Hey dude , don't do this. Ur fucking up your body's production of melatonin (you shouldnt be taking more than 2.5/3mg really) and magnesium in that dose is determental to your health.

I had to stop taking melatonin because of brain fog and daytime sleepiness

Anyways the trick is to waking up at the end of your sleep cycle, right after REM sleep using sleepyti.me so that u can remember your dreams, also keep a dream journal because you'll just forget everything anyways
