Bats, Gene Editing and Bioweapons: Recent DARPA Experiments Raise Concerns Amid Coronavirus Outbreak

DARPA recently spent millions on research involving bats and coronaviruses, as well as gene editing “bioweapons” prior to the recent coronavirus outbreak. Now, “strategic allies” of the agency have been chosen to develop a genetic material-based vaccine to halt the potential epidemic.

As concerns about the future of the ongoing outbreak have grown, so too have the number of theories speculating about the outbreak’s origin, many of which blame a variety of state actors and/or controversial billionaires. This has inevitably led to efforts to clamp down on “misinformation” related to the coronavirus outbreak from both mainstream media outlets and major social media platforms.

However, while many of these theories are clearly speculative, there is also verifiable evidence regarding the recent interest of one controversial U.S. government agency in novel coronaviruses, specifically those transmitted from bats to humans. That agency, the Pentagon’s Defense Advanced Research Project Agency (DARPA), began spending millions on such research in 2018 and some of those Pentagon-funded studies were conducted at known U.S. military bioweapons labs bordering China and resulted in the discovery of dozens of new coronavirus strains as recently as last April. Furthermore, the ties of the Pentagon’s main biodefense lab to a virology institute in Wuhan, China — where the current outbreak is believed to have begun — have been unreported in English language media thus far.

Impeachment Manager Hakeem Jeffries Says Clinton Use of Steele Dossier Not Foreign Election Interference Because Dossier “Was Purchased” (VIDEO)

This is peak 2020 Democrat hypocrisy.

Impeachment manager Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) on Thursday was asked whether the Clinton campaign’s use of the Steele Dossier in 2016 would be considered impeachable under the Dems’ standard.

Hakeem Jeffries said no because the Steele dossier was opposition research that “was purchased.”

What a disaster for the Democrats!

So if Hillary Clinton won the 2016 election, the legitimacy of her victory would not be in question by the Democrats even though she paid a former British spy to compile a dossier using Russian intel sources.

In other words, foreign interference in US elections is fine as long as you are a Democrat and you pay for it.

As the impeachment trial of the president begins, fidelity to the U.S. Constitution demands the chief justice decline any invitation or inclination to break a tie vote should one occur; not only does the Constitution not grant him such power but, in fact, the Constitution grants that exclusive power and authority to a different constitutional officer.

Hypotheticals and wishful thinking currently abound in certain quarters concerning the role of Chief Justice John Roberts in presiding over the impeachment trial. Such speculation usually involves the chief justice being called upon to break a tie vote on a procedural matter (such as calling witnesses or which witnesses to allow), together with a certain desired outcome depending upon where one stands in the political spectrum.

Notwithstanding the siren songs of the Washington establishment and media hoping the chief justice will cast a tie-breaking vote against the president’s interests, the chief justice has a chance to demonstrate judicial restraint and the primacy of the Constitution if called upon to cast such a vote. Such action is not accomplished through impartially casting a tie-breaking vote in favor of one political party over the other, or in favor of the House managers or the president. Instead, to be true to the Constitution, the chief justice must refuse to cast any tie-breaking vote whatsoever.

With respect to an impeachment trial of the president, the only authority the Constitution grants a chief justice is to preside over the trial; the Constitution does not grant him any vote in the process. And if Chief Justice Roberts were to cast a tie-breaking vote in the Senate, not only would he be assuming a power not granted to him by the Constitution, but he would, in fact, be usurping and violating the right and prerogative expressly granted to another person by the Constitution.

New clean water rule is a big win for farmers and for everyone else

I’m sure that many missed the important news, but, last week, amid the impeachment trial, a water management policy reform was announced that will bring a huge positive impact for farmers like me. My husband and I have run our family farm for nearly 13 years now. Our farm is close to Chesapeake Bay and less than a mile from the Patuxent River. These are important places to us because our four children play in these waters. We enjoy seafood harvested from the watershed, and our local economy depends on the businesses, industry, and tourism that surround Chesapeake Bay.

But, for the last four years, the agriculture industry has had to deal with a painful, overreaching federal water and land management policy. In 2015, the Obama administration’s Environmental Protection Agency implemented its Waters of the United States rule, which allowed federal agencies to regulate small land features across America that only sometimes contained water. These areas had been already successfully managed by local and state governments, but the Obama administration changed the rules to give the federal government control of all of them. The 1972 Clean Water Act, a law governing pollution control and water quality of America’s waterways, established a regulatory partnership between the federal and state governments. It was originally intended to protect navigable waterways such as lakes, streams, and rivers, but the Obama administration’s rule went much further. The Waters of the U.S. rule was extremely problematic for farmers like me because it created ambiguity and confusion about what we were allowed to do with our land. Rolling hills make our farm picturesque, but they also contain marshlands and ditches that are sometimes dry and sometimes filled with water after a rainfall. Under the Waters of the U.S. rule, the EPA could take years to investigate us over a small rain ditch or pond on my farm. In the meantime, we wouldn’t be able to make changes to that area of the farm. In some cases, we might have been prevented from grazing animals nearby. The rule complicated the business and legacy that thousands of small farmers have mindfully built and preserved. Even more worrisome, I believe that complicated federal regulations such as the Waters of the U.S. rule discourage younger generations from continuing in the family farm business.

The Trump administration finally and officially changed Obama's defunct regulation last week by implementing its own, the Navigable Waters Protection Rule. Specifically, it clarifies that the federal government should oversee actual bodies of water, like bays and lakes. It leaves it to state and local governments to regulate features that only contain water in direct response to rainfall, groundwater, many ditches, including most farm and roadside ditches, prior converted cropland, and farm and stock watering ponds. This is a big win for farmers and ranchers, providing them clarity and leaving local and state governments with the flexibility to regulate in ways that make sense in the context of the local community.

The Boys and Girls Being Sold for Sex 20 Times a Day

There can only be one winner emerging from this year’s Super Bowl LIV showdown between the San Francisco 49ers and the Kansas City Chiefs, but the biggest losers will be the hundreds of young girls and boys—some as young as 9 years old—who will be bought and sold for sex during the course of the big game.

It’s common to refer to this evil practice, which has become the fastest growing business in organized crime and the second most-lucrative commodity traded illegally after drugs and guns as child sex trafficking, but what we’re really talking about is rape.

Adults purchase children for sex at least 2.5 million times a year in the United States.

It’s not just young girls who are vulnerable to these predators, either.

According to a USA Today investigative report, “boys make up about 36% of children caught up in the U.S. sex industry (about 60% are female and less than 5% are transgender males and females).”

Consider this: every two minutes, a child is exploited in the sex industry.

In Georgia alone, it is estimated that 7,200 men (half of them in their 30s) seek to purchase sex with adolescent girls each month, averaging roughly 300 a day.

On average, a child might be raped by 6,000 men during a five-year period.

It is estimated that at least 100,000 children—girls and boys—are bought and sold for sex in the U.S. every year, with as many as 300,000 children in danger of being trafficked each year. Some of these children are forcefully abducted, others are runaways, and still others are sold into the system by relatives and acquaintances.

Child rape has become Big Business in America.

This is an industry that revolves around cheap sex on the fly, with young girls and women who are sold to 50 men each day for $25 apiece, while their handlers make $150,000 to $200,000 per child each year.

This is not a problem found only in big cities.

It’s happening everywhere, right under our noses, in suburbs, cities and towns across the nation.

As Ernie Allen of the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children points out, “The only way not to find this in any American city is simply not to look for it.”

Don’t fool yourselves into believing that this is merely a concern for lower income communities or immigrants.

It’s not.

It is estimated that there are 100,000 to 150,000 under-aged child sex workers in the U.S. These girls aren’t volunteering to be sex slaves. They’re being lured—forced—trafficked into it. In most cases, they have no choice. Every transaction is rape.

Ukrainian ex-Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin has demanded that the State Bureau of Investigations (SBI) open criminal proceedings against former U.S. Vice President Joseph Biden for illegal influence on him as the prosecutor general of Ukraine.

“I ask you to register a criminal offense against me in the Unified Register of Pretrial Investigations by a U.S. citizen, Joseph Biden, which happened on the territory of Ukraine and abroad, namely, interference with the activities of a law enforcement officer, the responsibility for which is provided for in Part 2 of Article 343 of Ukraine’s Criminal Code. Immediately start a pretrial investigation and give written instructions to SBI investigators,” Shokin said in a statement to the acting SBI director delivered by Shokin’s lawyers.

Shokin said he agreed to resign as prosecutor general of Ukraine due to Biden pressure.

“During the last months of 2015 and the first of 2016, Joseph Biden, using his official position, personally paid official visits to Ukraine several times with the aim of holding negotiations with the state leaders on my removal from my post. As a result, he curtailed an objective investigation criminal proceedings on the facts of unlawful activities of persons associated with the company Burisma Holdings Limited (Cyprus), including the son of the specified high-ranking official,” Shokin said.

Shokin said Biden demanded that he be fired in exchange for the unhindered provision of Ukraine with a U.S. state guarantee in the amount of $1 billion.

Shokin said Biden’s actions can be considered as pressure according to the scientific and legal conclusion of the International Law Association of April 18, 2017, provided by Doctor of Law, Professor [Oleksandr] Merezhko, currently Vice President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE).

Facts about Biden’s illegal influence against Shokin are confirmed by the results of an independent international journalistic investigation, named “UkraineGate,” conducted and published by the French Internet publication Les-Crises.fr.

Remind me again why Trump was originally investigated for impeachment, I mean after Russiagate.

Sinema unloads $33K from controversial donor

Congresswoman Kyrsten Sinema has quietly donated $33,800 to charity to erase her ties to Ed Buck, a prominent Democratic donor who has come under scrutiny after a male escort died of a drug overdose at his California home last year.

For Sinema, it is at least the second round of campaign cash cleansing in less than a year. In April, she donated to charity $53,400, the amount she received from those with ties to Backpage.com, a website that authorities say knowingly accepting ads offering sex with underage girls.

The latest problem involves the death of Gemmel Moore, a 26-year-old homeless man whom the Los Angeles Times described as a male escort who overdosed in Buck's West Hollywood apartment in July.

In November, Sinema's campaign gave $18,800 to UMOM New Day Center, a charity to help the homeless. At the same time, her Getting Stuff Done political-action committee also gave UMOM $15,000.
