They use a forehead scanner but don't touch your forehead because RONA WILL KILL YOU if they do. b) IOS-SPC Camera app has photo/video, app for discreet recording (allows screen to b blacked out) (Android has both of these apps as well/names may just differ)

3. LEGAL:

A) GA is a 1 party state so you may record w/out the other persons knowledge as long as YOU are also a party on said recording

B) Photos can’t be taken where someone as an expectation of privacy, I.e.through a window of their home/personal office (will be inadmissible)

4. C) residential trash dumps are ok as long as the trash can is curbside and not on private property.

D) commercial dumpsters, as long as you aren’t trespassing/private property, you should be good, however LE can cite you for “dumpster diving” if they really want to.

5. E) Anything obtained illegally is useless and not worth the legal consequences to you personally, nor the risk to the credibility of the campaign fighting this, as well as fellow patriot watchers.

6. Evidence Collection

A) All evidence bags must have written on it- location collected, who collected by, time COLLECTED, date, brief description of what it is, TIME bag is SEALED. Contact Lin Wood immediately and he will instruct you further on how to proceed/who to bring it to.

10. B) best to photograph evidence before touching it, so there is proof of where it was found, its also helpful for understanding context regarding location like measurements i.e. how close dumpster was to a particular door, type of trash bag etc. If it’s a dumpster dive…

11. …“treasure hunt”, have someone video you doing it. When you find something of interest, stop and photograph prior to bagging and tagging it.

12. C) take photos of surrounding area where evidence was found (again helpful for context) better to have too much, than not enough.

D) having Video AND Pics is always best… if this isn’t possible, make sure you have another credible witness with you willing to go on record.

Apparently there were dozens of people registered in gambling parlors in the state’s 3rd Congressional District, according to the Washington Examiner columnist Paul Bedard. That district covers most of the southern part of Clark County, home to Las Vegas and the state’s most populous county by a wide margin.

A lawsuit has now been filed in the district for more voter fraud.

The lawsuit was filed on behalf of Republican Dan Rodimer, who lost in the 3rd Congressional District by 13,000 votes to Democratic Rep. Susie Lee. According to the Nevada Independent, a nonprofit news site founded in 2017, the case was dismissed by a judge on Wednesday. The court ruled it did not have jurisdiction in the matter.

Dorothy Morgan, identified as a data scientist in the Republican lawsuit challenging Nevada’s election results, also called the data from voter registrations in the congressional district “historically strange” due to the number of new registrations filed that didn’t contain information such as the birthdate of the voter or their sex, according to the Bedard.

“This investigation found over 13K voters whose voter registration information revealed no sex or date of birth,” Morgan wrote in a two-page affidavit, according to Bedard.

“Not only does this mean we cannot verify whether these voters are old enough to vote, it is also historically strange: While one does not expect voter registration information to be perfect, it is very strange that there were very, very few of these kinds of imperfect records with missing or invalid information until this year — when there are 13,372 of them.”

There were only 68 of those voter registrations in the 2016 election, Bedard wrote; and 74 percent of the registrations with the incomplete registration information took place between July and September.
