* Global Election Systems (GES) software developed by a guy named Jeffrey Dean around maybe 1999.

* He developed voting software for GES out of accounting software. But probably has many backdoors - because he was also a convicted embezzler/hacker who was hired after a four-year prison sentence.

* By 2001, had become Senior VP of GES and had 1.6m shares of stock (more than anyone else) - right before the company was sold to Diebold.

* Stuck around as a consultant, but always a shadowy figure.

* Supposedly, he later parted ways with Diebold and/or Dominion. No one is sure what became of him.

* But there is a guy named Sean Dean who worked for Dominion in 2010. Same guy?? Nobody knows.

Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer faces possible impeachment proceedings for corrupt conduct

Three Republican members of Michigan’s House of Representatives introduced a resolution for impeachment against Democratic Gov. Gretchen Whitmer Wednesday, following the state’s plan to enforce new coronavirus-related restrictions.

Today I introduced Articles of Impeachment against Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer, Rep. Beau LaFave said on twitter Wednesday.

The four articles of impeachment against Gov. Whitmer include failing to respect the separation of powers by exercising power granted to the legislative branch, violating the constitutional rights of the people of Michigan, issuing executive orders against the interests of the people and state, and using state resources to reward political allies, he added.

LaFave, along with Representatives Matt Maddock and Daire Rendon, issued the resolution claiming the governor has guilty of corrupt conduct in office and crimes and misdemeanors after she and the Department of Health and Human Services issued a three-week order limiting indoor social gatherings starting Wednesday.

Hitachi to unload metals unit as US investors circle

Bain Capital and KKR among potential bidders for Hitachi Metals

Hitachi has begun accepting bids for listed unit Hitachi Metals, Nikkei has learned, looking to unload what was once considered a core subsidiary as it nears the end of a major group realignment.

Big American investment funds including Bain Capital and KKR are reportedly considering offers. Hitachi, which owns roughly 53% of the unit, plans to narrow down the candidates within the month in preparation for choosing a buyer.

Hitachi is restructuring the group toward a growth strategy centering on information technology, and Hitachi Metals, whose strengths include specialty steel for autos and aircraft, is seen as having little synergy with this new direction. Hitachi also plans to sell half its 51% stake in Hitachi Construction Machinery as part of this realignment.

Because Hitachi Metals produces materials for defense equipment, there have been concerns about the prospect of its sale to a foreign buyer. The public-private Japan Investment Corp. could partner with funds that bid for the company to create a Japanese-American consortium.

Hitachi Metals was once considered one of Hitachi's three main units, along with Hitachi Chemical, which was acquired by Showa Denko in April, and Hitachi Cable, which was absorbed by Hitachi Metals in 2013.

The metal manufacturer is expected to report a net loss of 46 billion yen ($443 million) for the fiscal year ending in March, amid a slump in the auto industry on top of a scandal involving falsified quality control test reports that came to light in April. The company announced a turnaround plan last month that includes cutting about 10% of its personnel by fiscal 2021.

The numbers: New U.S. applications for state unemployment benefits rose in mid-November for the first time in more than a month, pointing to added stress on the economy from a record increase in coronavirus cases.

Initial jobless claims increased by a seasonally adjusted 31,000 to 742,000 in the seven days ended Nov. 14. Economists polled by MarketWatch had forecast initial jobless claims to total 710,000. Another 320,237 people applied for benefits through a temporary federal-relief program that expires at the end of the year, the government said Thursday. The combined number of new state and federal jobless claims have yet to fall below 1 million a week since the onset of the pandemic. The number of people already collecting state-provided benefits, meanwhile, fell by 429,000 to a seasonally adjusted 6.37million in the week ended Nov. 7. These are known as continuing claims. Federal continuing claims rose by an unadjusted 233,458 to 4.38 million in the week ended Oct. 31, the latest data available .

The number of people receiving these federal benefits has more than tripled since August, underscoring the fragile nature of the labor market. A growing number of workers still can’t go back to work and face the permanent loss of their jobs. Others simply can’t find anything available.

Altogether, the number of people receiving benefits from eight separate state and federal programs declined by 841,245 to an unadjusted 20.3 million as of Oct. 31. It’s unclear how many people exhausted benefits or found work.

Billionaire venture capitalist Peter Thiel has joined AbCellera Biologics Inc's board of directors, the Canadian antibody therapy developer said on Thursday.

Thiel, who has backed several startups as they went public, is an existing investor in AbCellera. The September 2020 study collected the most recent registration data posted online by the states themselves. This data was then compared to the Census Bureau’s most recent five-year population estimates, gathered by the American Community Survey (ACS) from 2014 through 2018. ACS surveys are sent to 3.5 million addresses each month, and its five-year estimates are considered to be the most reliable estimates outside of the decennial census.

Judicial Watch’s latest study is necessarily limited to 37 states that post regular updates to their registration data. Certain state voter registration lists may also be even larger than reported, because they may have excluded “inactive voters” from their data. Inactive voters, who may have moved elsewhere, are still registered voters and may show up and vote on election day and/or request mail-in ballots....

DENVER (CBS4) – Police in Denver are searching for a man who is accused if sexually assaulting a child. They are asking for the public’s help in both identifying him and locating him.

The crime happened earlier this year, and police only know that the man goes by the name “Tono.” They released an image of him and hope someone who knows him will contact them.

9 Key Points from Trump Campaign Press Conference on Challenges to Election Results

1. Observers were allegedly prevented from watching mail-in ballots being opened. Giuliani said that many mail-in ballots were opened without observers being able to check that they were properly signed, a key protection against fraud. Those votes, he said, were “null and void,” especially where the envelopes had been discarded, making recounts useless.

2. Allegedly unequal application of the law in Democratic counties. In Pennsylvania, whose state supreme court created new, relaxed voting rules before the election, Giuliani alleged that absentee voters in Democratic counties were allowed to “cure” defects in their ballots, while voters in Republican counties, which obeyed the state law as written, were not.

3. Voters allegedly arrived at the polls to discover other people had voted for them. Giuliani said that many provisional ballots cast in Pittsburgh were submitted by people who showed up to vote in person, only to be told that they had voted already. He alleged that Democrats had filled out absentee ballots for other people, hoping they would not show up.

4. Election officials were allegedly told not to look for defects in ballots, and to backdate ballots. Giuliani cited an affidavit from an official who swore she was told not to exclude absentee ballots for defects, and to backdate ballots so they would not appear to have been received after Election Day, to avoid a Supreme Court order to sequester those ballots.

5. Ballots casting votes for Joe Biden and no other candidates were allegedly run several times through machines. Giuliani said that there were 60 witnesses in Michigan who would attest to ballots being “produced” quickly and counted twice or thrice. He said that a minimum of 60,000 ballots, and a maximum of 100,000 ballots, were allegedly affected.

6. Absentee ballots were accepted in Wisconsin without being applied for first. Giuliani noted that Wisconsin state law was stricter regarding absentee ballots than most other states are, yet alleged that 60,000 absentee ballots were counted in the Milwaukee area, and 40,000 in the Madison area, without having been applied for properly by the voters who cast them.

7. There were allegedly “overvotes,” with some precincts allegedly recording more voters than residents, among other problems. Giuliani said there was an unusually large number of overvotes in precincts in Michigan and in Wisconsin, which he alleged was the reason that Republicans on the Wayne County Board of Canvassers had refused to certify the results there this week. He also alleged that there were some out-of-state voters in Georgia, and people who had cast votes twice there.

8. Voting machines and software are allegedly owned by companies with ties to the Venezuelan regime and to left-wing donor George Soros. Sidney Powell argued that U.S. votes were being counted overseas, and that Dominion voting machines and Smartmatic software were controlled by foreign interests, manipulating algorithms to change the results. Powell noted specifically that Smartmatic’s owners included two Venezuelan nationals, whom she alleged had ties to the regime of Hugo Chavez and Nicolas Maduro. The legal team alleged that there were statistical anomalies, such as huge batches of votes for Biden, that could not be explained except as manipulation — which, they alleged, happened in the wee hours of the morning as vote-counting had stalled. (The companies have disputed these allegations vigorously.)

9. The Constitution provides a process for electing a president if the vote is corrupted. Jenna Ellis argued that the media, had usurped the power to declare the winner of the election. She made the point, citing Federalist No. 68, that the constitutional process of selecting a president had procedural safeguards against corruption and foreign influence.

Giuliani said that the campaign believed that enough votes were flawed — more than double the margins between Biden and Trump in key states — that the president had a path to victory.

Schwab Advocates Putting Chips in Our Head so Government Can Read our Thoughts?

Klaus Schwab wants to create this Agenda 2030 which is primarily based around dismantling the current capitalist system in favor of greater centralized authoritarian rule which will lead to lower living standards, less fuel consumption, fewer civil liberties, and much more government control tracking everything we do with a restriction on travel.

Schwab is a committed Marxist claiming that corporations owe a duty to society rather than shareholders he calls “stakeholders” as if they are a social program in and of themselves. His “The Great Reset” incorporates his “stakeholder economics” with a strained vision of what he calls the “fourth industrial revolution.” Schwab interesting misrepresents the entire first three industrial revolutions. He at least correctly states that the first was the invention of the steam engine. He claims the second was mass production omitting the fact that the mass production was invented by Henry Ford with respect to Model-T based upon the industrial revolution of the combustion engine and fossil fuels he fails to mention. The third industrial revolution he attributes to the computer and the fourth industrial revolution he claims is merging man with machine sticking chips in us. He expressly states at the Chicago Council on Global Affairs.:

“What the fourth industrial revolution will lead to is a fusion of our physical, digital and biological identity.”

In Schwab’s book, “Shaping the Future of The Fourth Industrial Revolution”, he explains that the developing technology will allow authorities to “intrude into the hitherto private space of our minds, reading our thoughts and influencing our behavior.”

Schwab appears to have watched the movie Minority Report for he seems to have been influenced by that whereby the government can prevent crimes by reading your mind.

“As capabilities in this area improve, the temptation for law enforcement agencies and courts to use techniques to determine the likelihood of criminal activity, assess guilt or even possibly retrieve memories directly from people’s brains will increase. …Even crossing a national border might one day involve a detailed brain scan to assess an individual’s security risk.”

“Fourth Industrial Revolution technologies will not stop at becoming part of the physical world around us—they will become part of us.”

“Indeed, some of us already feel that our smartphones have become an extension of ourselves. Today’s external devices—from wearable computers to virtual reality headsets—will almost certainly become implantable in our bodies and brains.”

Schwab also endorses “active implantable microchips that break the skin barrier of our bodies.”

If you talk about vaccines, inserting microdots, microchips, or nanobyte, they relegate you off to the conspiracy theorist quarantine.

* Global Election Systems (GES) software developed by a guy named Jeffrey Dean around maybe 1999.

* He developed voting software for GES out of accounting software. But probably has many backdoors - because he was also a convicted embezzler/hacker who was hired after a four-year prison sentence.

* By 2001, had become Senior VP of GES and had 1.6m shares of stock (more than anyone else) - right before the company was sold to Diebold.

* Stuck around as a consultant, but always a shadowy figure.

* Supposedly, he later parted ways with Diebold and/or Dominion. No one is sure what became of him.

* But there is a guy named Sean Dean who worked for Dominion in 2010. Same guy?? Nobody knows.
