Hey dude , don't do this. Ur fucking up your body's production of melatonin (you shouldnt be taking more than 2.5/3mg really) and magnesium in that dose is determental to your health.

I had to stop taking melatonin because of brain fog and daytime sleepiness

Anyways the trick is to waking up at the end of your sleep cycle, right after REM sleep using sleepyti.me so that u can remember your dreams, also keep a dream journal because you'll just forget everything anyways

I have no doubt this is the worst haunting on the planet — maybe in planet history.

I am the world's leading expert at Yantra and chakras, a tantra expert who was pioneering the field of human meditation. The humble work was resulting in timelines of full planetary enlightenment in the coming millennium. I was being called the hero of time by the other side. However, I was targeted by an extradimensional crime ring.

Circumstances led to me requesting free assistance from the other side. A demon, named Baphomet, came forth and tried to hurt me. I told them off. They later returned and tried again to find a way in, absurdly accusing me of owing them for their failed attack. I rejected that too.

Their response to not getting their way is to launch a criminal operation to takeover the planet with force via a calculated series of psychic surgeries, psychic implants and a controlled demonic attachment they placed as deeply as they could. This demonic attachment is controlled by Baphomet by putting motions and swirls in the head region.

My inner voice was removed, my ability to visualize was removed, my ability to use chakras was removed. All of my psychic abilities were disabled. My contact with the other side is totally blocked.

I am unable to hear the other side, and the other side is unable to hear me. Meanwhile, the demonic attachment is transmitting messages through me to appear as though it's from me.

What the other side sees is a contrived and calculated illusion. A bunch of demons working in tandem to put on a theater act to deceive the other side as they attempt to form such a demonic infestation that it forces soul extinguishment and destroys the planet by revealing the routes and methods of controlling humans from top to bottom thereby neutralizing opposition — especially the positive polarity powers on the planet. The methodology of these demons involves using foul play that's beyond perception of the human and deceives the spirit world into erroneously believing it's something else. Meanwhile, they're using automatons or mindless zombie minions or whatever it is, and they don't even realize they're doing it. The alleged purpose is to prevent anybody from ever figuring it out, so nobody's experience will show the full true story. This is what's on Earth?! These demons are trying to do worse than kill people, they're trying to forcibly and secretively control people in such a way as to kill the victims in the afterlife and make it appear as soul suicide. It's actually murder designed to remove the soul from the universe entirely.

An analysis of my living experience of the past year, my full perspective of exactly how it's been being me, would've solved the situation. Where is it? My contact is being blocked, my psychic hearing was destroyed while these entities are invading my energy body and brain or mind to transmit messages to make it appear as though they're from me. When a spirit or angel or whoever tries to come talk to me, they unknowingly speak with a demon instead.

I'm an innocent person, but they send secret messages saying they don't care. Some negative entity was trying to find a way in to kill me. Basically, he attempted to curse me with something horrible. I understood it was an attack, so I basically told the entity to turn back and go away then I called forth the highest realms to help. Soon after, the negative entity returned and demanded payment for trying to kill me. It was simply another attempt to find a way in. He then put terrible effects on me, some devices/spells/surgeries or something, and sent an extremely egregious haunting as he invaded my mind and body. You are not a blank person or entity, that would be an oxymoron. There's a state approximating this that sometimes seems useful, but don't become so lost in your own narrative that you fool yourself into not recognizing your own limitations when such recognition would be useful.

We all control reality in the limited sense that our perceived actions affect base reality and there are causal arrows pointing both ways with regard to supervenient and subvenient systems. It sounds like you have the ability to control parts of your perception of reality. You can have fun with that in your own little world, or you can figure out how to channel it such that you act in ways that change base reality and have cascading effects which affect the worlds of others. Insofar as there is choice the choice is yours, but if you choose to recede into a world of your own then you sacrifice this opportunity.

You might want to consider various mental health options, but also it's okay to be different. Don't mistake the pointing finger for the moon.

For six decades now luminous and other unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP) have been sighted worldwide in large numbers. Extensive scientific unidentified aerial phenomena observations have been made over the last 26 years in Hessdalen, Norway. The optical properties of luminous UAPs have been described in detail, but all efforts to explain them by terrestrial causes have failed. Earlier scientific attempts to explain UAPs by extraterrestrial visitation (ETV) have failed as well. A new ETV hypothesis is proposed which aims at causally explaining all luminous UAP sightings in Hessdalen and most elsewhere. To this end a galactic neighborhood scenario and model is defined. It explains why a stealth ETV probe equipped with artificial intelligence (AI) has been built by an exo-civilization and sent in a historical past into our solar system. It states that this extraterrestrial visitation probe (ETVP), now orbiting the earth, occasionally sends a stealth electromagnetic beam (SEMB) down into the atmosphere. It explains in detail how such an SEMB produces luminous UAPs by means of a nonlinear photonic mechanism which, as such, has been known and investigated since 1995 as a branch of current femtosecond physics. This photon mechanism is further developed into a UAP-A and a UAP-B model. Together the two models explain all optical Hessdalen observations.
