Ok anons, hear me out on this,
The militarys of the world did not just start researching bioweapons recently. The case can and has been made on these very forums that the plague was deliberately imported to europe to decimate the population.
Now we have, in modern times, at least two or three nasty things escaping labs not counting winnie the flu. Lyme, fibromyalgia, and a few others I forget off the top of my head.
Now think mil planning. You know for a fact other countries are working on things just as nasty. How do you protect your population? You are already working on viruses etc, not a stretch to make a "cold" or "flu" that basically vaccinates the population against the things you know the enemy is working on. Why? well, vacinating would never be quick enough. So you hear of some fuck up countries pandemic beta getting out, then you seed the.. lets call it the antidote virus, at your train stations, your airports, your food distribution points... no need to get them all, as the numbers have ben run 30 years ago and the plan is sitting there in a binder already.
The US Mil's antidote virus was likely out before chinkland even announced the problem because the NSA knew weeks before that.
So anything that happens here in amirfat land will be brief, or theatre.

These China Air Lines flights are all regularly scheduled commercial flights.
Thinking that there are persons on-board the passenger manifest that are important to the chinese military as they do not seem to use it's own military aircraft to transport military personnel. At least ones that can be seen via ADS-B. They are not always classified this way and ADS-B takes a submitted profile from each aircraft and places that in it's platform. They do not have a say in how each one is classified

14 Americans aboard evacuation plane from Japan stricken with coronavirus
Fourteen Americans being evacuated by plane from Japan to the US after disembarking a cruise ship have tested positive for the coronavirus, officials said early Monday.
The infected were among a group of over 300 US citizens who were allowed off the coronavirus-stricken Diamond Princess cruise ship Sunday, according to the US State Department.
US officials said they learned of the positive test results as the evacuees were preparing to return to America on two chartered Boeing 747s.
“These individuals were moved in the most expeditious and safe manner to a specialized containment area on the evacuation aircraft to isolate them in accordance with standard protocols,” the statement said.
“During the flights, these individuals will continue to be isolated from the other passengers.”
One flight is headed to Travis Air Force Base in California and the other to Lackland Air Force Base in Texas, the Defense Department said.
It’s unclear whether the coronavirus patients were traveling on one or both planes.
The group was said to be screened for symptoms of the novel coronavirus before they were allowed to board the planes.
Officials said that upon arrival, all passengers will undergo an additional 14-day quarantine.
