If I remember correctly, Burkman was trying to push the narrative, around January 2017, that SR was killed by the Russians. Then he was allegedly "shot" at by a former special forces guy (green beret I believe) during a meeting regarding SR's murder.
Now he is obviously trying to establish the narrative that women do get paid to make false accusations.
His occupation obviously is to run psyops, the question is whose side is he on. When I saw him shortly after the election pushing the theory that the Russians killed SR, I concluded, back then, he must be working for the cabal. In two identical letters directed to the UN Secretary General and UNSC President on the so-called “local council elections” the Israeli authorities want to hold in the occupied Syrian Golan, the Foreign and Expatriates Ministry said that the occupation authorities are determined to hold elections of the so-called “local councils” in the villages of Majdal Shams, Boqatha, Masa’ada, and Ain Qenia in the occupied Syria Golan, which contradicts UN resolutions and the Geneva agreements on territories under control of occupation, selecting 30/10/2018 as date for these elections.
“Throughout the past few weeks, the Syrian citizens have organized protests in rejection of these elections. They burned the election cards and they condemned the attempts of the Israeli occupation’s forces to impose the Israeli laws on them by force,” it added. “As an example of the Israeli barbarism, the occupation authorities mobilized soldiers to suppress protest marches, and fired toxic gases in the town of Majdal Shams where there were cases of suffocation among children, the elderly, and women during their confrontation of the Israeli occupation forces,” the Ministry continued to say.

Ankara considers the YPG and other Kurdish armed groups, which are the core of the US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), as terrorists because of their links to the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK). The PKK is a separatist militant group, which has a long history of rebellion against the Turkish state. The keys to understanding Birthright Citizenship:
The plain meaning of the 14th Amendment means that one must BOTH be born in United States AND be subject to the jurisdiction thereof. Since there are two explicit requirements, they both cannot be met by simply being born on U.S. soil.
The history of the drafting of the 14th Amendment makes clear that the language “subject to the jurisdiction thereof” meant a citizen could not owe allegiance to any other foreign power. This excludes illegal immigrants who are in defiance of U.S. jurisdiction and are citizens of a foreign power.
The Supreme Court has never held that the children of illegal immigrants born in the United States are automatically citizens.
Because the Supreme Court has not interpreted the Constitution to mandate automatic birthright citizenship, the Congress can pass a law to correct the current misguided and incorrect policy of automatically granting citizenship to children of illegal immigrants.
Plain Meaning of the Language of the 14th Amendment:
The Citizenship Clause of the 14th Amendment states, “All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state where they reside.”
By its own terms, the language in the amendment precludes the notion of universal automatic birthright citizenship. It would have been quite simple for the language to exclude “and subject to the jurisdiction thereof” to accomplish the goal of bestowing citizenship on any child born in the United States no matter the status of their parents. The 14th Amendment’s addition of a jurisdictional requirement to the territorial requirement, however, denies any interpretation that birth alone grants citizenship.
Counter to this logic, proponents of universal automatic birthright citizenship claim that those born in the United States necessarily are subject to the jurisdiction of the country. However, this renders the language “subject to the jurisdiction thereof” superfluous. Why would the drafters of the 14th Amendment include this qualifier at all if it was met simply by virtue of being born in the United States? The legislative history outlined below will make clear that the addition of “subject to the jurisdiction thereof” was designed specifically to make sure the people granted citizenship did not have divided political loyalties.
Legislative History of the 14th Amendment:
During Congressional debate of the Citizenship Clause it was made clear that the drafters did not intend automatic birthright citizenship for all persons born in the U.S. Senator Jacob Howard, a drafter of the 14th Amendment, in floor debate said of the Clause:
“This will not, of course, include persons born in the United States who are foreigners, aliens, who belong to the families of ambassadors or foreign ministers accredited to the Government of the United States, but will include every other class of persons.”[1]
Senator Howard also made clear that simply being born in the U.S. was not enough to be a citizen when he opposed an amendment to specifically exclude Native Americans from the Citizenship Clause. He said, “Indians born within the limits of the United States and who maintain their tribal relations, are not, in the sense of this amendment, born subject to the jurisdiction of the United States.”
Notice the reasoning deployed, Native Americans maintain their tribal relations so they are not “subject to the jurisdiction thereof.” Senator Edgar Cowan said, “It is perfectly clear that the mere fact that a man is born in the country has not heretofore entitled him to the right to exercise political power.”[2]
Senator Lyman Trumbull said:
“The provision is, that ‘all persons born in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens. That means, “subject to the complete jurisdiction thereof.”[3] (emphasis added)
He further elaborated, “What do we mean by subject to the jurisdiction of the United States? Not owing allegiance to anybody else.”
There was still more discussion of the language by Senator Reverdy Johnson. He said:
“Now, all that this amendment provides is, that all persons born in the United States and not subject to some foreign Power for that, no doubt, is the meaning of the committee who have brought the matter before us, shall be considered as citizens of the United States.”[4]

Supreme Court on Birthright Citizenship for illegal immigrants:
While some have discussed birthright citizenship as if it is settled law that any person born in the U.S. is a citizen, the Supreme Court has never ruled as such. In the famous 2004 Supreme Court case, Hamdi v. Rumsfeld, Taliban fighter Yaser Esam Hamdi was discovered to have been born in the United States to parents that were subjects of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Even though he was born in the United States, the Court never called him a citizen and the Court made no declaration in that case that anyone born on American soil was automatically a citizen.
In the Slaughter-House Cases of 1873, the Supreme Court said, “[t]he phrase, ‘subject to its jurisdiction’ was intended to exclude from its operation children of ministers, consuls, and citizens or subjects of foreign States born within the United States.”
Next, in 1884, the Supreme Court addressed a claim of citizenship in Elk v. Wilkins. The Court held that John Elk did not meet the jurisdiction requirement of the 14th Amendment because he was a member of an Indian tribe at birth. The Court said that even though Elk was born in the U.S. he did not meet the “subject to the jurisdiction thereof” requirement because that required that he “not merely be subject in some respect or degree to the jurisdiction of the United States, but completely subject to their political jurisdiction.”
Proponents of birthright citizenship for illegal immigrants point to the 1898 Wong Kim Ark case. However, that case dealt with a man that was born to parents that were legally and permanently domiciled in the United States at the time of his birth. In that case, there was more expansive language used on birthright citizenship, but it was neither the holding of the case nor does it operate as binding precedent on the Court or as the law of the land.

Congressional power to change the policy:
Under the Constitution and reiterated by the Supreme Court, Congress has plenary power over immigration and naturalization. We see this in Article I Section 8 of the Constitution and Section 5 of the 14th Amendment explicitly grants Congress the power to enforce the Citizenship Clause.
So not only does Congress have the power of naturalization in Article I, but the 14th Amendment provides Congress the power to enforce the Citizenship Clause. Together, these two provisions make it clear there is no need to amend the Constitution to change the current faulty birthright citizenship policy.
Congress has the power and duty to say who can be a citizen of the United States. The legislative branch has a responsibility to uphold the Constitution, and on the issue of birthright citizenship it is clear the plain meaning of the Citizenship Clause as originally understood is being violated. The Congress can and should make the legislative fix necessary to correct this problem.

Conclusion:
It is undisputed that the 14th Amendment’s Citizenship Clause requires that one is both born in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction of the United States. Further, no fair reading of the legislative history of the drafting of that Clause leads to any conclusion other than it required those granted citizenship have complete allegiance to the United States.
Logic dictates that illegal immigrants in defiance of the jurisdiction of the United States and citizens of foreign powers are not subject to the jurisdiction of the United States as required by the 14th Amendment. And the Supreme Court has never held the opposite to be true. Congress, therefore, with its plenary power over immigration and empowerment to enforce the Citizenship Clause can restore the correct birthright citizenship policy through legislation. And indeed, if we are to have a rational immigration policy controlled by government as opposed to one controlled by every person who illegally enters, Congress must return to the original meaning of the 14th Amendment.

Snow authored an article published on Oct. 25 highlighting then-unreported inconsistencies in a signed declaration from a woman whom celebrity attorney Michael Avenatti claimed could corroborate his client Julie Swetnick’s allegation that she witnessed Kavanaugh drugging and sexually abusing girls when he was just 15 years old. This too-late report came out the same day that the Senate Judiciary Committee announced it had referred Avenatti and Swetnick to the Justice Department for criminal investigation. And it made NBC’s already atrocious Kavanaugh coverage look even worse. And it rendered NBC’s decision to air a one-on-one interview on Oct. 2 between Snow and Swetnick even more inexplicable and indefensible than it already was.
Snow’s Oct. 25 follow-up report revealed that she and her team knew as early as Sept. 30 of serious inconsistencies and discrepancies in one of the chief allegations leveled against Kavanaugh. The story also made it clear that the network knew by Oct. 4 that the Avenatti allegation was a deliberate or deranged lie. NBC even reported that Avenatti himself tried to “thwart” their “reporting process” and apparently placed words in the mouth of his supposed witness. And NBC said nothing about this for more than three weeks. European leaders — particularly France, Germany, and the United Kingdom — are lobbying for Trump to avoid the most aggressive implementation of the coming sanctions. “The main risk of the pressure strategy is that it pushes Iran to restart its nuclear activities,” French President Emmanuel Macron said last month, according to Reuters. “So if we want a chance for this pressure on Iran to produce results, then we need to make sure it doesn’t opt for the worst option.”

The nonwhite invasion of Europe continues without pause, and in the first eight months of 2018, just over 406,000 “applications for international protection”—that is, demands for food, money, and shelter—were lodged by fake refugees in the European Union, new figures show.
According to the latest “asylum statistics” issued by the EU’s European Asylum Office (EASO), just above 48,000 “applications for international protection” were lodged in EU during August, bringing the total for the year to date to 406,000.
Applications lodged by “self-claimed unaccompanied minors (UAMs)” accounted for about three percent of the August total, and a third of these UAMs originated from just two countries: Afghanistan (18 percent) and Pakistan (13 percent), the EASO figures revealed.
“The highest concentration of self-claimed UAMs, however, continued to be among applicants from Vietnam (13 percent of all Vietnamese applicants claimed to be UAMs), followed by those from Eritrea, Ethiopia and The Gambia (9 percent each).
The main countries of origin of applicants in August were Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan, Turkey and Iran.
Overall, Syrians lodged fewer applications (-15 %), whereas Iraqis lodged more applications (+12 %) than during the previous month.
Turkish nationals continued to be one the largest groups of applicants in the EU. Iranians lodged increasing numbers of applications (+ 19 percent) for the third consecutive month, reaching the highest level so far in 2018.
Significantly, there has been a fall in applications during August by Nigerians (-453, -21 percent) and Eritreans (-346, -20 percent), with both groups lodging “fewer applications than at any other point so far this year.” This decline is likely due to the new Italian government’s refusal to allow the leftist fake charity invader taxi service ships to operate as before.
At the same time, the EASO statement said, EU countries issued 43,725 “decisions at first instance in August,” about a thousand more than in July.
Most of the decisions continued to be issued to applicants from Syria, Afghanistan, Iraq, Nigeria and Pakistan. In fact, two fifths of all first-instance decisions related to citizens from these five countries of origin. Of these citizenships, all but Pakistanis were issued more decisions in August compared to July.
The overall EU recognition rate for decisions issued between March and August was 33 percent, down from 35 percent in the previous semester. More or less two thirds of all positive decisions granted refugee status, with the remainder granting subsidiary protection.
Among citizenships with the most decisions, the highest recognition rates in the past six months were for nationals of Syria (85 percent), Yemen (83 percent), Eritrea (82 percent) and Palestine (73 percent).
At the end of August, there were 378,490 applications awaiting a decision in first instance. However, Eurostat data relating to the first four months of 2018 suggest that the overall number of cases pending at all instances in EU countries has been at least double the number of cases pending at first instance.

The Department of Justice has an important role in deterring election fraud and discrimination at the polls, and combating these violations whenever and wherever they occur. The Department’s long-standing Election Day Program furthers these goals, and also seeks to ensure public confidence in the integrity of the election process by providing local points of contact within the Department for the public to report possible election fraud and voting rights violations while the polls are open on election day.
Federal law protects against such crimes as intimidating or bribing voters, buying and selling votes, impersonating voters, altering vote tallies, stuffing ballot boxes, and marking ballots for voters against their wishes or without their input. It also contains special protections for the rights of voters, and provides that they can vote free from acts that intimidate or harass them. Lindsey Graham To Introduce Bill Ending Birthright Citizenship
With one week left before the Nov. 6 midterm vote, President Trump and his allies in Congress have managed to establish immigration policy as the de facto dominant issue with the revelation that Trump is planning an executive order to eliminate birthright citizenship in the US. But in the event that Trump's order is challenged and overturned by the federal courts (which is extremely possible despite the confirmations of Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh), South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham, a former adversary turned staunch Congressional ally, said Tuesday that he would introduce legislation to eliminate what he described as an "absurd" policy.
First, Graham - who is rumored to be on Trump's shortlist of candidates for a cabinet role after a post-election cleanout - applauded Trump for his decision (which he made public in an Axios interview published Tuesday morning)…
..then followed this up by declaring that he has always supported eliminating birthright citizenship, noting that the US is "one of only two countries in the world" that establishes citizenship by birth (though the accurate number is closer to 30). He argued that the policy is a magnet for illegal immigration and is "out of the mainstream" for the developed world and "needs to come to an end."
To help eliminate birthright, Graham said he would introduce legislation "along the same lines" as the executive order.
While some have speculated that eliminating birthright would require amending the constitution, Trump has insisted that this isn't the case, and given the conservative majority on the Supreme Court, many legal experts believe an act of Congress would more than suffice (though the court could also choose to uphold an executive order and toss out any lower court ruling as well).
As Trump deploys thousands of additional troops to the border to brace for the arrival of two caravans of migrants (who almost certainly won't arrive before the vote, but instead will most likely reach the US months later) it's becoming increasingly clear that immigration has become the dominant issue of this election cycle - which bodes well for Republicans, since Trump's hardline immigration policies have been credited for helping distinguish his campaign from the other Republicans seeking the nomination. Sharon Kirsch, co-founder of Save Our Schools in Arizona (a group that vehemently opposes school choice) was recently outed for sending her children to a charter school….
School choice is apparently okay for Kirsch, but not for the other families in her state. According to the Save our Schools’ website, the founders were “heartsick and angry” when a school voucher bill passed the Arizona legislature. The voucher bill expanded the same choice of schools that Kirsch and other middle-to-upper income families already had to families of lesser means.
Charter schools, though technically designated as public schools, are run by private organizations and individuals. Kirsch, in her critique that the Arizona voucher bill would supposedly siphon “hundreds of millions” of dollars away from public schools with “almost zero accountability” ironically participates in the system she is criticizing. While there’s a difference between the private schools that accept vouchers and the charter schools attended by Kirsch’s children, Kirsch still believes choice is fine for her but not for Arizona families that want vouchers….
All politicians, pundits, celebrities, and citizens who oppose school choice must ask themselves if they have already exercised it. They have done so if they moved into a certain neighborhood for quality public schools or decided to enroll their children in a charter or private school – why deny other families the same chance?

House Speaker Paul D. Ryan poured cold water Tuesday on President Trump’s plan to issue an executive order ending birthright citizenship for illegal immigrants, saying “you obviously cannot do that.”
Mr. Ryan said it is hypocritical for a Republican president to do what the GOP complained about under President Obama in using executive powers to try to rewrite immigration law.
But he also went further and said he sees the constitutional question as settled, guaranteeing citizenship to most people born on U.S. soil even if to illegal immigrant parents.
“You cannot end birthright citizenship with an executive order. We didn’t like it when Obama tried to change immigration laws with executive actions,” he told WVLK radio in Kentucky.
He added: “Obviously as conservatives we believe in the Constitution. I think in this case the 14th Amendment’s pretty clear, and that would involve a very very lengthy constitutional process.”
Mr. Trump told online political outlet Axios in an interview released Tuesday that he will pursue an executive order on birthright citizenship.
“It was always told to me that you needed a constitutional amendment. Guess what? You don’t,” Mr. Trump said.

It is another case brought as part of Project Safe Childhood, a nationwide initiative launched in May 2006 by the Department of Justice to combat the growing epidemic of child sexual exploitation and abuse.
