Kinda. They exist as much as they exist in-universe in a D&D game. The guild seems to use it as a measurement for the "character sheet" they keep of every adventurer and even those ranks can be seen as levels, with each being a few levels in D&D terms. For example Priestess is probably at least level 2 in the manga but she's still porcelain.
But it's not like in some of the other recent generic fantasy and isekai series, where every character can just access his stat screen and they talk about "ekusu pee", "reveru" and "skirru" all the time.

This reminds me of something that's always been in the back of my mind for actual D&D, especially older settings like Greyhawk or Faerun: Are classes just an abstraction for a character's "build"? Or are they explicitly a thing in-world, complete with comradely societies, traditions with trade secrets hoarded against other classes, and a conscious distinction between even similar classes like fighters/rangers/rogues?
I'm aware this was definitely the case with alignment early on, to the extent of speaking their own argots.

I don't know why people still haven't caught on to the fact that the rape and gratuitous nudity was an artifact of the manga designed to bait people into reading an otherwise average fantasy series. Light Novel was never terribly descriptive of any of it, and the manga had the most attention payed to it and then leveled off. The spinoffs are mostly the same way.
