China Tech Selloff Swells to $200 Billion on Antitrust Rules
Chinese technology shares tumbled for a second day after Beijing clamped down on the internet industry, wiping out more than $200 billion of value.
The Hang Seng Tech Index slumped 5.3% on Wednesday in Hong Kong, taking its two-day loss to almost 10%. Shares of Alibaba Group Holding Ltd., Tencent Holdings Ltd., JD.com Inc., Meituan and Xiaomi Corp. sank at least 8% over two days after the Communist Party unveiled regulations to root out monopolistic practices in the internet industry. Tech is the latest sector to be targeted by Beijing after new curbs on financial firms that triggered the shock suspension of Ant Group Co.’s $35 billion stock sale last week. Xi Jinping’s government is increasingly curtailing the influence of private corporations that dominate its burgeoning internet, e-commerce and digital finance industries, pivoting away from its previously hands off approach. China’s antitrust watchdog is seeking feedback on rules that establish a framework for curbing anti-competitive behavior such as colluding on sharing sensitive consumer data, alliances that squeeze out smaller rivals and subsidizing services at below cost to eliminate competitors. They may also require companies that operate a so-called Variable Interest Entity a vehicle through which virtually every major Chinese internet company attracts foreign investment and lists overseas to apply for specific operating approval. “Internet giants have expanded their reach into various sectors like finance and health care that are vital to the economy and that really concerns regulators,” said Shen Meng, director of Beijing-based boutique investment bank Chanson & Co. “The move could discourage firms in the tech sector to list in the near term as those impacted will need time to adjust their businesses accordingly.”
China Clampdown on Big Tech Puts More Billionaires on Notice On Nov. 3, policy makers shocked the investment world by suspending an initial public offering by Ant Group, a fintech company owned by billionaire Jack Ma. The decision came just two days before shares were set to trade in a listing that attracted at least $3 trillion of orders from individual investors.
Liang Tao, vice chairman of China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission, said on Wednesday that the country will also strengthen its anti-monopoly examinations of the fintech sector. The new regulations for the internet industry signal a “further tightening” of the online economy, although the real impact will depend on how the rules are enforced, JPMorgan Chase & Co. analysts led by Alex Yao wrote in a note. The proposed regulations come at a bad time for tech shares, which are already under pressure from a global rotation that has sent the Nasdaq Composite Index almost 3% this week.
“Beijing’s tightening regulations, including the antitrust laws, is a heavy blow to the technology giants,” said Daniel So, Hong Kong-based strategist at CMB International Securities Ltd. “It’s an additional blow to the shares, when investors are rotating out of the sector into old-economy shares because of the vaccine boost,” he said, adding that firms such as Tencent and Alibaba will continue to face downside pressure.

Pompeo checks off Taiwan talks and UAE F-35s from to-do list
U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo notified Congress on Tuesday that the department has approved more than $23 billion in weapons sales to the United Arab Emirates, widely seen as a reward to the Gulf nation for establishing diplomatic ties with Israel.
Pompeo also announced that Keith Krach, undersecretary of state for economic growth, energy and the environment, will lead a new bilateral economic dialogue with Taiwan on Nov. 20, adding to the list of recent actions by the administration to showcase American support for the island – and one that is sure to anger China.
The two major moves came the day after Defense Secretary Mark Esper's ouster and signaled that President Donald Trump and close ally Pompeo want to put their stamp on diplomacy ahead of Inauguration Day on Jan. 20. Under normal circumstances, such steps could be labeled lame-duck diplomacy and perhaps questioned for limiting the diplomatic choices of the new administration. But these are unusual times. Pompeo raised eyebrows at Tuesday's press briefing by predicting that "there will be a smooth transition to a second Trump administration."
Pompeo announced that he will be embarking on a seven-nation trip from Friday, visiting France, Turkey, Georgia, Israel, Qatar, the UAE and Saudi Arabia. The stops in Israel and the UAE aim to highlight their historic deal. The Saudis, while not establishing ties with Israel themselves, are widely seen as having given their blessing to the UAE's move. Both the weapons sales to the UAE and the economic talks with Taiwan are contentious issues. The weapons the U.S. plans to sell the UAE include up to 50 F-35A fighters and up to 18 MQ-9B drones, as well as missiles, bombs and military software. "We continue to review arms sales all across the world, including to our important friend and partner in the United Arab Emirates, and we're confident we will be able to provide them weapon systems that will ensure their security and do the work that we all need to do collectively to counter the threat from the Islamic Republic of Iran," Pompeo said. Despite the diplomatic breakthrough with the UAE, Israel had opposed the F-35A sale, saying it could alter the balance of power in a dangerous region.
Amnesty International USA issued criticized the deal as reopening "the floodgates for arms sales with weakened human rights criteria, and potential fuel for more brutal conflicts." The economic talks with Taiwan, dubbed the Economic Prosperity Partnership Dialogue, will be held in Washington and will be represented on the Taiwanese side by Chen Chern-chyi, a deputy minister of economic affairs. Pompeo said the talks would include ensuring safe and secure supply chains and 5G security. "The dialogue signifies that our economic relationship with Taiwan, a vibrant democracy and a reliable partner, is strong and growing," he said.
Krach angered Beijing by visiting Taipei in September, making him the most senior State Department official to visit Taiwan in more than four decades. This followed a trip by Health and Human Services Secretary Alex Azar in August.

MIT PhD Analysis Reveals 138,000 Votes Switched from Trump to Biden in Michigan

The Gateway Pundit has reported on numerous events in the 2020 election which are being referred to as system ‘glitches’ in the media.
Tonight we have obtained an unaudited analysis of data available for all the states looking for system glitches and other oddities in vote counts related to the Presidential race only.
Last night we reported on another so called system ‘glitch’, this time in a county in Wisconsin. Evidence was provided to us that showed that the vote totals for Rock County appeared to be switched between President Trump and Joe Biden. 9,516 votes were eliminated from President Trump and moved to Joe Biden. This 19,032 vote difference when corrected would eliminate Biden’s lead in Wisconsin.
In the post last night we also identified issues we’ve reported on in Michigan, Pennsylvania and Georgia where similar ‘glitches’ occurred.

In the piece the author claims his work is a full list of votes switched from Trump to Biden or votes erased by Dominion (the vote machines used in many states across the US).
(The author claims that his work has been verified but we have not verified the results so we currently are labeling his results “unaudited.”)
The author decided to obtain the data himself and perform an analysis of national votes switched from Trump to Biden and votes erased (the total amount of votes counted decreased by that amount throughout the counting).
Based on this initial analysis over 500,000 votes were identified that were switched from President Trump to Joe Biden.
In addition to this another 2,865,757 votes were deleted.
Note that these numbers have not yet been audited by us.
On Tuesday Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai, MIT PhD, the Inventor of Email, Scientist, Engineer, shares the results of his team’s mathematical analysis of four major counties votes in Michigan in the Trump-Biden election that reveals an unfortunate truth of U.S. voting systems.
Dr. Shiva and his staff found evidence of Trump-to-Biden vote-switching of 138,000 VOTES in Michigan.
Dr. Shiva also found that the more solid Republican precincts saw more Trump votes switched to Joe Biden.

At this point in the 2016 election, the sitting president had already weaponized the federal government into a sprawling covert-spy operation against the man who had just been elected president. So please, Twitter, curb yourself. If you want to tag conspiracy theories on your stupid “platform,” start with the ones that have been peddled by the Kremlin during the entire Trump administration.
And it’s not just the national media that’s exposed itself. At the highest levels of government, elected officials have proven themselves to be dishonest, corrupt, and willing to embrace the most implausible conspiracy theories — so long as they can be used against President Trump.
It all culminated in House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s craven, fraudulent pursuit of impeachment over a phone call that took place 18 months AFTER her impeachment inquiry began.
Rep. Adam Schiff, California Democrat, spun such elaborate webs of lies that decent people could never keep track of them all.
He will go down in history for his lusty pursuit of nude pictures of Mr. Trump while talking to radio actors with Ukrainian accents.
Again, this man is chairman of the House Intelligence Committee. He is one of the most powerful elected officials in Washington. He is the man who is supposed to be at the forefront of protecting our country from enemies abroad.
Yet he would rather look at nude pictures of Donald Trump.
Mr. Schiff and Mrs. Pelosi — not to mention the army of Republican eunuchs in Washington — are precisely why Mr. Trump got elected in the first place. And they are why 70 million Americans braved all the hate, the threats and the violence to vote for Mr. Trump yet again this time — even after they were counted out and told again and again that their votes would be futile.

At issue was President Trump’s request for an order changing the way Pennsylvania absentee and mail-in ballots are being reviewed at the Philadelphia Convention Center. CNN and others claim he “lost.” That’s false: he won. As I made that argument on behalf of the president’s campaign, I can tell you what really happened.
President Trump went to court about two problems: First, only a handful of Republican observers—substantially fewer than the Democrats had there—were being admitted to the room at the Philadelphia Convention Center where inspections were being conducted. Second, the few who could get in weren’t permitted to get close enough to see what was actually happening. The most important questions all have to ask are: Why all the hiding? What’s being hidden?
At the Convention Center counting location, I personally observed dozens of Trump campaign volunteers being barred from the counting room even though they’d been properly registered as observers. That’s why I urged Pam Bondi and Corey Lewandowski, who were on the scene, to authorize the filing of a request that a federal court order the Board of Elections to stop this nonsense….

She was scheduled to be on FOX with Hannity and was canceled last minute.
-She is naming names. This took place in Detroit. Here is the synopsis.
-This lady is an IT tech for Dominion Voting Systems, sent to the polls to make sure the machines operate correctly and assist the workers.
-While there observes anomalies in the counter on one of the tabulating machines, resulting in hundreds of votes being counted numerous times
-When reported to her boss Nick Ikonomakis (VP and co-owner) he took her aside and said “the last thing we need is a problem, we are only here to assist with IT, not help them run elections”
-There were 40 such machines running, she estimates thousands and thousands of anomalies like this, just in that one location
-If a reject ballot would not go thru the machine, the employee would get a blank ballot and fill it out, unsupervised, and then forge the voters signature. She witnessed this all day and all night.
-in a 24 hour shift, not a single ballot filled-in this way was for Trump. There was a table that they called “duplicate ballots” for these, which numbered in the thousands
-Two young guys in their 20s were responsible for inputting ALL the information from that location into the computer. There was no oversight of them. The two of them worked doubles, all day and all night, and were friendly with Nick.
-of all the workers there, this whistleblower lady was the ONLY republican, which she kept a secret. Every other worker was disparaging of Trump the entire time, and were wearing BLM stuff, ‘I can’t breathe’, etc.
-Also implicated in the mis-handling was City of Detroit employees and supervisors, including Daniel Baxter, doing forbidden things such as going outside to smoke. It is supposed to be a contained building. They were in and out all through the shift, with boxes of ballots just sitting on tables.
-City was supposed to provide food for the workers, but didn’t have enough. Vans were brought in supposedly to bring food, but no food ever came out of the vans. They were completely unmarked vehicles. Whatever was being unloaded from the vans went out their back doors and up the stairs.

my friend is a really good guy he just had 8 older brothers that beat his ass non stop. Anyway he got in some trouble fighting and had to go to prison for a yer. He told me while in there these was one guy who was serving 25 to life he did not talk to anyone or say a word he went directly to his bunk whenever they got food or were allowed to roam a bit the guy never said nothing.
