tl;dr - Split into two parts: first part scheduled for May 15; second part to pair with 7F.
I hate to keep pushing back a release specifically intended to tide-over a different release being constantly pushed back, but I've basically run into a similar situation as Bo with 7F in that alternative, more ambitious approaches to content I had planned/expected to be simple keep coming up, and I'm not willing to ignore them for the sake of expediency. The compromise is to split the update so that you can get some juicy stuff (plus the "system" changes) prior to 7F so that you don't have to muck around with any of that for 7F.
Part 1 will contain the new content for Karen, Lily, Cobra, and Scarlett
Part 2 will contain the new content for Miss Claus, Khulan, Eliza, and Yvonne
As mentioned before, it will be recommended to start a new/clean/fresh save for Part 1. It won't be required (except for Karen, if she's gone in your save), the content just won't flow as well if you don't.
For people worried about having to constantly restart the game, 7F itself won't need to as far as I know.
See below (light spoiler warning) for some specific examples of the nature of the delay.
As most people have noticed, talking to a Mistress wearing Puppy Gear yields a flavor scene. Many people have understandably been requesting one for Lily and I planned to oblige in this update. However, after I finished writing it, I thought of a follow-up. Then another. Then another. Then another. And then I thought having every arc be a rule-of-three of escalating scenes was maybe getting predictable and decided to add some complicating factors. As a result, Lily's puppy content is now more involved than I planned Khulan's entire content to be, which a) eats into Khulan's time and b) makes me feel bad for Khulan and want to write more for her too when I get the chance/inspiration. And that was supposed to be Lily's one-off cute puppy scene. Her "actual" update is all the post-apprentice stuff. And ultimately the other ladies are no different.
An unrelated diversion came in the form of a new portrait CG Bo was helping me with. It was meant to add a simple extra expression to the MC's repertoire, but I felt it had more potential and ending up spending a bunch of time making variations and adjustments. I feel the result adds a new dimension to the MC's portrait-usage (and forms a nice basis for a dynamic portrait system I'd like to add a few floors down the line), but it's definitely not something my original release estimate(s) accounted for.

I know it says that it's not required but it makes me think that it might happen in the future and I don't know about you guys but grinding the scenes (not the stats because save-editor) just to get them up to a certain point is quite jarring after some time. Getting all the scenes with all of the girls requires a fair bit of time, considering my current save is at 14 1/2 hrs and I still have some content that I didn't see. This wouldn't be such a problem if we had a gallery that had guides to the scenes so that you wouldn't have to try and get to all of them through trial&error. My guess is that they:
a) Got gready and lazy
b) Got a false sense of greatness because at first people liked their game (Geez, what a surprise, the only game with these specific fetishes in a market where these fetishes are underrepresented, who would've thunked. I swear to god, if another dev makes a game about feet+smell+femdom, I'm never touching ToT again)
c) Featurecreep started showing, look at the first few floors, it's all just a few rooms connected to the mainroom where the girl sits in her throne. The first fights aren't flashy, they don't require any coding, just standard RPGM battles and all you have to do in them is beat the villain to continue. The loss-scenes are also relatively easy to work with, considering it's always just a progression towards their specific slave-type (if at all, considering at first there was no endgame for the girls).
Now take a look at Karen's(?) Floor: Huge Room, with a fuckton of NPC's, one extra cell for her bedroom (don't know whether her torture chamber has one too), her Fight may not be as "flashy" as Cobras for example but the end of her content was pretty damn flashy and you have to consider that the ending you get for her floor depends on how and what you did previously.
If you look at the plan for the next floor, it get's even worse than that.

You fought a boss with a few moves and a heal and won or lost, then they later expanded on their floors with some kind of mini game. It's basically a revamp of an older game he didn't do much with.
The original two fighters have the same CGs from what I remember (and look a bit rougher compared to the new character Amanda), but have new dialogue.
The new fighter has a few good CGs but the dialogue is short and unsatisfying. (One of the NPCs alludes to begging for mercy as a mechanic with her, but I haven't found out a way to. Probably unfinished)
Other NPCs were added that have dialogue that changes based on how submissive you are and have a couple of interactions (Text only though)
The balance is out of whack though and the fights are too easy along with becoming stronger being a trivial task.

First:problem is i can't dump 7f,7f is a such a pain in my ass right now i need to finish it but it occupies so much of my time and people don't treat koda's stuff as real update damn

Very unlikely to nearly impossible and even if he wanted to, having your income tied directly to production instead of release depending on how cynical you are provides incentives/a need to push back the initial finished build as it is possible that some amount of backers might assume that as the game is "finished" the only changes might be bug fixes so why bother donating at that point when A) their pet feature/request (in their eyes at least) is unlikely to be added at all and B) the opportunity cost of providing support is likely to cut into resources for developing the next game where there might be a chance of their feature/request being added.
<br>That said though some developers have been known to hand in their towel and either start the cycle again or just stop.

I thought it was very good. The "combat" is the same as Bo's other side game Tiffany's Trap if you played that. The villain is very good at bringing the protag low, but it'd benefit from Koda cleaning up the dialogue.
It has a decent amount of CGs too, which makes you realize how much content they could be putting out if Koda didn't constantly go overboard with the material he's given.
