d50bbb No.261 [View All]

I don't know where to begin and I am not even sure I know the right questions to ask… I should probably back up… I am coming from the Q and /pol/ (now /pnd/) boards. I enjoy the study of the way the world works and those places provided me with much knowledge but I feel as if I have hit a wall both in my research and my life. I have spent my time studying the political and psychological elements of the world and never given much thought to the metaphysical simply walling it off as unknowable with our current technology, but it has become clear to me that there are metaphysical elements to the fight that is going on behind the scenes and that I must study the metaphysical to find the answers I seek. The problem is I have absolutely no knowledge of this subject and there are many risks involved with it. I have stayed agnostic until now because of the unknown risks to the soul (if it even exists) but without taking that risk I feel I can go no farther. The extent of my experience is I have been to a medium once or twice in my life, had a passing interest in ghost hunting in my teens (never actually went out and did it) and owned some tarot cards at one point. (don't think I ever actually used them) That is about it.

After browsing through the threads of this forum I believe I can find at least some knowledge here. From what I think I have been able to decipher you have some kind of meeting room accessed via out of body experiences, a large number of posters are part of something called the "Succubus Collective" and there are at least 2 different types of vampire one of them related to the cabal mentioned by Q but that is about all I have been able to decipher. I am at the stage where I don't even know what I don't know so almost any beginner level resource would be helpful, particularly some kind of resource listing the various methods of the metaphysical,(That actually work. There is so much trash out there.) what they offer and what they cost. It would help point me in the right direction.

I feel like I am going insane for even posting this like I have chased the rabbit too far down the hole. I feel like I might be making a mistake in ignorance but I want to know. For all I know this board is an elaborate LARP and I actually have lost it, but making a fool of myself could be the least of the troubles caused by this. I suppose time will tell…

You… did you just post a Skype group on 8kun? I'm pretty sure at one point you could directly get someone's IP through Skype. I'm sure there's ways to chat real-time without announcing your real life identity to everyone on the internet.

Also, AP skype groups are as old-school as you can get with internet occultism, definitely brings memories.

>I'm pretty sure at one point you could directly get someone's IP through Skype

I don't see a way to get it, although if you register for a new microsoft account your real name is put as your username as default at first entry. Everyone used Skype on old /fringe/, I wouldn't think it's a problem.

That said some people I know do shamelessly use their full name and pic but they already have an online presence as youtubers etc and don't give a fuck. It's not like you're safe anyway, anywere you connect will get your IP. Half the people I interact with use both voicechat, post their pics and blog about themselves. I don't see a reason to do that on 8kun but I also don't see what the paranoia is about. Just don't be a fucking moron about what you post and you're fine. No one cares about you anyway.

I am glad it wasn't just me that wondered what he was doing with the skype link… As I said I will try to find a solution if not in the worst-case scenario I could set up a TeamSpeak server or something…

I finished the book figured I should post some observations I had from the book as it might help. I don't know help what exactly but I figured at the very least it keeps the conversation going. I kind of just typed them up as they came to me.

The 4 worlds match to the 4 known forces of the universe, the strong and weak force electromagnetism and gravity.

The way the energy is described as flowing into the universe reminds me of a cell dividing for some reason.

the book argues over why the first letter of the alphabet is not used to start the bible and that is only the first thing they are trying to find insight in a single letter… I am starting to see why people have gone crazy studying this…

Overall, I don't know how much of it I buy into just yet but at the very least it seems more coherent than most modern western faiths. I am also still not sure how this is supposed to lead into things like astral projection, spirits, alchemy and magic spells. I would definitely describe it as a book that should be read slowly though.

I also wanted to mention I posted a thread over on Voat before I came here and while most of it was christsucking there was one gem that showed up https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GE2ehGDIpGI

I plan on taking a short break and then I think I will try the linked AP method in this thread. Nothing major literally going to just try to go to the next room. I was thinking about placing a scented candle in the room to help better use all my senses. Is that a good idea or could it hurt me in the long run? I will check this thread again before I make my attempt and if no one responds before then you will likely be able to tell if I have succeeded by the number of times fuck appears in my next post.

>the way energy is described as flowing reminds me of a cell dividing

pic very related

>first letter of the Bible

I've only got the Patriarchal translation on me, and it starts with L. I've not read Simple Kabbalah yet. Do they refer specifically to the Hebrew Old Testament, or the Greek New Testament scripts? I'll need to look into this.

>not sure how this leads to astral projection etc

Metaphysics for the most part doesn't. There's a point very late down the road, once you've mastered out-of-body projection and even the Jinn state, where you begin working directly with the higher conceptual planes, above the Astral and Mental.

At that point, direct mystical theoria, or gnosis, begins synergizing with your intellectual understanding of the world. I've obviously not reached that state, so this is only my understanding from the writings of ascended masters.

>scented candle

>is that a good idea

Yes. Hindu and Buddhist monks, as well as genuine boddhisatvas, not to mention Hermes Trismegistus, Paracelsus, and other ascended masters, all recommend scenting your room for astral projection. Actual frankincense is preferred, but anything will help.

It's all about getting into a deeper mental state, and maintaining conscious presence all the way into the slumber state.

Buddhist monks used to keep frogs nearby, and Roman magicians would pay good money for crickets in golden cages, in order to focus on the sound when drifting into their trance.

With enough training, you can also keep focused on that white noise you hear in complete silence, and let it slowly increase and overtake you until you've projected successfully.

This is all for full out-of-body projection, though, which i fairly hard to achieve on its own. A very good thing to practice, but it may take months to do.

If you wanna participate in the sessions, remote visualization is enough.

I made an attempt for about 52 minutes (I set a timer) with no definitive success. Inevitably I would get an itch or cramp or something that would force me to move. I also had a hard time establishing a visual in general. I did, however, notice a floaty feeling several times like my proprioception was off by like an inch above me. I will make another 2-hour attempt tomorrow. Should I look up meditation music or would that just make this process more difficult? I was also using the candle unlit at the location not where I was currently. I don't live alone at the moment and I don't want to tip them off to what I am doing just yet so anything stronger than that is currently not an option.

I likely am calling it by the wrong name but what was linked in the above post is what I tried.

I also wanted to mention I get the general feeling I am not alone with this… I can't explain it but I think there is an entity of some type trying to help me… I consider the total loss of libido mentioned before to bee one indication and I have also noticed a general lack of hunger the last few days. It was 5 hours from the time I woke up to the time I ate and I think it was another 6-8 before that when I had last eaten and I did not really eat because I was hungry but because I knew I needed to eat. I am taking those and some other sensations I am getting as signs and I don't really know if just talking works but I have been trying to give it permission to contact me in my dreams and help me if that is what it wants to do.

>an itch or cramp would force me to move

Meditation practice helps with this. It's all fundamentally nervous in origin, you're depriving your mind of stimulus without properly stilling it first, so it creates its own stimulus.

>I had a hard time establishing a visual

Try practicing visualization during your daily life. If you work at a desk, on your way to work, or during lunch, memorize some area. Observe it from different angles, pay attention to the spacial relation of objects.

When you take a break to stretch and focus your eyes, also take a few minutes to mentally walk around that scene again, looking at different areas, checking out various objects. Pick up something small, like a mug or a pebble or something, and look at the sides you couldn't see in person. Try to see the scene from angles you didn't before. Your mind will fill in all the blanks intuitively.

That intuition is animal in nature, and only uses your own knowledge of the world to make automatic deduction. A pebble near a tree will have some dirt and moisture on its underside.

You will, through practice, train yourself to substitute that animal intuition for a higher synchronous sense.

Your visualization of the room doesn't need to be accurate at first. As long as you can walk around it, that's just fine to start with. The image needs to exist before it can be improved.

Also try to close your eyes and imagine the place you're in. Turn around, look behind you.

Keep doing this until you're comfortable with the process of imagination. After that, external sensing is only a matter of letting go of the animal intuition and rational deduction.

>should I look up meditation music

I never use any, but the only music that harmonizes instead of disrupt are the true classics, I'd go with Mozart. Music is very powerful, and pop music is a sharp blade pointed at your arteries.

>I don't want to trip them off to what I'm doing

If you're renting with flatmates, it shouldn't matter much. For most normal people, it'd be just an interesting curiosity. You can tell them it's spiritual practice for buddhism or whatever, since that's cool for millenials.

If you're living with family, it all depends on how hands-off they are. In most cases it's best not to hide this stuff from them too much, just be tell them you're investigating psychic phenomena to see if they're real. Keeping stuff like this secret is a bad idea, when living with others. People will notice you're seemingly asleep for hours every day, that you're using incense, and you can already forget carrying out alchemical experiments in your bedroom. They'll get suspicious, they'll find drawn sigils, they'll find your herbal tinctures, and they'll freak out much more than if you tell them in advance.

Use the kitchen to process your herbs for fermenting. Talk about your new-found interest in herbal remedies and holistic medicine.

What you need to hide, like sigils and stuff, hide very well.

You don't need to go full wizard with them, and potentially change their view of you, just tell them enough to put any suspicions at rest.

>flag in the pic

That's the seed of life. You can see why they'd choose it, since it's the core of an infinitely self-replicating pattern, much like a civilization colonizing the stars around them.

The seed of life also geometrically illustrates the metaphysical first principle, and the start of creation.

The Void, being the sole self-extant principle, differentiates itself in a primordial dialectic, creating chaos, from which the 7 foundamental principles, the spheres, emerge. From those, the whole universe progresses.

No argument about pop being trash. Almost nothing after 2k is worth it at all let alone on that level not that 20th-century music doesn't have its place.

Without getting into a long story I live with my father and don't want to worry him. I cannot overstate how much of a personality change this would be perceived as compared to just a few days ago and I do not want to go there before I am even sure of it myself.

btw I wanted to thank everyone here for being so friendly compared to a normal chan welcome. I apologize if I am oversharing but I literally know nothing at this stage and you guys are basically my eyes and ears on this until I can find my own bearings so I really don't know what to make of even the smallest stuff. As such, I feel it does no good to keep my theories as to why I was invited here to myself…

While I obviously don't know if enchanted weapons are an actual thing or not I have to assume they are. I am currently studying to be a gunsmith (and eventually planing on going into manufacturing my own stuff) and there is a shortage of gunsmiths as it is. How many gunsmiths worldwide do you think are producing enchanted weapons? I am willing to bet you can count them on one hand. My best friend is a GFX artist and I planned on showing him the way in once I have something that I can take to him that's more than a gut feeling. Combined him, me and a CNC machine and I think you get the point. Based on what I am reading here the collective is gearing up for a takeover and for that at least when it comes to the normies you need guns at least at some point. In addition, I have only ever wanted 2 things out of my life, A companion and a purpose in the coming war for western civilization. The collective is potentially in a position to provide both. I might eventually desire further enlightenment on this path but those 2 things would do me for a long time. As long as people are not unreasonably unhappy (as they are with the current world order) and allowed to find enlightenment if they so chouse I don't really care if most of humanity is used as magic batteries as 90%+ are too stupid to find enlightenment anyways and are happier to be sheep. I will work for anyone who meets those criteria. I also have a Jewish mother if that has any bearing. I have no formal Jewish education though. You can imagine how awkward that has made hanging around white nationalist forums and /pol/.

Also unrelated but I was looking up TeamSpeak and a server would only be $55 a year for 64 people so I would not mind hosting but I don't currently have a computer to turn into a server (I might by next yeat though)

Do you speak/read hebrew? Either way this makes it even more important to get an understanding of how much jewish kabbalistic thinking controls the current west. Do I have to mention that we are using a 7 day week based on their books? Even if the names of the days are from nordic paganism, you're still practicing or in some way supporting this world order by using the calendar, by thinking about it and referring to it.

When you have it in your DNA, this becomes a way to also understand yourself, why you think and feel the way you do and how you interpret the world around you.

No one would think it strange, right? Use this opportunity to learn more.

>wanted to thank everyone

Nothing to thank us for. We've all been at that treshold before, and some of us had to sift through mountains of worthless theories and dead ends before even beginning to get a grasp of this stuff.

Meeting someone with spite and dismissal in a field as obscure as this is simply silly. Keep in mind that even considering the occult puts you in an extremely small demographic, so occultists tend to help each other out.

>enchanted weapons

This is a very interesting field of enquiry and one I've wanted to get into for over a year now.

You'l find that enchanted weapons are actually a common thing, for example the Russians have monks bless their assault rifles and missiles, which in an Orthodox country makes them incredibly powerful.

Did you think Kalashnikovs can fire until they melt just because of engineering?

You can think of every AK as belonging to an egregore of the weapon, and people's peeception of the weapons as being legendary largely makes them so.

You can get way deeper into this, of course, through alchemy, such as by incorporating electrum magicum and integrated program arrays, but you'd need a fully featured metalworking shop for that.

>I also have a Jewish mother

The semites are the 3rd branch of the Aryan root race. You're as Aryan as a pure, blue-eyed, blonde German.

The problems with the semites is that they've practiced various destructive forms of cult over the ages, and this has embedded itself into their lineage to some degree.

You can think of this as more of a generational curse than an actual genetic issue.

Know yourself, and you'll be fine.

I have Jews in my maternal line as well, and honestly I couldn't care less about anything political. They were non-practicing political refugees and were not for a cousin of mine that heard their story, I wouldn't even know of their being Jews.

You would do well to understand the spiritual worldview of your heritage, whatever it is, because like it or not it's likely there are spirits that look out for you or simply observe you that belong to that tradition. And seeing you dismiss a whole millenary culture because of the acts of a small money-grubbing elite is likely to case a few disappointed shaking of heads from them. You're probably missing out on free help.

>>333

>The semites are the 3rd branch of the Aryan root race

That includes Arabs as well then? As far as I can tell, I am mostly caucasian and semite (from all sorts of Mediterranean sources). Can you post more details on this root races thing? I vaguely remember reading something about the white race, the red race, the black race and the yellow race or something like that, but it seemed like a rudimentary attempt at genetic categorising more than anything. Is that it? I don't remember where it was.

I'm basing my view mostly on ancient Mayan teachings on the subject, but I'll give a detailed run-down on the subject once I'm done with work and gym.

There's a few writers from the Gnostic-Hermetic tradition that went pretty deep into this, and they expand on the Mayan ideas.

It is funny you mention the AK as I have always preferred it over the AR and no one has been able to convince me otherwise as I have never felt like the AR was a poor attempt to make an assault rifle out of something that was never intended to serve in that role while the AK was perfectly made for it. It will likely be 5-10 years before I am in a position to produce anything substantial but I know in terms of the timescale we are dealing with that isn't much time at all. This does tell me my hunch is likely right.

>>341

This… This is interesting… I did not know that it ever referred to all-white peoples at one point let alone that the change in definition was so recent…

I also did later decide to talk to my father as the more I thought about it there was no way I was going to square that circle… Needless to say, he is freaked out a little bit after what I told him. I left out the parts about the astral worlds being depicted in fiction and the fact I think I have been contacted by a succubus as I did not want to freak him out further. He is already worried I am joining a cult or something… He told me to talk to my mother about it as she is more "into this kind of thing" I have yet to have that conversation as I am waiting on her to call me back and will talk about it here after. Then I will likely go meditate for 2 hours. I feel like I need to get my body used to the extreme level of focus required before I try to do anything with it. BTW no one said anything about that floating sensation I mentioned during my first attempt and I really don't know what to make of it. Is it what I am looking for so is it a bad sign? (saged because this post and the last 3 posts are all mine and I don't want to spam.)

I wanted to go over a few things since my last post. First, one of you contacted me and helped me better understand what I was supposed to be doing. I still think it will be a little while before I end up doing a group session but I at least know what I am supposed to be doing now and my problem was I was expecting something different and I was overthinking it. (neither of these things even come as a surprise to me) Also in talking with them, I came to realize I have come in contact with at least 2 different spirits recently, one of them months before I ended up on here and I don't even remember what else I have dismissed in the past that might have been something. I also had another experience tonight (why I am awake posting this) and the following is how I would describe it…

I "woke up" sometime around 2-4 am in the fetal position around one of my pillows. there was a fairly pleasant sensation all over my body. I got the mental image of a Charizard or something similar and the words "one emulsion" also popped into my head. I would not describe the state I was in as awake but I was not fully asleep ether. the reason for the large time gap is I am almost sure when I first opened my eyes it was 2 something but when I looked again it was almost 4.

I still think it would help me a lot to know who the players are. I know about the succubus collective and read a little of the blog linked in the other post but there are still as many questions as answers. I have also seen a group called the order of the nine angels mentioned but nothing past that. I don't even know the name of anything else. I am used to geopolitics so knowing these organizations and their beliefs would help serve as something of a map that I can use to navigate to a more detailed study of different subjects.

I was also thinking about acquiring frankincense to aid meditation. Is there anything else I should consider acquiring? I don't have a ton of money at the moment so just give me some basics. Also is an essential oil diffuser sufficient or do I need true incense? Someone also mentioned starting a garden earlier and it is funny that was mentioned as I was actually planning on doing that and will likely have some extra growing space if anyone has suggestions.

I have never tried lucid dreaming but I get the feeling it might be a better starting point for me as if I can use it to contact the entity that has been helping me it might start pointing me in the right direction on my own. I mean it is kind of a meme at this point so I have to imagine it is easier. I read somewhere apple juice helps with lucid dreaming so I will pick that up and see if I can find a guide to lucid dreaming and try it unless one of you wants to link one.

The state between sleep and wakefulness is called hypnagogia or hypnagogic state, its probably my favorite state to do stuff, you can use it to project somewhere, percieve things around you and all sorts of stuff. Lucid Dreaming is great too, go for it.

As a beginner I think you should try sigils and candle magic, its where a lot of us start.

Here are a few recommendations of mine.

I recommend the book Franz Bardon - Initiation Into Hermetics.

They're quite often talked about but actually meeting them online or irl is more difficult. But if you ask in the server you were invited to, you may find at least two active members… They operate in small groups called nexions and usually you'd have to get to know them personally to connect with them. Because of this they've been given this mysterious status in rumours. How much is actually true, that's something for you to determine yourself.

Point to note is that ONA tends to be female dominated, with some nexions being all female or having female leaders, which also makes it stand out among occult societies. Throw in some nazi aesthetics and you have a mix attracting researchers and creating an air of something undefinable.

I was talking to someone over discord about this actually but I think it will be at least a few months before I attempt something on that level. Someone else walked me through my first AP and forgot to teach me grounding so my guts were in knots for like a day till someone else taught me. I am still trying to make sure I maintain a ground whenever I think of it as it got so bad.

>I did, however, notice a floaty feeling several times like my proprioception was off by like an inch above me

This is a very good sign. Don’t get too hung up on the notion of “moving out of body” though. The only thing you are moving is your center of awareness. Sensations like this only symbolize that. If you start getting cockblocked by the feeling that you can’t get “out” of your body, remember that when you recall memories or imagine things, you are doing it. It’s just a matter of how much awareness is in your body and how much elsewhere. Like moving water between two glasses. Intention is the thing that moves it, no “astral muscles” or anything like that.

For a non political board, the BO seems a bit obsessed with this group. I think he has a thing for right wing extremists and being dominated by women

There is value in some of the notions they have about initiation (breaking conditioning), so it might be interesting to read some of it. In the end, however, it’s not that different from reading Prometheus Rising by Robert Anton Wilson and doing the exercises he proposes in there. Much safer and easier, as it doesn’t require you to become a hobo or murdering people just for the sake of it.

Once you understand the kind of conditioning you’ve been subject to, you can work by your own guidelines.

Form your own opinion by checking out their materials. It may sound extreme but it's been suggested that the rituals are a form of trolling to keep idiots out and shouldn't be taken literally, same with the "Read Siege" stuff.

You could say the same about mainstream religions, the bible tells you to kill people if they break the laws it presents. Do you also take this literally?

At first it felt like he was in contact with something significant but over time his interactions with different entities have turned really shallow. I understand they're just coming to him to market themselves to his followers and that's fine. But him? He's little more than a megaphone by now. If he had an endgame he lost it somewhere along the way. i.e the quick buck took over

A lot of things have happened since I last posted. I stopped posting due to some drama that happened on discord. In the interest of the privacy of the parties involved, I will not be discussing that here. I will, however, summarize the important bits. I was guided through my first Astral Projection session and It was later determined that I was contacted by a fire elemental. I have done more research and tried more sessions not really getting anywhere until last night a miscommunication between me and someone else had me join in a session where energy was painfully being channeled into them as part of a succubus collective ritual (I don't really know the details) I asked to join because I had heard that pain is the fastest way to open psychic pathways. I can definitely see better than before I think I grew succubus wings on the astral as a result of the ceremony. I should also mention I think I was given an artifact by Aphrodite and contacted by her husband Hephaestus in a dream.

My main goal right now is to improve my astral sight to where making connections is no issue at all and I can communicate with others that way reliably through the meeting room. (I should likely also be digging into telepathy but I haven't yet) I have also been told that with the fire elemental around I should be able to practice summonings fairly safely and would like to learn more about different kinds of spirits. Any useful information about this stuff would be appreciated.

One of the groups I have heard talked about a lot but I am hesitant to contact is the vampires. I have been very hesitant to contact them as their depictions in most cultures are almost always negative compared to groups like for example the kitsune that are far more balanced in there portrayal. I have seen some users on here suggest that vampires only eat negative energy so I am interested in learning more about them as a whole.

Other groups that have caught my attention are the kitsune and Stheno so I would love more information on them but literally any information on any group is appreciated.

I have also been told I need to start putting together a grimoire and that it must be handwritten. (a pain in the ass as all my logs and notes are digital)

Finally, I have been wondering about my alignment both what it is and what direction I should take it. I worry that taking part in the succubus ritual might have already thrown my alignment out of the center as I have been trying to stay there until I understand more about them. Any information on tantra or any other type of alignments would be appreciated.

Last night I practiced channeling for hours and think I have had some success in talking to Amber. (My Fire Elemental) I still don't know how much of the channeling was me and how much is her. I started out using my keyboard and just doing a simple y/n deal for yes-no questions. I then asked if handwriting would be better and she told me yes so I switched to that. I did get a few sentences but 90% of it was yes or no and I have to assume that is simpler for her given my inexperience. I also noticed I tend to "hear" the response in my head before writing it out a lot of the time and was able to speed up communications several times by asking her if it was what she was going to have me write. I also tried diversifying the learning threads across the board as I have reason to belive some of the inital posts on the Magic 101 thread were created by a hostile actor.

Newfag here, also from /pol/, what would you recommend to someone trying to find an alternative to Abrahamic paradigms? I also hate the Jews and Zionists, that's why I ask; I obviously don't want to use their systems, and would prefer pagan ones (many used to practice magic before the introduction of the Christian hegemony from Rome). Anything else is fine except that in my mind, Eastern or Western, I'm just unsure where to begin. I won't judge you for using it, it really just doesn't sit well with me knowing the elite work with that too, nor could it. What's a different sort of practice that gets good results?

Read The Lost Secret of Death by Peter Novak. By the end of it you will hopefully understand why I recommended it and what to do next.

In parallel, go to montalk.net and start reading. This will help you understand what’s the deal with the religions you mentioned and to start weening off that heavy use of labels that constricts and guides your mental narratives. Good luck.

Try eastern religions for reference. There's a kundalini book and the main book of Falun Gong, Zhuan Falun, posted in the library thread.

If you want to start with something more light weight to get a feel for it, try Tao Te Ching.

Apologies for the late reply, thanks for the suggestions though. For a while, I've figured I may have to abandon the so-called "heavy use of labels" in order to truly delve into this. To me it's clear that mainstream and mundane understandings of things are totally misguided and fallacious. I've thought more about sucking it up and just digging for some sort of "prisca theologia" out of esoteric knowledge, regardless of its author's paradigm (although preferably within systems I like more). I recall from back in my fundie Protestant days a statement I once read by John Calvin (I think) against the Anabaptists who argued that Catholic baptisms were invalid because Catholics were heretics, where he stated something to the effect of "Baptism, though it may be administered by the devil, is every bit as valid if it is still done in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit." While I'm no longer a Christian by any means, I think the same sort of principle probably applies here, where even if it comes from an enemy, wisdom is wisdom nonetheless. I've become less dogmatic about it, that's for sure, yet I'm still going to try to avoid learning from their systems for the time being, just as a matter of principle; especially with the Ritual Abuse (although I'm uncertain if it's truly "satanic" or if it's something else, I just know it happens) done by the elite, I'd prefer not to follow them.

In any case, one thing I've been interested in for a long time is spirit communication. Are there any particularly good reads regarding how to summon or channel spirits I should look into? That's something that's fascinated me for a while.

>mainstream and mundane understandings of things are totally misguided and fallacious

Yes. You have no idea. From personal experience I can tell you that even if you know this, don't dive too fast into the rabbit hole because what passes for values and morals for most of us have nothing to do with how the universe and the spirit world at large actually is. You need to step into a literal alien mindset as you progress with this, and if you go too fast the shock can be detrimental to your progress.

>any particularly good reads regarding how to summon or channel spirits

Besides what you can find on your own, reading one of the Seth books and the first half of the Law of One material (free online) will give you insight into what channeling looks like.

That said, there's a lot of smoke and mirrors in channeling. Don't believe everything even if the spirits themselves believe it.

Watching Bashar videos might be useful too. As for the techniques themselves, almost any new age how-to book will do. Bear in mind the people who write those books are usually prey to deceitful or deluded spirits, but that's a separate issue.

There's a small segment in The Magus of Java that sheds some light into channeling and spirit communication as well. The book is very interesting in general, too.

Runesoup has premium ($10/mo) courses about ancestor worship, saints and grimoire magic, all dealing with evocation in a different way. I know there's plans of an angels (I assume Enochian) course, too.

My friend,my truth seeking has lead me down many paths but I have been ultimately interested in discerning the whole spirituality concepts, between ERPs, misinformation and the real deal. I approached the Q movement from this perspective.

The thing about this is that the Q operation is on the front lines of the spiritual war.

I would say it is not wise to begin your spiritual seeking within that context.

Step away from the front lines.

Seek within yourself, go out in nature, quiet the fits of analysis, expand. Breathe, be one with the universe, feel it in your heart. This is your center. I find that taking time to recenter yourself like this is important if you are to take thought and try to explore the the capabilities of astral projection and such..

Careful with who/what you share your energy with. I would check any information like this with your inner discernment and ask yourself things such as "does this practice require me to give up my creational abilities or will to someone else's ideals?"

If you venture out and explore and have fun with the concepts involved do be sure to keep yourself alligned with your true self in your heart and remember you are an eternal being with creational prowess and if you ever feel that what you are experiencing is limiting your hearts creative abilities you may always reconsile within and take a new path/higher perspective.

I have never posted here on 8kun before, but I hope this reaches you and I would suggest a book entitled Hands of Light by Barbara Anne Brennan, this book is a great place to start as it has much information on alligning yourself and healing through the HEF (human energy field, has many different names in different cultures)

Here are a few links that I believe would help you have some reference points for you to explore:)

Good evening.

I seem to have also found myself here after much reading and exploration. Prior to finding this board, I've always had an interest in the occult but have never really had any occult interactions, no matter how much I tried howbee this thread and your story gives a greater insight into the forces at play. I recommend reading Aristotle and Plato, whose basic theories of forms are pretty instrumental in understanding metaphysics. Take time out to learn about concepts like the principle of sufficient reason, and read Kant and Schopenhauer. Tao Te Ching is a worthwhile read too, and will give you some spiritual context.

The closest thing to what I work with would be hermeticism, with heavy emphasis on energy control and mental training in the early stages.

I use a specific symbolic system centred around the ego as the main unit of existence, and progress past the initiatory stage is attained through philosophical insight and separation from external entities.

The whole system developed organically as I took the fundamental parts of each system I studied to create a comprehensive ontological model, which serves as a basis for all operations, occult and otherwise. As a system of magic, it isn't limited to ceremony and metaphor, I use it everywhere from programming to bodybuilding.

Being a holistic theoretical system above all, insight into one area often opens up paths of investigation and development in seemingly unrelated fields.

Alchemy is practiced in its unchanged medieval form, albeit with a non-formal astrological framework, and I still consult the kabbalah from time to time, specifically the sephirot for insight into planetary correspondences, and qlipoth for an alternative model of the ego.

Despite all that, I'm very reluctant to even mention anything of it to the uninitiated. I nearly drove OP insane by delving too quickly into the mysteries of the Self, and just barely managed to reverse the ego death before deciding I've gotten all I could out of the mentorship.

Weak-willed people are especially at risk of this.

I should mention I haven't been the only person offering guidance, the BO was also teaching the magic system they use on this board. That, and my mistake of allowing extended contact with an elemental entity, mean OP hasn't followed my system too closely. I'm slightly concerned about the results of that spirit interaction in the long-term, and I might actually check up on that.
