Tit For Tat: Turkey, Hay’at Tahrir Al-Sham Reached Initial Agreement On Greater Idlib

Turkey and al-Qaeda-affiliated Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) have reached an initial agreement on Greater Idlib, the Shaam Network reported on May 5.

The agreement was reached during a meeting held after the April 26 clashes on the Lattakia-Aleppo highway, known as the M4. Back then, HTS and other groups targeted Turkish forces that were trying to secure the highway. This attack provoked a limited Turkish military response.

Sources with the knowledge on the matter told the Shaam Network that the meeting was attended by Turkish officers and senior HTS commanders, including Abu Hassan 600 and Abu Hussein al-Urduni. The meeting was held in a camp of Turkish forces near the town of Arihah in southern Idlib.

“The leadership of Turkish forces in Idlib considered the practices of HTS to be provocative … HTS was negotiating through intermediaries to secure commercial gains on the road [the M4] … As well as on frontlines with the regime, taking advantage of the protest,” the pro-opposition outlet quoted its sources as saying.

As a result of the meeting, HTS agreed to end the sit-in on the M4 highway in exchange for Turkey allowing it to open a crossing with government-held areas in western Aleppo.

The crossing was opened soon after near the town of Maaret Elnaasan. However, clashes with locals who rejected the step forced HTS to suspend work at the crossing for the time being.

HTS’ deal with Turkey highlights the terrorist group’s hypocrisy and greed. While the group blocked the M4 highway as a supposed stand against the “regime,” it was trying to open a crossing with the very same “regime.”

The dismissal of the protest camp on the M4 allowed Russian and Turkish forces to conduct longer patrols on the highway. Nevertheless, a long strip between Arihah and Lattakia is still unsecured. This may provoke yet another crisis between Turkey and HTS in the near future.

Foreign Investors Own Millions Of Acres Of U.S. Farmland

The COVID-19 pandemic has taken a major toll on the American food supply chain, with some companies reducing slaughter capacity.

However, many of these companies are owned by foreign investors. According to a May 2019 NPR report, “nearly 30 million acres of U.S. farmland are held by foreign investors. That number has doubled in the past two decades.”

Smithfield Foods, Inc., owns more than 500 farms on 146,000 acres of U.S. soil. Smithfield was purchased by the Chinese company WH Group (then known as Shuanghui Group/Shineway Group), China’s largest meat producer, for $4.72 billion in 2013.

“Right out my back door here, Chinese-owned Smithfield Foods, the largest pork producer in the world, has recently bought out a couple grain elevators, basically extracting the wealth out of the community,” Angela Huffman, a sixth-generation farmer in Wyandot County, Ohio, told NPR at the time.

During this pandemic, at least 518 Smithfield employees tested positive at the company’s plant in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, which made it the largest single source of coronavirus cases in the country. The plant employs 3,700 people.

Meanwhile, German investors own 71,000 acres of farmland in Ohio, according to that same NPR report.

“They started to buy land in Iowa and Minnesota but right when they started, [Iowa and Minnesota] passed state laws which restricted foreign ownership,” John Trimmer, who manages 30,000 acres of corn and soybean farms for German investors, told NPR. As a result, those German investors took their business to Ohio.

Out of all foreign investors, Canadians own the most farmland in the U.S.

American farmers and corporations also invest in foreign agriculture, owning billions of dollars of farmland across the globe.

Fake-GOP group releases ad advocating for voting by mail amid coronavirus pandemic

An anti-Trump Republican group is advocating for lawmakers to help states prepare for mail-in ballots for the November election amid the coronavirus pandemic.

Republicans for the Rule of Law is pushing for voting by mail as part of a new ad shared exclusively with The Hill on Thursday.

The ad is set to run on Fox News and digital platforms. It features a Marine veteran from Pennsylvania who says he’s been a Republican since 1967.

“People should have the option to vote absentee in November,” Joe Blake, the veteran, said in the ad. “Nobody knows whether you're going to be safe standing in the line at the polling place.”

Blake said he’s voted absentee in the past, for former President Nixon and twice for former President Reagan.

“I have never had any reason to doubt that my absentee ballot was counted. We need to make sure that there is access to voting by mail,” Blake said.

Republicans for the Rule of Law spokeswoman Sarah Longwell said in a statement that Congress needs to ensure states have the resources to prepare for voting by mail and to expand absentee voting.

“If it works for our men and women in uniform, it can work for us,” Longwell said.

The ad is the latest from Republicans for the Rule of Law advocating for expanded voting by mail efforts amid the pandemic. The group released a 30-second ad last week, which ran during President Trump’s Fox News town hall, featuring Republican voters from across the country pushing for expanded efforts.

Trump has repeatedly rebuked mail-in voting and last month he urged Republicans to “fight very hard” against expanding it, citing the potential for fraud, even as studies have shown such incidents remain limited.

Colorado, Hawaii, Oregon, Utah and Washington already conduct their elections by mail.

Democrats have pushed for legislation to expand funding legislation for mail-in voting, arguing states should be prepared to cast ballots that way in the event the pandemic prevents in-person voting.

Remember the judge who jailed the Texas woman who reopened her business? I found his address and much more. He is a crooked as they come.

First, for people just interested in his home address, he lives at 1645 Nob Hill Road, of the Kessler Subdivision, in Dallas County, Dallas Texas.

His background:

This civil court judge has been in the news many times, none of them for good reasons:

He is involved in an unsolved murder case where another jewish lawyer was burned to death in his garage. The jew argued a 2013 'family feud' case, which he became increasingly personally involved in, and later won. The jew later sued the defendants for defamation, and the defendents countersued, claiming "that Tobolowsky was variously illegally colluding with and bribing probate judges". Moye chose to preside over this case (judges have the power to choose their cases, even if they claim they have systems in place to 'fairly' allocate them), and tried to sanction and fine the defendants. They eventually forced him to recuse himself because of suspicions of corruption. This is important because recusal is a voluntary process.

Immediately after the death of the jew, Moye became incredibly paranoid, personally requesting security detail at his house (provided by the Dallas County sheriff's office), confessing to thinking multiple people were following him, and actually pulling a gun on a woman on a local tollway. This isn't easy to find, but this article is the one that confirms it was him, rather than police, who suggested he be placed under security detail.

He is known for actually beating up other judges when they are in chambers. The judge he beat up in this case is suspected to be involved in drug trafficking.

There is more strange here connected with the unsolved murder case, for example: the police are releasing no information whatsoever, even though the family of the jew is trying to pressure them to, and the police even have email information (which usually leads to an IP and a name if a house, or an IP and cameras to a description + picture if public WIFI) that supposedly netted them nothing.

Notes regarding the address search:

searching the county tax maps for his name returns nothing. This is common for police officers and other thugs trying to hide.

searching the county business registry returns this account, which is zoned commercial, in a commercial officer building, but has 'personal property' as the description. There may be something interesting at this address, which is at 1700 Pacific Avenue, Suite 2800, Dallas, Texas 75201.

since nothing further was coming up, I suspected he was hiding assets in his wife's name. His wife is named Susan, and I found nothing under her name.

Next, I suspected he would use a shell corporation to hide (this is common for police officers - the heads of BlueBloodBrotherhood did this [but I tracked them down anyway]). I started searching for any C corps or LLCs he owned.

One of these, Dispute Mediation Services, which he lists on his bio, and which is still open for business, lost their tax status with the IRSPNG for never filing a tax return since their inception (use this link to search the IRS records).

Curiously, none of the organizations on his bio which supposedly lists him as a 'founding member' actually list him as a founding member. For example, 'Vincent and Moye' is really 'Vincent and Serafino', and never lists him anywhere on their team at any time that they ever had a site. This suggests that parts of his bio may be faked.

Once I found him, I hard confirmed the address in the property map. Take a peek.PNG This is the first time I've ever seen owner information withheld. The numbers appeared to be statutes, so I tossed them in google, and it turns out it is the Address Confidentiality Program. Here is his house's tax account.

Some fun notes:

Keeping with black stereotypes, his house is actually newer and was worth more than his neighbors when built, yet has a lower 'desirability score', and is considered to have depreciated more in value than his neighbors. Even rich blacks lower property values. Lol

I also found his amazon account from a comment on some page I happened across (amazon links are banned: amazon com/gp/profile/amzn1.account.AEMF5ZBQ6UWWZHVE6SMVQYU74OVA/ref=cm_cr_srp_d_gw_btm?ie=UTF8 )

Serious corruption only needs a judge and one other actor, typically a lawyer. I partially suspect Moye killed his partner out of paranoia, and, since he is Absolutely Immune, the police couldn't arrest him if they wanted to, so they are withholding information while they let the public think the case went cold. See the case of Jeff Baron for more on the damage a judge and lawyer colluding can cause - this one will boil your blood.

Pentagon pulling Patriot missile systems from Saudi Arabia

The U.S. military is removing Patriot antimissile systems from Saudi Arabia as part of a shift of forces and equipment in the region following a buildup last year in response to Iranian threats, a U.S. official confirmed on Thursday.

The Wall Street Journal first reported that Washington is moving four Patriot missile batteries from the region.

The U.S. official confirmed to The Hill that two Patriot systems will come from Saudi Arabia — along with the roughly 300 military personnel deployed to man them. The two systems had been sent to the country last year after a Sept. 14 strike on two Saudi oil facilities that Washington and Riyadh both blame on Tehran, which the nation denies.

The official also confirmed that two additional Patriot systems will leave the region, as have two U.S. jet fighter squadrons.

They said move happened as there is the feeling in Washington that threats from Iran are no longer immediate.

The long-strained relationship between the United States and Iran came to a head earlier this year when the Trump administration launched an airstrike that killed Iranian Gen. Qassem Soleimani, sparking weeks of escalating tensions between the two countries.

The coronavirus pandemic – which has hit Iran harder than most countries around the world – seemed to quell additional conflict until an incident last month when 11 Iranian ships repeatedly approached Navy and Coast Guard ships in the Persian Gulf.

With the redistribution, the U.S. military will now have two Patriots in Saudi Arabia as opposed to four.

China on Thursday seized on comments made by a New Jersey mayor that he had contracted the novel coronavirus as early as November - a claim that, if true, would throw the U.S. and Beijing's timelines about COVID-19 into disarray.

Lijian Zhao, a spokesman for China's foreign ministry who has been at the center of pushing back against the U.S., quoted a Chinese spokeswoman in a tweet, saying: "More reports on previously undiscovered COVID-19 cases are emerging. New Jersey mayor was infected in November; 171 cases in Florida by January & NONE had been to China. What else hasn't been revealed in the U.S.?"

Belleville Mayor Michael Melham told Fox News on Thursday that he became symptomatic after he returned in November from a conference in Atlantic City, two months before the first confirmed U.S. case was recorded in Washington state. He said multiple people from the conference have contacted him and said they, too, were experiencing extreme flu-like symptoms. At the time, there were no tests for COVID-19 but Melham said whatever he had hit him hard and made him feel "like a heroin addict going through withdrawals."

"I didn't know what was happening to me," he said. "I never felt that I could be so sick."

He said he recently asked his doctor to test his blood for COVID-19 antibodies and that the test had come back positive.

"We all hear about how COVID-19 didn't really exist here in the U.S. until January," Melham said. "That is obviously not the case. I am living, breathing proof that we were all dealing with it months earlier."

Melham knows his health claims play into the hands of Beijing, which has launched an aggressive public relations campaign to pin the spread of the coronavirus on the United States.

The U.S., in turn, has accused China of failing to act quickly to contain the virus, claiming the country silenced doctors and whistleblowers during the early days of its spread, leading to the global pandemic that has infected 3.7 million people and killed more than 264,000 worldwide.

Melham, born and raised in Belleville, a township in New Jersey's Essex County, had previously served as a councilman from 2000 to 2004 and returned to public service in 2018. He said he's received some pressure on social media to dial back his comments but said he knows he has a public platform and a responsibility to the people who elected him to tell the truth.

"I am somebody with a voice because I am a mayor," he said. "My city has been ravaged by this thing."

New Jersey as of Thursday morning had 131,890 coronavirus cases and 8,549 deaths, the second-highest amount on both counts in the whole country after New York.

Not everyone is on board with Melham's COVID-19 claims and some, like NJ Advance Media's Jeremy Schneider, have faulted the mayor for coming forward.

"New Jersey is in crisis," Schneider wrote. "There is no room for conjecture right now, especially from public officials, who should be keeping all our little panic planes grounded in fact."

China has also heralded new health data from Florida that showed as many as 171 people in the state had the deadly virus as early as January. The records, obtained and analyzed by The Palm Beach Post, don't say if patients reported the symptoms to the state until months later or if local officials of the health department investigated the virus at the time or if it was a combination of both.

The state pulled the records off its website late Monday without any explanation.

Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.) became the first member of “The Sqaud” to sign onto a letter, supported by the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC), that calls for extending the United Nations arms embargo on Iran that expires in October of this year. The bipartisan letter was written by Reps. Eliot Engel (D-N.Y.), Michael McCaul (R-Texas), Stephanie Murphy (D-Fla.), and Brian Fitzpatrick (R-Pa.) to Secretary of State Mike Pompeo urging him to “pursue increased actions" to extend the embargo. So far, 387 lawmakers have officially signed the letter, according to an AIPAC list of signatures.

Other members of the so-called Squad of Progressive House Democratic – Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, of New York; Ayanna Pressley, of Massachusetts; and Rashida Tlaib, of Michigan – have not signed on yet. Last year, Omar faced backlash after tweeting about the Israeli lobby’s influence, writing that "it’s all about the Benjamins, baby.” Omar apologized for her comments. Facebook Appoints Horrible Trump-Basher Pamela Karlan to Fact-Checker Role — The Same Woman Who Attacked 13-Year-Old Barron Trump at Impeachment Hearing

Facebook announced its elite Oversight Board Members on Wednesday.

The Oversight Board will determine what is true and untrue and what will and will not be allowed on Facebook.

Many of you may remember Pamela Karlan from the Trump Impeachment hearings in December.

Democrats called in Karlan as a witness not because she knew anything about the Ukraine case but for legal expertise and absolute hatred of President Donald Trump.

Pamela Karlan is an angry Hillary Clinton donor who was on Crooked’s list for a potential Supreme Court nomination.

During the hearings Karlan took a cheap shot at 13-year-old (at the time) Barron Trump.

“I’ll just give you one example that shows you the difference between him and a king which is, the Constitution says there can be no titles of nobility. So while the President can name is son Barron, he can’t make him a baron,” Karlan angrily exclaimed during an exchange with Democrat Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee.

Following her nasty attack on President Trump’s family Rep. Matt Gaetz delivered a much needed tongue lashing to this horrible “mean” woman.

Facebook put this angry Trump-loathing woman on their oversight board.

Comey Lashes Out at DOJ Leadership After Department Drops Case Against General Mike Flynn

The Justice Department dropped its case against General Mike Flynn Thursday after bombshell documents released proved he was framed by Comey’s FBI.

Comey lashed out at the leadership of the DOJ after the Department dropped its case against Flynn.

“The DOJ has lost its way. But, career people: please stay because America needs you. The country is hungry for honest, competent leadership.” Comey said in a tweet.

Recall, US Attorney General Bill Barr assigned his top counsel to be the interim US Attorney in Washington, D.C. to oversee the lingering Mueller cases.

Mr. Barr chose his top counsel at the DOJ, Timothy Shea, to replace outgoing US Attorney Jessie Liu to “oversee some of the lingering cases from special counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia investigation.”

Timothy Shea got to work releasing Brady material that Mueller’s thug attorney Brandon Van Grack had been withholding from Flynn’s lawyers and the Court.

Flynn’s lawyer Sidney Powell relentlessly fought to have Flynn’s case dismissed and on Thursday her hard work paid off.

The DOJ said in its motion to dismiss that “The interview of Mr. Flynn was untethered to, and unjustified by, the FBI’s counterintelligence investigation into Mr. Flynn.”

The DOJ was referring to the January 24, 2017 ambush FBI interview conducted by FBI counterintel chief Peter Strzok and FBI special agent Joe Pientka.

Trump Administration Presses Supreme Court to Stop Release of Secret Mueller Files

The Trump administration on Thursday asked the Supreme Court to delay transmission of secret grand jury materials from former special counsel Robert Mueller's investigation to House Democrats.

The request follows a March decision from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, which said Congress can access the materials under a rule allowing disclosure "in connection with a judicial proceeding," meaning an impeachment trial in this instance. Democrats have left open the possibility of a second impeachment push depending on the contents of the Mueller files.

President Donald Trump outright refused to cooperate with congressional requests for information. Speaking to reporters in April 2019, a defiant Trump promised his administration would be "fighting all subpoenas." The D.C. Circuit said the administration's stonewalling made the House Judiciary Committee's need for the grand jury materials "especially compelling."

Thursday's request, called a stay application, is one of several matters on the Court's docket involving investigations of President Trump. By summer, the justices will also decide whether subpoenas for the president's financial information from House Democrats and a Manhattan prosecutor may be enforced. The cases pose a danger to the president's reelection prospects, as new and potentially damaging information might appear in the dog days of the campaign.

Grand jury materials, including exhibits and transcripts of testimony, are generally kept secret. Files from the Mueller grand jury proceedings are currently housed in the Department of Justice.

Unless the justices act, the administration will have to release those materials on Monday, "which would irrevocably lift their secrecy and possibly frustrate the government's ability to seek further review," solicitor general Noel Francisco told the justices.

House Democrats do not oppose pushing the Monday deadline back one week while the justices consider the request, the application says.

The House Judiciary Committee said in an April court filing that it is prepared to review and act upon the Mueller grand jury materials despite the coronavirus pandemic.

"The current pandemic notwithstanding, the committee's investigation is not ‘dormant,'" the filing reads. "The committee continues to exercise its investigative and oversight responsibilities; its staff are ready and able to review the requested grand jury materials as soon as they are provided by DOJ; and the committee remains able to convene formal hearings to further its investigation."

Mueller’s prosecutor Brandon Van Grack resigned from General Flynn’s case on Thursday. Brandon Van Grack hunted down Flynn, threatened his son, withheld Brady material and repeatedly lied to the judge.

In February, Flynn’s defense argued the government withheld evidence exculpatory to Flynn as a series of retaliatory actions against Flynn.

Flynn’s lawyers accused Brandon Van Grack of suppressing evidence to protect “the prosecutors, his team, and the cadre of malfeasant FBI agents from the discovery of their negligence, crimes, and wrongs.”

“Mr. Van Grack has suppressed evidence from the formation of the “Special Counsel Investigation” and likely even prior to it — for the very purpose of putting Mr. Flynn in the unjust position he now occupies while protecting the prosecutors, his team, and the cadre of malfeasant FBI agents from the discovery of their negligence, crimes, and wrongs,” Flynn’s lawyer wrote.

On Tuesday it was reported Brandon Van Grack failed to produce all evidence including favorable evidence on General Flynn to his attorneys.

If there is any justice in this country, Brandon Van Grack would be referred to the state bar for disbarment then prosecuted for setting up Flynn and repeatedly lying to the court.

Buried in IG Report: How an FBI Team in Rome Gave Steele Highly Guarded Secrets

It was in the context of the FIFA investigation that Steele met FBI agent Michael Gaeta in 2010. Gaeta was in charge of a team fighting Russian organized crime. When the bureau’s reliance on the Steele dossier first became public in 2017, press reports claimed that Steele’s contributions to the soccer probe proved he was reliable. However, the IG report summarizes the views of a case agent and a prosecutor who said, “Steele did not have any role in the [FIFA] investigation itself, he did not provide court testimony, and his information did not appear in any indictments, search warrants, or other court filings.”

Nonetheless, between 2014 and 2016, Steele collected $95,000 from the bureau for his work on the FIFA case and reports on corruption in Russia and Ukraine.

His paymaster was Gaeta, referred to in the Horowitz report as “Handling Agent 1.” So when Steele and Simpson decided to approach the FBI to promote a conspiracy theory about Trump and Russia, Gaeta was the natural contact. Steele met with Gaeta in London on July 5, 2016 and presented him with a tantalizing preview of the “dossier.” This first installment included the lurid “pee tape” story – the salacious rumor that Trump had paid Russian prostitutes to urinate on a Moscow hotel bed the Obamas had slept on.

By September Steele had given the FBI the bulk of his Trump-Russia reports. That led to the meeting in Rome on October 3 between Steele and several agents from the Crossfire Hurricane team, as the IG report describes them: “Case Agent 2,” a “Supervisory Intel Analyst,” and an “Acting Section Chief,” together with Gaeta.

Interview With FBI’s Gaeta, Central to Russiagate, Among 53 Transcripts Slated for Release

The House Intelligence Committee voted on Sept. 28 to release the transcripts of 53 interviews conducted during the committee’s investigation of Russian interference during the 2016 presidential election.

The interviews include high-level officials of the Obama administration, such as former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, former Attorney General Loretta Lynch, former Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates and former National Security Advisor Susan Rice.

The list (pdf) also includes people from President Donald Trump’s circle, including his son, Donald Trump Jr., son-in-law and advisor Jared Kushner, and former campaign chair Corey Lewandowski.

While the public has heard the story of many of the interviewees before, one of the transcripts may be the most complete account yet from a key figure in what has come to be known as “Russiagate.” Specifically, his role in allowing the now infamous Steele dossier to become the cornerstone in the FBI obtaining a FISA spy warrant on Trump campaign adviser Carter Page, and by extension—under the NSA’s so-called two-hop rule—other members of the Trump campaign. That figure is FBI agent Michael Gaeta.

Gaeta was, and possibly still is, the assistant legal attaché at the United States Embassy in Rome. Until 2014, he headed the FBI Eurasian Organized Crime unit.

It was Gaeta who, reportedly on July 5, 2016, traveled to London to meet with former British spy Christopher Steele, the author of the dossier. The trip was reportedly authorized by Victoria Nuland, then-assistant state secretary for Eurasian affairs.

Steele used unsubstantiated claims from second- and thirdhand sources close to Kremlin to compile the dossier on Russians allegedly conspiring with the Trump campaign to sway the elections.

Steele was paid by opposition research firm Fusion GPS, which was paid by law firm Perkins Coie, which was contracted for the job by the Hillary Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee (DNC).

Steele was only authorized by Fusion GPS co-founder Glen Simpson to call Gaeta a few days before the July 5 trip, according to Yahoo News’ Michael Isikoff and Mother Jones’ David Corn.

But that doesn’t square with a report by The Guardian’s Luke Harding, who wrote that Steele flew to Rome in June to brief on the dossier his “FBI contact with whom he had co-operated over Fifa.”

Harding wrote that Steele had previously provided the FBI with information on Russians corrupting the Fifa soccer association in a bid to host the 2018 soccer World Cup.

Steele’s “American contact in Rome” was “the head of the FBI’s Eurasian serious crime division,” Harding wrote. That was, at the time, Gaeta.

Nuland later testified to Congress that she saw “excerpts” from the unfinished dossier in mid-July 2016. She decided the matter should have been handled by the FBI, she said during her appearance on CBS News’ “Face the Nation.”

But it wasn’t the dossier that, officially on July 31, 2016, prompted the FBI to launch a counterintelligence investigation of a Russian conspiracy, even though the conspiracy was primarily alleged by the dossier.

All Roads Lead to Rome

As the official story goes, Trump campaign advisor George Papadopoulos was invited for a talk with then-Australian ambassador Alexander Downer and the two met and drank in London on May 10, 2016. Downer later said he learned from the young aide that Russians had information that was damaging to Clinton.

Downer reported the conversation to Canberra “a day or two after,” as “it seemed quite interesting,” he told The Australian.

When, on July 22, 2016, Wikileaks started to release emails they say were leaked from the DNC, the Australian government communicated to the FBI what Downer learned from Papadopoulos.

Since Crowdstrike, a firm hired by the DNC, provided data that suggested the DNC emails were hacked by Russians, the FBI appears to had made an inference that the Clinton dirt was the DNC emails and that Papadopoulos, therefore, must have had prior knowledge of the alleged Russian hacking. That was enough to launch the probe.

What’s not clear, however, is how the FBI reached its conclusion. Rumors about Russians having something on Clinton, specifically her government emails, which she kept on a private, poorly secured server, was public knowledge by May 10, 2016. In fact, just the night before, on May 9, former judge Andrew Napolitano aired the rumor on Fox News saying “there’s a debate going on in the Kremlin” on whether they should release 20,000 Clinton emails the Russians hacked.

The FBI concluded that Clinton’s email wasn’t hacked. The alleged 20,000 emails were supposed to come from the account of Clinton’s aide Sidney Blumenthal, whose email, the FBI acknowledged, was hosted on the Clinton server and was compromised.

But it’s not clear how the FBI could be sure that Papadopoulos wasn’t just drunkenly repeating to Downer what he may have heard on Fox the night before.

One possibility is that the FBI knew Papadopoulos had the information from a different source, which is true.

On April 26, 2016, in London, Papadopoulos was told by Maltese academic Joseph Mifsud that Russians had thousands of Clinton emails. Mifsud presented himself to Papadopoulos as a person with deep ties to Russia, but that was mostly a sham. There’s no sign that Mifsud’s real contacts with the Russian government went beyond Ivan Timofeev, an academic working for a think tank run by the Russian Foreign Ministry.

However, Mifsud was regularly rubbing shoulders with heavyweights of U.S. and European intelligence and security. He taught at the Link Campus University in Rome, which, among others, taught courses on intelligence and was frequented by U.S. and European defense, law enforcement, and intelligence officials—both current and former.

Gaeta Link

As a veteran professional of his stature, Gaeta must have been familiar with Link, which is headed by former Italian interior minister Vincenzo Scotti. Gaeta’s colleague from the embassy in Rome, FBI Special Agent Preston Ackerman, even gave a presentation at Link in September 2016, according to UK political analyst Chris Blackburn, who backed up the claim with a screen shot of a Sept. 9, 2016, Facebook post about the presentation, which appears to show Ackerman as the author of the presentation.

That same September, Steele went to Rome again and briefed an FBI team there on his updated dossier, The Guardian reported. It’s not clear whether Gaeta was present, though it was likely as he was Steele’s main contact.

It is clear, however, that the FBI heavily relied on unsubstantiated allegations from the dossier about Page to obtain a FISA spying warrant. Based on the heavily redacted version of the warrant, the FBI failed to disclose to the FISA court that the dossier was paid for by the Democrats. The warrant also used Isikoff’s article without disclosing that the article used Steele, the dossier’s author, as its source.

Trump has recently asked the Justice Department’s Inspector General to vet for declassification key parts of the warrant and other documents that may shed more light on the extent to which the dossier was used to spy on the Trump campaign.

A number of questions remain about Gaeta’s involvement with the dossier and the Russia investigation: What exactly did he do with the initial information from Steele in June 2016? How often was he in contact with Steele? Did he know Mifsud? The House Intelligence Committee interviewed Gaeta on Dec. 20, 2017. Around the same time, Mifsud disappeared and hasn’t been heard from since. One of his associates said that Link’s Scotti told Mifsud to lay low.

Now that Gaeta’s interview is slated for release, the public may finally get a clearer picture. The transcripts are still subject to redactions, though, presenting a danger that instead of Gaeta’s testimony, Americans will be treated to pages of impenetrable black ink.

Gaeta didn’t respond to a request for comment.

Attorney General William Barr received a separate "satchel" of documents, Henry said in a report Friday evening on Tucker Carlson Tonight as Fox News aired video that a producer took of Grenell personally delivering them to the Justice Department.

Newly released transcripts of interviews from the House Intelligence Committee’s long-running Russia investigation reveal top Obama officials acknowledged that they knew of no “empirical evidence” of a conspiracy between the Trump campaign and Russia in the 2016 election, despite their concerns and suspicions.

Fox News first reported Wednesday night that the transcripts would show this. The officials' responses align with the results of former Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation—which found no evidence of criminal coordination between the Trump campaign and Russia in 2016, while not reaching a determination on obstruction of justice.

The transcripts, which were released by House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff, D-Calif., revealed top Obama officials were questioned over whether they had or had seen evidence of such collusion, coordination or conspiracy - the issue that drove the FBI's initial case and later the special counsel probe.

“I never saw any direct empirical evidence that the Trump campaign or someone in it was plotting/conspiring with the Russians to meddle with the election,” former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper testified in 2017. “That’s not to say that there weren’t concerns about the evidence we were seeing, anecdotal evidence. ... But I do not recall any instance where I had direct evidence.”

Former U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Samantha Power, according to the transcript of her interview, was asked about the same issue. Power replied: “I am not in possession of anything—I am not in possession and didn’t read or absorb information that came from out of the intelligence community.”

When asked again, she said: “I am not.”

Court Docs From 1996 Confirm Tara Reade Told Her Husband About the Sexual Harassment in Biden's Office

A 1996 court document reveals that Tara Reade, a former Biden staffer, told her ex-husband she was sexually harassed while working in Joe Biden’s office in 1993. The document was obtained by The Tribune in San Luis Obispo, California.

Reade’s then-husband, Theodore Dronen, made the court declaration, writing that Reade told him about “a problem she was having at work regarding sexual harassment, in U.S. Senator Joe Biden’s office.”

According to Dronen, Reade told him she “eventually struck a deal with the chief of staff of the Senator’s office and left her position.”

“It was obvious that this event had a very traumatic effect on [Reade], and that she is still sensitive and effected (sic) by it today,” Dronen wrote.

“The affidavit from Ms. Reade’s ex-husband is further support that Ms. Reade was sexually assaulted and sexually harassed by then-Senator Joe Biden,” Reade’s attorney, Douglas Wigdor, said in a statement to The Tribune. “Ms. Reade’s account of what happened will shortly be aired in an interview by Megyn Kelly and I am confident that the American public will see her genuine veracity.”

This is now the second time Reade’s claim has been supported by evidence. Previously, She had claimed that her mother had called in to Larry King Live anonymously in 1993 to ask for advice on how her daughter should handle her situation. The Media Research Center found the clip in their archives, proving that part of Reade’s story.

It seems as though it’s going to be a lot more difficult for Democrats to turn a blind eye to Reade’s claims, and for Joe Biden to deny them.

The single minded obsession of Schiff's line of questioning during Prince's testimony, is with the benefit of hindsight, simply staggering.

Clearly Schiff was given access to the raw SIGINT from Crossfire Hurricane et al or he was given a DS created narrative and ordered to procure statements that could be held up as evidence to support the Russia narrative (or in consolation a lying to congress charge which could then be leveraged by Special Counsel's Office for false testimony against Trump)

Schiff repeatedly twisted every word uttered by Prince to fit a very specific narrative that Prince was an off the books rep of the Trump Admin meeting with a Russian asset.

1. Unless you are used to wearing a mask and the mask fits properly there is a tendency to constantly adjust the mask, touch your face, and scratch your nose not only making the mask irrelevant but increasing your risk.

Intelligence Community Inspector General Michael Atkinson turned in the partisan CIA operative’s ‘whistleblower’ complaint to start the latest impeachment probe against President Donald Trump.

That is because Michael Atkinson played a major role in the Trump-Russia Mueller hoax.

One critical period in Atkinson’s resume, however, has been overlooked—probably intentionally—by his boosters in the media: His work as a top deputy in the Justice Department in 2016 and 2017 during the very same time that the DOJ was investigating Trump campaign aides and, after the election, incoming administration officials. Atkinson worked directly for two figures involved in both the counterintelligence probe into the Trump campaign and the set-up of former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn.

In July 2016, the exact month that former FBI Director James Comey officially opened a case against the Trump campaign, Atkinson was named senior counsel to John Carlin, the head of the National Security Division. Carlin was Robert Mueller’s chief of staff when he ran the FBI and was appointed NSD chief by President Obama in 2013.

Carlin’s name has surfaced numerous times in the congressional inquiry into the Trump-Russia collusion hoax. According to closed-door testimony by former FBI lawyer Lisa Page, Carlin regularly was briefed by former deputy FBI Director Andy McCabe on the Trump-Russia collusion probe…

…Carlin’s shop was involved in handling the FISA warrant on Trump campaign associate Carter Page. The original FISA warrant, signed by former FBI Director James Comey and Carlin’s colleague, former deputy attorney general Sally Yates, used the bogus Steele dossier as evidence to obtain the FISA court’s permission to spy on Page for one year. The warrant accused Page of being a foreign agent yet he has never been charged with a crime.

In September 2016, Carlin moderated an NSD event that featured speeches by Comey, former Attorney General Loretta Lynch, former CIA Director John Brennan and White House Chief of Staff Denis McDonough. Carlin abruptly resigned shortly thereafter amid controversy related to his handling of FISA material.

Carlin was replaced by Mary McCord: Atkinson stayed on as her senior counsel. A few days after Trump was sworn-in, McCord accompanied Sally Yates to a meeting with White House counsel Don McGahn. The purpose of the meeting was to warn the White House that Mike Flynn may have violated an arcane federal law and was at risk of being “blackmailed” by the Russians.

It was in the context of the FIFA investigation that Steele met FBI agent Michael Gaeta in 2010. Gaeta was in charge of a team fighting Russian organized crime. When the bureau’s reliance on the Steele dossier first became public in 2017, press reports claimed that Steele’s contributions to the soccer probe proved he was reliable. However, the IG report summarizes the views of a case agent and a prosecutor who said, “Steele did not have any role in the [FIFA] investigation itself, he did not provide court testimony, and his information did not appear in any indictments, search warrants, or other court filings.”

Nonetheless, between 2014 and 2016, Steele collected $95,000 from the bureau for his work on the FIFA case and reports on corruption in Russia and Ukraine.

His paymaster was Gaeta, referred to in the Horowitz report as “Handling Agent 1.” So when Steele and Simpson decided to approach the FBI to promote a conspiracy theory about Trump and Russia, Gaeta was the natural contact. Steele met with Gaeta in London on July 5, 2016 and presented him with a tantalizing preview of the “dossier.” This first installment included the lurid “pee tape” story – the salacious rumor that Trump had paid Russian prostitutes to urinate on a Moscow hotel bed the Obamas had slept on.

By September Steele had given the FBI the bulk of his Trump-Russia reports. That led to the meeting in Rome on October 3 between Steele and several agents from the Crossfire Hurricane team, as the IG report describes them: “Case Agent 2,” a “Supervisory Intel Analyst,” and an “Acting Section Chief,” together with Gaeta.

McCord told CNN that she believes Atkinson feels strongly that the complaint needs to be reported to Congress but is also trying to respect the hierarchy in place, which includes the DNI.

During a closed-door briefing with Schiff's committee on Thursday, Atkinson would only discuss the process for his handling of the whistleblower's concerns, the chairman said. Though lawmakers pressed him for details on the complaint, their efforts were ultimately unsuccessful.

The inspector general does not have the authority to discuss the details of the complaint with Congress because the DNI has not shared the actual report with the committee and had apparently not otherwise authorized Atkinson to share those details.

Although the official details of the complaint have not been provided to members of Congress, Atkinson told the panel during the briefing that it raised concerns about multiple actions but would not say if those instances involved Trump, according to sources familiar with the briefing.

he firing was retaliation for the IG informing the House Intelligence Committee of a whistleblower’s complaint. That complaint concerned Trump’s conversation with the Ukrainian president that set in motion Trump’s impeachment.

But what the media and Trump’s political opponents won’t tell you is that Trump is right. Atkinson bestowed on the still-unnamed intelligence officer a “whistleblower status he doesn’t deserve.” “He is a fake whistleblower,” Trump said.

The MSM also won’t report the other troubling aspects of Atkinson’s handling of the fake whistleblower’s complaint, some of which Trump also touched on in the briefing. A full vetting of Atkinson’s handling of the so-called whistleblower’s complaint confirms Trump’s take that Atkinson “did an absolutely terrible job.”

But this does require a deep dive into both the law and the fact, as opposed to a mere mimicking of the Democrats’ talking points that seems the default of today’s lazy journalists. So, here are the details you need to know to fully understand why Trump lost confidence in Atkinson and opted to exercise his presidential power-of-appointment prerogative and replace him.
