SPRINGFIELD, Mo. - The city of Springfield Mayor Ken McClure and Greene County Presiding Commissioner Bob Dixon and leaders announced a "stay-at-home" order.

The order goes into effect March 26 at 12:01 a.m. The order will last for thirty days.

Leaders ask you to stay at home unless you are considered an essential employee, shopping for essential services for goods or exercising outside. Major categories of essential businesses defined in the order include:

• Health care (doctors, dentists, nurses, hospitals, pharmacies, medical research facilities,

blood donation services, labs, etc);

• Food and drink production and distribution (including grocery stores, markets,

restaurants that offer food for carryout, liquor stores);

• Sanitation (including laundromats, dry cleaners, household and business cleaning

services and supply stores);

• Transportation (including railroads, airports, public transit, taxis and other private

transportation providers);

• Auto repair and service, including gas stations and auto supply stores;

• Financial Services (including banks, insurance providers, and professional services required to comply with legal and regulatory requirements);

Springfield Missouri Stay at Home Order FAQ

Why was this order issued?

The Stay-At-Home Emergency Order was issued to protect the health and safety of all residents of Springfield, with the goal of limiting the continued community spread of the novel coronavirus, COVID-19. It was issued based on the guidance of public health experts, as well as consultations with area medical leaders about the consequences of continued community spread of coronavirus in the Springfield metropolitan region on health care availability and access.

How long is the order in effect for?

The new emergency order will take effect at 12:01 AM on Thursday, March 26, 2020 and will remain in effect through 11:59 PM on April 24, 2020. The order will be evaluated on an ongoing basis and may be modified as circumstances change based on guidance from public health officials and other experts.

What does this order require?

The order requires Springfield residents to stay at home unless they are engaged in one of the essential activities specified in the order. Essential activities include working in an essential business, obtaining supplies or necessary services, seeking medical care, caring for a family member or loved one, and exercising and maintaining personal health. Individuals are strongly encouraged to practice physical distancing to the extent feasible while engaging in these activities, and to stay home if not engaging in one of these specific activities.

Will residents be subject to penalties such as arrest or citations for leaving their homes?

Residents can leave their residences to engage in essential activities, including exercising and maintaining personal health (walking/bicycling/running/etc.), working at an essential business, obtaining supplies or necessary services, or seeking medical care. We strongly urge Springfieldians to stay at home if they are not engaged in any of these essential activities as this will greatly aid efforts to stop the community spread of COVID-19. That said, there are penalties of up to a $1000 fine and our up to 180 days in jail.

The City strongly encourages all essential businesses to allow employees to work from home and to maintain social distancing to the extent feasible in continuing to carry out their operations.

My business does not fall under one of the categories deemed essential, can it remain open if health precautions are taken?

Non-essential businesses can continue operations that can be conducted from employees’ homes or places of rest. They can also continue minimum necessary activities to maintain the value of the business’s inventory and facilities and to ensure security, process payroll and employee benefits, or for related functions, as well as minimum necessary activities to facilitate employees of the business being able to continue to work remotely from their residences or places of rest, provided social distancing is maintained. Any operations that do not meet these requirements must be ceased.

There are 219 virus species that are known to be able to infect humans. The first of these to be discovered was yellow fever virus in 1901, and three to four new species are still being found every year. Extrapolation of the discovery curve suggests that there is still a substantial pool of undiscovered human virus species, although an apparent slow-down in the rate of discovery of species from different families may indicate bounds to the potential range of diversity. More than two-thirds of human

viruses can also infect non-human hosts, mainly mammals, and sometimes birds. Many specialist human viruses also have mammalian or avian origins. Indeed, a substantial proportion of mammalian viruses may be capable of crossing the species barrier into humans, although only around half of these are capable of being transmitted by humans and around half again of transmitting well enough to cause major outbreaks. A few possible predictors of species jumps can be identified, including the use of phylogenetically conserved cell receptors. It seems almost inevitable that new human viruses will continue to emerge, mainly from other mammals and birds, for the foreseeable future. For this reason, an effective global surveillance system for novel viruses is needed.

CONCLUSION

The lines of evidence described earlier combine to suggest the following tentative model of the emergence process for novel human viruses. First, humans are constantly exposed to a huge diversity of viruses, though those of others mammals (and perhaps birds) are of greatest importance. Moreover, these viruses are very genetically diverse and new genotypes, strains and species evolve rapidly (over periods of years or decades). A fraction of these viruses (both existing and newly evolved) are capable of infecting humans. It is not clear whether some of these human-infective viruses will already be capable of reaching higher levels of the pathogen pyramid—so-called ‘off-the-shelf’ pathogens—or whether subsequent evolution of their ability to infect and transmit from humans is usually required—‘tailor-made’. The distinction is potentially important as it implies different determinants of the rate of emergence of viruses with epidemic or pandemic potential: for off-the-shelf pathogens this rate is largely driven by the rate of human contact with a diversity of virus genotypes (possibly rare genotypes) within the non-human reservoir (i.e. ecology); for tailor-made viruses, the key variable is likely to be the rate of genetic adaptation within the new human host (i.e. evolution).

Whichever of these two models is correct (perhaps both), there is a clear implication that the emergence of new human viruses is a long-standing and ongoing biological process. Whether this process will eventually slow down or stop (if the bulk of new virus species constitute extant diversity) or whether it will continue indefinitely (if a significant proportion of newly discovered virus species are newly evolved) remains unclear, although this makes little difference to immediate expectations. There is a hint, from the slower accumulation of new virus families found in humans, that virus diversity may be bounded, but that does not preclude there being a much larger number of virus species ‘out there’ than we are currently aware of. If anthropogenic drivers of this process are important then it is possible that we are in the midst of a period of particularly rapid virus emergence and, in any case, with the advent of new virus detection technologies, we are very likely to be entering a period of accelerated virus discovery. The unavoidable conclusion is that we must anticipate the emergence and/or discovery of more new human viruses in the coming years and decades. By no means all of these will pose a serious risk to public health but, if the recent past is a reliable guide to the immediate future, it is very likely that some will.

The first line of defence against emerging viruses is effective surveillance. This topic has been widely discussed in recent years, but we will re-iterate a few key points here. Firstly, emerging viruses are everyone's problem: the ease with which viruses can disperse, potentially worldwide within days, coupled with the very wide geographical distribution of emergence events, means that a coordinated, global surveillance network is essential if we are to ensure rapid detection of novel viruses. This immediately highlights the enormous national and regional differences in detection capacity, with the vast majority of suitable facilities located in Europe or North America. Secondly, reporting of unusual disease events is patchy, even once detected, reflecting both governance issues and lack of incentives. Thirdly, we need to consider extending the surveillance effort to other mammal populations as well as humans, because these are the most likely source of new human viruses.

Improving the situation will require both political will and considerable investment in infrastructure, human capacity and new tools. However, the benefits are potentially enormous. It is possible to forestall an emerging disease event, as experience with SARS has shown. However, our ability to achieve this is closely linked to our ability to detect such an event, and deliver effective interventions, as rapidly as possible. A better understanding of the emergence of new human viruses as a biological and ecological process will allow us to refine our currently very crude notions of the kinds of pathogens, or the kinds of circumstances, we should be most concerned about, and so direct our efforts at detection and prevention more efficiently.

Pence stated that today during the Fox news interview. I believe that is when we enter into 10 days of darkness followed by the public reveal.

In Q post 25, Q states that "Proof to begin 11.3" mirror that to 3/11.

In Q post 26, Q states "once 11.3 verifies the first marker" mirror to 3/11

and that the "military is the only way".

Q post 15, "Podesta indicted 11.3 and Huma 11.6" mirror = 3/11. I believe Podesta as well as many celebrities were indicted on 3/11, hence all the crazy twitter videos and ankle monitors as well as David Spade saying whatever happens to Tom Hanks happens to us.

Q Post 97 says we then have 10 days of darkness (check calendar proof).

This is Big, Here is why

Q Post 790 states that, "Define the End, The Day of Reckoning is upon us, John 3:16. This refers back to the verse at the bottom of post 34.

Q constantly says it will be Biblical

Q says the end, the day of Reckoning is John 3:16, and posts 4-10-20 after the verse on seperate q notes.

OK so John 3:16 refers to the cross where Jesus died. This is celebrated on Good Friday by the world. Guess what day Good friday is this year? You guessed it 4/10/20!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After the 10 days of darkness (I believe this refers to a government shutdown) that govt shutdown is being setup now by "sick" Republican Senators. When Congress shuts down the military takes over. As you look at the calendar proof you see 4/10/20 is the day PODESTA is arrested publicly and the day that POTUS announces it to the masses. This is the reason why Trump says things start to get easier after Easter (4/13).

Side note: Vendor rep of the shop where I am employed called ahead today for tomorrow's scheduled stock check/order to check on our "Social distancing" practices (to avoid our customer waiting area) and to tell our owner to really review for stuff we might need in case of interruption. "Occam's razor".... We have it all and it shouldn't be a huge surprise, but I too am anxious as hell anymore, and nothing to do with COVID19 either.

European Union ministers say they have approved beginning membership talks with North Macedonia and Albania, with a top German official calling it "good news in these gloomy times."

Opinions.

This specific line of "US Intelligence controlled who [after WW2]?".

Given its placement, it's beginning to sound like Hitler to me.

But does that mean everything he's done after the war has been a "plant" into the cabal's orgs?

Or was he just a guy who turned on his masters during the war and then went back to them after-if he ever did even turn on them?
