Yes. Just copy your save files from the old folder into the new one and your progress will be carried over. But if you miss out on a few updates it doesn't hurt to look through the changelog to see whether there were changes to mechanics or variables as they usually get a clean-up option with their respective version which is then missing in the following release.

So browsing trough i've found a bunch of post,from Bowei on monday,some kind of new/explenation
First:problem is i can't dump 7f,7f is a such a pain in my ass right now i need to finish it but it occupies so much of my time and people don't treat koda's stuff as real update damn
Second:my plan was let koda makes some rapid stuff like scarlet expansion which would take only ~1month per release to fill the gap and turns out he's an ocd and spend too much time on details that only a few people would enjoy
Third:so my current plan is i'll finish 7f (my part)and give it to koda i guess in early sept so he would work on it like 3-4months
meanwhile in sept i am finally released from 7F jail i will never work on a long-term stuff again and work on some short and fun floor like 3 week worth of work and release something on 1 October or something and halloween shit on 31 Oct something like this so you guys may not see 7F in 2019 i guess

As a hobbyist developer I would say feature/scope creep is a lot worse when it comes from "our" side of the keyboard as it is very tempting to add just one more minor feature/bug fix before release only for bugs to occur and the cycle has no natural end, just like addiction to [free space your of choice].

Very unlikely to nearly impossible and even if he wanted to, having your income tied directly to production instead of release depending on how cynical you are provides incentives/a need to push back the initial finished build as it is possible that some amount of backers might assume that as the game is "finished" the only changes might be bug fixes so why bother donating at that point when A) their pet feature/request (in their eyes at least) is unlikely to be added at all and B) the opportunity cost of providing support is likely to cut into resources for developing the next game where there might be a chance of their feature/request being added.
<br>That said though some developers have been known to hand in their towel and either start the cycle again or just stop.

I thought it was very good. The "combat" is the same as Bo's other side game Tiffany's Trap if you played that. The villain is very good at bringing the protag low, but it'd benefit from Koda cleaning up the dialogue.
It has a decent amount of CGs too, which makes you realize how much content they could be putting out if Koda didn't constantly go overboard with the material he's given.
