay asset-based fees meant to cover investment advice and brokerage services, including the execution of trades.

The SEC said that while Morgan Stanley Smith Barney promised wrap fee clients a “transparent” fee structure, some managers sent most or all of their client trades to third party brokers, causing clients to pay extra fees they could not see.

“Investment advisers are obligated to fully inform their clients about the fees that clients will pay in exchange for services,” Melissa Hodgman, associate director in the SEC’s enforcement division, said in a statement.

Morgan Stanley oversaw $2.4 trillion of client assets, including $1.13 trillion from fee-based clients, as of March 31, according to a regulatory filing.

The alleged wrongdoing occurred from Oct. 2012 to June 2017, and the $5 million will be distributed to harmed investors.

Morgan Stanley did not admit or deny wrongdoing. The SEC said the New York-based company now requires wrap managers to disclose more about trades they conduct through third parties, and upgraded client account statements to reflect such trades.

A Morgan Stanley spokeswoman said the company was pleased to have settled and “corrected these historical issues.”

Moretti served as the special agent in charge of Secretary of State John Kerry’s protective detail from January 2013 thru April 2015. What else happened in that time frame? Lots.

Former Special Agent J. Scott Moretti, Assistant Director of Training for the U.S. State Department’s Bureau of Diplomatic Security beginning July 29th, 2015 thru July 2018 was charged last week with the sexual molestation of a child between 2011 and 2013.

Moretti was held without bond, charged with indecent liberties with a minor and forcible sodomy.

A May 5th press release from the Prince William County Police Department in Virginia, details Moretti’s victim reported the 2011-2013 assaults in September 2019.

Detectives with the Special Victims Unit concluded an investigation into a sexual assault that was reported to have occurred at a residence in the Manassas (20112) area of Prince William County between November 2011 and November 2013. The investigation revealed that the female victim, who was between 10-11 years of age at the time of the offenses, was sexually assaulted by an acquaintance, identified as the accused, on more than one occasion during the above time frame. The victim reported the incidents to police in September 2019. On May 5, 2020, following the investigation, detectives obtained arrest warrants for the accused, identified as John Scott MORETTI, who was arrested later that day by Virginia State Police.

According to Moretti’s State Department website biography page, he served in the U.S. Marine Corps between the years of 1983 and 1986 and was an infantry officer assigned to the First Battalion, Eighth Marines at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, serving in both Iran and Afghanistan before becoming secretary of state.

Moretti’s biography states that during the time frame of the alleged sexual assaults, which happened on more than one occasion according to the victim’s statement to police, Moretti was stationed in Washington as director of the Office of Mobile Security Deployments.

Moretti’s father, John Moretti Jr. was a retired security officer of the CIA, according to his 2015 legacy.com obituary.

“He became a charter member of SIGNA, the Association of retired CIA security agents and participated in years of social activities,” the obituary reads. As in, the CIA’s secret society.

John Moretti Jr.’s obituary says he had three children, Reverend Mark Moretti of Warrenton Va, daughter Rosemary of Stafford, Va and son Scott of Manassas, Va.

Also, Moretti’s oldest son, Reverend Mark Moretti seems to be neck deep in covering up pedophilia as it relates to the clergy. Oh, and he just so happened to also work as a special agent for the U.S. government before being called by God to take a different path.

After graduating from college in 1980 with a degree in politics, Father Moretti was “recruited by the U.S. Department of State as a special agent for what is now called the Diplomatic Security Service, or DSS. “In his position as special agent Father Moretti traveled to 42 countries – all over Europe, the Middle East, Asia and parts of South America,” according to the Herald. Father Moretti’s last assignment was in Tunisia before he entered Mount St. Mary Seminary in Emmitsburg in 1990.

What’s more, a “John Moretti” is mentioned in Joan Mellen’s 2013 book “A Farewell to Justice: Jim Garrison, JFK’s Assassination, and the Case that Should Have Changed History” as being in Oswald’s Marine Corps unit. Could this be J. Scott Moretti’s father, John?

Is this the same J. Scott Moretti that denied Christopher Stevens more security as per Rep. Duncan in Hillary Clinton’s testimony on Benghazi?

Something tells me this is not the last we’ll hear about Moretti, and what odd timing for him to be arrested with #ObamaGate front and center.

Rogers Man Sentenced To 13 Years In Federal Prison For Drug Trafficking

Fayetteville, Arkansas – David Clay Fowlkes, Acting United States Attorney for the Western District of Arkansas, announced today that Tyler Dellinger, age 29, of Rogers, Arkansas, was sentenced to a total of 156 months in federal prison followed by 3 years of supervised release on one count of Possession with Intent to Distribute a Controlled Substance and one count of Possession of a Firearm in Furtherance of a Drug Trafficking Crime. The Honorable Judge Timothy L. Brooks presided over the sentencing hearing in the United States District Court in Fayetteville.

According to court records, on October 30, 2019, Arkansas Probation and Parole Officers along with Special Agents and Task Force Officers with the DEA, made contact with Dellinger after being advised that Dellinger was attempting to distribute heroin in northwest Arkansas and that he had a warrant out for his arrest. When the officers made contact with Dellinger, he was in possession of approximately one quarter pound of heroin, a stolen firearm with ammunition, drug paraphernalia, and a small amount of methamphetamine. Dellinger advised officers that he traveled out of state two or three times a week in order to obtain the heroin and that he purchased the firearm recently for protection.

Dellinger was indicted by a federal grand jury in November of 2019, and entered a guilty plea in February of 2020.

This case was investigated by the Drug Enforcement Administration and Arkansas State Probation and Parole. Assistant United States Attorney Kim Harris prosecuted the case for the Western District of Arkansas.

Report: Acting DNI Grenell Declassifies List of Obama Officials Involved in Flynn ‘Unmasking’

Acting Director of National Intelligence Richard Grenell has declassified a list of former Obama administration officials allegedly involved in the “unmasking” of former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn’s communications with Russian Ambassador to the United States Sergey Kislyak during President Donald Trump’s transition period, according to ABC News.

Grenell brought the list of officials to the Department of Justice last week, an unnamed official told the news outlet. No further details of the intelligence official’s visit to the Justice Department are known.

In 2017, former Obama National Security Advisor Susan Rice reportedly told the House Intelligence Committee she “unmasked” several Trump associates to find out why United Arab Emirates’ crown prince, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed al-Nahyan, visited New York without notifying the Obama administration.

Samantha Power, Obama-era U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations (UN), is also believed to have made up to 260 requests to “unmask” U.S. citizens tied into surveillance of non-U.S. citizens, according to Fox News. She reportedly requested information seen in the days leading up to Trump’s inauguration. Then-Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-SC) later revealed Power testified that a portion of the “unmasking” requests made in her name were made by others.

The newly formed China Task Force, a House committee made up of 15 Republican lawmakers, is hoping to maintain the United States’ edge in designing advanced semiconductor chips—used to power nearly all electronic devices, from smartphones and computers to satellites and missile systems.

Rep. Michael McCaul (R-Texas), the leader of the task force and chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, called on Congress to secure semiconductor supply chains from “the threat posed by malign actors like the Chinese Communist Party.”

He also asked Congress to come up with incentives for manufacturers to make advanced semiconductor chips in the United States.

The Clinton Administration notified Congress today that it had approved the export of technology to China to permit the launching of a communications satellite aboard a Chinese rocket next month.

President Clinton said in a letter to Congress that the transfer would not harm national security or significantly improve China's military capability in space. The President was required under a 1998 law to certify that all such technology exports are in the national interest.

The certification was the first such notice to Congress under the law, which was passed in the aftermath of a Congressional uproar last year over the transfer of sensitive missile technology to China.

Mr. Clinton's notification also follows by less than a week the release of a report by the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, which concluded that lax monitoring of the launching of American-made satellites aboard Chinese rockets had enhanced the accuracy of China's ballistic missile arsenal.

And the action comes three days after the Chinese Embassy in Belgrade was inadvertently bombed in a NATO raid, touching off angry street protests in Beijing.

How George Soros tried and failed to punish Hungary during the coronavirus crisis

Despite billionaire financier George Soros's network running a months-long campaign attempting to smear Hungary with claims that its leaders "clearly violate international law and threaten European citizens", these efforts ultimately has failed due to a lack of supporting evidence, a new study the Nézőpont Institute has found.

The study determined the coordinated campaign began on March 30 after the Hungarian Parliament gave a mandate to the conservative government of Viktor Orbán to rule by decree for the duration and in respect to the coronavirus outbreak, which first appeared in Hungary on March 4.

Although EU announced on April 29 that it would take no action against Hungary as it broke no European rules with its state of emergency law, this decision was only reached after months of attacks from Soros's network and the liberal press in what the Nézőpont Institute described as a coordinated campaign to harm the Hungarian government.

On March 30, the same day parliament enacted the ruling conservative Fidesz party's motion, Soros's New York-based Open Society Network issued a press release claiming that the bill "will impose harsh restrictions on media freedoms and citizen mobility", saying it was "further evidence that Viktor Orban has authoritarian tendencies". The network also urged the "international community" to condemn Hungary.
