EXECUTIVE ORDER

ORDERING THE SELECTED RESERVE OF THE ARMED FORCES TO ACTIVE DUTY

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including section 12304 of title 10, United States Code, and having determined that it is necessary to augment the regular Armed Forces of the United States for a named operational mission, specifically the "Enhanced Department of Defense Counternarcotic Operation in the Western Hemisphere," I hereby order as follows:

Section 1. Activation Authority. The Secretary of Defense is directed to order to active duty for not more than 365 consecutive days, any units, and any individual members not assigned to a unit organized to serve as a unit, of the Selected Reserve under the jurisdiction of the Secretary of Defense, not to exceed 200 Selected Reservists at any one time, as he considers necessary.

Sec. 2. General Provisions. (a) Nothing in this order shall be construed to impair or otherwise affect:

(i) the authority granted by law to an executive department or agency, or head thereof; or

(ii) the functions of the Director of the Office of Management and Budget relating to budgetary, administrative, or legislative proposals.

(b) This order shall be implemented consistent with applicable law and subject to the availability of appropriations.

(c) This order is not intended to, and does not, create any right or benefit, substantive or procedural, enforceable at law or in equity by any party against the United States, its departments, agencies, or entities, its officers, employees, or agents, or any other person.

A woman is in custody after showing up in Manhattan outside the Navy hospital ship USNS Comfort with a car full of knives and other blunt objects, authorities said Thursday.

The woman, Jessica Prim, live-streamed parts of a road trip on Facebook, offering a tearful and agitated rant, occasionally stripping down to her bra and showing off the nude tattoos on her arm.

The final video she posted shows a sobbing Prim saying "I'm so scared" over and over as an officer urges her to turn off her car and calm down.

"I was watching the press conferences with Donald Trump on TV. I felt like he was talking to me," she tells an officer, explaining that she is a fire dancer and costume maker by trade who also goes by the name Nikita Steele.

"I felt like I had to come here to the ship because I needed help. I feel like I'm the coronavirus," she adds. Once she got out of the car, she told officers she had multiple knives as well as her fire dancing equipment.

She faces 18 counts of criminal possession of a weapon for the variety of knies and other objects found in her car.

Her Facebook page is full of posts in recent days about the "QAnon" conspiracy theory. It was an obsession with that same theory that led to the killing of a reputed top figure in the Gambino crime family last year, authorities have said.

The trade, India’s biggest export of the drug to any country, follows a request by U.S. President Donald Trump for New Delhi to release supplies of hydroxychloroquine as a possible treatment for the respiratory disease.

“It amounts to 50 million tablets... Commercial companies are pursuing. It’s ongoing,” said the source, who declined to be identified due to the sensitivity of discussions with the United States.

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration, the European Union’s drug regulator and the Canadian health department have cautioned against the use of hydroxychloroquine, citing side effects such as abnormal heart rhythms and a dangerously rapid heart rate.

However, the health warnings have done little to deter the drug’s imports to the United States, where some doctors are continuing to prescribe the drug for the treatment of COVID-19.

“There is high demand for hydroxychloroquine in the international market including U.S.,” Viranchi Shah, senior vice-president, Indian Drug Manufacturers Association (IDMA), told Reuters.

Figures from Eurostat, the statistical office of the European Union, have revealed that roughly 300,000 migrants were granted asylum in the European Union in 2019, a figure that’s down six percent from the previous year.

In its report that was published earlier this week, Eurostat noted that the 27 member states of the European Union granted the asylum requests of 295,800 migrants.

The largest group of asylum beneficiaries in the EU in 2019 remained the Syrians (26 percent of the total number). Of the 78,600 Syrians that were granted asylum, 71 percent received it in Germany. The second-largest group of asylum beneficiaries were Afghan nationals (14 percent), followed by Venezuelans (13 percent). The number of Venezuelans granted asylum in 2019 increased by nearly 4,000 percent compared to the previous year, according to Eurostat.

Iraqis comprised seven percent of the the total number of accepted asylum seekers, while those coming from Turkey, Nigerian, Somalia, Iran, and Eritrea made up three percent of the total number asylum beneficiaries. Two percent came from Pakistan.

Of the nearly 300,000 migrants who were granted some form of asylum in 2019 by the European Union, 141,00 were granted refugee status, 82,100 were granted subsidiary protection, and 72,700 were granted protection for humanitarian reasons.

More than three quarters of the positive asylum decisions made by political bloc came from Germany, France, Spain, and Italy.

Luxembourg, Germany, the UK, Greece, and Austria were the states most likely to grant some form of asylum to migrants seeking it.

Court Brief: 11.6K Dead People on Virginia’s Voter Rolls

About 11,600 dead people remain on the state of Virginia’s voter rolls, according to a court brief filed in United States District Court.

A court brief filed by the Public Legal Interest Foundation (PILF) alleges grave issues with Virginia’s voter rolls just as a lawsuit in the state seeks to strip witness requirements on mail-in ballots in the midst of the Chinese coronavirus crisis.

According to PILF, there are about 11,600 dead people on Virginia’s voter rolls — all of whom would receive mail-in ballots if an election were held by mail. These nearly 12,000 dead voters have corresponding published obituaries.

Another 1,772 registered voters have commercial addresses listed as their primary residence and nearly 600 voters have been flagged as having duplicated registrations.

On Wednesday, the court accepted PILF’s brief.

As Breitbart News wrote this month, PILF research shows that 28.4 million mail-in ballots have gone missing in the last four election cycles dating back to 2012. In the 2016 and 2018 elections, a total of about 16.4 million mail-in ballots went missing.

Currently, elected Democrats are lobbying for nationwide mail-in voting for the November presidential election — a move that would potentially deliver ballots to an estimated 24 million ineligible voters. The plan is being bankrolled by organizations funded by billionaire George Soros.

The brief is related to an ongoing lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Virginia. The case number is 6:20-cv-00024.

UN Urges Govts to Release Illegal Migrants, ‘Provide Access to Healthcare, Housing’

The United Nations (UN) is urging countries around the world to release illegal migrants from detention in response to the Chinese coronavirus pandemic, and highlighted steps towards giving them “access to healthcare, housing, and other services”.

Already under scrutiny over the supine posture of its health agency, the World Health Organization (WHO), towards the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), the UN may now be in for another wave of criticism as it uses the pandemic to push for open borders — highlighting states “responsibilities” under the contentious Global Compact for Migration as it does so.

“Yesterday, the United Nations Network on Migration released urgently needed practical recommendations with guidance for States and stakeholders on preventing and responding to COVID-19 in the context of immigration detention,” announced the UN Migration Agency, or International Organization for Migration (IOM), in an official press release.

“[T]he brief highlights steps that several governments have already taken to swiftly release migrants from detention and to provide access to healthcare, housing and other services regardless of migration status,” it continued approvingly.

“The Network’s Working Group on Alternatives to Detention – co-led by UNICEF, UNHCR and the International Detention Coalition – has developed this guidance in partnership amongst UN agencies and civil society… The Network calls on States to introduce a moratorium on the use of immigration detention; to scale up and implement non-custodial community-based alternatives [and] to release all migrants in detention into alternatives,” it added, suggesting that illegal aliens should only be detained as a “last resort”.

The UN and its subsidiary agencies, which are funded for this sort of activism through large fees and voluntary contributions from member countries — countries like the United States and the United Kingdom, disproportionately.

Like the activists and politicians pushing for the release of illegal aliens and prisoners, however, the global bureaucracy has failed to explain why it is better, in terms of controlling the coronavirus, to release criminals and migrants into the general population rather than keep them in detention — where they will be less likely to infect each other, but more likely to infect the public at large.

The UN’s remark in its press release that it “reminds States of their commitment in the Global Compact for Safe, Orderly and Regular Migration to prioritize alternatives to immigration detention, using detention as a measure of last resort only and working towards ending child immigration detention” may also raise eyebrows, given many governments refused to sign it.

These included the Trump administration in the United States, the government of Australia, and many populist or populist-influenced governments in countries like Austria, Hungary, and Poland, which believed the “legal framework” provided by the supposedly “non-binding” pact would result in activists using lawfare and other mechanisms to enforce open borders policies by the back door.

CNN's Stelter Blasted Hydroxychloroquine for Virus, But Turns Out His Wife Uses It - Just Not for COVID

CNN media correspondent Brian Stelter is about the furthest thing from an unbiased journalist the establishment media has to offer — and he continues to prove it.

As President Donald Trump and many Fox News hosts — whom Stelter loves to bash — touted the use of hydroxychloroquine as a potential treatment for COVID-19, Stelter joined his CNN colleagues and used his platform to attack the president.

It was tough to fathom why Stelter would want to pour cold water on a ray of hope for many as the drug has shown promise around the world. But he wasn’t exactly the most objective commentator on the matter.

As Stelter has mentioned multiple times on air, his wife uses the drug for her own condition (unrelated to the virus).

Outrageous 'Don't Defend Trump' Memo Uncovered, Was Written by Top Republican Strategist

The National Republican Senatorial Committee has sent out a 57-page memo advising GOP candidates how to address the coronavirus crisis during the 2020 campaign, Politico reported Friday.

The linchpin of the ludicrous strategy put forth in the document is to avoid mentioning President Donald Trump’s role during the national emergency.

The political consulting firm O’Donnell & Associates, headed by Brett O’Donnell, authored the memo. O’Donnell, described by Politico as a “top Republican strategist,” has advised numerous candidates, including failed GOP presidential nominees Mitt Romney and John McCain.

The memo recommends that Senate candidates focus on bashing China as the COVID-19 culprit rather than defending the impressive leadership of Trump during one of the worst calamities in American history.

In essence, the document advises Republican Senate candidates to distance themselves from Trump.

“Don’t defend Trump, other than the China Travel Ban — attack China,” the April 17 memo says.

Candidates are encouraged to declare how they will be tough on China and contrast that with Democrats, who should be presented as too soft.

“China caused this pandemic by covering it up, lying, and hoarding the world’s supply of medical equipment,” the memo says, spurring candidates to keep the blame for the pandemic squarely on the Chinese Communist Party.

The document offers a summary of how candidates should portray their plans if elected: “I will stand up to China, bring our jobs back home, and push for sanctions on the Chinese Communist Party.”

The strategy of painting the Democrats as soft on China already has been used by the Trump campaign, which released a video earlier this month depicting presumptive Democratic

presidential nominee Joe Biden as a defender of the communist regime.

Ankara on Wednesday accused eastern Libya’s commander Khalifa Haftar of seeking to “create a military dictatorship” and vowed to “defend” the country's Tripoli-based government.

So 'Fresh-camel' is an upper level FBI person who monitored another FBI's computer and that individual's group chat for weeks.

Camel said that the individual talked for 4 times a week at 'exactly 45 minutes' each time.

Camel became alarmed when current events were discussed in chat.

So obviously, Camel, who is high up in FBI was monitoring somebody even higher up in the FBI and would monitor them for the entire 45 minutes.

After documents were released showing that the FBI set up General Flynn, President Donald Trump went after CNN and others who did everything in their power to destroy the general’s good name and reputation over the years.

“CNN doesn’t want to speak about their persecution of General Michael Flynn & why they got the story so wrong,” Trump wrote on Twitter after he realized that the left-wing news channel ignored yesterday’s revelations about the FBI’s horrible conduct in the case against Trump’s former national security adviser. “They, along with others, should pay a big price for what they have purposely done to this man & his family. They won’t even cover the big breaking news about this scam!”

As PJ Media reported Wednesday, handwritten FBI notes recently provided to Flynn’s lawyers show that the FBI “deliberately tried to catch then-National Security Adviser Michael Flynn in a lie to get him prosecuted or fired.” “

What is our goal? Truth/Admission or to get him to lie, so we can prosecute him or get him fired?” one of the notes read.

In another note, the author explained he had misgivings about the FBI’s conduct. “I agreed yesterday that we shouldn’t show Flynn if he didn’t admit,” the FBI author wrote. “I thought [about] it last night, [and] I believe we should rethink this… We regularly show subjects evidence, with the goal of getting them to admit wrongdoing. I don’t see how getting someone to admit their wrongdoing is going easy on him.”

You’d think this is rather important information about this case. But, remarkably, the mainstream media are extremely reluctant to cover any of it thereby proving Trump right: like the FBI, they actively worked to destroy this man, purely and only because he had the audacity to support Donald Trump for president. But some observers say economic activity will pick up only gradually, pointing to risks like another wave of infections. ‘Dirty cop Comey got caught!’: Trump unloads on FBI after documents reveal effort to set up General Flynn

President Donald Trump has bashed former FBI Director James Comey, after unsealed documents revealed an agency plot to entrap Gen. Michael Flynn in a bid to take down the Trump presidency.

“DIRTY COP JAMES COMEY GOT CAUGHT!” Trump tweeted on Thursday morning, in one of a series of tweets lambasting the FBI’s prosecution of retired army general Michael Flynn, which he called a “scam.”

Flynn served as Trump’s national security adviser in the first days of the Trump presidency, before he was fired for allegedly lying about his contact with Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak.

An FBI investigation followed, and several months later, Flynn pleaded guilty to Special Counsel Robert Mueller about lying during interviews with agents. He has since tried to withdraw the plea, citing poor legal defense and accusing the FBI and Obama administration of setting him up from the outset.

Documents unsealed by a federal judge on Wednesday seem to support that argument. In one handwritten note, dated the same day as Flynn’s FBI interview in January 2017, the unidentified note-taker jots down some potential strategies to use against the former general.

“We have a case on Flynn + Russians,” the note reads. “What’s our goal? Truth/Admission or to get him to lie, so we can prosecute him or get him fired?”

The unsealed documents also include an email exchange between former agent Peter Strzok and former FBI lawyer Lisa Page, in which the pair pondered whether to remind Flynn that lying to federal agents is a crime. Page and Strzok were later fired from the agency, after a slew of text messages emerged showing the pair’s mutual disdain for Trump, and discussing the formulation of an “insurance policy” against his election.

Flynn’s discussions with Kislyak were deemed truthful by former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe. Additionally, a Washington Post article published the day before Flynn’s January 2017 interview revealed that the FBI had tapped his calls with the Russian ambassador and found “nothing illicit.”

Still, Section 1001 of the US Criminal Code, which makes it illegal to lie to a federal agent, is broad in its scope. Defense Attorney Solomon Wisenberg wrote that “even a decent person who tries to stay out of trouble can face criminal exposure under Section 1001 through a fleeting conversation with government agents.”

Former Vice President Joe Biden has selected former Sen. Chris Dodd as a key member of his committee that will select a female running mate, despite allegations about the Connecticut senator's conduct involving a woman at a D.C. restaurant with Sen. Ted Kennedy in the 1980s.

Biden, who has announced that his running mate will be a woman, revealed his search committee a day after picking up the endorsement of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

Kelly reported that a waitress confirmed the details of the 'waitress sandwich' story, which was originally published in Penthouse.

According to the story, the men were finishing up a long dinner in a private room at the D.C. restaurant La Brasserie and were 'drunk.'

Mueller and His Team of Angry Democrats Withheld Evidence, Lied to the Court and Indicted Innocent Men… Are These Crooks Looking at Jail Time?

Yesterday, earth shattering details about how the Obama-Biden FBI set up General Michael Flynn to sow chaos, destroy his life and sabotage the incoming Trump administration came to light.

This came after the latest Flynn documents that were released by the DOJ were stamped with ‘SCO as in Special Counsel’s Office.’

For years these corrupt attorneys “deviated from standard practice” or committed crimes in their attempt to indict President Trump.

CNN published an interactive graphic on Mueller’s team of angry Democrats.

CNN’s description of the Mueller gang would lead the casual observer to believe that this was an experienced group full of competent attorneys with no clear conflicts of interest. But this was not the case.

What CNN does not share is that the investigation is unconstitutional for many reasons with one of the reasons being that the team is the most conflicted group of investigators and attorneys ever assembled for any investigation in US history.

Role on Mueller team:

Dickey has been involved in the case against 13 Russian nationals and 3 Russian entities for allegedly meddling in the 2016 election by using social media to spread divisive political messages.

Notable cases:

Dickey was involved in the sprawling case against Megaupload, the online file sharing website that the Justice Department described as an “international organized criminal enterprise” that perpetrated “massive online piracy.” Dickey helped secure a guilty plea from an Estonian programmer involved in the case.

He was senior counsel in the case against the hacker known as Guccifer, a Romanian national who hacked the accounts of prominent Americans and was sentenced to prison in 2016. (Guccifer is unrelated to Guccifer 2.0, the online persona used by Russian intelligence operatives during the 2016 presidential election that claimed credit for hacking the Democratic National Committee.)

What CNN Left Out – Ask Kim Dotcom about the FBI’s actions in the Megaupload case. His house in New Zealand was raided in a similar fashion to the Mueller raid on Paul Manafort. They have frozen his assets and taken other actions similar to the bullying actions they are using today on Trump family and friends.

Michael Dreeben

Michael Dreeben is a deputy solicitor general at the Justice Department. He has argued more than 100 cases before the Supreme Court throughout his extensive legal career. Dreeben is considered to be one of Mueller’s most significant hires because of his expertise in criminal law and appellate advocacy.

Role on Mueller team:

In February 2018, a federal judge weighing whether to release the Comey memos revealed that Dreeben had secretly provided testimony to the court about Mueller’s investigation

Notable cases:

Dreeben argued his first Supreme Court case in 1989 against a young lawyer named John Roberts, who would later become chief justice. Since then, Dreeben has appeared before the high court more than 100 times, representing the US government in cases ranging from privacy issues to insider trading.

Dreeben made an unrelated first Supreme Court appearance since joining the Mueller team on detail. He argued on behalf of the US government in a Fourth Amendment cell phone privacy case in November 2017.

What CNN Left Out – CNN notes that Dreeben secretly provided testimony to the court about Mueller’s investigation. Of course everything about these guys is secret and corrupt.

Kyle Freeny

Prior to joining the Mueller investigation, Kyle Freeny was a Justice Department prosecutor for the Kleptocracy Asset Recovery Initiative, which focuses on foreign corruption and money laundering.

Role on Mueller team:

Freeny is working on the Manafort and Gates case, appearing in court alongside her special counsel colleagues Andrew Weissmann and Greg Andres.

Notable cases:

Freeny was involved with the prosecution of a civil forfeiture case against the production company behind “The Wolf of Wall Street,” which was allegedly funded with laundered money from the Malaysian government. The Justice Department said the case led to the largest single action ever brought under the Kleptocracy Asset Recovery Initiative.

Freeny also defended the federal government in 2014 when 26 states filed a lawsuit challenging President Barack Obama’s executive orders on immigration, according to court filings.

What CNN Left Out – Per zerohedge, in 2012, Freeny gave $300 to Obama. In 2008, Freeny also gave $250 to Obama, FEC records show.

Jeannie Rhee

Rhee, a white-collar crime specialist focusing on government investigations, left the private firm WilmerHale to join Mueller’s team. During the Obama administration, she served as a deputy assistant attorney general in the Office of Legal Counsel, which can weigh some of the thorniest legal questions for the executive branch.

Role on Mueller team:

Rhee has been involved in the case against 13 Russian nationals and 3 Russian entities for allegedly meddling in the 2016 election by using social media to spread divisive political messages. She also worked on George Papadopoulos’ guilty plea, for lying to the FBI.

Notable cases:

Rhee has tried over 30 cases for the Department of Justice. During the Obama administration, she advised the White House and attorney general on criminal law, executive privilege and other legal matters, according to her biography on the Council of Korean Americans website.

Rhee represented Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton in a lawsuit about her private emails, and she also represented the Clinton Foundation in a civil racketeering case that was later dismissed.

Rhee also represented President Barack Obama’s deputy national security adviser Ben Rhodes during the House Benghazi Committee’s investigation into the deadly 2012 terrorist attack in Libya.

What CNN Left Out – Per zerohedge Rhee donated $5,400 to Hillary Clinton in 2015 and 2016, according to FEC records. The records show she gave $2,500 each to Obama for America and Obama Victory Fund 2012 in 2011. The fact that she is even on the team after representing the Clinton Foundation is shocking!

Brian Richardson

Brian Richardson clerked for Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer during the October 2016 term, before joining Mueller’s team in July 2017. A graduate of Yale Law School, Richardson previously worked for judges in the US district court in Brooklyn and the 2nd US Circuit Court of Appeals, according to Above the Law.

Role on Mueller team:

Richardson appeared in court alongside special counsel colleagues Andrew Weissmann, Greg Andres and Kyle Freeny for the plea hearing of Dutch lawyer Alex van der Zwaan in February 2018. Van der Zwaan pleaded guilty to lying to investigators about his discussions with former Trump campaign aide Rick Gates.

What CNN Left Out – Unknown but based on the rest of the team and his work with Weissmann, he undoubtedly has conflicts as well.

Brandon Van Grack

Brandon Van Grack served in the Justice Department’s National Security Division. He prosecuted counter-espionage cases in the department’s Counterintelligence and Export Control Section.

Role on Mueller team:

Van Grack is one of the lawyers on Mueller’s team that handled the Flynn investigation and guilty plea. He is overseeing Flynn’s case in court.

Notable cases:

Van Grack has been involved in several high-profile cyber and counter-terrorism cases, including the prosecution of a Kosovo hacker who gave personal information of US service members to ISIS. The hacker, Ardit Ferizi, was sentenced to 20 years in prison, according to a DOJ press release.

Van Grack also helped prosecute a US government employee who took home classified documents that contained national defense information. National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency employee Mohan L. Nirala was found guilty after federal agents made a forced entry into his home and discovered over 500 pages of classified documents in his basement, according to a DOJ press release.

IMF Approves $411Million in Emergency COVID-19 Funding for Ethiopia

The International Monetary Fund (IMF) said in a statement on Thursday that it has approved emergency funding of $411 million for Ethiopia to help the country address the effects of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

"Ethiopia is facing a pronounced economic slowdown and an urgent balance of payments need owing to the COVID-19 pandemic", the statement said. "To address this urgent need, the IMF approved US$411 million emergency assistance for Ethiopia under the Rapid Financing Instrument. The country will also benefit from IMF debt service relief under the Catastrophe Containment and Relief Trust".

On Tuesday, the International Monetary Fund approved $3.4 billion in emergency funding for Nigeria amid the novel coronavirus pandemic and the collapse of oil prices that severely affected the country.

Earlier this month, the IMF said it was providing some $100 billion as a short-term liquidity line to more than 100 countries requiring emergency financing due to hardship caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Africa alone faced a budget shortfall of $44 billion due to economic stress from the pandemic, according to a joint World Bank-IMF statement on 17 April.

Michigan House Won’t Extend State of Emergency, Votes to Sue Gov. Gretchen Whitmer Instead

The Michigan House of Representatives declined to extend Gov. Gretchen Whitmer’s state of emergency another 28 days, and instead voted on Thursday to sue her.

Whitmer’s initial state of emergency order, which is separate from the stay-at-home order, expires on Thursday and requires legislative action to be lengthened.

Negotiations on that front fell apart on Wednesday when Whitmer refused to make any concessions on the matter, asserting she has the ultimate control of emergencies.

So the House voted to authorize Speaker Lee Chatfield to sue the governor, saying Whitmer’s “unchecked and undemocratic approach” is not the best way, ABC 12 reported.

“The current status quo relies on one-size-fits-all edicts that unfairly punish millions of people across the state without giving them any recourse or voice in the process,” Chatfield said.

“The people deserve a better solution, and we can provide it.”

The House also passed a resolution restricting a governor’s state of emergency declarations to 14 days. Whitmer has vowed to veto that legislation.

Hundreds of protesters gathered outside the capitol and demanded the state be reopened.

“We want Michigan open, we want Michigan back to work,” Jason Howland, one of the protest organizers, told Fox 17.

“We put the event together, we put it on Facebook, and we heard that they were taking down events that had to do with protests or rallies against the wishes of Whitmer,” he said.

Facebook confirmed it removed the protest page “because the event would have defied government guidance on social distancing,” the site reported.

“If I go to a protest social distancing and follow the rules created by the people I’m protesting against, I look pretty silly at the end of the day I feel,” Howland said.

State Sen. Dayna Polehanki, a Democrat from Livonia, posted on Twitter that “men with rifles” were in the Senate gallery and “yelling at us.”

SHOWDOWN: OC Sheriff Will Not Enforce Order After Crazed Dem Governor Newsom Announces “Hard Close” of All Orange County Beaches

This is not about a virus.

Crazed Democrat Governor Gavin Newsom on Thursday retaliated against the citizens of his state and closed all beaches in Orange County.

Newsom announced Thursday a “hard close” of all beaches in Orange County and called out Newport specifically after tens of thousands flocked to the OC shoreline amid a heatwave last weekend.

“We can’t see images like we saw, particularly on Saturday, in Newport Beach and elsewhere.” Newsom said on Thursday “the conditions last week, the images we saw at a few of our beaches were disturbing.”

“People that are congregating there that weren’t practicing physical distancing that may go back to their community outside of Orange County and may not even know that they contracted the disease and now they put other people at risk, put our hospital system at risk,” he said.

The Orange County Sheriff said his department’s intention “is to not take enforcement action on this order. But again, I haven’t seen it yet.”

Other California Sheriffs also announced they will not be enforcing Newsom’s unconstitutional order.

“As Sheriff, I am the protector of constitutional rights in Humboldt County,” Sheriff William Honsal said, “and if an order is issued that I believe violates our constitutional rights, I will not enforce it.”

200 Legislators Urge Trump and Governors To ‘Safely Reopen American Society’

Over 200 legislators from the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC) signed onto a letter Thursday urging both President Donald Trump and state governors to “safely reopen American society” as the coronavirus pandemic continues to threaten American jobs and businesses.

Over the last six weeks, nearly 30 million Americans applied for unemployment insurance as thousands of businesses continue to shut their doors unable to sustain operations with sweeping stay-at-home orders still in place in many states.

The group includes dozens of state legislators along with Tea Party Patriots, FreedomWorks, and R Street Institute.

“We need to safely open state economies and restart the American economic engine that was firing on all cylinders prior to the pandemic,” said Jonathan Williams, ALEC Executive Vice President of Policy and Chief Economist. “To expedite our national economic recovery, policymakers should embrace proven free market methods to enhance our competitiveness such as tax relief, deregulation and lawsuit reform. This approach will protect our communities and get America safely back to work.”

The letter emphasizes the need for the country to restore American principles, including limiting the federal government’s power over its citizens. Further, it advocates for “tax relief, deregulation, and lawsuit reform.”

The Trump administration recently released a phased model that state legislators can choose to adopt when they’re ready to reopen their economies, which ALEC’s supporters say is key to maintaining our country’s system of federalism.

States implementing harsh enforcement measures in their efforts to slow the spread of the virus, such as ‘arresting, fining, or harassing’ citizens, the group argues, are violating citizens’ “constitutional protections.”

“For the first time in American history, a national crisis is being addressed through decentralization — with a focus on federalism,” said ALEC CEO Lisa B. Nelson. “One size does not fit all, and we urge the President and our nation’s governors to return society to normal as quickly as possible using the approach and criteria that best fits their circumstances.”

Dozens of Illegal Aliens Found Sealed In Tractor Trailer In Texas

LAREDO, TEXAS – U.S. Border Patrol agents discovered 36 individuals inside a sealed tractor trailer during a failed human smuggling attempt at the Border Patrol checkpoint on Interstate 35 (I-35).

The incident occurred on the morning of April 30, when a white commercial tractor hauling a white trailer approached the I-35 checkpoint. After an immigration inspection of the driver, a non-intrusive scan of the tractor-trailer revealed several individuals being smuggled inside the trailer.

Agents cut the trailer seal and searched its interior. They discovered 36 individuals all illegally present in the United States, from the countries of Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras and Ecuador. All were evaluated by an Emergency Medical Technician at the time of encounter. None required immediate medical attention. The 36 individuals and the driver, a U.S. Citizen, were taken into custody pending further investigation.

This afternoon Judge Emmet Sullivan unsealed an additional 11-pages of documents showing more background information about how the FBI was targeting former National Security Advisor General Michael Flynn. [Court pdf Here] Also embedded below.

The release today is even more revealing than the handwritten notes released last night; and specifically President Obama’s “by the book” statement on January 5, 2017, takes on an entirely new light. They may not realize it yet, but this release implicates Obama.

Within the release we discover an “Electronic Communication” or “EC” from the Washington FBI field office recommending to close the FBI investigation of General Flynn on January 4, 2017, due to “no derogatory information.” However, FBI Agent Peter Strzok immediately responds to the FBI team [main headquarters] saying: “don’t do it yet’… and the plot unfolds.

There are FBI codenames within the release that need some explanation prior to review:

Crossfire Hurricane (CH) is the overall investigation that began in July 2016

Crossfire Typhoon (CT) is George Papadopoulos.

Crossfire Razor (CR) is Michael Flynn.

Cross Wind is still unknown. [Could be a person, or a subset of the case]

Lets take a walk through the information starting with the FBI electronic communication.

First it is valuable to note three points from the first page:

“DOJSCO” – The Special Counsel Office had this information from the outset. That means everyone in/around the Mueller investigation already knew this information. That also means that Deputy AG Rod Rosenstein was aware of it.

Pay close attention to the dates. This EC was written on January 4, 2017. Dates are critical. When you compare the text messages and emails from Peter Strzok and other participants always refer to the dates to tell the big story.

Note the framework for the investigation itself was centered around Michael Flynn violating FARA (Foreign Agent Registration Act) laws based on a fraudulent premise of Flynn working for Russian interests. The FBI using FARA is a critical point. FARA was used as the primary justification by the DOJ and FBI for all political surveillance.

Outraged relatives flocked to a Brooklyn funeral home Thursday following the horrifying revelation that decomposing bodies were found piled up in un-refrigerated rental trucks outside and lying on the facility’s floor.

Tamisha Covington broke down in tears upon leaving the storefront business of Andrew T. Cleckley Funeral Services in Flatlands, saying she got “no responses, no answers” about the body of her mom, who died April 9.

“They charged me $15,000 to lay my mother to rest and what am I getting out of the $15,000?” she said.

“I’m getting her body being in a U-Haul truck for however long. I’m buying dresses, I’m trying to work with these people to see the last viewing of my mother … and no contact, no nothing.”

Covington said her mother, Deborah Harris, 60, died in her arms at home after suffering a heart attack.

Harris wasn’t tested for the coronavirus but has been classified as a victim of the killer respiratory illness, Covington said.

“They said, within two weeks they would have my mother buried,” she said.

“This is too much on humanity. I’m really hurt. I don’t even know what I’m looking for other than the fact that I expect to lay my mother down properly with respect and at a reasonable time.”

A man who gave his name as Peter said he tried in vain to find out what had happened to his late ex-wife, who was brought to the funeral home Friday.

He said he was told at the time that “the refrigerators were filled and they were going to embalm her.”

“They just wanted to know that it wasn’t going to be conflicting with any religious whatever,” he said.

“And now they are saying she was in the refrigerator as soon as they brought her here on Friday, so I don’t know.”

Peter said he told a woman inside the business that he wanted to “see what condition” the body was in, but “she told me to come back later.”

“I’m frustrated. This is ridiculous,” he said.

‘The smell was overwhelming’: DOZENS of decomposing corpses found in non-refrigerated trucks at New York funeral home

Dozens of dead bodies were found inside moving trucks near a funeral home in New York City, discovered after neighbors complained of a sickening odor emanating from the vehicles, which may have stored the corpses for weeks.

Residents of Brooklyn’s Flatlands neighborhood had tried to ignore the stench, but on Wednesday police were finally called to investigate its source, stumbling upon 50 rotting corpses stacked inside four non-refrigerated trucks at the Andrew T. Cleckley Funeral Home. Some residents told local media they’d noticed the odor for several weeks.

“They were unloading bodies. They had bodies all over the floor inside the funeral home. They came out one by one, blood dripping,” one local man told a New York CBS affiliate, adding that he saw funeral home workers moving the corpses without masks or gloves.

President of the Brooklyn borough, Eric Adams, said he arrived at the Cleckley facility on Wednesday evening to see what looked like a crime scene, with streets sealed off as officers inspected the trucks.

“It appears the truck was full. They were trying to use U-Haul as a backup” Adams said, adding: “This is traumatizing to family members.”

New York City has been the country’s worst-hit hotspot for Covid-19 for some time, seeing over 164,000 infections and some 18,000 deaths, according to data gathered by Johns Hopkins University. The health crisis has put abnormal strain on the city’s morgues and funeral homes, many of which are quickly running out of storage space for bodies. Though the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has provided refrigerated morgue trucks to deal with the excess deaths, some facilities are still struggling to cope with the influx of corpses.

The owner of the facility told authorities he had done his best to deal with the overwhelming flow of bodies, attempting to load the trucks with ice, but to little effect. Though he was slapped with two citations for the improper storage, the owner faces no criminal charges, according to NBC News.

Police say the bodies were transferred to a refrigerated vehicle later on Wednesday, but added it was not clear how many of the deceased had succumbed to the coronavirus, as opposed to other causes.

The coronavirus pandemic has claimed over 60,000 lives in the US, crossing the grim milestone of one million infections nationwide earlier this week. Though federal health officials have pointed to falling numbers in some of the country’s worst hotspots, the outbreak continues to inflict thousands of daily fatalities, with tens of thousands still contracting the virus each day.

France: 50 Chechens storm migrant reception center and attack ‘African rivals’

Four people were left with injuries on Friday night after a group of 50 Chechens armed with sticks, bats, and iron bars stormed the migrant reception center in Barberey-Saint-Sulpice, France.

The old Fast Hotel, now a facility which houses migrants and asylum seekers, became a “war scene” after 50 Chechens rushed in to confront and “kill” African rivals living at facility, according to testimony given by a security guard and former soldier who works at the establishment.

“They had sticks, bats, sticks, iron bars, they were running all over the place. They ran to the Africans, they were there to kill,” Philippe, the security guard at the reception center.

Apparently, while the blows were being exchanged between the Chechens and Africans, Philippe and his colleagues attempted to hide one the men who the intruders had been looking for, French regional newspaper L’Est Éclair reports.

As the Chechens were leaving the facility, one of them stopped and struck Philippe over the head with an iron bar, injuring him seriously but not causing him to lose consciousness.

“He told me that I should be on their side and not on that of the Africans,” Philippe recounted.

Shortly after, gendarmes arrived and the situation’s intensity began to subside. At the end of the ordeal, four victims were identified: two security guards and two African residents who had been living at the facility. Only three of the Chechen home invaders were arrested while the rest managed to flee the scene before police arrived.

Since the attack, the reception center has been emptied and the migrants have been relocated to another site which is regularly monitored by police. The investigation is ongoing.

ARMED DEMOSTRATORS STORM MICHIGAN STATE CAPITOL

Lawmakers were seen wearing bulletproof vests as armed protesters stormed Michigan's Capitol in Lansing just moments before the state's House of Representatives denied Gov Gretchen Whitmer's request to extend her state of emergency.

Photos from inside the Michigan House Chamber showed elected officials wearing bulletproof vests while men holding guns stood above them.

'Directly above me, men with rifles yelling at us. Some of my colleagues who own bullet proof vests are wearing them. I have never appreciated our Sergeants-at-Arms more than today,' Sen Dayna Polehanki tweeted Thursday afternoon.

In Michigan, guns are permitted inside the state's Capitol as long as they are visible and carried with lawful intent.

Protesters, who weren't wearing masks, were seen yelling within inches of officers from the Michigan State Police.

Others were heard chanting: 'Let us in! Let us in!' ...
