I referenced these 3 images for pose, worst eyes and the china dress and tilted head for upshot for a smug/evil look and put a coin in her hand. Oh and referenced the index coin and it showed some crown engraved coin as a dvd tie in or toy or something. Arms and forearms look just a little short, even if you consider foreshortening. When shading try going only in one direction and not "back and forth" to build up consistency. One thing I'm going to try is using paper stumps to blend with my "graphite" (i.e. pencil lol) drawings-but I think a finger works nearly as well if you're not neurotic about getting stuff on your hands like I am-could try a piece of toilet paper too.
Are you using a mechanical pencil? I'd say in the hands of a skilled artist they can be good tools but for most of us a regular wood pencil is much more forgiving and versatile.

Nice. Very cute, it's also literally what I started to do but then I just gave up because that's what I do. You did a pretty good job; I like how the top portion looks, it's "busy" with the ribbon but it reads well. The only flaw that really stands out is that ribbon going around the side plane isn't following the same perspective line as the top portion (the bottom of the "mouth"), or perhaps it's the opposite, it looks fine relative to the very bottom for the most part. There's also the feet doing more or less the same thing, kind of going off on their own a little too much.

Gondolas are pretty easy to doodle, so filling a canvas with a six to a dozen of them shouldn’t be too hard, but we’d still need above average participation to have a chance. I don’t want a couple other anons having to draw 33 gondolas to make it to 100.

I'd say it's mainly due to the chiseled and pronounced chin. Tucking it a bit or moving it back would go a long way. Smoothing out the cheekbone and making jaw less of a straight line might help too.
