The Lawyers’ Committee’s April 10th 52-page original Petition was accompanied by 57 exhibits and presented extensive evidence that explosives were used to destroy three WTC buildings. That evidence included independent scientific laboratory analysis of WTC dust samples showing the presence of high-tech explosives and/or incendiaries; numerous first-hand reports by First Responders of explosions at the WTC on 9/11; expert analysis of seismic evidence that explosions occurred at the WTC towers on 9/11 prior to the airplane impacts and prior to the building collapses; and expert analysis by architects, engineers, and scientists concluding that the rapid onset symmetrical near-free-fall acceleration collapse of three WTC high rise buildings on 9/11 exhibited the key characteristics of controlled demolition. The Lawyers’ Committee’s July 30th Amended Petition addresses several additional federal crimes beyond the federal bombing crime addressed in the original Petition. The Lawyers’ Committee concluded in the petitions that explosive and incendiary devices preplaced at the WTC were detonated causing the complete collapse of the WTC Twin Towers on 9/11 and increasing the tragic loss of life.

Ecuadorian President: Enough UK Assurances for Julian Assange to Leave Embassy
Ecuadorian President Lenin Moreno said that the UK has provided written assurances that they will not extradite WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange to any country where he will face the death penalty.
Moreno claims that this is a sufficient guarantee for Assange to be able to leave the Ecuadorian Embassy in London, where he has been residing since being granted asylum in 2012.
During Moreno’s radio interview, he did not say that he will be forcing Assange to leave — but stated that the WikiLeaks legal team is considering what to do.
It was recently revealed through a filing error that Assange has been secretly charged in the United States — though the nature of the charges remains unknown.
At the end of November, a judge heard arguments about unsealing the charges, but no decision was made.
The US government argued that the press and the public have no right to know what the charges against the publisher actually are. He explained that he would be willing to provide more information in a closed setting.
The UK has refused to acknowledge the findings of the UN Working Group on Arbitrary Detention (UNWGAD), which found that he is being arbitrarily and unlawfully detained and must be immediately released and compensated.
As Matt Taibbi recently wrote in a must read op-ed for Rolling Stone, “the more likely eventuality is a prosecution that uses the unpopularity of Assange to shut one of the last loopholes in our expanding secrecy bureaucracy. Americans seem not to grasp what might be at stake. Wikileaks briefly opened a window into the uglier side of our society, and if publication of such leaks is criminalized, it probably won’t open again.”

Went to an Oak Ridge Boys concert last night in Spokane, Wa. There were around 2k in attendance. One of the singers began the show by explaining this was the 17th concert of their tour and that they had 17 more to go. I was attentive.
I'm not too familiar with the Oak Ridge Boys, but I thought it was a good performance and genuinely enjoyed the music. Near the end of the show, they started talking about their friendship with GHWB. They said they were flying out of Spokane that night (Dec. 05) at 1030PM on a private jet, bound for Houston. They were going to sing at GHWB's funeral and then return the same day for a concert in Kennewick, WA which is about 100 miles from Spokane. They said they'd been told to prepare for the funeral and had all been forced to carry nice suits for the occasion for the last 2-3 months because they didn't know when they would be called.
I understand anticipating death. But is it realistic that the Oak Ridge Boys were contacted to perform at GHWB's funeral 3 months before he died?

I can see Mt. Shasta AND Mt, Lassen from my front porch/patio.
I notice a lot of odd clouds that I never saw growing up as a kid. Had family that got burnt out in the Camp fire. I don't know what's happening with our weather up here, but I can tell it's not normal. I ride a motorcycle as my only form of transportation… I pay a lot of attention to the weather and the sky. We just got out of a major draught last year… I think the are trying to control the water levels in the Dam's. Shasta lake (which fills from rain and snow runoff from Mt. Shasta) supplies water to much of California farmland via the Sacramento River…
and the Dam also creates a lot of electricity.
Water levels of the Dam may have some correlation to farming/produce prices, and may also be somehow related to PG&E's pricing. My guess is that the powers that be are doing some hardcore weather manipulation and fighting for control of resources. Fire's may be some sort of financial weapon, a retaliation for bad deals, or just an evil show of force. Anyways… I'll continue to watch the water.

The end result is accidents are off the charts, congestion couldn't be at it's worst because of all the traffic with nowhere to go. Where did this sudden change of rain intensity come from? How did authorities not know this was expected? Radio announcers are calling it a surprise change of weather. Planned?

Britain has provided enough guarantees that Julian Assange will not be extradited to any country where he would face the death penalty if he leaves the Ecuadorian embassy in London, according to Ecuadorian President Lenin Moreno.
Speaking during a radio interview on Thursday, Moreno said his administration has received written assurances that the UK will not extradite Assange to any nation where he will face the death penalty.

I've been thinking of a dream I had when I was around 18 or 19 when I had no idea what was happening with my life or where I was going. This was a time when I was really getting into conspiracies and such. But it is here all in one uniformly aligned with the earth.
White burns can mean that there has been a fire / explosion / explosion with a very high temperature that normal fire does not usually reach, or the object has been destroyed by some other destruction – we are again with DEW. (Somehow, the WTC’s “wreckage” was after the 9/11 destruction).
3. Strange burning of materials.
In many incinerators, molten metal is molten, as if fired at a higher temperature than normal fire. Witnesses report broken concrete, porcelain, curled glass = melted glass. While normally flammable materials – paper, plastics, twigs – on the same “burning” are preserved. See, for example, the picture below, the car burns like a torch, a burning paper is lying around.

White House to Host Google CEO Amid Cloud of Concerns over Company’s Silencing of Conservatives
Google CEO Sundar Pichai will appear at the White House on Thursday alongside other Silicon Valley leaders as a cloud of suspicion hangs over his company in the wake of several reports in recent months of bias against conservatives and specifically supporters of President Donald Trump.
According to the Associated Press, Pichai will join top executives from other tech giants like Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, and Qualcomm.
“The White House says the Thursday meeting will address efforts to advance American leadership in innovation and how that will affect jobs, industries and the economy,” the AP reported. “Google CEO Sundar Pichai, Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella, IBM CEO Ginni Rometty, Oracle co-CEO Safra Catz and Qualcomm CEO Steven Mollenkopf are among the expected attendees.”
At this stage, it is unclear if President Trump himself will join the meeting–or if the tech executives will meet with others on his behalf. It also remains unclear if the White House, or Trump himself, will press Pichai–as the CEO of Google–on efforts to suppress conservatives particularly Trump’s supporters in the wake of his electoral victory in 2016. Sarah Huckabee Sanders, the White House press secretary, has not replied to a request for comment on whether the White House will press Google on this matter.
But in recent months a series of reports have emerged that demonstrate that at least some at Google have sought to–with official company resources–wipe out conservatives and Trump supporters.
For instance, in September, Breitbart News uncovered an hourlong internal Google company meeting video in which executives at the company expressed their dismay with the election of President Trump. The meeting, which happened in the immediate aftermath of the 2016 presidential election, was the company’s first meeting after Trump’s win.
In the explosive video, several top company executives–including Pichai, who is heading to the White House to represent the company on Thursday–are seen and heard bashing Trump and his supporters and discussing use of official company resources and new emerging technology to ensure that the result of the 2016 election is not repeated. As Breitbart News’ Allum Bokhari reported back in September:
Co-founder Sergey Brin can be heard comparing Trump supporters to fascists and extremists. Brin argues that like other extremists, Trump voters were motivated by “boredom,” which he says in the past led to fascism and communism.

Pelosi on Wall Funding for Permanent DACA Fix: ‘No’
House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) said on Thursday that she will not agree to funding President Donald Trump’s border wall even in exchange for a permanent fix for Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) recipients to avoid a government shutdown.
Trump is scheduled to meet with Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) and Pelosi on Tuesday to work on a short-term spending deal to prevent the government from shutting down on December 21.
When asked on Thursday whether she would agree to “some degree of wall funding” in exchange for “a permanent, bonafide solution on DACA,” Pelosi replied, “No.”
Pelosi said funding for the border wall and DACA are “two different subjects.”
Trump has indicated that he would be willing to shut down the government before Christmas if he does not get $5 billion of the $25 billion needed for his border wall.
Schumer indicated that he would be open to approving $1.6 billion in border-wall funding but got immediate backlash from left-wing Democrats like Rep.-elect Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), who demanded “$0” for Trump’s “racist” border wall.
Pelosi is likely to take a tough stance on funding the border wall because she needs the support of left-wing Democrats like Ocasio-Cortez and Democrats in the Congressional Hispanic Caucus (CHC) to regain her Speakership.
Rep. Vicente Gonzalez (D-TX), a CHC member who currently supports Pelosi’s Speakership bid, said this week that Pelosi should be “concerned” about the CHC’s support for her Speakership if she caves on the border wall.
“I know Nancy needs all the support she can get right now. If they give away border-wall funding, I think there would be an effect on how the Congressional Hispanic Caucus would feel come Jan. 3,” he told the Wall Street Journal. “She should be very concerned that members of the CHC don’t abandon her Jan. 3 and I’m hoping she doesn’t abandon us while she’s negotiating this next budget.”
Pelosi hinted even before the midterm elections that she would not budge on funding Trump’s border wall, telling Harvard students that she was willing to trade “nothing” to give Trump his border wall.
Pelosi said then that the border wall is “immoral, expensive, ineffective, not something that people do between countries.”
She also claimed that the wall is a “manhood issue for the president.”
“And it’s wrong, and I’m not interested in that,” she continued.

The U.S. Attorney’s letter does not spell out the steps that will be taken to comply, but 18 U.S.C. § 3332 is clear as to what these steps must be. This law states: “[a]ny such [United States] attorney receiving information concerning such an alleged offense from any other person shall, if requested by such other person, inform the [Special] grand jury of such alleged offense, the identity of such other person, and such attorney’s action or recommendation.” This law also states that “(a) It shall be the duty of each such [special] grand jury impaneled within any judicial district to inquire into offenses against the criminal laws of the United States alleged to have been committed within that district.”
This letter from the U.S. Attorney was signed by Michael Ferrara and Ilan Graff, Chiefs, Terrorism and International Narcotics Unit. On November 24, 2018, the Lawyers’ Committee replied, thanking the U.S. Attorney and expressing support for a thorough inquiry into the crimes reported in the Lawyers’ Committee’s petitions.
On April 10th, The Lawyers’ Committee presented a 52-page original Petition was accompanied by 57 exhibits and presented extensive evidence that explosives were used to destroy three WTC buildings. That evidence included independent scientific laboratory analysis of WTC dust samples showing the presence of high-tech explosives and/or incendiaries; numerous first-hand reports by First Responders of explosions at the WTC on 9/11; expert analysis of seismic evidence that explosions occurred at the WTC towers on 9/11 prior to the airplane impacts and prior to the building collapses; and expert analysis by architects, engineers, and scientists concluding that the rapid onset symmetrical near-free-fall acceleration collapse of three WTC high rise buildings on 9/11 exhibited the key characteristics of controlled demolition.
The Lawyers’ Committee’s July 30th Amended Petition addresses several additional federal crimes beyond the federal bombing crime addressed in the original Petition. The Lawyers’ Committee concluded in the petitions that explosive and incendiary devices preplaced at the WTC were detonated causing the complete collapse of the WTC Twin Towers on 9/11 and increasing the tragic loss of life.
Comments by several of the Committee members noted the importance of crossing this legal threshold and emphasized the need for further public involvement in support of greater transparency and accountability.

Attacks on freedom of religion and freedom of conscience are a near-constant in Canadian news cycles of late, from physicians fighting in court for the right not to refer for procedures they find immoral to religious schools battling the government in court to maintain the independence and integrity of their institutions.
Many religious views have been recast by many progressive politicians and academics (with the obedient acquiescence of the media) as hateful and even vicious, and as such it is open season on those who dare to hold these views and worse, speak of them aloud.
So I am not surprised that a recent study by the Angus Reid Institute in partnership with Cardus, a conservative think tank based out of Ottawa, indicated that only 59% of Canadians say that religious freedom makes our country a better place, leaving a full 41% that presumably feel that religious freedom makes our country a worse place, or at least feel ambivalent about a fundamental freedom. Ray Pennings of Cardus broke it down recently in the Hamilton Spectator:
While a clear majority sees the benefits of religious freedom, it’s curious that more of us aren’t enthusiastic about this fundamental human right. What’s at play here?
There are likely several factors, including a hardcore secularist viewpoint, though this remains a minority view in Canada.
The same survey used a series of measures to classify Canadians among three categories — those welcoming of faith in public life, those who are unsure and those hostile to it. The proponents of public faith are the largest group at 37 per cent, while the other two weigh in at 32 per cent each. Only 31 per cent of the group hostile to public faith say religious freedom makes Canada better. An almost equal proportion says it makes Canada worse.
Clearly, hardcore secularism contains a fervent opposition to religion and its free expression.

Another reason why NATO is still in Afghanistan is that they have been able to control their losses, because they are mostly based in air bases and their military bases, they are not really fighting, but just intervening and the Afghan forces are suffering or retreating. And the foreign forces mostly use air power. They use jet fighters, gunship helicopters and drones. The casualties are mostly being suffered by the Afghan forces. For the Afghan government, the Afghan forces are [the subject of worrying] compared to the NATO forces, whose casualties are few and who are not out there in the open trying to fight the Taliban.
Sputnik: NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said that if NATO does leave Afghanistan, the country will be overrun by the Taliban within days and it will become a hub for global terrorist organizations, like ISIS (Daesh)*. Do you agree with that statement?
Rahimullah Yusufzai: He is wrong in saying that if the NATO forces withdraw, then the IS [ISIS/ISIL/Daesh]* will take over. I don't think the IS is that strong. The most powerful group [is] the Taliban. The Taliban will be in control in a number of provinces, but I expect a lot of fighting before the Taliban can take over. So, the NATO forces are worried for two or three reasons. One is that they are not able to win this war. This is a big military alliance. Troops from as many as 49 countries were based in Afghanistan all these years and the superpower, the US, has been trying, but has failed to defeat the Taliban.

If Trump decided it was time, declaration of emergency followed by a deployment of the Construction Battalion could settle the whole thing. There might be a lawsuit if the companies awarded the contract(s) and who designed the wall get butt-hurt about being cut out of the deal - but in the grand scheme of things that is a relatively minor issue.
But I don't think that is how Q and team want to settle all of this or how they plan to. So far, Trump is largely just serving as a sort of King of the Hill who keeps the respawn locked for the team. The team is out there doing a lot of the heavy lifting while Trump is just making sure they can get it done. He, himself, is not playing much of the gladiator role.
One could even say that Trump is, in many ways, letting the government and law enforcement do what it has always wanted to do, and that is clean its own house.
On one hand, the Democrats need to focus less on Trump and do more to get their mafia back in control of the mid and upper management. That said, the only way to do that is to get Trump out of office, so they have no real choice but to chase the bait, so to speak.
If Hillary had won, the only recourse would have been a mutiny/outright civil war. We could have won - these people are stupid, ultimately - but it would have come at the cost of many lives who simply didn't know any different. We’ll do whatever is necessary to defend them.”
Mattis did not address President Donald Trump’s cancellation of a meeting with Putin at the G20 summit in Buenos Aires, Argentina, a move which he reportedly supported. The cancellation was reportedly based on what has been described as an act of aggression committed by the Russian military against three Ukrainian naval vessels seeking to transit the Kerch Strait, which is since the annexation of Crimea been completely controlled by Moscow. The Ukrainians were aware of the Russian protocols for transiting through the area and chose to ignore them to create an incident, possibly as part of a plan to disrupt the Trump-Putin discussions. If that is so, they were successful.
Mattis was somewhat taciturn relating to his accusation regarding Moscow’s meddling. He provided absolutely no evidence that Russia had been interfering in the latest election and there have been no suggestions from either federal or state authorities that there were any irregularities involving foreigners. There was, however, considerable concern over possible ballot and voting manipulation at state levels carried out by the major political parties themselves, suggesting that if Mattis is looking for subversion of democratic processes he might start looking a lot closer to home.

More than 30 million customers of mobile providers including O2, Tesco Mobile and Sky Mobile have been unable to get online, with many also unable to make or receive phone calls, after a technical fault caused a UK-wide outage.
The problem hit O2 and also affected companies that use its network, including its subsidiary Giffgaff and Lycamobile. The blackout of 3G and 4G services, which prevented customers from getting online on their phones, began at about 4am on Thursday and was still unfixed more than 12 hours later.
O2, which has about 25 million UK customers, initially said voice calls were still working and advised people to seek out wifi if they needed to get online. “We’d encourage our customers to use wifi wherever they can and we apologise for the inconvenience caused,” a spokesman said.
However, in an update later on Thursday the company admitted what many customers had been complaining on social media about all day: that they also could not make or receive calls.
“As a result of this incident, we are experiencing a high demand on our network which means some customers may have issues making and receiving voice calls,” said a spokeswoman. “The network issue we are currently experiencing remains a top priority for us and we are working as quickly as possible to fix the issues.”
The company said the problem stemmed from a global software issue at a third-party supplier, understood to be Ericsson, that had also affected other mobile operators around the world.
“We’re aware that our customers are unable to use data this morning,” it said. “We believe other mobile operators around the world are also affected. Our technical teams are working with their teams to ensure this is fixed as quickly as possible.”
The outage has also affected services such as Transport for London’s live updates of bus arrival times at stops across the capital, which relies on O2’s network for data updates.
In October, O2 apologised for a major network outage affecting customers across the UK. The company said at the time that the issue was fixed within 40 minutes.
O2’s rivals including Vodafone, Three and EE have also suffered nationwide outages affecting customers in the past year. In 2012, O2 was at the centre of a major network outage when customers were not able to access services for 25 hours.

After the police report was finally released to the Associated Press in 2000, Jim Vertuno wrote as his lead sentence, “At 17, Laura Bush ran a stop sign and crashed into another car, killing her boyfriend who was driving it, according to an accident report released to The Associated Press on Wednesday.”

Gerhart notes Laura Bush “was not charged, not even ticketed for running through the stop sign, although Douglas’ death was the second fatality at that intersection that year. The Washington Post writer speculated, “Perhaps Mike Douglas’s parents, who lived out in the country and weren’t part of the more affluent set in town, didn’t have the right connections to press for a more vigorous investigation.”
